BRUG ikke dette firma!!!! Først havde jeg en vvs’er ude og fjerne en radiator på mit badeværelse, som skulle renoveres. Da jeg modtog fakturaen, havde de skrevet 1 time mere på den. Fik ret og fik dog en ny faktura. Meeeeen så havde jeg en elektriker ude, som skulle fjerne et gammelt shaverstik. Det tog under 5 min. Et par skruer og så var han ude af døren igen. Han skulle komme igen og sætte en afdækningskapsel på et lampeudttag, når vi var færdige med badeværelset. Men firmaet er så ivrige efter penge, at jeg modtager en faktura på 1,5 timer og over 1000 kr inden arbejdet er færdigt. Jeg brokker mig over de 1,5 time, og får af vide at jeg skal minimum betale for en servicevogn 1 time. 720 kr. ik nok med det, så skrev de på fakturaen, at de både havde demonteret shaverstik og et lampeudtag. Så de både kræver for mange timer ind, og skriver arbejde på de ik udføre. Og ikke mindst sender regning, før de er færdige. 😡 jeg skal i hvertfald ik ha dem ud og sætte den kapsel på, for så tager de jo nok for en ny time, selvom de er her 5 min. De har en totalt uduelig kundeservice, når man ringer og mailer til dem.

Brudte aftaler og dårlig service
Denne anmeldelse omhandler Nito-Tek's VVS-afdeling: En udskiftning af et badeværelsesamatur udvilkede sig til en forsikringssag, hvor en flise skulle fjernes, bagvedliggende tilslutningsstykker udskiftes efterfulgt af montering af flise og amatur. En meget simpel sag. VVS-afdelingens serviceleder blev tilknyttet som ansvarlig for planlægningen. Det tog utroligt nok næsten fem måneder at få arbejdet udført. Servicelederen overholdt kun ganske få af de mange, mange aftaler jeg lavede med ham. Aftaler omkring hvornår han selv ville besigtige arbejdet, aftaler om hvornår der ville komme håndværkere, aftaler om hvornår han ville undersøge forskellige ting, aftaler om hvornår han ville kontakte mit forsikringsselskab (som vi samlet set kun ventede ca. to uger på), aftaler om hvornår han ville kontakte mig mv. Jeg har sendt omkring 40 SMS'er og ringet op mod 40 gange til ham - ofte forgæves eller uden at blive kontaktet tilbage. Han har aldrig undskyldt for en aftale der ikke blev overholdt, men sagde flere gange, at jeg var først på hans to-do-liste - hvilket ikke passede. Han foretog sig kun noget når jeg pressede ham og virkede til bevidst at trække sagen ud. Selv efter at have kontaktet servicelederens egen nærmeste leder og få lovning på at der nok skulle blive sat fut i tingene skete der intet. Selv en egentlig efterfølgende skriftlig klage til den nærmeste leder over servicelederen fik jeg ikke en gang svar på. Jeg anbefaler åbenlyst ikke at benytte deres VVS'afdeling.

Useriøs behandling af et ønske om reparation.
Jeg ringer til Nito Tek og fortæller udførligt om, hvad der er problemet med vaskemaskinen. Jeg anmoder dem om at komme og skifte elektronikken. Der kommer en reparatør, som ikke har fået de informationer, jeg har givet til firmaet, og han har ikke nogen reservedel med, hvorfor han kører igen. Inden han kører fortæller han mig, at oven i prisen for det forgæves besøg, 695 kr. skal jeg betale 2.500 kr. for elektronikken plus montering. I alt min. 3.200 kr. Jeg mister efter denne oplevelse tilliden til firmaet, hvorfor jeg kontakter et seriøst firma, som udfører reparationen for 1.595 kr. Efterfølgende modtager jeg en rykker fra Nito Tek over en faktura, som jeg ikke har modtaget. Firmaet kræver, at jeg skal betale 695 kr. for et besøg, hvor reparatøren var uforberedt, og intet kunne udføre pga. den manglende reservedel. Jeg valgte at betale de 695 kr. for ingenting. Jeg kontakter aldrig Nito Tek fremover, hvis jeg skal have repareret noget.

