Drywall crew did not protect anything in the house, no paper or plastic was used to cover floors, cabinets, or anything. House was left with a lot of excess drywall mud and drywall dust. Joe, the owner, asked that I get someone to clean the tile/grout and someone to clean the drywall mud and drywall dust. After the tile was cleaned, and the worker was waiting for payment, I called Joe and asked him to pay. Joe hung up on me. I paid $990 for the tile/grout cleaning. I paid for cleaning supplies and a separate crew to clean walls, cabinets, bathroom fixtures, including scrubbing with a toothbrush to get drywall off. Drywall is on my cabinets and some of the stain is off. The cabinets were stained by a licensed professional company the week before Joe's company did drywall work. Joe is not willing to pay for cabinet damage. Joe said there is a defect in the paint job and that his drywall and drywall mud did NOT cause damage to my cabinets. When I asked Joe for reimbursement for cleaning, he told me I owe him $1000. I agree I owe $1,000 when the job is complete. His contract reads $1,000 due when drywall is complete. His contract also reads, that when final payment is made, that I waive all rights to damages. So, do I pay the $1,000 when drywall is complete or when the job is complete including deficiencies and final permit is signed off? If you decide to hire this company, it would be a good idea to ask for clarification and have them agree in writing that final payment is due when the job is complete, including excess cleaning and damages. Joe's company has mainly good reviews. I understand sometimes things do not go as they should. A company with INTEGRITY would take care of the mess and the damages that they caused. A company with INTEGRITY would pay for all deficiencies that they caused. A company with INTEGRITY would not think I should make final payment until all work, including damages and cleaning is complete. We are 68 years old and we did not get the job we expected.

We were recommended Mirage events for our wedding by Sapna caterers. A few of our family and friends had used them, and had actually recommended we don't use them as their 'decor is good, but customer service is awful.' This is 100% true - their customer service is full of false hope and misinformation - and at no point do they provide itemised receipts. When we asked them to itemise and list prices of items for decor, they refused to do this, and said 'it's not profitable for the company' if they tell us how much individual decor items cost. Then it came to 'wedding coordination'. We were promised excellent coordination, with 5 people with walkie talkies. We were told that no one would speak to the bride or groom, all correspondence would go through our person of contact. As a bride, I was spoken to 5 times by the head of the company, and her stressful affect definitely removed the peace of the event and peace of mind for ourselves. We paid £1500 for wedding coordination - every single penny wasted. They did not coordinate as we wanted - they did not have tables set up until 1 hour before guests had arrived, despite having promised to do this earlier in the morning. When I asked them to help me with my seating plan, they managed to avoid it, and then changed my seating plan at the last minute, mixing up close relatives and close friends without consulting me. They were rude and disrespectful to my other vendors, and they were extremely patronising to my sister in law. Absolutely do not recommend Mirage events - go with another company, unless you want to be ripped off, made part of a moneymaking scheme and utterly disappointed by their services.

Residential building NVER is an object of the TARYAN Group company that deceived my family, 3 years since they accepted my money, not a single floor of my Nver residential complex has been built yet! They do not respond to my letters and phone calls. When I cam to their office, they said to go away from their office.

The company does not build residential building Nver on address: Lesi Ukrainki Street 7-9 Kyev, but only takes a couple of photos of workers a moth and posts them on Instagram.

The company cannot build this residential complex Nver due to lack of funds for construction. At the same time, they are starting on an expensive project in Bali. Investors of Nver residential complex are simply ignored.

Also they trying to threat investors when they begin asking for full refund. The owner of the company is Artur Mkhitaryan, he use his political connections to threat investors. I really don’t recommend using this tour company, the price is so much higher than booking it directly, I felt I was seriously ripped off as they provided absolutely no service to me whatsoever except a QR code voucher which they never asked to see on arrival. Others in my tour paid 900k IDR less for the exact same package, which is huge.

