Avoid, avoid, avoid. Our regular plumber was away, so we decided to use these guys as they promised to arrive within 40 minutes, Four hours later the plumber arrived. Our toilet stopcock wasnt working properly, and after he repaired it he said "he couldnt leave until he had paid us" We paid online and was shocked that the bill was over £300!. After he had gone, the leak had been fixed, but the toilet didnt really hold much water and didnt flush that well. After a couple of months, the repair failed, but as our regular plumber was back in town we called him instead. I then complained to this firm and asked for some compensation as per their small print on their webite. They didnt want to know and made small print up on the fly to wriggle out of their legal responsibilities. It seems I will have to force a refund through legal challenges. avoid. avoid. avoid.

Always cancel on the day
I work for an NHS Trust, working with detained patients who require interpreter services. This company often take the booking for face-to-face services and then consistently cancel on the day. This is a disgraceful way to treat people experiencing mental ill health.

They have a very unsupportive, unfair and hostile working environment. They force on you an American-style regime in customer service that British clients don't like, and they blame interpreters for it. They want interpreters to behave like robots, and let clients abuse and scapegoat interpreters. It is the worst agency in the UK to work with ( out of maybe 30 I have worked with)

After working with Language Line for a couple of years they started reducing the volume of calls you get over the telephone. Now i cannot justify being logged in for 6 hours and only having 4 hours of work, and to make things worst their response to a pay increase request was dismissive, this is after years of providing a quality interpreting service.

Not possible to put zero stars, hence 1. This company is ridiculous - not only during 90% of consultations the call is suddenly disconnected, but on few occasions when I was calling for a pre-booked consultations they would claim that the appointment was booked for another time. Despite the fact I would quote them the time from the confirmation email they would not take the responsibility. When you make a complaint they never acknowledge their fault trying to make you feel that it's your fault.

Look I enjoy the risk but will warn others when things go awry. I started off great with GreenIncome, a little hiccup with the first deposit and last withdraw. Decided to go back in anyway but was told after nearly a month of reaching out to customer support via email, their online form and chat, that I would need to upgrade my account to continue. They offered a refund of my last deposit; however, every time I supply my username, they stop responding. I've even reached out as a 'potential' new user to see if they would respond. They did. So I can only recommend that you stay away and yes, you will hear of others doing well, too risky for me to recommend. Take a risk elsewhere.

Walmart had me email this company only to have them give me a list of reasons why it’s a bad idea to return and what a hassle it will be for me so keep the item and they will offer me $5 for my troubles but NO refund. Instead of offering customer service they are hassling me. Shame on Walmart for using this company. After emailing with them several times they want me to pay for shipping and send it. Until the receive it will they will refund me. I don’t trust them! I don’t think they will refund me. I will go to Walmart and see if I can get my money back through them.

I ordered a jumpsuit and a bikini from Novashe. They took a long time to arrive, although they were very quick to take my payment! When the goods eventually arrived I didn't even bother to try them on. They weren’t of good quality and the sizing looked completely wrong. I had to email the company for advice re returns. I then had to wait for a” reason for return “ docket. I ticked the box to inform them I was not happy with the quality or sizing and wanted a refund. They were reticent to give me an address as I had been told by email not to send it back to the address on the package, which was a London, U.K. one. I would have to ship it back to China at my expense, which was almost the cost of the items! They then said that sometimes the goods never arrived back, therefore, they couldn’t offer a refund. Also the shipping took so long to arrive back to China that the returns date would have expired.They offered me a £5 credit and I could keep the items , or give them to charity! After many emails which got an occasional ” copy and pasted “ reply and written in very bad English, I decided to contact my credit card company. They credited the amount back onto my card, and said they would contact Novashe and try to get some explanation as to why they don’t honour their returns policies. The items went to a charity shop. Do NOT buh anything from this shoddy company, they’re working a scam. Also, always use a credit card to purchase goods or services online as they offer better protection than a debit card.

Why does Walmart deal with this company? I ordered from them and immediately cancelled my order only to find out that they apparently had already shipped my package! I insisted they give me a refund and nobody answered my email. I immediately went to my bank and had them open a case against them and put a stop payment on my account. They also told me they wouldn't be charging me until my package had shipped. My question how did it only take a matter of minutes for my order to be processed packaged and mailed in all of 10 minutes! Shame on Walmart for allowing this!

Can't Express enough how I regret ordering my bridesmaid dress from this so called dress fashion website. I have yet to receive my $81 refund since August of last year for the most horrendous dress which they claimed was elegant. The picture was a complete fabrication from what I received. I had to go to a specialty shop to get another dress. Please don't buy ANYTHING from this website!! Complete fraud!!!