Ikke super service….
Solgte & leverede en vaskemaskine til min 83 årlige mor. Hurtigt & uden problemer. Fint, men: Da hun spurgt, om han kunne vise hvordan den virkede, havde han ikke tid og stak hende en brugsanvisning på diverse sprog og med lille tekst ;( Og: efter 2 minutters søgning på nettet fandt jeg samme vaskemaskine knap 1000,- kr billigere…. ;(

Bøvl med gulvarme ikke løst på 3. uge
Vi kontakter Kurt Hansen VVS som er en del af Nito Tek angående vores gulvarme i køkken/alrum som ikke virker. Der kommer 3 dage efter første kontakt til firmaet en VVS'er ud og kigger på det, han konstatere her at den ene telestat ikke virker. Da han 2 dage senere kommer for at skifte denne, finder han yderligere ud af at hans fejlfinding ikke har været grundig nok da en manuel termostat også er defekt, han bestiller endnu en del og kommer så igen 2 dage senere. Her har han taget er lærling med som 90% af tiden står og snakker med os mens svenden står og skifter termostat. Han fortæller os her at nu virker det hele igen og køre sin vej. De kommende dage undre vi os over at køkken/alrum nu pludseligt er utrolig varmt, så varmt at det næsten ikke er til at opholde sig i rummet. Jeg undersøger nu selv hvad der er for nogle dele der er skiftet på vores gulvarme anlæg, og ser til min undren at der i stedet for en 24V Thermostat er påsat en 240V termostat altså kan min styreboks ikke lukke for ventilen og nu køre gulvarmen på fuld varme konstant. Da Kurt hansen/Nitotek bliver gjort opmærksomme på dette den 26/10 lover det at komme og rette op på fejlen. den 4/11 venter vi stadig på at de kommer og skifter til den rigtige telestat mens vi sidder i et hjem med ulidelige varme i køkken alrum og kolde tilstødende rum. Jeg kan på ingen måde anbefale deres VVS service, det er umuligt at ringe direkte til den enkelte håndværker, man skal ringe på hovednummeret hvor der sidder en i øvrigt venlig sekreter som sender ens henvendelse videre i systemet, hvorefter man sidder i uvished og venter på at de ringer tilbage til en.

This was within a week of being paid thousands of pounds for the completed job, which has obviously fallen far short of promised standard. Now wants further substantial payment to return and correct, despite “guarantees” given. Mediation through Federation of Roofing Contractors a waste of time.

Honestly would not recommend anyone to purchase from here. Probably one of the worst experiences i have ever had shopping online. I purchased a very rare discontinued bowl by Portmeirion botanic, they sent me a completely different item than what was pictured. They sent me the current version of the bowl which has a different motif on it and widely available. Instead of just admitting they had the wrong picture up on the website, they tried to say this was normal, basically saying you can receive any pattern! Completely untrue, as each item is listed individually by it’s pattern name, with a photo of the item. They knew i was returning home to France and wouldn’t be able to make a return, as i told them in my email, so they purposely didn’t reply to emails for several days waiting for me to leave the country. They ignored every message, though i repeatedly told them it was very urgent as I was leaving. They of course replied ONLY when they knew i had left the country….days later. They refused to pay return shipping as well. Luckily I had already returned it before i left back to France as the address was on their website. They made me pay return shipping when they had sent me a completely different item from what i ordered. Clearly not a proper company and a complete scam. Absolutely shocked by their behaviour. Should of known when i saw they didn’t accept Paypal. Basically just listing rare pieces to get more money and purchases, but in fact just sending 2024 versions in their place. Even when i sent a photo of what they had sent me, compared to the photo on their website of the item i bought, they wouldn’t admit their error. Complete insanity

I had a terrible experience with MS…
I had a terrible experience with MS vastgoed. I have been renting a house that is managed by them for the last 3 years. For small items like changing a tap etc, they were okay but when my fridge broke down on a Saturday they refused to take action as an emergency item and I had to call somebody on my own expense to have a look. His conclusion was that the fridge needs to be either replaced. Then I made a report through their portal and then on Monday i had to call them 4 times all that to connect me to their maintenance department and tell me that I would receive a call from the store they cooperate to check the fridge. Then I had to call them myself since they didn't call me back and they told me that they can only replace the fridge on Thursday morning (and only after complaining to them about it). Meanwhile if you buy a new fridge from every store they offer a next day delivery. So in the end, I had to do everything myself to get a fridge almost a week after the old one broke down! Be careful when you rent an apartment and the maintenance company is MS vastgoed.

