Quick delivery and product as described
I ordered an Uppababy ganoosh and was concerned about the delivery time as my experience with online baby stores has been consistently poor, but the delivery was quick and the product was exactly as described.

Had great experiences with this company and can’t rate them highly enough! I bought my icandy travel system from another retailer who shortly after, went out of business. I was having trouble with my icandy which needed a handlebar replacement. Jean from Tony Kealy’s was such a great help and did this for us free of charge! She was also so helpful in sourcing a footmuff for the pram which the original retailer left us short of. I can’t thank them or recommend them enough and will be buying anything baby related from them in future!

The people in here really know their stuff. So knowledgeable and so helpful. Nothing was to much for them. Some of the best service I had ever had. Would recommend to everyone. Poppy was looking after us when we come and got the pram and she was amazing.

Wouldn't use this company again
We ordered a pram on Saturday, website claimed "1-3 days delivery", and that they'd email upon dispatch. By Wednesday morning, technically the third business day, I had heard nothing. I emailed the company explaining the above, and got no response, however I have now received a dispatched email. The customer service is non-existent. An acknowledgement and explanation on the last expected day of delivery would have gone a long way.

PLEASE PLEASE READ! Wanted to purchase the iCandy pram and accessories in coco along with the CloudT car seat and base in Cozy Beige. Was told all would be in store in 3-4 weeks, we then called to check if it was in after 4 weeks and told no it would be another 3-4 weeks as there was a delay on icandy’s end. We said okay and waited. We then checked in again and were told it would be past the date expected (basically they weren’t sure when it would be in). I am due in 3 weeks so we went to Mamas & Papas (after being told “well if you can get it somewhere else go for it”) to see if we could get it quicker, they informed us that the car seat in that colour is pre-order only and wouldn’t be in till mid-July (so lied to by Tony Kealys!!). Ended up buying from Mamas and Papas everything came within days, was cheaper and got a £150 gift card to spend in store. Cancelled with Tony Kealys and asked for refund. Would absolutely avoid this company, no communication whatsoever we had to chase them and were completely lied to continuously for over 2 months about what was available and timeframes. I never write reviews but as a first time mum this really stressed me out and I wouldn’t want it happening to anyone else.

Over priced and kept me waiting for a week with no info before refunding me. Then bought the item from smiths £10 cheaper and was delivered the next day.
Great experience
Was a little sceptical ordering our Trip Trapp high chair from Ireland with free delivery to England but it was the best price I could find online so gave it a go. I needn't have worried, it arrived in a matter of days after ordering. Well packaged, everything as it should be, I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience.
Stokke Tripp Trapp
Bought Stokke high chair Tripp Trapp last week. Fast and intime delivery, no scratches, no missing equipments, not used product. Was worried but now I’m lucky.
Avoid to buy products from them
I would advise against purchasing any products from them. It's better to buy directly from the product manufacturer or use platforms like Amazon. I had a really bad experience when I ordered an expensive Elvie Breast Pump. The product was faulty, and when I requested a replacement, they advised me to deal directly with Elvie. They mentioned that they would process my refund only if I received confirmation from Elvie. Despite emailing Elvie daily, I haven't received a proper reply. Tony's customer support only checks for updates every 4 or 5 days, and my concern is that when we buy a product from Tony, we shouldn't have to deal directly with the product vendor – that should be their responsibility. I don't recommend their products.
