Unfortunately I’ve received really poor customer service from Tony Kealys. I ordered online and an incorrect item was delivered - they offered me no solution other than to return it at my own expense which I was very unimpressed with. A reputable retailer would have offered a replacement or refund. A real shame as I found their delivery service to be good so I would have been inclined to order from them regularly. However now I will steer clear

Excellent speedy service although a a dispatch/delivery date email would have been helpful as didn’t get one until the day of delivery and was at work

Great service and the Tripp Trapp chair is just fab. Already had one and realised how great they were compared to pretty much all others.

We had to wait for the items to come from the supplier. The staff at Tony Kealys kept us up to date and once the items were in delivery was really quick!