Worst keyboard ever
Baught a keyboard from them. The worst keyboard I have ever used in my entire life. The backspace key is especially hard to push, it makes your forearm really uncomfortable. One of my friends who tried it said it was like stuttering but with a keyboard: it's so bad it's like you're losing your ability to type fast and consistently. It makes you think they don't test their products before commercializing them.

I have been looking for flyscreens and doing the due diligence on companies on the internet. This company uses a co.uk web address and has a Union Flag in its banner logo. It seems to be trying to imply that it is British. I asked this company some questions. Here are the answers: Q: Where are your screens manufactured? A: Thailand Where is your company based? We do not have a physical store in UK at this time. Q: Are there import duties to pay? A: The orders £130 above shipped may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your home country. Its website looks uncannily similar to magneticflyscreens down to the 12.5% service and processing fee which applies on all cancellations. You can read magneticflyscreens reviews on Trustpilot. It is as well to be aware of all this if you wish to buy.

Credit Genius - Tell the FCA
I was looking for a loan and got a call from someone who said he was from a loan broker in Manchester. I checked the company on Companies House and it wasn't listed so I asked him to confirm. He assured me the loan would be agreed and asked for my bank card details to deposit the money. Once I got an email, it listed other brokers for me to apply for loans instead of offers. I reported my card as lost and ordered a replacement. I have now received messages from my bank informing my Credit Genius is attempting to draw £24.95 on my old card. Sadly Credit Genius is not listed and appears to be a fake company and as it is dealing with financial products, anyone who's lost money should call the FCA. I had a similar experience many years ago, with a UK based company and the FCA closed them down and i got a refund{ FCA number 0300 500 8082

Awful scam company
Awful, cancelled my membership in January immediately, they said it was all closed down, but on 14/02/25 I got charged £24.95. I have repeatedly emailed them about this and requesting a refund immediately, and all they keep replying with it is "if you believe this to be true show us evidence" So... I have sent screenshots of the transaction etc and they still don't reply or issue a refund. The number just rings out 24/7 Try login and it says the details are wrong, so I try a password reset , it doesn't give you a password reset link, just 6 digits to enter to reset your password, but this doesn't work either as their website doesn't accept the codes. It's a total scam. I'll be escalating this because they can't keep ripping people off. £24.95 isn't alot of money but when they do this to so many people a day, that turns into hundreds and thousands for them!

This company cleverly tricks it's customers into signing up for their services. I am assuming this is done through third party loan providers as I had never heard of them until they took £24.95 from my account. The refund was processed swiftly and I had requested that they clear any of my details from their system. Fast forward 1 week and they have taken another £19.99 from my account despite my previous request. I think this is absolutely disgusting that this is allowed to happen. I have yet again, requested a full refund.

I just had £25 taken out of my account by Credit Genius - whoever they are! I do not have an account with this company and I do not know how or from where they got my bank details. I was looking up short-term loans and I was continuously bounced to their site. If this is legal (and I don't believe it is), then it is abhorrent behaviour. I can't put less than one star. This company is at best, using financial insecurities for its own gain, at worst, a downright scam. Please, avoid this company at all costs - don't give them your details, don't give them any "permissions", and if they hound you (even if it's a bot or a redirect) don't click on anything! (I've marked them as a scam on my malware checker - I recommend you do as well.) I also would like to add that I was having short-term financial troubles (hence the "payday loan" search). I cannot imagine how badly this would wreck things for someone (or worse, a family) who is in dire financial straits. It is utterly appalling behaviour. Note: The date of "My Experience" is when they took the money - I can't say for certain when I (supposedly) accessed their site.

