I was in some pain, having got shard of glass stuck in the sole of my foot, so I rang CFC, having had a previous good experience with them. I couldn't believe it when they said Jonathan would be with me for a home visit that afternoon! Sure enough he came and sorted it out and gave me a pedicure at the same time. Brilliant.

I bought a pair of UStreamGo speakers at launch and received them in October 2022. Their performance is incredible and a joy to listen to. I did recently have a faulty developer on x1 speaker, the battery had failed. On contacting Mitchell Acoustics for some support to find a replacement, instead they actually offered to swap out the whole speaker unit pair. This was truly above and beyond, for customer service. The replacement speakers were received and I returned the originals. A very happy customer, once again!

In my opinion, the TT1 and TT2 are the best Bluetooth enabled turntables at their respective price points. Not only are they fantastic products, with superior sound, quality and looks compared to other better known brands, but Mitchell Acoustics also has fantastic customer service and after-sale care. was on the lookout for a replacement turntable and stumbled across the TT1, its simply gorgeous with the matt black and rose gold platter, tone arm and feet. I wanted Bluetooth for the modern touch, it sounds amazing wireless compared to my old jvc but not artificial in the least. Build quality is solid although I did stupidly break a hinge (totally my fault) but to their credit the company owner is sending a replacement FOC after I reached out to buy a spare, thank you so much Paul and Ray !! when funds permit I certainly will be considering something from their UStream speaker range to compliment my wireless setup.

I’m very disappointed with Mitchell Acoustics I recently bought the TT1 Turntable and UStream Bluetooth Speakers. I’ve had problems with the connection on the speakers and contacted Mitchell Acoustics via a form you have to fill in and they’ve never replied to me, no answer and I’ve filled in a form 3 times now and nothing, their support is a joke, they take your money and wash their hands of you, they make it to hard to find any communication info. Never ever had any problems contacting other companies, but this one is unbelievable. I also rang to ask for help and the young lady said give me your phone number and someone will ring you back, did that happen? NO They seriously need to look at a support system for customers, a British brand with decent audio equipment but back up needs sorting come on guys.

Communication was fantastic. They called when they were nearby and they were on time. They cleared rubbish from my garden, but still did it ina very organised and careful way. They would check permission before doing something. They were so jovial and approached any problems in a positive way. They made sure they left the spot where the rubbish was spotless by sweeping up the smaller bits. Oh and the quote they gave was very reasonable compared to quotes from companies of a similar calibre to them.

I have been in the reef keeping hobby for many years, however I needed to move my very established reef from one side the room to the other. I could have done this myself but would have taken quite a while so I enlisted Aquarium Composition to come and do this for me. They turned up early one Saturday morning and got straight to work, they have all the necessary equipment and tools so as to make the job as quick and as easy as possible. Once the tank was drained and unplugged the tank was moved quickly but carefully so as not to damage the tank, its contents or the wooden flooring. They were extremely professional and I will not hesitate to use them again in the future. Overall an amazing service at a very competitive price given their experience and quality.

Last Autumn I went fibre but unfortunately my broadband supplier dropped my phone service! I did a bit of searching for a VOIP alternative and, as it turned out, I decided to give Phonely a try. I started with the most basic system, my very old analogue phone and the Yeolink adaptor, I had a few minor problems with this and contacted support what a delight this was. They responded to my email the same day with advice and were vert friendly and patient on the phone. After a couple pf months I bought a VOIP benefit of the system. This is the best customer service I have ever had! Thanks to Zoe, Katie, Laura and George (Who got the whole job sorted by telling me to unplug the base station, count to 30 then fire it up again!) Goede en snelle service. Op dinsdagavond de backpack besteld en twee dagen later werd deze thuis afgeleverd. De backpack die ik heb gehuurd was schoon en was voorzien van een flightbag. Zelf dus helemaal niks hoeven regelen! Na afloop werd de backpack weer opgehaald en over de gebruikssporen werd gezegd dat dat er bij horen. Een goede service en een top product. Heerlijk om niet na te hoeven denken over een plek waar ik een jaar lang mijn backpack kan stallen. Zeker een aanrader!

Het is super fijn dat ze de koffers komen brengen en weer ophalen. Geen gedoe met opbergen zijn toch altijd grote onhandige dingen. We hadden klein probleempje maar zijn heel goed geholpen. Mochten we weer koffers nodig hebben ga ik ze zeker weer huren!

The Code & Hack course given by NALITS was an amazing experience, where I was taught professionally how to code in Python. During the course we also touched on HTML and how to code a simple website. Later in the course, we were taught how to hack into the website, but also how to keep our information safe from being hacked. The experience wasn't only knowledgeable but was made into a fun course.

Sent my Scuf in for new TMR Sticks and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I happened to be scrolling Tik tok and saw him do everything live, he talked you through everything he was doing, did an overall health check on the controller then he checked to see if his interchangeable sticks would fit and luckily they did so I purchased those as well to get the extra long right stick. If you need a controller repair or are looking for a new Pro controller then don’t go anywhere else other than here.

Such great service, Nova gave our 4 controllers a second chance by replacing the joysticks for Hall effect ones. They all work brilliantly. They went above and beyond, we asked for aesthetic changes to one of the controllers and they made them look wonderful and even added a free backplate to make them look even better. I highly recommend Nova.

I gave nova controllers both my ps5 pro controllers to repair, one was completely dead from water damage and they managed to bring it back to life working like its brand new again! They also fixed my stick drift on my second controller again feels brand new! HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone who needs their controllers fixed.
