We had a great time as everything was planned ahead for us. Our drivers and guides were great and accommodating to our needs. Each place we went to was made accessible and a learning experience by our drivers and guides. All of our hotels and many of the restaurants were chosen ahead so we didn’t have to search for them. The whole experience was great for us.

Our family of 4 consists of myself, my husband and our 2 teen daughters. We wanted to go to Paris for a week and decided to add in a stop in Lyon and a train to Milan. So much ground to cover in a week! I had a lot of anxiety about this ambitious itinerary; however, Danielle and Trisha gave us a smooth and fulfilling trip! I was truly blown away by how satisfied we felt with spending such little time in each city. The app was so well organized, with our daily information and their careful attention to detail. They thoroughly connected us to our contacts at each destination and the tours were so educational. Even the drivers were value added as they also acted as tour guides along the way, giving us local insight and historical facts. This is our second trip we have taken with TRLT and we are already planning our next trip in March. Highly recommend!

My family has traveled quite a bit but what set this trip apart was the fact that Trisha and Danielle handled all the little details that always cause vacation tension - where do we get a taxi? What time do we need to leave for the ferry? Which tour should we take and where do we find a guide? Are the rooms truly connecting? Why don't we have sheets and pillows for the sofa bed? We didn't have to think about ANY of these details - and that was a game changer for our trip. They connected us with the most wonderful guides, we had reliable transportation at every turn and at each hotel, the rooms were exactly as we were told AND our children's extra beds were set up and ready, never a need for extra scrambling. It was also wonderful to have Trisha and Danielle recommend and book our hotels - that process can get overwhelming but in working together with them, we were able to find places that we might have otherwise missed. They truly listened to what we wanted too (a more basic but centrally located hotel here, a beach hotel there etc). This might seem like a small detail but the fact that our itinerary was all on the app (that we could access at any time) was also something I didn't know we needed but it came in unbelievably handy. What time is our driver coming? What time do we need to meet the guide? Instead of searching through a ton of emails, it was all there on the app. And should we need anything that required more immediate assistance, a local contact was just a phone call or text away - and any questions we had were answered within minutes, which was greatly appreciated. Trisha and Danielle put together an incredible experience for us in the Provence region of France. We started by having a meeting with Trisha and Danielle, where we told them our idea (bike up Mt. Ventoux in Provence from three different directions), and we gave them a budget. To say that they made our rough idea a dream reality would be a massive understatement. They designed an incredible itinerary for us (they found a guide local to the area who was absolutely amazing) -- we stayed in amazing hotels, ate at amazing restaurants, and had the experience we wanted and much more. Danielle and Trisha are easy to work with, responsive, professional, good listeners, and excellent people overall to work with. They have earned our business for many future trips.

Wij hadden een dure La Marzocco machine 2 groeps in onze zaak staan, maar eerlijk gezegd was het nooit mijn ding. Te veel gedoe soms, kwa onderhoud en ook personeel die er slecht mee om gaat. Toevallig kwam ik via google terecht bij ESE pod machines die speciaal zijn gemaakt voor horeca doeleinden. Gewoon een soort van pad erin en klaar, met dezelfde kwaliteit als die La Marzocco machine als je het mij vraagt. Uiteindelijk terecht gekomen bij Chirico Caffe en daar een mooie machine van het merk Spinel aangeschaft; vriendelijke mannen, goede service en goede prijzen. Heb de machine nu 7 maanden en ik ben er nog steeds hartstikke blij mee. Personeel kan er makkelijk mee over weg en krijg continu complimenten van mijn klanten over de koffie!

Koffie wordt altijd keurig op juiste dag en tijdstip bezorgd.

Absolutely the best place for children to get the extra support that they need to help them to reach their potential, my son absolutely loves attending and has come on leaps and bounds since starting. Highly recommend! Both Annabel and Helena are fantastic with the children, they provide my son with so much care and are so enthusiastic about his learning it’s makes him super excited too and captures his interest. They tailor their lessons to suit his needs and help him to reach his goals. He attends on a weekly basis and his only complaint is that he has to leave, he always wants to stay longer :)

My son is 10 years old, he is in a small primary school setting with the majority of kids in his year well above average. They ran a really effective and well planned session on accessibility features for SENCOs.

This past term, our school was able to run three Microsoft training workshops with Rachel on OneNote and engagement within the Microsoft 365 suite, and a Copilot launch INSET with Sam, Emma and Ajay on our final day of term. Both the workshops and INSET were a hit with our staff noting they left sessions with tangible outcomes they could immediately use, and that they connected with the trainers' experiences as educators. For me, as the organiser of the training, Rachel and Sam were outstanding in providing thorough planning time and follow-up. A large part of this was differentiating for the wide range of abilities within our staff for each platform. We will certainly be using TA in the future, and in fact are, already this term.

5 Star as the Bus is exactly as described from the photo, specious with a lot of room for luggage. and the Driver is 2 thumps up, Barry our driver's, really gives great services, he really knows where to drop of and pick us up in every destination, and it is the nearest. as we are nearly 90% accordingly with our itinerary , still there is 10 percent on the day itinerary change, and Barry can easily accomodate this as long as we are not passing the maximum legal driving time. and simply I will hire again soon.

Driver turned up in plenty of time, the coach was spotless clean and tidy. Everything was perfect. The driver was friendly and chatty and got us to the venue in plenty of time, will be using Coach Hire Direct again.

Friendly and easy to book the transport. Very accommodating when we had to make a slight change to the timings. The only issue we had was that the coach company only notified days before that they couldn't take us to the venue and parked 3 miles away from the venue so we had to arrange alternative transport from the car park to the venue, they said this was due to the lane to the venue being too narrow for the coach.

After being let down by another company, Coach Hire Direct came to the rescue and saved my friends wedding by getting all her family and friends to the venue on time. The coach was spotless and the driver was lovely. Thankyou so much!

Montrose were called out by my Insurance company following storm damage caused by a falling tree recently. Office staff were professional and phoned me back concerning my availability. Staff that arrived on the day were friendly and professional and incredibly tidy. My deck and garden were covered with debris. After the crew left there was not even any chain saw dust or the odd twig left in the garden or outside my property where their truck was. Very impressive.

Good family run company. Fair price and work carried out efficiently. All mess tidied up properly. Would recommend.

Montrose knew what they were doing and were helpful form the off. I didn't know the trees I wanted taken down had Tree Protection Orders, Montrose checked that and negotiated with the local council to get them cut back at least. They looked after the bureaucracy and I got more light in the garden. Very efficient and professional during the cut. Took all the offcuts away and left my drive clean. Great job.

Montrose Trees we’re fabulous. Very knowledgeable and helped us with dealing with the council regarding a huge Walnut tree in our back garden with a preservation order on it. I have been a client of Mark Beresford's since late 2018, he is a brilliant IFA, very in-depth knowledge indeed but doesnt frazzle you with mind boggling financial phrases. I had to look at my pension and insurances and he sorted them out simply but cost effectively for me, and everything is working well.

Graham attended my parents house to deal with a mouse issue. He called me about 15 minutes before call out so I could let them know in advance. He was very friendly and kind to my elderly parents and the issue is in the process of being resolved. Garry from Owl arrived on site was very professional in the way he dealt with our issue, rodent activity in the attic. He explained exactly what he was doing, how the rodents would consume the bait and then depart the house in search of water. He returned after three weeks and all rodent activity has ceased.