foregin drivers STEAL £535 TUMBLE DRIER
Dodgy foreign drivers take a photo of expensive appliances then illegally sign as "Delivered" so they can STEAL an appliance which was NEVER delivered. After months going back to oct last year the scammers fake photo from tailgate of luton van has been used AND ACCEPTED as proof of delivery despite the scumbags ignoring me dragging damaged unit back from tailgte and driving away no signature no reciept NOTHING but illegally signed THEIR FORMS as unpacked delivered to room of choice packaging taken away etc... but never came from other side of street never took from van. Long story short FAILED TO DELIVER as badly damaged thenb defrauded as delivered to room of choice and STOLE the appliance for themselves. Appliances Direct work use them agree with them but do NOTHING to investigate wont even phone them stating only via email. but elec sig was dodgy doctored photo of tailgate of van . Out of pocket £535 noithing to show for it no money in bank cant buy food. ARROW are utter SCUMBAGS as are appliances direct. bought oct 22nd then repl arrived damaged so drove off doctoring form as delivered. app dir couldnt give a S*iT fraudulent scamming thieves all of em! 3rd cancelled delivery today for wardrobes and drawers ordered in November from Very. Notified by text. No courtesy phone call. 3 days took off work wasted. Same excuse used on 2 occasions. Stock not in warehouse to load to van!!! Tracking clearly shows stock being returned to warehouse after each failed delivery!!!!! Disgusting service. Will be cancelling order with very. A big company like very should use a more professional and reliable courier!! No wardrobes for Xmas and house in disarray 😡

Avoid at all costs
I strongly avoid having your computer serviced here - unfortunately we only saw the other poor reviews after we also had a bad experience with the service technician in particular, consistent with the other reviews. The other staff were pleasant, however the technician was rude, condescending, stubborn, and technically incorrect in his diagnosis. Our Macbook LCD screen was damaged when we spilt a bottle of water on it, so we took it to Standard Computers for an insurance assessment. After 9 days the service technician told us "there is no water damage, your screen is damaged because you've done a shoddy job of trying to replace the screen yourself". We advised him that we had done no such thing (I don't even know how to open a macbook screen, and have never tried to), and that the damage occurred when a water bottle leaked in my backpack, which also resulted in a few waterlogged textbooks. You can see where the water has leaked into the LCD screen, clear as day. He claimed that because the water indicators around the PCB had not been activated, then it couldn't have been water damage - however our issue was with water leaking into the screen, not the PCB. We told him this, but he wouldn't listen to a word of it - his mind was made up. The technician made it all very personal, and directly accused us of being liars. Extremely poor customer service. Overall we were charged $100 for the displeasure, and an incorrect diagnosis.

I ordered grass seed but never received it as they left the house number off proven by coureiers proof of delivery photo which shows the label and was taken in the couriers car so it was left somewhere by the courier says greenhouse but green houses in the road?. They would not admit their error in forgetting the house number and thus had to go to eBay for a refund. Would not use an unprofessional company that does not admit their mistake in missing out the property number when labeling a parcel.

Chicken feed not fit for consumption
I agree with all the coments about this company. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. I wish i had read these coments before i purchased some layed pellets for my chickens. Why is their feedback 99% positive on ebay??? The product came contaminated with what looks and smells like faeces. The company were not interested. They insulted me by offering a partial refund. When i declined they just put half the cost back into my account. I asked ebay to step in and they got me a full refund. Discusting company.

🚨 AVOID!!! 🚨 I Bought some grass seeds from this company on eBay. Seeds were sown correctly and the lawn was watered regularly but this product has left patches on my lawn. Following several emails to Sascom, including photo of the lawn. They were totally unprepared to listen and take responsibility for this product. Laura, member of the customer care team accused me of lying and said that I didn’t sow properly. I would urge potential buyers to stay well clear. eBay has removed several feedback against the company. I wonder why?? I wish I had read the other reviews prior to placing my order.

I wouldn't buy from this seller again. I ordered two products, only one arrived. When I reported this, the seller accused me of making a fraudulent claim. I found this both insulting and distressing. Their own photographic evidence showed that only one product was delivered. Ebay found in my favour and refunded me, but I would have liked to have had an apology from this company for their poor customer care and defamatory accusations. To add injury to insult, the bird seed that did arrive was of poor quality.

