good value for money, prompt delivery

Good service, quick response and delivery. Dropped 1 star due to one part of the shipment being missed off and having to chase them to get it shipped.

I ordered the Stokke home bed cot online and after a week of not hearing anything regarding delivery, I called to which they told me the item is not in stock and won’t be for 6-8 weeks. I then had to get a refund as I don’t have time to wait this long for a cot. There was no information on the website to say the item was out of stock as if there was, I would not have wasted time ordering it and waiting for it to arrive.

Can't fault them. Their customer service was excellent (they messaged me to say I had double ordered by accident and they refunded me and everything) and they delivered my order quickly
