Perfect in every way

Searching for a car seat that would last my child a number of years I found the Joie every stage on this site and it was the most competitive price around. Delivery was fast too which was fantastic. I’d definitely use Tony’s again and will recommend to others.

Ordering on line was very easy. Delivery was very quick. When the seats arrived they were perfect. Following instructions was easy and seats were in car in minutes. Very pleased

Tripp Trapp delivered to England

I’m based in England, but originally from NI so I wanted to support a local business if possible. I didn’t have to look too far, because Tony Kealys had the best price of a Tripp Trapp that I could find online! They were great to deal with and patient with me dithering over whether or not to get the chair engraved by Tripp Trapp. They were quick to reply to emails and delivery was prompt and really well packaged. For anyone considering a big purchase but in two minds over ordering it online and getting it delivered to mainland UK, I have only had a positive experience.

Don’t order online

I’ve been trying to purchase 5 car seats from them for 6 weeks now. 15 emails and a trip to the Belfast store (who have been excellent) later and I’ve got two working ones, one with missing parts that isn’t usable, one that online customer services misquoted the price and the reassured me it was right when I queried it, and one that is now out of stock until October. The only reason I know about the problems with the last two is that the store told me there was an issue and customer services would call me. Four days later I hadn’t heard anything and had to contact them. Currently still awaiting response to my request for a refund. Update: customer services got in touch, told me the two remaining seats were available. I went to the store and collected one, but they very wisely advised me to check with customer services again about the other as they couldn’t see it in stock. I’ve called and left 3 messages this week and have had no response. The Belfast store have been extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Their online customer services are among the worst, and I’m just glad the store warned me, so I was able to order elsewhere.

Service was excellent! I pre-ordered an item that I didn’t expect to receive almost immediately. And the customer service were very helpful too advising on timings.

Very quick and reliable

Very quick and reliable. I was trying to find an OutnAbout Nipper Single but lots of places were saying it was out of stock. I emailed to see if Tony Kealys had it and they replied to say they did. I placed the order, it was despatched the next day, and I received it two days later. Very happy.

Really dissatisfied with the service

Really dissatisfied with the online service. Purchased an expensive Tripp trap high chair which was delivered with key parts missing. I have tried to contact Tony Kealys through email and phone at least 12 times over the past couple of weeks to try and chase down the missing parts, without which my entire purchase of high chair and accessories are redundant. Finally they found the missing pieces in their wharehouse and I was notified today they will send tomorrow and I will receive some time next week.. after such poor service the least they could have done was express the missing parts. Not good.
