
Left armchair looking worse than before cleaning
Hired them to clean an armchair, having had a good experience with them a few years ago. Unfortunately, they left me with the chair looking worse than before cleaning, with streaks of dirt smudged all over the fabric and then refused to either clean it properly or to give me my money back. Absolutely appalling service and response, and complete lack of professionalism. Avoid!

This is the worst company I have come accros so far. They literally cancelled my house clean on the day without valid reason leaving me in dire straits. Then they blocked my number! Avoid this company like the plague they are.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I can only assume this is a scam company. They did a builders clean but it was not at all thorough and left dirt on the cooker top, inside the fridge and dust and other items of debris on the floor said they wouldn't lift even small items of furniture following the clean. Whilst I had booked a builder clean it was purely dusty so it was not too much of a chore to complete. They also said that results aren't guaranteed and wouldn't resolve through sending a cleaner back to resolve or offering a 10% refund.

Avoid this Company
My experience with this company has not been a good one. If you use them on completion of work do not let the cleaner rush you round and show you what they want to show you because in my case there was a lot that was not done that should have been. Underside of oven, not cleaned. Sides of cooker hood not cleaned. Kitchen doors not cleaned properly, edge of worktop got dried food left and underside of worktop left sticky. Kitchen floor, which was bad that’s why I got a professional cleaning company in not cleaned properly. I had to use my own domestic steam cleaner on it and the water was black when rinsing the cleaning pad. They actually state that the kitchen floor would be scrubbed, that’s why I went with them. There was a toffee sweet stuck on the floor and masking tape which I hadn’t noticed until we moved in! Bedrooms were done fine, bathroom shower screen has mouldy bits that keep coming off the bit that sits on the bath. Windows, if done, haven’t been done well. I contacted them when we’d moved in and I’d noticed everything that had not been done and they said that they were sorry but I had checked it on completion of the work and that is a non guarantee service, also their terms and conditions state that they only accept responsibility whilst their operative is still on site so they were not going to do anything further. The clean cost £260 and I trusted that they would do the jobs that was listed. I’m just really shocked that are not willing or have any interest in putting this right especially having seen the photos. My advice is to steer clear from this company.

Not a reputable wine company
This company pretended it was "Wine Selectors", which it is NOT. Wine Selectors is reputable. Wine Vintners, Wine Concierge, Wholesale Vintners, et al, are all the same company. The wine is bulk purchased, bottled under some fictional label and is really awful, unpalatable and not even good cooking wine. The giveaway is "Wine of Australia", without a vineyard on it. Nominally from a business suite in St.Kilda Road, Melbourne. Be warned, stay away!!

Yep - also got scammed. Their consultants are AI voices. No way can you speak to a human and their emails are totally ignored. Bye bye $228! Next day…. Received their response below. Funny - I’ve already reached out to the phone number and email supplied!! NO RESPONSE FROM THEM!! They’ve had 16 days to respond to my very first phone call and subsequent calls. They’ve had 6 days to respond to my email.

Predatory selling
This company continues to sell wine to my mother and hitting her credit card for money. She is 87 and doesn't even drink wine! There are 9 boxes of wine that I need to return. Next stop is the ACCC. I ha e called them and asked them to stop and I have cancelled my mum's card and still there is another $218 charge on her card. The third one this month! I have emailed all the labels from the boxes. We called them in September last year and asked them to not to call or send any more wine and here we are with another 9 boxes and charges on the card. I have asked them to contact me directly and still have had no response

Great, if you like ongoing harassment
This company has been harassing me since November 2023. Initially stuffing up my order, they only sent something after it was forced through a PayPal dispute. This was over a month after I ordered. There is no fast delivery. Ever since, I’ve received persistent sales calls. I’ve asked kindly, firmly, angrily, yelled and threatened to report them for harassment. I’ve told them I will never ever buy from them. Yet they continue to call almost daily, even though I’ve been told I’ve been removed from the list or “suppressed in their system” multiple times. They use masked numbers, so you can’t just block them. You’ll notice they operate under multiple names. Just look at the different wine sites to see its identical content in different colour schemes and fonts. Do yourself a favour and don’t buy from your company, otherwise you’ll have them for life. If the company is reading this….take me off your list! Update December 2024… this company is now trying to get my review taken down in any way they can. This is an honest review and on the correct business. A few months ago I finally got the calls to stop after reporting them to multiple government bodies for harassment and scams. It’s illegal for a business to relentlessly harass in a way that they did. I let them know that I had and they finally got the picture.

