When I came in, I was greeting by the front desk staff. They were really nice. I didn't have to wait that long. The MA (JuJu) was fabulous!!! She answered all my questions and explained the whole program to me with great detail. Wow this machine is amazing, been using it for nearly two years now. Started with a different brand four years ago but it had lots of cords which get in the way. Love the Mira Pro very much! DO NOT BUY This was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had a terrible experience using this machine, I was very unwell for over a week. It messed up the electrical impulses in my brain and made me feel very spaced out, lightheaded physically sick and dizzy after only using for a moment. They would not refund me as I hadn’t needed to use the device until I was next in pain and that fell outside the 30 day period. They were very rude and provided no understanding or support Stay away from this horrible company at all costs

I’ll admit, I was skeptical of it would help, but I gave it a go and so glad I did. I suffer both severe period pain and IBS, so have used it for both and it helps! It’s easy to use - the remote is magic, arrived fast and is reasonably priced! Thanks guys!

As someone who has always had severe menstrual cramps, i can say that this device does reduce the severity of them! I love that this device is wireless, small and comfortable to wear. Plus this device is actually a lot cheaper than other options i was previously looking at. I still combine other behaviours with the use of this device but i have been able to reduce the amount of painkillers i take (that normally wouldn't really help anyway). At this point I'd be lost without my Mira Pro! It definitely gives me comfort knowing that i have it to go to when my period starts! If you've been sitting on the idea of trying it like i was for so long, i definitely recommended trying it sooner rather than later (if you can). I can only hope others will find it just as helpful!

Hi My kids dropped my Laptop Apple Mc book PRO in bath tub. I though it was completely damaged as there was water all over it, keypad was soaked in liquid. Recently returned from the Ibiza retreat and it far exceeded my expectations. This was my first experience of a yoga retreat and it had the perfect mix of movement, relaxation, inspiring ladies and nourishing food, it did not disappoint. Sophs schedule for the week was a great balance of fitness & yoga. Plus the yoga was the perfect end to a great day. I will be making this an annual trip for sure, a new non negotiable in my life. This was my second time on a Sun and Salt Escapes retreat. I had high expectations after loving the Portugal retreat last year. Ibiza did not disappoint!!! Just returned from a 5 day retreat in Ibiza with sun and salt escapes. Wow ..would definately recommend this company to anyone looking for nurture, fabulous food, great daily workouts and the best yoga sessions with Soph. I was a little nervous going on my own and in mid fifties but I met inspiring ladies from age 25 -56 and we all got on so well .I would definitely go again on my own. I felt welcomed, nurtured and restored inside and out by lovely Soph and her team ! Such wonderful tasty ,healthy food each day. loved every minute .Beautiful villa with pool, very well chosen a short drive from the beach, markets and not far from airport. ...already looking to go again! The Ibiza trip, is my second retreat with Sun and Salt. I've come away so happy, rested and motivated, that it quite simply has to be something I return to year after year. Non-negotiable! It's got everything, energy, movement, rest and relaxation, wonderful women, and a safe space to reconnect with yourself. The food is nourishing and delicious and the schedule was a great balance. It was wonderful not to have to think, or make any decisions. It was such an epic trip, absolutely loved it and can't recommend it enough. Sun and Salt Escapes you are The Best. Just returned from the Ibiza retreat and it was incredible. The vibes, the accommodation, the food, the schedule it was all perfect. I have recently been diagnosed with a chronic illness... which I'm still navigating and Soph and team were so supportive, cheering me on and reminding me to take from the retreat only what I needed. I was a little apprehensive the schedule may be too much for me given my health... it wasn't. So much time to relax and Soph is so accommodating, always checking in that I was managing ok. I would thoroughly recommend and can't wait to return to a Sun and Salt Escapes retreat in the future.

I went on the Portugal retreat with my daughter and I had an amazing experience. Sophie and Alyssa were perfect hosts. The workouts with Soph were challenging and fun, the yoga in the evening provided a perfect end to the day and Alyssa’s food was wonderful. I would recommend this retreat to all ages and all abilities.

A complete and comprehensive resource to clear the 11 plus examination. We used the preparation plan set up at PI to work on past papers and solve topicwise questions and that was it! PI is an amazing resource to self tutor your child or put in that extra practise. After clearing the exams using PI we highly recommend it.

Outstanding papers and realistic practice

The papers are certainly not written by people who are working in the English school system. As some of the questions require the knowledge of those topics that are not in the National curriculum. Moreover, the worked solutions use the methods like: "complex algebra" that is not used in primary schools where the focus is on mastery approaches rather than following the rigid methods approach. Some questions use terminologies without defining them, assuming students would know, but they would not know as not part of national curriculum.
