Our driver and guide, Hakim, was nothing short of fantastic. He’s an excellent driver and a wellspring of knowledge about the intertwined histories of Morocco, Spain, and France—speaking all three languages, plus English. We recommend carrying cash (MAD), as currency exchange is available outside the airport or via ATMs, though there’s a surcharge. One of the highlights was in the desert, where Hakim’s Berber spirit shone as he joined a band of musicians, delighting us with lively music under a star-studded, moonless night sky. As a native of Dades, Hakim shared his deep affection for his hometown, one of Morocco's most beautiful regions. On his recommendation, we indulged in a Hammam on our final day, a perfect end to our journey. I utilized Prime Limo for a large company event that I was in charge of organizing. We needed to move about 100 employees from Dallas to an event 2 hours away. Prime Limo had a very reasonable quote that I was able to quickly get over email. Booking process was easy and simple. On the day of the event the charter buses arrived early, were clean/sanitized, and the drivers helped us connect our phones to the Bluetooth so we were able to play our music the entire ride. I was introduced to La Rukico Tailors about five years ago since I was looking for a bespoke tuxedo for my wedding a couple of months away. I wanted a tuxedo that would fit my build well since most of the rack suits and tuxedos were ill fitting with sleeves that were too short and waist lines that were to baggy when matched with my wide shoulder and 6'4" frame. I spent more than what I originally intended for the tuxedo, but the complements I received on my wedding day and the comfort I experienced in this tuxedo made me a regular customer. Since that time, I have placed multiple orders for suits, shirts, and slacks that fit like a glove. You'll feel like a million dollars walking around in these clothes and your confidence level will shoot through the roof. Mr. Kelly has always been polite and works with me to get my orders expedited on short notice when necessary. I ordered a rug 11 days ago and I am still waiting for delivery. I have been told it was out for delivery 5 day ago. Communication with Frederic, the company owner I think has stopped answering the phone and has not responded to e-mail. I have spent over a £1000 with him and I think I will be going to the credit card company to get a refund. The rugs may seem to be a bit cheaper but I think this matches the customer service cheap and very poor. I am very disappointed as I have wasted my time and emotion on trying to buy a product from and dealing with Luxuryrugshop, this should have been a pleasant experience and it definitely has not been. 1/10

A fantastic service. I had a leak in a flat bay window roof. On a Sunday I Googled roofing companies having tried and failed to get it fixed locally from my usual roofer. Sam was courteous and took the details, gave the job to his roofer and it was done as promised within 3 days. That was about 5 weeks ago and it seems a good job. Job is guaranteed and as ever the measure of a company I find is in how they respond to a problem. But I'm confident all will be well and there'll be no problem. The price was cheaper than a local quote. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

Hola! Hemos conocido Asia a través de Indonesia en tus manos. Y la verdad, que hemos consultado con otras agencias, pero siempre volvemos con ellos. A parte que nos organiza unos viajes increíbles, son muy de confianza y honestos. Con ellos hemos viajado a Bali, Thailandia y Maldivas. Y como siempre encantados!!! Alex y Eva a parte que son majisimos, son grandes expertos que han tenido la suerte de poder vivir en estos paraíso, de lo cual lo conocen al detalle todos los destinos. Este año si toda va bien, queremos ir a Japón con ello que seguro que volveremos a estar encantados.

