I ordered some shoes that promise to be ‘artisan’ made and lined with merino wool. The shoes that arrived were extremely poorly packaged in its shoe box only, with ordinary tape barely keeping it all together. The shoes were nice looking otherwise but extremely narrow. The photos on the website didn’t convey this. The really upsetting fact is, the lining is NOT wool. It’s just polyester fleece. I’m not an idiot, I can tell polyester from the real thing and this is shiny and velvety and cold like common synthetic fleece. The shoes look like any other high street shoes with glue showing at the seams inside and exposed unlined parts that have a synthetic feeling surface. They smells of chemicals, too though maybe that’s normal, I don’t know. I had to pay for the return myself. I tried to return the shoes but the address turned out to be ‘wrong’ somehow and so were never delivered and instead returned to me (the label said the address could not be found). Addition: The company eventually organised for USP to pick the return up but emailed me quite late the day before that I needed to print and fill in complicated customs forms and take photos of the item and repack it all. I got in a hurry to do that at midnight! After leaving it a few weeks, I chased the refund and finally got it.

This company was assigned by my letting agency to do a decorating job after a water leaking in the ceiling and wall in the lounge. They originally send a quote of £250 to do all the job but some days afterwards they increase it to over £500 with the pretext that they couldn´t find the exact same colour. They should have confirmed if they had everything they needed and properly analised the situation before sending any quote. I think is very unprofessional, so I don´t recommend this company.

Won't let me redeem Gyft card
I was given a Gyft card by someone else as a gift. When I try to redeem it online, they system automatically logs me off. This is on both my PC and my iPhone so it's not an issue with my device. When I reach out to customer service, they reply asking for screenshots, asking questions not directly relevant to my situation, and sending me a password reset. I asked them how a password reset can help with this situation and I've yet to hear from them. I get the impression that their customer service is only intended to look like they're acting in good faith and is actually meant to make frustrate customers until they go away. If this is true then Gyft would be committing fraud.

Ordered 5 gifts prior to Christmas…
Ordered 5 gifts prior to Christmas Holidays. All stated an estimated delivery well before Christmas. No communication received. After weeks, finally received email, stating one item shipped. Mind you no delivery date mentioned. Finally received tracking information from DHL, item estimated deliver 12/26/23. Still no information or shipping information on the rest of my order. Sent email to customer service, no response. Requested PalPay for a full refund. This company fails miserably in their promises...STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Gyft hates the Education Community
Gyft hates the education community. I followed their steps to upload my xls (Excel) file in the template provided. Only to find out later that it did not process ANY of the Gift cards due to the email addresses with the ending .edu. This was a $22,000 expenditure which they failed to process. Further, they failed to notify me that it had not been processed. Every one of the 700+ emails had to be manually resent which required three clicks: resend, update, confirm. That was 2,100 + clicks and 2 hours of my life for something that should have been done automatically. I hate this platform more than they hate educators and students.

Don't let GYFT steal from you!
I was awarded $100 to use on GYFT. You have to download their app to access your account. The app is a ridiculous, over-complicated mess. They want you purchase gift cards from their selection of merchants. The list of outright,stupid hoops you have to jump through are too long to list! I have spent hours chasing my tail just trying to access the $100 due to me. Slowly, over a year, I have used $75 of it. I bought a $25 gyft card on 2/8/23. The email receipt, gives an order number as confirmation, but you can NOT reference the number on the app to find your card. Now it says "no history" and "no transactions" and when trying to get help, it says Gyft.com is not supported protocol. 🙄 My takeaway is this, they dangle (your money) like a carrot, but convolute and scramble the process to make it impossible to access your account/money, while providing access to third party vendors who are probably sucking your personal information like a juice box. 100% AVOID GYFT IF YOU ENJOY YOUR SANITY.

The worst. Had received a gift card for a favorite restaurant. Went to use a second time on the app and the balance was zero. There was actually $72 left. Called to get help and could not understand lady on the other end. She offered no help at all. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that person was in a meeting. Useless.

Terrible service, Ordered a gift card online, payment was immediately taken from my account. Waited, three days later i logged into my account only to find the card in a pending status. I called customer service and the women i spoke with corrected the issue and said the card was ready to use. i sent the card to my daughter for her birthday. today she sends me a screen shot sowing that the card has been canceled and refunded. i called customer service again only to get the run around so now i can expect an email from customer service in the next 24 to 48 hours. The funds are supposed to be back in my account in 3 - 5 business days... More to come!!

