Easy to deal with and resolved an issue…

Easy to deal with and resolved an issue very quickly without having to do alot of chasing etc. Good delivery times and the price beat other retailers so all round a winner!

Online purchase- very disappointed.

I purchased a double buggy online 2 weeks ago, they said they had in stock. So I paid online on a Friday and selected in store collection Belfast, when I called the next morning they said I would have to wait until the Monday to see if it was available. I ended up going to the Walkinstown store in Dublin to pick up as that is where it was located. When I arrived in store they didn’t have he double kit. So it was just a single buggy. I was told I would recieve a call that evening or the next morning with an update as to when the double kit would be available and it has been 2 weeks now and I have heard nothing, I have messaged their customer service and been promised that I would recieve a call back but nothing. Should be more transparency online before they take your money. If it says available it should be available there and then. I paid that money under the impression I could go and pick up straight away or next day as it was available. Now it’s over 2 weeks and still no double buggy. Have had no help in this. Terrible experience.

Overall a good experience with Tony…

Overall a good experience with Tony Kealys. I would have given 5 stars however the car seat I ordered was loose in a large cardboard box with no other protection or anything to support it and stop it from being damaged while in transit. Childrens car seats really need to be adequately protected to ensure that they are still safe to use in a car.