It's awful. Total scam. I am reporting them as a scam online marketplace. The dresses do not match up to the photographs. The quality is DREADFUL. Dresses looked nothing like pictures online and the quality was absolutely dreadful: bad fabric, bad stitching, etc. Worst company I have ever dealt with - I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. The company is fraudulent and makes it impossible to get your money back for exchanges. Horrible product. Do not purchase from this company. They are the most dishonest company I ever had to deal with, they advertise false products, they avoid refunding, and quality of the products is absolutely disgusting!

Horrible place to send any child to. They brainwash parents into thinking their kids getting better but their kid is suffering and the parents don't know because they aren't allowed to have contact with their child. They don't provide clean water, proper medical staff, or even proper food. The therapy was horrible! I got PTSD after leaving this place and suffered more after I left. I wouldn't recommend sending your loved one to ANY wilderness programs. These places don't care about your child getting mental health help or help for drug addiction, they care about profit. My parents spent thousands for me to go to a place where I didn't get treated properly, I was sick and cold the whole time ( or it was excruciatingly hot), I was covered in bug bites, the therapy was crap, and I got PTSD from this place. Listen, If you are a parent and reading this comment but going to choose to ignore it anyways, be my guest, your kid will have a lot more issues and trauma after attending, and your kid probably won't want to have a relationship with you either. I was also constantly told if I didn't do something I'd have to stay longer. If I didn't do what they wanted to do and play along with the brainwashing I'd have to stay longer, my stay was almost four months. This is not a short-term program. ITS AWFFFFUULLL. I attended this program at 17

Please do not subscribe to their products. They don't keep to their words. Their ATS is not user-friendly and if you raise concerns or ask for refunds, they won't refund even after saying that they will do so. Instead, they will force you to keep using their product. Speaking from my experience. All the reviews I read about them before purchasing their product were misleading.

Bad support. Ask fortune for anything...
I had to choose Bluecorner/Blink because LeasePlan was only working with them. THey asked around 6000 euros (instead of initial lease plan budget of 2000 euros) because they had to croos stairs). I used my own tech and did cost me 100 euros to prepare the work. THey still asked a supplement of 700 euros (excl VAT) for I do not know why (I thought to put back the stairs as some were removed to allow the placement of cable). I accepted because I needed it. When tecch came, he took less than 2 hours. When he left, I asked him why he did not put back stairs... He tols me he was not informed. I asked what was special to my install compared to another one. He told me nothing. I told Bluecorner that I would not pay the extra. I did not even had a reply. So, budget from 6000 to around 3000 to 2000 (+100 euros of my local tech)... After 2y and half, it is no more working. THey tell me a tech as to come. Budget. 390 euros excl VAT for travel expenses plus 99eruos excl VAT per hours. Of course without guarantee....

Absurd hoge kosten bij laadpaal in Brasschaat ('Kruispunt Molenweg - Kapelsesteenweg'). Ik heb hier maandenlang opgeladen zonder problemen, maar plots kreeg ik een factuur van maar liefst 192,28 EUR voor één sessie! Er wordt nu blijkbaar plots een belachelijk extra kost van 0,27 EUR per minuut aangerekend na 20 minuten, zonder enige waarschuwing vooraf. Dit is volkomen onredelijk, zeker voor een laadpaal in een woonwijk die oplaadt aan een snelheid van amper 22kW. Absoluut niet aan te raden!

Dikke miserie met Blue Corner of Blink via Plugsurfing. De rekening volgt vaak pas maanden later! De tarieven komen niet echt overeen met wat ze op hun website hebben staan. Rotatietarief passen ze toe als je ook aan het chargen bent. Ik betaal voor alle sessies 0,033 / EUR per minuut aan de charger. En dan komt het tarief er nog eens bovenop per kWh, dat veel hoger ligt dan hun aangegeven prijzen voor AC. En nog eens een connectiekost van 0,5 EUR. In de parking op Opera en aan de Nationale Bank in antwerpen zetten ze zo al bijna 1/3 van alle parkingplekken vol met die chargers en nog moet je zogezegd je auto verplaatsen als je opgeladen bent. (rotatietarief). Nu ja, als ze hun rotatietarief voor alle minuten aanreken maakt het niet veel uit. Dan gebruik ik ze helemaal niet meer en zoek ik wel alternatieven. Echt afzetters! Betaal vaak het dubbele van andere publieke laadpalen. Er is maar 1 laadpaal die mij ooit meer heeft gekost en die was in Europapark.