No los recomiendo para nada. Van de entendidos y de que "han vivido muchos años allí' y lo único que te proporcionan son los mismos paquetes que otras agencias, eso sí, más caros. Empezando por los vuelos (nos querían meter a la vuelta una escala en Yakarta, que encima era más cara que el depansar-doha) y continuando con otros pequeños detalles, simplemente, por no prestar atención y vender el paquete estándar. Por poner algunos ejemplos: el hotel del aeropuerto (habiendo decenas, y más baratos) tienen en "su paquete" es un hotel que está a 15 mins en transporte del aeropuerto y es de calidad muy mala. Después de 15 horas de vuelo, es lo ultimo que quieres (fm7, os recomiendo que lo miréis). Habia algunas actividades que no tenían ningún sentido logistico, como la "piscina" después de visitar el Pramadan. Bañarte para ir mojado durante 1 hora en coche al hotel (con el AC a tope) no tiene mucho sentido. Ademas, la piscina era de todo menos occidental. Las (pocas) mujeres que había bañándose se salieron en cuanto vieron a una occidental. Mi pareja se sintió muy cohibida ante la situación y ni se bañó. En bali, es más de lo mismo. Horas de coche arriba y abajo todos los días, cuando hay muchos hoteles, reconocido hasta por sus propios guías locales. Parece que el año que viene reducirán el número de horas de coche... Me alegro por los que lo disfruten. Finalmente, en las islas Gili, les habíamos descrito que queríamos algo parecido a lo que vimos en Gili Meno. Pero el paquete que ellos tienen para todo el mundo es el Pink Coco de Gili Air... Y ahí mandan a todo el mundo. Quizás lo peor de la experiencia fue el modo en que nos atendió Alejandro cuando le llamamos por teléfono nada más llegar al hotel en Gili Air. Fue bastante borde, la única solución que nos dio fue mandarnos a Jimbaran (sin coste adicional, uoo) y nos dejó con la palabra en la boca al colgarnos. Quedamos en que hablaríamos en 24 horas tras pensar que hacíamos, y ni se molestó en volver a llamarnos. Muy decepcionante para el dineral que valen. Hay muchas otras agencias que por mucho menos os proporcionarán un servicio igual, o mejor, que no es complicado.

Nuestra experiencia con Indonesia en tus manos ha sido desde el primer momento, extraordinaria. Nuestro viaje estaba previsto para julio del 2020, pero tras aplazar la boda y teniendo en cuenta la situación que aun vivimos por el COVID 19, tuvimos que cambiar tanto las fechas, como los destinos de nuestro viaje. En un primer momento apostamos por cambiar las fechas y mantener el destino (Singapur e Indonesia), pero a medida que se acercaba la fecha veíamos que no era el momento ni la situación idónea para hacer ese viaje. Fue entonces cuando Alejandro nos recomendó Grecia. Nos gustó la idea y enseguida dimos con el viaje ideal: Atenas, Peloponeso (Nafplio, Gythio, Olimpia y Delfos) e islas (Naxos, Paros y Santorini). Han sido 22 días inmejorables, todos los hoteles y transportes estaban organizados y planificados al detalle para que solo tuviéramos que preocuparnos de disfrutar y descansar. Prometimos que en cuanto podamos haremos nuestro viaje, y sin duda, será contando con el equipazo de Indonesia en tus manos por su dedicación, amabilidad, cercanía y actitud ante la organización de cada uno de los destinos y actividades. ¡Gracias a Alejandro y a todo el equipo por haber diseñado este viajazo!

I have a vintage safe in my cellar that has never been opened since purchasing the property and it is too big to dispose of. But it is ideal for keeping those important papers safely together. Problem was, I didn’t have a key. The first specialist safe-breaker told me it would cost more than a new safe to get it opened and would probably end up unusable anyway. But he referred me to Will at Safebusters and I sent him a message. Will arrived within two days, a five hour round trip, had the safe opened within the hour and then spent two hours taking the lock apart, making new keys and putting it together again, leaving the safe in good working order. I could tell that Will is a very rare individual these days - highly skilled, highly motivated, loves his work, very anxious to please, and a true gentleman. To top it all, Will quoted me a lower price than he intended (I have the same problem - hitting the right keys on an iPhone) but he refused to accept the full amount even though I was more than happy to pay it! This was an experience that restored my faith in human nature.

We have a huge and very cool vintage safe that we only have 1 key for. All was good 17+ years until I lost that effing key. I was extremely grateful for such quick and efficient service from Safebusters. They quoted us a very fair price and we booked them to come out. We used Interiors by Design on recommendation and were not disappointed. The service was impeccable and the designer/salesman listened to all the ideas we had and even made some suggestions. When we went to see the design he had created he had captured our needs perfectly. He even assisted when the implementation was done by liaising directly with the contractor on our behalf. Would recommend them.
