I didn’t like the website as confirmation of the delivery address wasn’t shown when paying
I didn’t like the website as I had no confidence that it was being sent to the delivery address and not the billing address
Flowers delivered late and dead
Ordered flowers on a Friday with next day delivery for Saturday. 5 days later the flowers were received partially dead. I provided a photo and requested a refund/ replacement but was told that that only a Birds Eye photo would be allowed as evidence (even when proof of delivery showed they sat in a box for nearly 6 days). I was offered a £10 credit on a £60 order.

Brilliant Company
I use this company knowing it will be efficient, on time, and the product will be perfect condition. It's rare to find online shops that deliver this level of standard across their service. Never had any problems with them.
Pitiful Arrangement! Poor value!
A LARGE bouquet of Joyful (they brought anything but) was ordered for a bereaved colleague, complete with vase. What arrived barely matched the 'Standard' size pictured. Blooms were few and sparse, even those still in bud, foliage was one stem, coloured brush one, perhaps two if lucky and all of this couldn't even fill the vase which I'd ordered with it. After several complaints- with photographs juxtaposed with the advertised illustrations - and ineptitude in simply correlating to the order number, not my email, I was then instructed a 'bird's eye shot' was needed. Why? Prestige Flowers certainly don't provide them so we can see exactly what we should be getting do they? Hmm. Wonder why? Thus, I had to request that my bereaved colleague actually take time out of her grieving to do this. Can you imagine? Instead of just saying, oh we'll send out an extra few blooms to her or a standard bouquet to compensate. We did pay over 50 including delivery. No. Instead, I received a refusal as 'the supplier' thought they met the brief. Well, why wouldn't they? 🙄 Plus, an unbelievably patronising diatribe for my colleague on how to cut and look after them. They're not exactly orchids are they? Sorry. That's not going to 'cut it' so my account is closed and I'll use Next in future or pick a fabulously abundant bouquet up at the supermarket for half the price or less. I recommend you do the same. Withering customer service.

Great selection of bright flowers in January . They were also carefully packed and well conditioned so that they have lasted well too continue to give pleasure.Just one gerbera with broken head but they are particularly difficult to protect. First class!I would like to have been able to access the discount of £10 without downloadig the app as I always find this troublesome!
Trickery of a flower service - Poor Quality
Poor quality dead flowers arrived at a charge of 40 british pounds. The customer service only offered me a 1/4 refund but agreed the flowers were not up to their standard. This is appalling and a con of a company. Supermarket flowers are better quality than this.
