Items not advertised as pre-order, no customer service

I bought the Tripp Trapp high chair and no mention of it being out of stock or on pre-order on the website. I specifically didn't choose my preferred chair because that one WAS labelled as on pre-order! The confirmation email says the chair I ordered is on pre-order and gives no idea of delivery times scales. Customer service do not respond by phone, email or text chat. Update: All items received just over a week after I ordered, however no contact at all from customer service. Probably staffing issues due to the pandemic I would guess.

Online ordering system easy and worked…

Online ordering system easy and worked well. Had issues as original order had not been depstached after 4 days, contacted customer services and, as promised, dealt with within 24hrs and despatched onto myslef. Noting the current situtation going on could not ask for any more.

Terrible Customer Service

They don't answer the phone, reply to emails, live chat doesn't work. We have been trying to return a faulty item for two weeks and they will not even give me the courtesy of a response as to what is happening; we simply wish to return the item which surely isn't complex- an absolute shambles!

We bought the highchair as a present…

We bought the highchair as a present but when it arrived it was not stable. My son (who had already built one of these for their other child) built it 3 times before realising that one leg was longer than the other. It has taken some time to get replies from the company and now they want to see a photo. He has already dismantled the highchair but has photos of the legs. This was needed urgently and I’m very disappointed that it’s taking so long to resolve.