FINAL UPDATE: eBay closed the case in my favour and gave me a full refund. Whatever you do do not order from this lying dishonest seller. Just read their negative ebay reviews and the fact that they are getting eBay to delete any negative reviews that customers are leaving on their eBay page should tell you all you need to know about this seller. UPDATE: Do not buy from this seller. This seller claimed after receiving my return that a lot of the contents of the cat littler was missing which is 100% a lie - and I have video recorded evidence and a proof of postage receipt from the post office which easily disproves what this seller is saying about a lot of the contents is missing. I have opened a dispute and have asked eBay to step in. Also, if you post negative eBay feedback for the seller, the seller will lie to eBay to try and get your negative feedback removed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LYING DISHONEST SELLER. I ordered a bag of premium bentonite cat litter on the 7th of January 2022 from this seller SASCOM Products on eBay. The description for the cat litter was not accurate at all. This company falsely described the cat litter as being premium bentonite cat litter when it was not. I only buy bentonite cat litter for my cats mainly from Amazon so I am fully aware of what genuine bentonite cat litter is. I have compared the seller's cat litter to real genuine bentonite cat litter (that I still have at home) and when compared the seller's cat litter is of extremely low quality and breaks apart and does not dry hard like real bentonite cat litter. I contacted SASCOM on eBay informing them of this and got nothing but stupid replies from their customer service staff. For example, I told them I had opened the cat litter to test it and that their cat litter is not genuine bentonite cat litter. I was told to return the cat litter unused and unopened for a full refund. I then told them again that I have opened the cat litter (how else am I meant to test the cat little if I don't open it?) I received another stupid reply telling me to return the cat littler unused and unopened for a full refund. It's the seller's responsibility to describe the products they sell accurately. Don't call your cat litter premium bentonite when it is not. Tomorrow I am going to give eBay a call and explain the entire issue to them. I am going to see if I can provide eBay with video evidence. Look at what they say on their website: "We’re staying true to our original values: build great products, put the customer first and provide honest value every day” What a load of nonsense. The customer service they provided me with was some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered from a business. Whatever you do, do not order from this company. This company should be kicked off eBay.

Bought a 20kg bag of peanuts for our birds, first and last time of dealing with this company, on opening the bag, there was a stale smell and sooty mould on the peanuts, contact the seller to be told to"wash them" in 20 years of buying peanuts in bulk, I have never seen anything like it. Wishing i had read the other reviews about this company now. Save yourself some money and go elsewhere, buy cheap, buy twice as the saying goes.

Shockingly dishonest
Bought an item off these guys on ebay which didn't include a case as described in the listing, so when I raised it with them they changed the listing and pretended they hadn't. Luckily I'd saved a screenshot beforehand. They offered me a 6% partial refund (about £2.50 overall) after much correspondence which wasn't good enough for me after such dishonesty. Shame really because if they had just been honest about their mistake I'd have been fine with this. Of course they've had my feedback removed from eBay because apparently telling the truth but asking for nothing more since I refused their £2.50 partial refund is apparently "extortion".

I bought a 20kg bag of weed & feed. It was delivered in an outer bag but the inner bag had split in transit so when I opened the outer bag a lot of the product fell out all over the floor and couldn't be recovered as it was on to gravel. I got a reply to my complaint but clearly they were not accepting any responsibility for themselves or DPD. Totally unsatisfactory Customer Service so I certainly won't be recommending this company

Bought some garden furniture covers from this company. After only three months in situ, the cover material started to break down and develop holes. Following several emails to Sascom, Inc photographs of the covers. They were totally unprepared to listen and take 9responsibility for this inferior product, refusing to refund. I would urge potential buyers to stay well clear. I wish I had read the other reviews prior to placing my order.

Terrible experience!
Terrible experience! Bought a shower tray, fitted it, and it cracked due to poor manufacture. Wouldn't refund as "over a year" so bought a replacement that arrived broken - due to being sent lose in a big box. (I then bought a better replacement, cheaper from B&Q but had to refit all the shower walls and screens to suit). Refused to pay for return shipping for refund, even though the law says they must if faulty. After lots of stupid emails I asked credit card to refund and they contacted company who offered a full refund if I paid return shipping. Sascom then claimed I kept parts. About 100 comical emails go back and forth. I asked credit card company to refund. They said Sascom offering 70% refund. Credit card company said they'd make up the 30%. Then Sascom refunded the 30%, knowing the credit card company would make up the difference. JOKERS. They try to win by attrition. Don't go near them. Poor products and terrible customer service. AVOID!!!!

very unprofessional
first appointment therapist was 10 min late to 30 min appointment. virtual appointment. we liked the therapist and set another appointment, but she never logged on, never sent a cancellation notice, just ghosted us. I paid copay before the appointment time and have not been refunded and have made multiple attempts to contact the therapist and the billing department by phone and through client portal.

