Great customer service, answered my questions quickly and clearly

Ordered a high chair and accessories. Was initially disappointed to receive an email saying it was actually out of stock, as the website had not synced the stock correctly with supplier. However Tony Kealys' had the best price and I wasn't in too much of a rush. So while I was given the option for a full refund, I decided to wait, and infact it was only a few days and the items arrived packaged securely and via DPD, which is a huge plus in my book. I was also provided with a delivery window so didn't have to wait in all day. Highly recommend Tony Kealys!

Quick delivery and good price

Really excellent customer service. I have used Tony Kealys online shop several times and not had a single problem. If something purchased turned out to be out of stock, they let you know and will fulfill the order ASAP or give a full refund. In my experience they are a very trust worthy seller.

I am very pleased with both service and product. After placing my order I was contacted by customer service that told me the chair I'd ordered was not currently in stock but that they expected a delivery with stock in the next few days. The next day I was contacted again and told my chair had arrived back in stock and that it would be shipped later that day. Two days later an my chair had arrived! I thought that was quite speedy delivery and great customer service. I will use Tony Kealys again and would happily recommend it to others.