No show but invoiced
I booked them at 30 May to service my tenanted flat which is just down the road from their shop - but they never turned up. My tenant got quite annoyed. I asked again. This time Elisabete made the appointment. Still they didn't show. No apology. Nothing. They did send me an advanced invoice though. Says it all really.

Let me tell you, dealing with Abacus Cloud has been an absolute nightmare. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Their "cloud service" feels more like a black hole where my money disappears and my sanity slowly evaporates. First, their tech support is an absolute joke. I've contacted them multiple times with legitimate issues – from server downtime to inexplicable data loss – and each time I'm met with a wall of incompetence. Their "support team" seems to be comprised of individuals who have a vague understanding of technology at best. Expect to be put on hold for extended periods, only to be transferred to someone else who knows even less than the last person. They'll ask you to try the same basic troubleshooting steps over and over again, even after you've explicitly told them you've already done so. It's like talking to a brick wall, except the brick wall is slightly more responsive. But the truly insidious part is their predatory pricing and their blatant disregard for their own contract terms. They lure you in with seemingly competitive rates, but then hit you with hidden fees and "unexpected" charges that balloon your bill to an astronomical figure. Try to question these charges, and you'll be met with vague explanations and convoluted terms and conditions that are clearly designed to confuse and discourage you. It feels like they're actively trying to nickel and dime you at every turn. It's not just bad service; it's daylight robbery. And don't even get me started on their contract shenanigans. My contract clearly states that to opt out, I need to notify them within 30 days of the contract's end date. Crystal clear. Yet, when I tried to do exactly that, they conveniently "misplaced" my original contract and suddenly claimed their policy requires a 60-day notice. Sixty days! They literally changed the terms of the contract after I signed it! It's utterly unethical and demonstrates a shocking level of dishonesty. They're banking on customers not keeping meticulous records, hoping they can get away with these shady tactics. I'm convinced that Abacus Cloud's business model is based on trapping customers in a cycle of frustration, overcharging, and outright deception. They clearly don't care about providing a quality service or building a positive customer relationship. All they care about is extracting as much money as possible from their unsuspecting victims, even if it means bending (or breaking) their own rules. Seriously, do yourself a favor and steer clear of Abacus Cloud. There are plenty of other cloud service providers out there who actually value their customers and offer competent support. Don't make the same mistake I did. You'll regret it. Consider this your warning. They're not just bad; they're operating in bad faith.

Schuco n'est plus ce qu'il était. J'ai eu pour plus de 60K de fourniture et pose sur leur "meilleure" gamme. C'est truffé de défauts ! J'ai contacté le directeur France qui m'a mené en bateau pendant 2 ans... J'ai aussi contacté le DG en Allemagne... idem, rien à faire. Je suis un professionnel dans le bâtiment et c'est l'une des pires expériences avec une marque reconnue. Je suis passé maintenant sur Technal; c'est le jour et la nuit en terme de isolation phonique et de finition.

Not a quality brand
We ordered custom-colored Schueco products for our home, but three parts arrived in the wrong color. Despite paying a 30-40% premium for the custom color, this mistake delayed our project and forced our family (with a 1-year-old child) out of our home for over two months. Schueco is supposed to be a premium brand, but this experience was anything but. Unfortunately, since the error came from their provider in Bulgaria, and we used a third party, we couldn't take legal action. Extremely disappointed with the lack of quality and attention to detail.

Buongiorno, circa 5 mesi fa ho istallato serramenti Schüco in alluminio ritenendo tale marchio il “non plus ultra”! Invece mi ritrovo letteralmente a piedi. Alcuni infissi istallati presentano evidenti imperfezioni, sull’alluminio camuffati in malo modo da un bianchetto, altri non riesco ad aprirli perché privi di motore elettrico,( sono finestre molto pesanti non apribili a mano) altri ancora, sono stati istallati senza il sensore dell’antifurto e la Schüco fornisce i suoi per motivi di sicurezza. Pertanto il mio elettricista non può metterci le mani per non avere problemi futuri. Il produttore installatore un tale Vernassi non risponde neppure alle mie telefonate, ho fatto presente la situazione anche all’azienda di Padova scrivendo una mail ma ad oggi non ho avuto nessun riscontro. Ritenevo di essermi affidata ad un’azienda seria affidabile che risponde dei suoi prodotti ed invece… non so cosa fare quindi attenzione alla scelta che fate, perché non è detto che se pagate tanto avrete certamente un buon prodotto serio ed affidabile e garantito. Contattato il Premium Partner pubblicizzato da Schuco nel loro sito (per la provincia di Perugia). Vado prima presso l'azienda del partner e mi accordo per una visita a casa mia per i rilievi tecnici e la presa delle misure (visita fatta a Marzo 2024). Dopo almeno 10 telefonate e promesse al vento, mi ritrovo ad oggi senza alcun preventivo, sono passati 4 mesi, forse meglio così. Se tanto mi dà tanto non oso pensare cosa sarebbe stato tutto il resto, pessima esperienza, sceglierò un'azienda più seria.

