Throughout my whole life I had problems with my teeth. When I shared my xray with my representative Jasmin from Dent Alpin, she immediately talked to the doctors in the clinic and after I agreed with the plan she arranged all my reservations. The process was smooth and now I just got my implants done. I feel totally ok, no pain whatsoever.

Professional and neat. In my first time at Dent Alpin, Dr Emre did my implants perfectly and now Dr Selene placed my crowns. They use something called a titanium bar which is something I never heard from any of the clinics I have been in contact with. This bar is placed inside the prosthesis and it enhances the durability of my new teeth. They are very confident of what they do and gave me 10 year warranty for the crowns and lifetime warranty for the implants.

I both got my crowns done here and stayed in the room upstairs. It is such a privilege for patients to have their accommodation this close to your doctors. The locldn't be better. When I had a quesion to ask I just went downstairs and asked. They are almost like a big family here, everybody is smiling and happily doing their jobs. And the results do reflect this positivity also. My teeth are looking perfect. I will definitely recommend Dent Alpin to all my family and friends.

I got to know Dent Alpin after a bad experience in another clinic. The other clinic did my implants in such a way that they kept failing one after another. Then they told me I would not be able to get implants again and my jawbone was the problem. Dent Alpin proved them wrong and did my implants and teeth perfectly. I bought 2 pieces of - Product code: 9967 (Table Leg) Not only it didn't include any instructions or screws, but it doesn't do the job intended, which is being able to collapse. There's this piece of metal that has a round sort of "lock" that I thought should be placed on the other end where there's an opening of the same size. Wrong! if you put it that way the table leg won't be able to collapse. I placed the circle popping out under to be able to collapse it and to provide support to the other metal piece holding the table top's weight, and now it can't do it's job of fully collapsing, not completely flat, which is frustrating because the idea is for it not to occupy so much space, but either way I install it is not working as it should.

This drawer is top-notch: well-made and sturdy. Quality item! Unfortunately, I didn't measure properly and came to find out the darn thing doesn't fit under my desk because it bumps into a support bar that would have it sticking out about a centimeter. I'm keeping the drawer and shopping for a new desk!!! Delivery was quick as well.

I bought a pair of UStreamGo speakers at launch and received them in October 2022. Their performance is incredible and a joy to listen to. I did recently have a faulty developer on x1 speaker, the battery had failed. On contacting Mitchell Acoustics for some support to find a replacement, instead they actually offered to swap out the whole speaker unit pair. This was truly above and beyond, for customer service. The replacement speakers were received and I returned the originals. A very happy customer, once again!

In my opinion, the TT1 and TT2 are the best Bluetooth enabled turntables at their respective price points. Not only are they fantastic products, with superior sound, quality and looks compared to other better known brands, but Mitchell Acoustics also has fantastic customer service and after-sale care. Couldn’t recommend more highly, so buy with confidence.

was on the lookout for a replacement turntable and stumbled across the TT1, its simply gorgeous with the matt black and rose gold platter, tone arm and feet. I wanted Bluetooth for the modern touch, it sounds amazing wireless compared to my old jvc but not artificial in the least. Build quality is solid although I did stupidly break a hinge (totally my fault) but to their credit the company owner is sending a replacement FOC after I reached out to buy a spare, thank you so much Paul and Ray !! when funds permit I certainly will be considering something from their UStream speaker range to compliment my wireless setup.

I’m very disappointed with Mitchell Acoustics I recently bought the TT1 Turntable and UStream Bluetooth Speakers. I’ve had problems with the connection on the speakers and contacted Mitchell Acoustics via a form you have to fill in and they’ve never replied to me, no answer and I’ve filled in a form 3 times now and nothing, their support is a joke, they take your money and wash their hands of you, they make it to hard to find any communication info. Never ever had any problems contacting other companies, but this one is unbelievable. I also rang to ask for help and the young lady said give me your phone number and someone will ring you back, did that happen? NO They seriously need to look at a support system for customers, a British brand with decent audio equipment but back up needs sorting come on guys.

The customer service is exceptional - you can always reach a human to speak to, one that won't dazzle you with jargon but listen to your problem and work out how the system can help.
