Ordered flowers for a friend who mum has died, ordered Friday 17th Jan it is now 20th Jan and flowers still not delivered! So be aware NEXT DAY DELIVERY MEANS NOTHING ! Their policy is up to 3 days after plus extra day for transit ......they are also saying it's a far reaching area...LESS THAN 2 MILES FROM GLASGOW CITY CENTRE !!!! Absolutely no refund from them , disgraceful ...wilted flowers prepared on Friday now out for delivery today which is not guaranteed ! Avoid absolutely no care for customers experience !!!

Your Website is easy to navigate and shows the flower arrangements so beautifully. I would recommend your company to anyone needing to send flowers quickly and easily! Also making the £9.99 annual delivery is a no-brainer. It saves so much throughout the year and is one reason I continue to use you. Lastly the flowers are in bud when they arrive and get better each day as they open up! Everyone I have sent to is delighted with their arrangement.

Flowers were awful not fresh and definitely not the size I ordered. The company was rude and dismissive. The flowers were an extra Christmas gift for my mom who has Leukaemia. It tainted what could be the last Christmas for us all. No refund or even a partial refund just an offer of 10% off next order which will never happen! AWFUL COMPANY AVOID. Regarding the reply from the company an apology after the event and after a complaint email doesn’t wash for most people. A replacement delivery or a refund was what was needed but refused. The flowers were a waste of my money and for my mom’s birthday next month I will not use this company that’s for sure!
