My mum viewed the travel systems we wanted as I am not able to travel home from the U.K. She had a lovely experience in store and all the staff where very accommodating when they found out I wasn’t in the country. They reserved the travel system and worked with their U.K. store for me to complete booking a few days later. I received the products within 5 days and we are delighted with our purchases.

just excellent. I chose them because of the significantly lower prices. when I realised afterwards they were based in Ireland I called to cancel, fearing they would take too long to arrive due to Covid19 etc but the company were excellent. they gave a prompt and personal response and the high chairs arrived in a few days. cannot recommend them highly enough. Despite being located in Ireland and my being in England, I am going to check out their website regularly when I need to buy the larger items. Thank you!!

Ordered item 12 days ago, fair enough so rang customer service no answer. Emailed customer service twice every day for the last week, automatic reply thanking for the query. Do not buy from this store. Will keep you updated on progress update The first reply in 12 days, My wife has sent a number of emails to your customer service, no reply. As soon as i put up this post on trustpilot the next day she got a reply, still no buggy or date of delivery Update buggy and car seat delivered today.No issues that all we want.
