I have ordered a couple of things from Red Apple and have found that on each occasion, everything went smoothly. The customer service is first class. Prices are extremely competitive and the range is excellent. Happy to recommend. I am also very pleased that Red Apple used DPD rather than the dreadful Yodel.

I was looking for a budget hifi rack that didn’t look, well, too budget. Found the Norstone Esse in black with walnut finish shelves at Red Apple AV. £40 cheaper than elsewhere, speedy delivery and am absolutely delighted - everything in the box there should be, rack went together easily in just over an hour and looks much nicer than might reasonably be expected for the money, in particular the walnut finish shelves. Only downside is that the rack is not threaded to take spikes etc, but it’s a substantial item and sits solidly and reasonably level on my carpeted floor. A happy customer.

I stumbled across this company when searching the internet for some Sonos era 300 speaker stands. What can I say wow excellent customer service and great communication from start to finish. My stands arrived within 2 days with no problems whatsoever. Ian actually had the item in stock (not like the previous website who said they had them but hadn’t any until May !!!) I placed an order on Thomas gun on 23/11. Standard delivery is supposed to be 3-5 working day. It is now the 3rd December and I have still not received a despatch notification. I have tried contacted via telephone which keeps going to voicemail and I have tried via email and still no response. Poor customer service.

The momos are super tasty, plump and delicious. Our faves are the beef ones. Love the sauces and salad they come with too. We pre-warmed plates beforehand but all arrived in perfect condition and temperature (we live 5 mins walk away). Our kids love them too. Brilliant, friendly service, ready bang on time and dealt with allergy questions really well. All in all a fab choice for the night you don’t want to cook and fancy a treat.

Mitsubishi Shogun van underbody treatment, armour and suspension upgrade. All I can say is “wow” on all counts, new quality of ride (no more side to side sway whilst driving is great for my lower lumbar), much better ride height position of the vehicle and it even looks like it should have come out of the factory like this! The quality of the products supplied and fitted is brilliant and the photographs show a work ethic attention to detail which I didn’t think still existed in this day and age. Overall this has proven to be a high quality value for money investment in my truck. Thank you all very much indeed. I won’t hesitate in recommending you guys in the future.

Originally contacted this company for a quote for my bathroom, it turned out to be the most competitive quote in line with the work we wanted doing. The owner of the business happily helped us resource cheaper products to make the over all cost lower. The work has been completed for over a year now and it is still in good condition with no faults etc. I did call them out when I thought some bath pipes had broken, and they came within 12 hours which i was massively impressed with - turns out there was nothing wrong with the bath my dog had just been running riot.