Total SCAM
Total waste of money and time. Took multiple sessions and test for ADHD - spent over $500 to have an inconclusive result. It seems like this is a common practice for Foresight. Avoid at ALL COSTS! This company is a complete SCAM!

Waste of time and money
Although I felt positive going into this, as the psychiatrist came off compassionate - I am sorely disappointed. I explained that I always felt that I had ADHD symptoms since I was a kid and it's made it hard to function as an adult. I wanted to take a test and was told that there are different types of ADHD, and that they would determine what kind through an online test. I questioned the legitimacy of it since it was online, but figured that it was worth a shot. The test was riddled with potential for false results. Between the simplicity of it and the fact that internet connection could show my responses as delayed - I just didn't understand how they were going to get any comprehensive results out of this. Well, of course, I get my results and they are "inconclusive" and showed signs for "malingering." I want legitimate, accurate results, so of course I would not have tampered with it by altering it or fabricating my responses. They don't allow you to retake the test without payment ($200) and told me I would have to be referred to a neuropsychologist. Well, most of the NP's are either not in my network or completely out of my budget (charging $1,000+). So now, I am out $200 (not including what I was charged for my psych sessions), without any answers, and no next steps. I am unable to get a refund. I would avoid this place and try your best to find an in-person clinic instead.

Incorrectly diagnosed
I was given an incorrect diagnosis by a provider. I contacted Foresight multiple times and was told that they would review documents and then decide if I was diagnosed incorrectly. I requested documentation to prove the diagnostic criteria I met for the diagnosis given and they would review the files. Only after I told them I could just reach out to a government entity would they respond to me. Now I cannot access any documentation or records on my portal.

Steer clear - horrible company
Very unresponsive company. I've not seen a provider in 6+ months, but am still navigating issues with billing and invoice. Foresight does not respond to messages, phone calls, or voicemails. Last person I spoke to, over three months ago, said a manager would call me back to resolve - surprise, they never did! I'm now receiving invoices via email asking for payment, though I have paid for these appointments previously. Additionally, I was never refunded when a provider no showed to my appointment (payment was provided while checking in) and I was also charged for an appointment that never occurred after my provider left Foresight - so totally unacceptable and obvious errors on their end. Very frustrating experience and feel like I'm being scammed at this point - I almost want to pay just to put an end to this experience but can't believe the lack of communication and accurate record keeping on their end. Look anywhere else for mental health services.

The WORST
I was with PACT ATLANTA before they changed to Foresight. Prior to the change I had no problems, knew everything that was going on with my care, and trusted my providers. With the change it has been a nightmare. Let’s start with the fact that I have been refused a refill of my medications several times. A medication I cannot go without. I get the run-around every time I try to talk to someone. Nikki specifically is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. She blamed me for all the problems and would not listen to anything I had to say. She also had the audacity to say she understood what I was going through because she “studied it”. There is absolutely no communication with this new staff, and I’ve had to call and send multiple messages several times to get any sort of answer. My previous provider left the company and I got switched to another without any sort of notice. This new provider (whom I have only spoken to once) is making decisions for my care without knowing the basics of it. I absolutely hate this place and will be looking for new care as soon as I’m able to

Unethical practices by doctor turned into corporate puppet.
I had been with the psychiatrist Todd Antin for 15 years at a place called PACT Atlanta, and his practice was bought out by Foresight. So, my former doctor is now nothing but a puppet for a corporation. I was forthcoming about getting some pain medication from another doctor because of a serious injury. A couple weeks later I got a frantic phone call from Dr Antin and he stopped all treatment and cut our relationship because of it. He would not listen to reason. Now I'm frantically trying to find a new psychiatrist who will fill my meds before they run out, making his actions completely inconscienable. He was freaking out about Foresight sending the DEA to investigate him. I know I've done nothing wrong, so his affairs must not be in order. Do not trust Foresight.

they are completely unresponsive as a company. The provider I have is great but the corporation makes you hold forever to talk to someone who transfers you to another hold time... and the only way to reschedule or check if they take insurance (my insurance changed) is to call. Useless gigantic corporation that has cut costs when they are probably raking in profits.