Wines not delivered and no one answers emails. Chat bot also doesn't work. Have been waiting two weeks for 3 cases of wine. Impossible to speak to company. Wouldn't recommend. Is definitely a sophisticated scam.

Don't be fooled by these guys, scammers. Very sophisticated looking website. Ordered wine never arrived. They are a registered Australian Company. They even have a Victorian Liquor license number 36311221. However on ordering there are no tracking numbers issued, the listed phone number is manned by a bot, the email contact inquiry page is a sham. However because they are a listed company the more fraud inquiries that ASIC receives about them hopefully they'll get taken down

BEWARE!!
BEWARE!!! Do not buy from this website. I bought a box of wine 13/8/23 thinking it will come on time 17/8/23 for a birthday party weekend , and guess what? Until now, they have not sent my wine, there’s no clear response to where is my order, no phone number, only chat or email, I tried tracking the wine but the tracking number they gave was untraceable. So frustrating! I am now in a process of getting a full refund, let’s see how that goes. I am tempted to even report them to consumer affair because they are misleading costumers online. Probably a scam. Who ever the owners of this business needs to wake up. Such a disappointment.

No one ever picks up the phone. Support is simply non-existing. They already have very limited phone hours (10-2), but even when you try the phone isn't picked up. I have had it picked up 1-2 times but then the person at the other end simply hangs up. Chat and email messages are also not replied to.

unmögliche Unterstützung
Reviso hat eine sehr schlechte Unterstützung. Es ist fast unmöglich, Hilfe zu bekommen. Unser Problem mit schlechtem oder keinem Support besteht seit Januar 2020. Nicht nur heute. Im Moment stecken wir fest und können nichts erledigen. Ich habe ebenfalls Jens Soerensen die selbe Frage gestellt. Und warte immer noch auf eine Antwort. Nun werde ich versuchen TeamSystem zu fragen – irgendwo in der Welt muss doch jemand sein, der uns unsere Fragen beantworten kann. Leider sind wir auf Reviso angewiesen – wenn wir könnten würden wir ein anderes System nutzen schnellstmöglich. Für jemanden der darüber nachdenkt auf Reviso umzusteigen – er solle darüber nachdenken. Sie scheinen noch nicht voll einsatzfähig zu sein.

A complete rip off, and completely overcharged!! Very unhappy overall
So I had 2 sofas to remove, a small leather one, which I moved for them and left in my front porch, so no labour there, my large 3 seater was a little more tricky to get out my doorway, but only so much that they had to use a hammer to dislodge the feet as they were a little stuck, not surprising really given it is 10 years old!! But both men went outside and were clearly giving some story back to the office from their phones and they said that this “service” was an extra £30 on top of the £150 excluding VAT. The other REALLY IRRATING THING was the constant phoning my mobile to tell me about each conversation they were having with their men, I counted 8 calls and then more calls to tell me they had sent the invoice, and then 2 more calls to ask whether the invoice had been settled, I had already was really irritated but literally was so annoyed with the organ grinder being quite aggressive. In my honest opinion I would never ever use them again as they basically steal money from you and keep th3 men sitting in their van outside your property until the funds are credited, and as a lone woman this quite disturbing!!

All I can say is our experience of dealings with this company has been tragic. We have booked deliveries on four occasions just to send drivers half way across the country just t be let down. There organisation is farcical and I would not put my trust in this company whatsoever. We certainty will not deal with them in the future. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Complete disregard for clients
Telehouse is on my list of worst companies I have ever dealt with. The behaviour of account managers was absolutely diabolical, unethical and incompetent. Despite spending over £1million with Telehouse during our time as a customer, they showed complete disregard for us and their intentional actions (or lack thereof) cost us over £100,000 and we lost several large clients, which caused the company to go into insolvency.

