Pregnant and using these creams recommended by the owner. She even gifted me sample sachets and mini gel capsicums which have been a lifesaver. My hips have been so sore, a little splodge on either hip and my lower back has been brilliant for helping the pain melt away. No stretch marks so far using lavender Euraderm but my ultimate favourite is the Celuderm cream. I want the oil next!! I body brush and then slather it on. It helps with lymphatic drainage but really, I love it because of the smell. Fresh lemon scent leaves me feeling like I've been at the spa. Converted - will use this cream forever!!

I was recently in hospital with three prolapsed discs hit nerves. The pain was excruciating and alongside traditional medicine I can honestly tell you the capsicum cream that I hit from Jenny what’s the one thing that felt like it made a huge difference and definitely bought comfort to me. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this cream to anyone with a bad back. I’ve used it before and I’ve used again but honestly on this occasion it was like a miracle.

used Ignedern cream for problems relating to cold hands and toes. The cream was easy to use, quickly absorbed with excellent results after only a few applications. The product price was reasonable. The salesman Andy at Project Solar told me that I could receive substantial intro fees for recommendations I made - I made 2 intros: one (my friend) wasn't contacted at all and the other (my brother) wasn't dealt with properly which meant that that didn't end up resulting in a sale either - as no sales were made, I was unable to earn referral fees so I am effectively hundreds of pounds out of pocket. They also didn't recommend bird proofing at time of installation, so that needed fitting retrospectively (as pigeons started nesting under my panels within 2 weeks of installation) and, lastly, they installed my battery and inverter in my loft which is against fire safety guidelines and therefore need moving which is apparently going to cost me £650. All in all, not sure I would recommend Project Solar unfortunately.

We’ve had a great service from start to finish. Larry explained everything that we would receive, earn, not have to worry over, etc. Scaffolding company came along, setup and were gone in a flash, the solar fitters were very similar, came along, setup and ran over everything before leaving. Again, can’t fault anything and would definitely recommend using them.

A brilliant service from start to finish with Project Solar. Simon Stanmore initially came out to do the assessment and talk me through it. He was very helpful, patient and informative. From the time of signing up, my installation was only days. The Electrician and fitters only took hours to install the system and were very friendly. Overall a very good experience and I would definately recommend.

Fast and efficient from start to finish. Quote was delivered extremely well with a breakdown of all costs and predicted savings. Installation was done within 2 weeks of accepting the quote. The initial salesman who came to speak to us was very pushy and insistent that we sign a contract on the spot, which was strange and completely unreasonable. Installing a solar PV system with storage battery is pretty complex and there are lots of parameters to consider - there was no way I could make a decision there and then having only just seen the quotation. I declined and the whole experience put me off… … however, a different colleague from Project Solar (Nathan) called me back a few months later with a courtesy call to check the state of play, see where our thinking had got to and answer my questions. From this point onwards, the whole experience with Project Solar has genuinely been five-star - I couldn’t be happier. Nathan spent a lot of time and effort working through my questions, as did his colleagues Chris and Nathaniel. We considered different options for the installation, battery size, type of panels, they guided me through how this could fit with my existing panels in the best way, oversaw the DNO application, all with great responsiveness, technical knowledge and professionalism. The installation itself went smoothly - the guys who came on site were again very polite, professional and made sure they designed things with my needs in mind (discrete cable runs and conduits etc.) Derry led this as the electrician on site and was a pleasure to work with. He and his colleagues took the time to talk me through the Fox app, how it all worked and what I needed to do. Finally, the after care following the installation has again been superlative - Kane and colleagues in the office have been fantastic in helping me configure the system to make the most of my import/export tariffs, answering my questions and providing all manner of helpful advice. These guys really do care about their customers and I have been really impressed. Oh, and the system itself is top notch - working really well, easy to monitor and control, and integrated with Octopus’s tariffs and my electric vehicle. Even without much sunshine over the winter, the battery by itself has been a game changer in allowing us to use cheap overnight electric rates for all our usage. In short - great products, great company from design, through installation and aftercare, and a great customer experience with truly expert support. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a solar installation. I’m very glad Nathan called me back after our initial (oddly unfortunate) sales visit!!

Great idea for a gift. I was really stumped for a gift for my mate's newborn. I had gotten her a map coordinates print for her wedding and I needed to match that personalised touch for baby Lola. Kerching, stumbled on this and ordered a Sugar Slice which is a piece of wood with a pic of the family with Lola when she came home. I ordered a range of clothing for my daughter for Sparsholt College on 18th August. One item was some cargo trousers advertised at size 8 (26"Waist). The goods were delivered on the 22nd August, but these cargo trousers were way to big and had a 31"-32" waist despite being labelled size 8. I emailed Creative Images that same day to ask about how to return them for a replacement. A week later having had no reply, I phoned Creative Images up (this was now the 29th), and the lady who answered the phone looked up my email (confirming it had arrived) read it back to me, and then said she would need to do some measuring and would call me back in a few hours - I said at the time I was happy just to have a refund and would return the trousers. The following day (30th Aug) I phoned again as I'd not been called back, and the same person noted they had failed to phone me back and said they had done some measuring and would need to contact their manufacturer. I had to explain that I was their customer, not their manufacturers, and that I just wanted a refund (and return details) as by now I'd just sourced an alternative pair (with college starting in a few days time). This then required me to be transferred to 'James' who I then had a similar conversation with, and again I had to point out that I was their customer, not the customer of their manufacturer, however James did say he would issue a refund. He also confirmed that no further information was needed from me to do so. So that was the 30th August, and its now the 7th September and no refund has been received. I should not have to chase this company even more to get their attention, but doubtless I will have to do so to get my refund. They sell reasonable products but their 'customer service' is not really acceptable to me.