Dopo aver comperato una trentina tra infissi e finestre scorrevoli abbiamo richiesto assistenza per una normale manutenzione ma i rivenditori ufficiali si sono dileguati sostenendo che la stessa poteva essere fatta solo dall’azienda che ha fornito e montato il tutto a suo te, che intanto è fallita. Evitare accuratamente questa azienda farlocchia che dietro a un nome altisonante nasconde una incompetenza e superficialità senza eguali!!!

Abbiamo installato serramenti e porte della Schuco a costi megagalattici e ci ritroviamo con un sacco di problemi, con finestre che si chiudono malamente e che periodicamente danno segni di malfunzionamento dei meccanismi che regolano l'apertura a vasistas ed altro... Esperienza negativa, anche perchè il fornitore (ben noto in zona) non ci da nessuna assistenza e non sappiamo a chi rivolgerci.

I have reported this fraud to the Police with reference No. NFRC220405150429 I am not satisfied with their services as they did not provide me with three allocated assignments as promised within committed timescale so I request a full refund of my amount i.e. £443.78 today without any delay along with the compensation injury to the feelings and loss. Their representative Bryan Murphy lied with intent to fraud along with False promises and lured me with guaranteed 24 hours task completion but kept me waiting for many hours and sent fake and fraudulent messages and emails on chatbot. Initially, he fraudulently promised me that the three assignments, which I sent to him on his given email, would be prepared within a guaranteed 24 hours timescale. I waited for 24 hours but he kept lying that the writer is working on my assignments task for about 10 hours. In the morning, he informed me that the task no. 2 and 3 not ready. During the chat, so-called Bryan Murphy kept sending me the same assignment again and again with the intent of fraud.

This company went all out when I needed customer support. There was a shipping/duty issue for me as a UK customer but the team smoothed out the problem. The jewellery was bought as a gift for a friend and it was fabulous. I would not hesitate to buy from F&T again.

Asbestos Removal
A responsive and helpful company who disposed of a load of rubble and Asbestos left by an unpleasant tenant. I originally contacted a more local professional waste company who became non responsive after I had spoken to them. I assume the job was too big for them! Frost & Wood quoted me the same afternoon on what was a “difficult” job, arrived on time the day of the collection and did not surprise me with any hidden charges. I highly recommend Frost & Wood and would use them again if I found myself in a similar situation.

Really efficient service. Made an inquiry, received a text and it was booked. They came they next day removed waste when they said they would. Called me I paid over the phone and they sent me all the paperwork as promised by email. Couldn't have had a better service. Definitely would recommend.

A+++++ service from start to finish
Excellent service from initial contact through to collection of the 20+ AC sheets I needed taking away. Professional, friendly and competitively priced, the driver arrived on time and collected the sheets without fuss - can't fault this company. Don't have any more to remove from my property, but if I had would certainly use Frost and Wood again and would thoroughly recommend them.

Not handled as expected....
Pleased with the service provided although the text conversation I received said that they pack and swap all the asbestos on site before transporting it but this was not the case. The driver just picked up the asbestos with bare hands and loaded it into his van which had other broken up asbestos in bags. When I questioned the wrapping of it he said it would be done back at the yard! It didn’t leave me with a lot of confidence that I had used a professional company! The price I was quoted and paid did not reflect the way I was expecting it to handled and removed. The driver did turn up when requested and was very pleasant.

Een bank besteld bij Country life style in Putten. Zeer vriendelijk geholpen. Meneer wist precies wat ik bedoelde. Na een aantal banken bekeken te hebben, uiteindelijk een mooie bank uitgezocht en besteld. Voor mijn oude moeder waren de dames zeer vriendelijk, boden haar koffie en tijdschriften aan. We kregen beide nog een leuk presentje. De bank wordt binnenkort geleverd dus ik ben erg benieuwd.