I received a bad batch and they claimed like it never happens and emailed them and told them what the issue was. Montebello Condominiums in Alexandria, Virginia hired this company late last year to take care of our complex and to allow owners to use for their homes without cost beyond our high monthly condo fees. I have lived here for 12 1/2 years and never had any problems with bugs. Started having problems in mid-December about a week after a flyer was placed under my door about this company. I signed-up with the front office to have this company treat my unit three times with no results. I was walking the tech around my condo the first time and ready to leave as the other exterminators would not allow me to stay in my condo while they treated my unit and I was required to stay out for 4-5 hours. I could always smell what they had sprayed when I returned home. There was no smell from what this company sprayed. I would never have known that they had sprayed my home if I didn’t let them in. I told the tech that I would leave and let him do his thing. Shocked when he said he was done and was spraying the baseboards as we walked around my home. He was not wearing a mask as the others techs had and neither was I. He was only carrying a small container of mystery fluid. No after treatment report or follow-up. No follow-up from All American Pest or the condo association. He confirmed that my unit had mites not fleas as I did not have pets. This company is in our complex every Tuesday for the owners and he said he is always very busy. If his treatments work, he should not be busy every Tuesday. Three times in my unit for ten minutes or less and no results. Getting bit and attacked in my home has caused serious medical issues. I would demand a refund but only pay this company through my monthly condo fees, $1,034. At an informal meeting of the owners in my building, an owner said this company has no motivation to solve our bug problems as they would lose their lucrative, weekly work. I strongly agree as no one is following up to see if the treatments are working. This company does not seem to take our bug infestation seriously. Fighting this infestation is expensive and exhausting. Our security has reported rats in our trash rooms, first time on 12+ years. Rats carry fleas, mites, ticks, and other bugs that seem to easily crawl up the trash chutes to then enter our hallways and homes. seven months fighting this mess with no end in sight.

I requested a floral spray for my late mother's funeral. The request was "the arrangement to be done mostly in yellow, red and orange colours; the customer doesn't want pink and white but to be mostly in these three colours" I was informed that they would be delivered the day before the funeral so that they could go out on time for a 10am ceremony. Firstly, the flowers arrived at the funeral directors just over an hour before the ceremony AFTER the hearse had left. The funeral directors kindly organised an emergency driver to get them to the crematorium in time. We were very close to having no flowers at all. Secondly, the flowers were 50% white, 25% pink and 25% red, orange and yellow. Some of the flowers looked quite sad and a few of the roses were browning. Furthermore, when I contacted the florists, they told me that everything had gone as I had requested. I feel incredibly disappointed in the service that I have received and gaslighted by them as well. Interestingly, they screen all their phone calls and are now only responding to me by email. Funerals are stressful to organise and I would not recommend funeralflowers for the additional stress that they have caused me.

It is worse than I thought. Other services are much better. For over a month I have been trying to get my subscription cancelled, but customer support completely ignores my emails. I had this company placed on black list with my bank because they keep wanting to charge me, despite my multiple request to cancel the subscription.

Dealt with a guy named MIke. He lied and mislead me, the customer, the entire way. Beware of shiesty business practices like this. They will tell you anything to get your most personal information. They reach out and say you've been approved...First lie.. You haven't applied for anything.. But all they need is 3 bank statements.. They refuse to discuss the process, and hide pertinent details.. STAY AWAY. Our process is you fill out an application (which we have) and send 3 months business bank statements to get an approval. As long as you have been in business for longer then 3 months and depositing over $8k per month and have not defaulted on any lenders in last 3 months we can get you approved." This is all a lie and misleading.. I defaulted on a loan back in 2019 and paid it off.. Mike came back and stated we were denied because of a default of $200 with BITTY...That was paid off.. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered a service that cost $400. Based on what I observed over 1 week, the delivery was not what was described in the service details. Speed was 6% of advertised. No likes no followers as opposed to what advertised. Supposed to deliver by end of 20 days. I did a calculation and estimated that it will take 670 days (2 years) to complete my order. [Update 08 Jun 2021] - Order completed on day 20.... but only 5% of what I have ordered was delivered, 95% not delivered. Again no response from support on this matter. Topup page says topup by payeer gets 30% more. I topup using payeer and gets nothing more. What was appalling was that I watsapp their support 5 times within 2 weeks on all above matters, no replies. I log 3 tickets (strangely all tickets were closed magically within 3 days with no replies). Watsapp messages on 11 May, 12 May, 14 May, 17 May, 20 May all no replies. Buy at your own risk. P.S.