Finger weg von dieser Firma! Wollte sicher sein, nicht aus hin China beliefert zu werden. War aus der Homepage nicht ersichtlich. Im Kontakt wird auf die gestellten Fragen nicht eingegangen. 20 % Ermäßigung scheint üblich zu sein. Rücksendekosten decken in meißten Fällen nicht die Gutschrift ab. Nur Betrüger, die aus den NL aus handeln. Ware sieht billig aus, mangelhafte Verpackung. Genauso schlimm wie TEMU. Selbst 1 Stern ist zu viel, geht leider nicht anders.

Auch von mir kommen 0 Sternen und ein großes ACHTUNG! Niemals hier bestellen! Auch meine Bestellung hat viel länger gedauert als ursprünglich angekündigt und mich dann qualitativ extrem enttäuscht. Auf die Frage nach einer Rücksendeadresse bekam ich zunächst das Angebot, für einen 20%igen Erlass die Waren behalten zu können. Aber was soll ich mit minderwertiger Ware, die mir zumal auch nicht passte? Also habe ich das abgelehnt und wieder nach der Rücksendeadresse gefragt. Nach mehrmaligem Fragen kam dann endlich eine Adresse, wohin ich die Ware auch mit Nachweis geschickt habe. Sie ist auch angekommen, eine Rückzahlung habe ich aber bis heute (seit Juli) nicht erhalten. Ich habe schon lange nicht mehr mit einer Rückzahlung gerechnet, aber mittlerweile ging es mir ums Prinzip. Daher bin ich dran geblieben, und habe im 1-2 Wochenabstand immer wieder eine Erinnerungsmail gesendet und an meine noch fehlende Rückzahlung erinnert. Immer ohne Antwort. Heute geschah dann die Krönung. Offenbar hat man meine E-Mail-Adresse gesperrt, denn die Mail kam zweimal umgehend mit der Meldung zurück, dass sie nicht versendet werden konnte. Unfassbar! Schade, dass sich Menschen immer wieder durch solche Betrügereien bereichern.

Warum gibt es keine 0 Sterne. Ich habe einen Mantel bestellt. Statt 5 Tage Lieferzeit dauerte es über einen Monat. Dann war es erschreckend was für ein Fetzen mir geliefert wurde. Ich habe eine Starke Vermutung wo die Waren herkommen. Retoure nicht möglich. Habe mehrere Mails geschrieben wohin ich die Ware auf eigene Kosten zurück senden kann. Einfach keine Antwort. Also Achtung!

Schlechte Ware bei noch schlechterem Service
Ich habe mir im Oktober eine Jacke bestellt, die bis Ende November nicht geliefert wurde. Vom Support kam keine Antwort auf meine Nachfrage wo die Ware bleibt. Über Paypal habe ich mein Geld zurückbekommen. Plötzlich wurde die Jacke doch geliefert. Aus 7-9 Tagen Lieferzeit wurden ganze 35 Tage. Als ich die Verpackung öffnete kam die nächste Überraschung. Die Jacke sieht komplett anders aus als auf den Fotos. Ich hatte extra Größe L bestellt, obwohl ich normalerweise M trage und trotzdem ist die Jacke viel zu klein. Wie ich nun weiter mit der Bestellung verfahre weiß ich noch nicht, vom Support kam mal wieder keine Rückmeldung.