Ho ordinato una pentola, essendo allergica al nichel e avendo letto la dicitura nella descrizione "Non contengono PTFE (Teflon), PFAS, GenX, BPA, PFOA e NICKEL" Peccato che per essere nichel free non basta questa dicitura, ma quella a norma di legge che garantisce l'assenza (18/0) e nel loro sito non c'è scritto da nessuna parte. Chiedo spiegazioni in chat e l'assistente Giorgia risponde "Non c'è la certificazione in quanto il materiale di cui è composto il rivestimento è un brevetto di laboratorio del nostro produttore, ma ti confermo che è totalmente provo di nichel". Mi dispiace Giorgia che me lo confermi tu, che le pentole sono prive di nichel, non significa niente, anzi conferma che non avete certificazioni e non potete spacciare i vostri prodotti per nichel free. Senza dicitura non è nichel free. È come i prodotti con scritto "naturalmente senza glutine", non ha nessuna valenza, l'unica dicitura com valenza è "gluten free". Zero serietà e affidabilità, con le allergie non si scherza.

Sono rimasta veramente contenta dall'acquisto della pentola Cucinosano, le cotture dei piatti vengono perfette e c'è bisogno di pochissimo olio. Non vedo l'ora di acquistare la prossima!

Ho seguito le istruzioni per poterla mantenere in condizioni ottimali ma ahimè, non mi sono trovata per niente bene. Impossibile fare frittate che non attacchino e così tutto il resto. Mi ritrovo con una padella che non è antiaderente, con "nero" da bruciature che non viene più via...morale :non la uso più ! Ho acquistato altra marca di qualità nettamente superiore e ad un costo inferiore

Scrivo dopo parecchio tempo dall'utilizzo di pentole e bistecchiera che ho prontamente buttato dopo qualche mese dall'utilizzo. Ho trattato tutto come da manuale, (olio, fiamma bassa, no lavastoviglie, non detersivi aggressivi). Ho chiesto spiegazione e sono stata liquidata con le solite risposte. Stamattina, confrontandomi con amiche che hanno acquistato cucinosano, ho scoperto che hanno avuto la medesime esperienza. Al contrario le teglie sono ottime. Un vero peccato e, oserei dire, anche mancanza di serietà, dal momento che ho letto parecchie recensioni come la mia.

Ho acquistato una padella con coperchio. Durante il pagamento, la prima transazione non è andata a buon fine, così ne ho effettuata una seconda che invece è andata a buon fine. Alla fine, mi sono arrivate due padelle con due coperchi. Nonostante avrei potuto ignorare la cosa, ho contattato l’assistenza clienti per segnalare l’errore e avvisarli di aver ricevuto un prodotto in più. Non ho ricevuto né un ringraziamento né un minimo riconoscimento per la mia onestà. Ho chiesto di poter tenere la padella extra con uno sconto, ma mi è stato risposto di no. Le padelle sono ottime, ma il servizio clienti è davvero deludente. Peccato.

I've lost£8595 which I paid for 3 funeral plan for myself,wife,and daughter told me my money would be protected big lie obviously,how can this be allowed to happen why aren't these companies vetted before they operate

My husband and I have lost over £5000 which we used to purchase a funeral plan. We took the plan out because it looked foolproof and we felt it would help our children when we died. What a fool. We are pensioners and haven’t a hope in hell of affording another and because we are just over the threshold with pensions we are unable to claim any benefits which would mean we could not access any help with costs. Oh well. Will have to find someone to dig a hole in our back garden and get buried there. Disgusted does not even describe what we feel

My parents took out the plans and we have lost £6000. I just don't know how we will find the money for a funeral now. Absolutely disgusting. I cannot begin to tell you how upset we are.

Both my Sister in Law and myself both bought Funeral Plans after my Mum died. We are both Pensioners and we paid £2885 each, for our plans. I feel ice-cold anger that would have only been sated by a Sword, in days gone by. I suppose the clue was in the name, so I accept Caveat Emptor, but never the less, we're both f****d now. I only receive basic state pension and have no hope of getting another. So just stick us in a mass pit along with the rest of the vulnerable mugs.

This company has gone into liquidation with no financial backup just lost almost £3,000 pounds. They said the money was safe when taking out the policy and would be backed up if they ran into difficulties. I have Stage 4 cancer now no funeral plan for my wife to rely on to take care of the funeral Totally gutted how can they sleep at night

Not for profit funerals have gone into voluntary liquidation from today 6.7.2022.Anyone who paid for their plans or even the deposit via a credit or debit card should contact their card provider and see if they are eligible for chargeback under section 75.

I am trying to find out if this company has applied to the financial conduct authority because from 29 July 2022, any funeral plan provider that isn’t authorised by them will be committing a criminal offence if it attempts to sell or administer a funeral plan.Any prospective purchasers must ask the question. Why have you not yet applied? On the FCA website it say you have not yet registered and "This provider hasn’t submitted its application yet. It may not be authorised to continue funeral plan business after 29 July 2022." So, in summary, anyone thinking of purchasing from you should ask the question before deciding to purchase.That's what I am doing, asking, you are obliged to answer or should anyone who needs to know go through the FCA to ask you?