One of the single worst experiences…
One of the single worst experiences with a professional since I was misdiagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy and nearly died. Thinking I was going to get help, it was only making a very bad situation worse. I wanted to die. Nov, 2019 I was in the process of needing to take a leave of absence from my job to focus on my mental health. Since Kaiser couldn’t take me for at least 3 months, they recommended a company called Magellan, who referred me to Foresight San Jose. Upon my first visit Jan 2020, I made it clear to Omar that I needed assistance with the necessary paperwork to provide to Lincoln Financial so that I can go ahead with my leave and in his words he said, 'no problem'. I had never taken a leave, let a lone went out on disability. For the next 30 days and the next 3 visits, between my employer, Lincoln Financial, Kaiser and Foresight, I was running in a viscous circle on the daily. Waking up to emails and phone calls in turn making phone calls, sending emails and going down to Kaiser for help, getting nowhere. I was nearing using up all my PTO and was now desperate to have someone help me. I continued to request my medical records, again, not knowing that all I needed was a certification of health and a treatment plan. I assumed Kaiser, my employer, Lincoln Financial OR Foresight knew exactly what was needed, it was apparent no one knew because no one told me until the absolute end of this horrible process. Needless to say, Lincoln Financial had reached out to Foresight to no avail on several occasions. I was begging someone to help me as if I was begging for my life. I ended up using up all 31 one days I had accumulated in total, I could have used that money. I messaged Omar 15 times between Jan 25 and Feb 18 to no avail. On Feb 18, I finally emailed every person I could on Foresight portal and I finally heard back from a woman named Victoria. Victoria had assured me that Omar was not in compliance and would address this with him as when someone requests their medical records there’s a 14 day grace period that had been exceeded. Victoria called me back on Feb 19, I saw her call coming through and felt I needed to take it with hopes I could finally get some resolve. What she didn't know is that I was in pre-op at Kaiser getting prepped for surgery. Here I was sitting in my gown, needle in my arm, scared, taking all that I could take up until this point. Her final words to me telling me that Omar wasn't actually a therapist. I couldn't believe what I was hearing, I wasn’t sure what difference it made when it came to a certificate of health and treatment plan which again, I didn’t know that’s all that was needed as of yet. I told her that I called the State of California to certify his credentials and see if there were any complaints against Omar or Foresight so what she was telling me did not make any sense. On Feb 21, I ended up paying out of pocket to see another therapist by way of referral. I saw her on a Friday at 4:00p and by 7:00p that same night I was back paid my disability and she had filed the appropriate paperwork with Lincoln Financial. It took this therapist 3 hours to do what my employer, Lincoln Financial, Foresight and Kaiser combined, could do in 30 days. I would also add that I didn’t know that state disability is filed separately until about half way through thinking well why do I need to deal with Lincoln Financial at all? It was very very very confusing. If I now understand it all correctly, I had to file a claim with Lincoln Financial so that I could retain my employment status. But even that wasn’t clear from any one party. If you go to the same person twice, they don't tell you the same thing. It's crazy. Isn't that these peoples job? Even just sitting here writing this is upsetting and drudges anxiety. Fast forward a year and I receive an email to my inbox on Feb 22, 2021 from someone named Jasmyn E Titled: 'Hi, F*** You' with the subject line: 'RE: Message from F*** You for Foresight Mental Health'. I sent this to the CEO and Director of HR but haven't heard anything since which seems typical. And that is why I decided to leave this review, to warn others. These people nearly ruined what was left of me when I came to them. I'm still recovering from not just the experience that brought me to therapy, but this experience as well.

Please anyone who is interested in this company please stay away from these, i have first hand with these guys and they are out to rip you off, they are rude they dont pull any punchs with out one thing in mind and that is to get more money out of, and this is with threatening you telling you where they are ic you want to have a fight with, then tell how they will be on a beach in the sunshine enjoying the weather and your money, once you have committed to them they will call you untold times saying you aint got enough money invested and you got to put more money in and no matter how much you tell you aint got the more frustrated the become, i went through 4 advicers, until i had enough and went to get a withdrawal out, that is a big NO NO to them, and when someone did get in touch they want you download desktop so they can get into your phone,and see everything you have, then to top it all off HE PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME, THIS FIRM IF I CAN CALL THEM THAT THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THIEF'S WHO PRAY UPON GOOD PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF, IM THANKFUL I ONLY PUT £250 IN BECAUSE THIS COULD OF BEEN A LOT MORE,,,,,,,, STAY AWAY PLEASE