Don't ever believe these cheaters. It was three months back when I decided not to do any kind of Forex trading as I had already lost a huge amount through trading that I got a call from U.S. They claimed that they were experts in forex trading and company is named as A2markets.They convinced me that by depositing just 200 dollars I can start trading and through their expertise they will help me to get back the loss I incurred through previous trading. Since I have financial difficulties I borrowed 200 dollars from my friends and invested in their company.Though few trading in currency trading were in profit I couldn't withdraw money as most other trades which I took through their advice were in huge loss. Later,when Russia Ukraine war started,a person who introduced himself as senior accounts manager called me up and told war time is best for trading in Gold .He convinced me that by investing another 500 dollar, whatever I lost can be regained through their company and trusting their words I again borrowed 500 dollar and invested in trading through their company.But only one or two trades fetched profit and all other trades went to deep loss .Hence my free margin touched bottom limit and reached a situation wherein I would loss my whole capital. But noone from company nor person named Harish, account manager from A2market who was supposed to guide me through trading ,ever called me up.I tried contacting them through phone and mail. I used to regularly sent them mail and one day a person who introduced himself as senior account manager contacted me and told that to protect invested amount I need to invest another 500 dollar.since I was not in a position to bear loss of capital investment I again invested another 500 by borrowing money.So total investment reached 1200 dollar.But again trading I took based on their advice went for loss.I frantically called them up and emailed but in vain.I understood the hard truth that no body bothered to check my account as promised and I had to bear huge loss of entire capital. After 5 days ,Harish called me up and told I lost entire capital and asked to invest another 300 dollar so that they can get back lost amount. Before joining itself, had informed Harish several times, regarding the loss I incurred in previous trading and my inability to take anymore risk .But Harish was so irresponsible that he never bothered to monitor my account and update and guide me appropriately. Shamelessly they informed me that they are helpless and without any trace of guilt withdrew from their responsibility of getting me back my capital . The money I borrowed from my friends I have to payback and I will as I am not that mean as bloody ; A2market ' . Things I understood about A2markets are as below 1) Company is targeting mainly Indians because , a) like Rahul,Vineeth,Harish they have Indian employees ,who can speak Tamil,but Malasian citizens settled in U.S.They approach and get Indian customers. b) If someone in India losses money ,they have limitation in complaining or getting back money. 2) No one from their team, are capable enough to analyse market trends or have knowledge about forex trading . 3) They build trading strategy based on reports in sites like Investing.com. 4)Harish,Vineeth,Rahul these names are repeated several times in conversation to fool us to think that team members are Indians . These people don't have any ethics,they fool people by saying they are experts in Forex trading when the truth is none of them know anything about Forex trading. They don't give any value for other person's money and cheat them. They are irresponsible cheaters. Beware of these frauds. Whatever I have gone through noone else should suffer.Hence I have send my complain petition to Federal Trade Commission in U.S as well CRIME BUREAU of India

They took payment for my order knowing they didn’t have the product and didn’t even say anything, they just sat there with my cash while i could have gone elsewhere, as a result i am not completely out of stock while my customers are left high and dry. Yes they have now refunded me after I emailed to find out why my purchase wasn’t even dispatched, almost a full week later. Am completely dissatisfied

Do not use this company
We booked Dreamy Tamil Nadu tour through TourRadar. The booking process was smooth and we checked out all the listed hotels for the trip before we booked. Out of 9 listed hotels, we stayed in 2. The rest were Indian 3* not 4* category and one was actually unacceptable, another had no dining facility. We paid for a 4* experience. We even had to wrestle with Hemender Singh to be booked on a Kerala Houseboat, as per the itinerary, as we were allocated an overnight hotel and a half day cruise. Every last thing was pared to the bone. The car was basic and the driver had to sleep in it as he had no overnight allowance. We could not use the driver to obtain information as his English was too limited. It was a difficult visit to an amazing part of India.

Overpriced and Bad Quality
I was a long time customer with the main rpgshow.com site which have great quality. The outlet claims to have great quality. This is the WORST hair. I was beyond disappointed. They tried to convince me it's because the hair takes extra maintenance. It doesn't say that anywhere on their site. They sent me special shampoo/conditioner. It's still a mess. Tangles daily, constant brushing. A complete waste of money. Eventually they offered me 30% discount towards ANOTHER purchase. Why on earth would I purchase again? The quality was beyond bad. And I would rather have had a refund, even partial. I am so disappointed in this company.

Well, i bought pixel piracy and might and magic x. After some time i get the mail with a link to the cd-keys. When i get to the site, their are only one key, beneath that one is somekind of a loading screen, which says it waits for a key. I think to my self, that there may just go some time, so i wait, 1 day, 2 days, and on the third day i write a mail, where i explain. The person writing back tells me, that they can see, that i have placed two orders, first on both games, canceled, the only on pixel piracy. This however is not true. I answer the mail, telling that this is not the case, and that i can see on my bankaccount that they have charged for both games, this the person then tries to explain with that it could be an authorisation, And it could, but it´s not. I´m still in contact, but so far they do not seem interested in helping.

Ontop of which, they will never pick up your call nor call you back; your subscription goes to waste, you cant get any more scripts. The doctors now treat you like sh**t verbally. If you have in any way invested money into this sh**t hole of a scam, then i suggest contacting your solicitor straight away as I am. These people have been sued before, extremely shady place.
