Our Elementary school was hosting a Multi-Cultural potluck and dance night. Due to my old QNAP NAS drive not working I needed to get my old drive repaired or purchase a new drive. I emailed SPAN, supplier of the original NAS drive, asking what my options were regarding either repair or replacement. The reply, from Lucas Okrasiak, was very prompt and informative and with the information given I decided that buying a new one was my best option. I placed the order a little later that day and this was noted by Lucas who arranged to deliver the drive later the same day. He also gave me some tips on how to set the drive up and what to do should it not work. Setting it up was very straightforward thanks to the advice from Lucas. All in all SPAN has been an amazing company to deal with. The staff are knowledgeable who go above and beyond to help their customers. Outstanding service from both Lucas and SPAN.

A truly incredible experience. Somewhat felt like I have my own IT support around the corner. At 09.00am I had a failed drive on my NAS and by 12.30 this was replaced with a brand new. I purchased a QNAP NAS TS-h973AX from Span and a load of SSDs and SATA drives. The guys at Span set it all up in the required raid configuration. And Lucas was particularly helpful in getting the delivery out before Christmas as we were concerned about the export complications of 2021. With 10gb ethernet and a load of SSDs I now have a kick ass editing server. Thanks Span.

Order 81959 overdue by 67 days - Order cancelation and total refund - Legal action Why SPAN blocked my login? Why SPAN doesn´t answer my emails? Scheduled/Agreed delivery: 8th of January 2021. It is today overdue by 67 days. I sent you one email on the 15th of February, after 37 days overdue asking for the refund. Span answered: "Rest assured we have filed a complaint with TNT against this order and a few others like it. We are doing our best to get to the bottom of the issues causing setbacks. We will email you at the soonest opportunity, hopefully, with positive news". That didn´t happen again. Not a single word in 30 days from SPAN, after a 67 days delay. What kind of company are you? Do you feel OK with this? At this point, It's not something to negotiate or SPAN to decide what is best for the client or suggesting a client must keep waiting after a 67 days delay. It is my company legal right to ask for a refund after you failed to deliver a product in 67 days. Just be a professional. Assume your responsibility as a seller! So, This is the last email I'm sending to SPAN before I start legal action, if you don´t transfer my company money back. Please cancel the order 81959 and refund my company, otherwise I will start an official claim in UK consumer protection, from a product paid on the 19th of December, before BREXIT. Lukasz was excellent to work with, very communicative and helpful with all my questions. I was a bit frustrated with the logistics and shipping however. I appreciate that this is not necessarily SPAN's fault however. From a product point of view, I wish I had NOT purchased the Thunderbolt 3 add on card. It's incredibly buggy and I ended up wasting many hours with issues related to the connections not "waking up" when my Mac wakes up from sleep, T2E failing completely, etc. This appears to be a very widespread problem and is all over the forums. I ended up purchasing a Thunderbolt 3 to 10Gb converter and a 10Gb switch. Now the connectivity is very stable as expected, but the money spent on the card was a complete waste. Finally, the QuTS Hero version with ZFS is much different from QTS. I've used QNAP's for many years and while the interface is familiar, the performance was horrible initially. I watched videos from one of your colleagues on YouTube and while he used the Cache in "All I/O" mode this is a HORRIBLE idea. Even with very fast NVME drives it created massive bottlenecks in performance with high latency. Switching to "random I/O" resolved these issues, but with my workloads being mostly sequential it is currently not of much benefit. There is also very little documentation available about ZFS and setting appropriate record size/block size for shared folders depending on workloads. 128KB being default is fine for larger files, etc, but for Download station and VM's this is not ideal for performance. I spent many hours researching this and finally set this up correctly with different settings depending on the shared folder purpose. Again, not necessarily a SPAN issue, but in my discussions with Lukasz I had asked about proper setup for performance and would have appreciated a little more guidance and awareness on the differences prior to purchase.

Cannot recommend Span.com highly enough. From their tutorial videos through to the delivery and operation of the item, everything was first class.

We extended and refurbished our home in 2020-2021, which included a lot of mirrors and other glass fittings. In particular, we installed a very big shower cubicle/steam room with glass on two sides. Throughout this process, the staff were very diligent and completed all the work efficiently and neatly. Recently, two of the panels of the cubicle broke and shattered. Glass Tailors responded promptly and replaced the glass - AT NO COST TO US. Their attention to details can not be faulted and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to potential customers, as we have already done.

Order placed for glass which smashed when lifted out of the box. Supplier offered a replacement but opted for a refund which was prompt.

I cannot recommend Prad and his team highly enough at Glass Tailors in Whetstone. We first used them in 2017 for coloured glass splash backs in our kitchen. Bianca from the Damp Specialist Company performed a damp survey at our NW property. The survey was very helpful in clearly pointing the issues that needed remediation and specific actions. Much recommended.

I had a visit this week from the Damp Specialist Company, Bianca turned up early and proceeded to look into our unusual damp issue following an extension 6 years previous. I had a very detailed written report emailed to me within 24 hours, it even had suggestions on where I could go to purchase materials required to eliminate the problem. I have been looking forward to writing this review for 6 months! For whatever reason from the very first time I saw this ad on my News Feed, I have had a positive feeling about this company. I did my good diligence and research the company, and vetted it as much as I could. I didn't hesitate at all to invest my hard earned dollars into this company for a term of 6 months at 7.60% APY. Over the last six months I have seen many comments from people skeptical and even mocking this company. Most people from the comments I have been reading, always say "is it FDIC insured"? As if you should never invest into anything unless it's FDIC insured. Well only banks are FDIC insured, and Credit Unions have NCUA which is their insurance for their depositors. I was looking for something to interest my cat’s because when I observed them with their already climbing frames they looked a little bored. When on line I came across this company called catipilla, it looked interesting so after going through their products i chose what I thought would be a good investment to start with i made my order. I couldn’t believe how quickly my product was shipped out, it was on my doorstep the morning after, wow that was fast, on watching the video they have with all their products it was extremely easy to put the product together and very easy to fix to the wall. My cats (all 3of them) were a little unsure but after a few carefuly placed treats they little by little soon came round that this climbing frame was their space and their space alone. From that day i can’t imagine what they would do without it, they love it and will love it even more when i put more and more items together and make more space for them to play and explore. The items you buy are worth every penny if not you your cats will love it.

Love the products. The scratch posts are very durable and so far are showing little sign of wear despite my 3 cats constant use. Have had over a year. I love the fact that they can go outside so it gives my cats something other than the fence to scratch. Only 1 negative is that it turned black with the damp pretty quickly.
