Don't think of going elsewhere for tyres nor alignment. It's worth travelling (within reason) as this caerwys branch is so handy right on a quiet exit off the A55. This is a well managed depot with someone actually in charge. As long as the staff remains as is, the minimum standard of service exceeds many others' maximum. I get the feeling my custom is valued.

Good tyres fitted

Absolute gem, I nipped in this morning to book in for two new rear tyres for Saturday. The helpful staff said that they had some in stock and that they would be able to fit them right away. After the fitter inspected the tyres he said that I would actually only need one rear tyre as there was a fair bit of tread left on the other one. So not just grabbing my money at the opportunity and giving great customer service instead. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I will 100% be getting my tyres from D M H tyres again!

I had a good experience with this optimum dumpsters. I booked the dumpster just after 6 in the morning and was surprised it got delivered the same day.  The price was pretty reasonable and Anthony was able to quickly respond to my questions. If you need a dumpster, go with these guys –they make it easy!

Really impressed with how quickly, but gently this programme has taught our little one to self settle and sleep long periods of time. It's been a game changer for us! 2 weeks in and between 7 and 9 hours sleep before a feed, then back to sleep for another few hours.

Janine was so helpful for us in getting some clarity on our sleep training. Our baby went from waking up every hour to only having one feed at night. We would definitely recommend her support, as sleep training can be challenging and it definitely helped me feel much more secure, supported & relaxed in what I was doing.

The sleep course breaks down every aspect of sleep to ensure baby has the best environment for sleep and you have the best tools to support your baby. I was looking for a sleep consultant that wasn't going to try and encourage us to 'cry it out'. The thing I love most about Janine is the fact that whichever method you choose to use, the baby's needs are always met and can be comforted by you as much as they need at every stage! I have also used Janine for two 1:1 consultations and she has been so helpful both times, offering us a detailed plan and follow up support with my questions! I would definitely recommend if you're looking for someone to support with baby's sleep!

I’ve used them twice now (honeymoon to Italian Rivera + Tuscany, Florence and then Rome, Venice, Verona) would recommend them to all my friends and family. They are so responsive to any request or needs before during the planning phase of your trip and while you’re in Italy. If we had any questions or concerns while we were in the country, we were able to text them and always received responses within 5-10 minutes and our concerns were quickly addressed. For instance, if a restaurant could not find our reservation, they’d call on our behalf, or if we wanted to cancel a dinner reservation planned because we were too tried and needed rest, they assisted with that also. On receiving my order I found it to be gold plated instead of sterling silver. After many emails I returned the item as I had received it. A month later I received the replacement but with no wood shavings, just taped closed in a cardboard box with the order number printed on the tape. Why wasn't it presented in the same manner as the original order? At least the item was as I had ordered it as it will be a very special gift for my granddaughter.

My wife bought me a leather bracelet as a birthday present. When l opened it part of the leather had frayed and a strand had broken completely. Despite sending emails along with photos attached of the damaged product we’ve heard absolutely nothing. No communication from Silvery at all. Seems that they’re ok with sending faulty products and then ignoring communication from customers. Pretty poor.

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo soggiornato al Palazzo Manzoni Apartments per 4 notti durante le vacanze di Pasqua: il nostro appartamento era molto bello, ampio, nuovo, luminoso, fresco, pulito, accogliente e ben curato in tutti i dettagli. La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima per accedere sia a Bari Vecchia che al centro della cittá con tutti i negozi, bar e ristoranti. La struttura ci ha accolto benissimo e in maniera calorosa per il check-in, la comunicazione è sempre molto tempestiva e precisa sia prima che dopo il soggiorno (Valentina e Marianna ci hanno davvero fatto sentire i benvenuti, due persone squisite!). Insomma, direi tutto perfetto! Torneremo a Bari e sicuramente soggiorneremo di nuovo qui!

There seemed a temporary problem on our website during a busy period for us so I reported it by email (after normal working hours, evening). I expected response the next working day but pleasantly surprised that response came that same evening. Also I expected the response to be 'wait and see', which would have been reasonable for the problem, but I received a detailed analysis of the issues plus actions I should take should problem recur. Overall this was a more prompt and detailed response than I expected - excellent! Fortunately there was no recurrence of this problem. On other occasions when I've contacted Olco they have responded promptly and with efficiency. Highly recommended.
