Bedside crib was pre ordered and stated I'll get it in June. I was induced so baby came 2 weeks earlier than expected. I sent an email to ask when I'm gonna receive the crib and got automated reply. I waited to get a reply from someone which i didn't for that reason I'm giving 4 star. Apart from that, the service was good

Lovely, easy to use website. Helpful staff on the chat function. Great bundle deals on the stokke tripp trapp. My parcel arrived damaged, but that was down to the courier rather than the shop.

Ordered a car seat as it was the best price around. Tony Kealy’s has a problem with their supplier which caused a slight delay but they were in touch to let me know, and it arrived sooner than I expected in the end. Great service, product and price- highly recommended!

One of the items I received was a different colour from the item I’d ordered, however, I actually preferred the sent colour, but it know didn’t match the high chair tray! I explained this to customer services and they were fantastic, they arranged for a courier to collect the high chair tray and sent me the colour I preferred instead. Brilliant customer service and so easy to resolve. The rest of the items were immaculate and cheaper than I’d found elsewhere.