Bonjour, Nous sommes déjà à notre deuxième câble smart car les données n'étaient pas envoyées à l'employeur. Espérons que le deuxième fasse son job. Ce que je ne comprends pas, c'est la raison pour laquelle qu'il faille débrancher la prise en alimentation électrique... une borne ne doit pas être déconnectée du secteur après chaque déconnection à l'auto. Nous n'avons pas toujours la minute conseillée avant de "couper le courant de la smart prise" donc si on laisse la prise électrique branché, quel problème, ou risque on encoure ?

Think carefully before trusting your dog with them.
It used to be very good. Recently things have gone down hill very quickly. All the staff have changed and they do not seem to have an interest in the dogs welfare. The last time we took our dog there we had a phone call to ask us to collect the dog as he was being "Nippy" (We have never had a problem before and always ask if he has behaved himself. They always tell us he has been fine.) When we picked him up we were told he had been rolling in and eating dog mess. So they showered him. He still had his harness on which was supposed to be taken off and he was choking badly, so much so my wife rang the vet for advice. It seems they washed out his mouth with the hose and choked him and damaged his throat by dragging him around. He is now become nervous, which he has never been before going that last time. We will never take him or any of our other dogs there ever again. If we could get proof of the mistreatment we would take further action. All I can do is to warn others. I would advise others to think very carefully before trusting your dogs to them.

Avoid London Damp Specialists at all costs. Paul and James McLaughlin are completely unprofessional and unreliable. They arrived late on the scheduled day (ignoring all calls made on the day they were meant to arrive), carried out the work to a poor standard, and within months the damp returned worse than before. Despite offering a 30-year guarantee, they have refused to honour it, ignoring all emails and phone calls. The lack of accountability and customer service is shocking — once they’ve taken your payment (over £5000!), they disappear. This company is nothing short of a scam. Do NOT waste your time or money.

Very unprofessional
I tried to put in a call for a damp survey and discuss potential remedies and was met by a complete lack of understanding or willingness to even listen. Paul then proceeded to continually say that they don't do roofs and hung up the phone, the roof was not even what the question was about. So I will join in with the other reviewers on this one, avoid!

I paid 199.00 for a survey. No date had been set and I received a call postponing my appointment which was confusing. I then received an email on 9th Jan offering me 16th or 18th Jan. I replied the same day and since then I have received no further correspondence from them. I have now made efforts via PayPal to get my money back and as of 27th January, nothing. I also emailed again, and again nothing. Avoid at all costs!

This is not the first time I have been to this place and the staff seem extremely rude and uneducated and have no empathy for children. It is not my fault that the person works on a Saturday afternoon. The mezzanine was extremely dirty. The person responsible for the briefing was inside the play area and had a hot cup in her hand, which makes it completely unsafe if a child hits it or trips and the hot liquid falls on the child, it is not safe at all.

Went with my boyfriend to take his daughter for some fun. We took her to this place as it sounds similar to a place she likes to go in Bristol. We had never gone to freedog before (this was made really clear when we arrived at the desk after a long quewe). We had a very excited 10 year old that was soo sad and disapointed afterwards. paid for entry and some socks and basically She was waiting for over ONE hour to do what we had asked for and she NEVER went in op use the socks. We went to Complaint but NEVER got our money back as promised!!!!!!! To start with, we were told about the two different companies but nothig else, then we were directed to the right side of the building. They waited for sometime in a room full of kids but there was no one to ask for help/advise on the waiting area. They didn’t moved as didn't want to loose their spot on what it looked as a very full waiting area. A soft area in the middle opened but it wasn’t what we asked for so and were unsure if this was the beginning of the fun area??? I ask them to ask someone about it as she was disappointed already that it wasn’t what we asked for. Ans the woman just said we had the wrong wrist band! So, they went back to reception to get this changed, (I have limited mobility so I was just watching from the viewpoint) They were then told to go back and just wait for the next session at 3 pm! So they sat there for the extra 30 min to be first in the queue again!!! she really wanted to try this and was planning with her dad what to hit first and have a game plan, she was still excited despite the very long wait. Staff went by them and did not said ANYTHING to inform them that there was No session next! At 3:05 the site was empty and as they were not called or the area re-opened they asked a woman that came last from the site after all other children had vacated, only to find out that it was NOT at 3pm but FOUR PM!!! 1.30 hrs away!! It was so sad and stressful to see my boyfriend and his child disappointed!! She was almost in tears. We could NOT wait for another hour. There was no real apology other than refund my money (WHICH HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED YET!!!) Awful experience, uncaring staff, do not wish on anyone what we went through
