Pour une première avec Caro centre , j'ai été agréablement surpris par le professionnalisme de Mr Yvan. Commande reçu comme convenu dans les temps et gros remerciement à Yvan.

Deuxième fois que l’on commande du carrelage chez eux et rien à redire, on le refera les eux fermés. Le seul problème c’est le transport qui est fait par des sociétés plus ou moins méticuleuses du coup à chaque fois on a des carreaux cassés.

Très satisfaits des prestations de CARO-CENTRE. Professionnalisme, sérieux, amabilité caractérisent cette société, et notamment Yvan qui nous a bien renseigné et orienté sur le déroulement depuis la signature du contrat jusqu'à la livraison. La livraison de notre carrelage a eu lieu à la date prévue. Nous avons pu contrôler l'état des carreaux en présence du livreur, qui a attendu le temps nécessaire à l'ouverture des cartons. Aucun dommage constaté. Nous recommandons cette société.

Aucun carreau de cassé. Am Abreisetag erhielten wir alle Informationen zur Fahrt (Namen vom Fahrer, Natelnummer, Autokennzeichen). Wir wurden pünktlich abgeholt, der Fahrer war freundlich, fuhr sicher, kannte den Weg und hatte ein sauberes Auto. Pausen waren auf einer Fahrt von 3 bis 3,5 Stunden nicht nötig, wären aber bestimmt möglich gewesen. Wir haben bereits zum zweiten Mal über Getyourguide bei Taj Explore gebucht und würden es wieder tun. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

The service is great. The only thing that let you down was the delivery company. He dumped the kitchen cupboard doors outside my door and went to walk off. I caught him and explained I’m disabled and couldn’t lift them just inside the door. He asked my name and walked off. He was rude and I was left with the doors outside in the garden. A couple of the packages were damaged. I just hope the doors aren’t damaged too when they get installed in early February.
