Obsługa koszmarna.Kupilem montowany komputer (czekalem 20+ dni na niego) i okazało się że karta graficzna jest uszkodzona,więc zwrociłem ją i po tygodniu nie ma progresu.Dopiero po tygodniu zweryfikowali że karta jest uszkodzona,4dni poźniej wysłali do "serwisu zewnętrznego" i dalej czekam.Zamiast wysłać mi nową, to robią mnie w konia.

Zakupiłem zamek Aqara U200 na allegro na ich koncie Karen_pl, które prowadzi Komputronik. W zamku od początku nie działał czytnik linii papilarnych. Sprzedawca nie chciał wymienić zamka tylko odesłał go do naprawy. Serwis jednak nie stwierdził usterki i polecił mi kontakt z supportem skoro mam problem z aplikacją. To absolutnie nie problem z aplikacją bo dodawałem odcisk zarówno z aplikacji jak i bezpośrednio z zamka. Obie metody nie działają. W skrócie mam nowy zamek, który nie działa i nic nie mogę zrobić. Sprzedawca nie chce mi wysłać dowodu potwierdzającego, że im zamek działa. Fatalny kontakt ponieważ w dyskusji Allegro pani Joanna i Renata tylko przekazują dane pomiędzy mną, a serwisem, w dodatku z dużym opóźnieniem, a z panem Mateuszem D. z serwisu Komputronik rozmawia się jak ze ścianą. Takie mają procedury i trudno.

Początkowe wrażenia Szczerze na początku wrażenie odnośnie firmy było średnie . Minęło parę dni i zamówienie w żadnym stopniu się nie ruszyło . Zacząłem proces anulowania i dnia następnego zadzwoniła do mnie obsługa klienta niekoniecznie w tej sprawie . Pan wyjaśnił że pojawiło się bardzo dużo zamówień i że jak najszybciej nie da się do punktu którego wybrałem i spytał się odnośnie alternatywy ( kuriera ) Kiedy powiedziałem że już wysłałem ticket do anulowania to pan bardzo profesjonalnie się zachował i przekazał zamówienie dalej do anulowania . Mimo, że na stronie jest informacja o możliwości zamówienia voucheru prezentowego online, to niestety mimo szczerych chęci, nie udało mi się go nabyć. W dobie gdzie w większości sklepów jednym kliknięciem można kupić karty prezentowe i są one od razu wysyłane na maila, w komputroniku klient odsyłany jest do wypisania formularza kontaktowego w którym ma opisać -właśnie co? prośbę o kupienie karty? W każdym razie wypełniłam okienko i po kilku godzinach dostałam odpowiedź z informacją o kartach prezentowych - kopiuj wklej- ze strony i z prośbą o podanie danych firmy- gdzie wyraźnie użyłam formy kontaktu dla klientów indywidualnych. Niestety mimo mojej natychmiastowej odpowiedzi na wiadomość z prośbą o wystawienie karty na osobę indywidualną i z pytaniami jaki jest czas oczekiwania na kartę nie dostałam już żadnej odpowiedzi (minęły ponad 24h a ja voucher potrzebowałam na dziś).

Po pierwsze, nie zostałem poinformowany o warunkach zakupu dla przedsiębiorców. Wyłączenie rękojmi w regulaminie o którym nikt nie informuje co jest według mojej opini praktyką niezwykle nieuczciwą. Po drugie, proces reklamacji przebiegał w atmosferze całkowitej ignorancii. Mimo wielokrotnych próśb o wyjaśnienia, pracownik nie raczył udzielić rzeczowych odpowiedzi. Po trzecie, kiedy poprosiłem o regulamin, na który powoływał się sprzedawca, spotkałem się z lekceważącą odpowiedzią. Zostałem odesłany do sklepu, aby osobiście zapoznać się z dokumentem. To nie tylko strata mojego czasu, ale również dodatkowe koszty związane z dojazdem. Podsumowując, zakup laptopa za 6000 zł, który nie spełniał warunków umowy, był dla mnie bardzo rozczarowujący. Nie chodzi tylko o kwestię prawną, ale o brak zrozumienia i złe podejście ze strony obsługi klienta. Oczekiwałem profesjonalizmu i chęci rozwiązania problemu, a otrzymałem jedynie ignorancję. Czekałem na paczkę ponad tydzień licząc dni nie robocze po czym przy pierwszym uruchomieniu i sprawdzeniu wersji okazuje się że został zainstalowany Windows 11 Home, także firma dołożyła człowiekowi dodatkowej pracy w przeinstalowywaniu sytemu i uważam że jak za sam montaż powinni dostać z 50zł bo sam kable management też wola o pomstę do nieba. 300zl za ten montaż to totalna przesada. Także nie pozdrawiam i wątpię że jeszcze co kolwiek zamówie na tej stronie.

I am based in Paris and ordered online from Espresso International Passalacqua Harem coffee and several ClubHouse Rosa espresso cups. They were beautifully wrapped and packaged. The coffee is amazing but most importantly the espresso cups are much thicker than others. You can smell it before sipping, and it keeps it warm longer. A beautiful experience. And I loved the little gift that was included (hint: almonds)

Auf Empfehlung eines Gastronomen habe ich heute 1KG Hardy Milano Bohne gekauft/erhalten. Ich besitze einen Kaffee-Vollautomat "DeLonghi Eletta Explore". Hier hatte ich immer die "Segafredo Extra Strong" Bohne genutzt. Mein Fazit: Von allen Kaffeebohnen, die ich bisher hatte, ist die Hardy Milano die BESTE! Jeg fik printet flere plakater i forskellige størrelser hos “Jensen Print”. Grundlæggende er printene meget flotte, og prisen er rimelige. Desværre kom jeg ind i forlængelse af en meget stor og ”diffus” print opgave til en konference. Så nogle af de første print jeg fik havde justerings fejl. Problemet blev dog hurtigt løst korrekt og alle printene kunne næppe have været lavet bedre. Prisen på tryk har altid været høj. Og set på hvad man får hos andre så som “Vester Kopi”, er prisen hos “Jensen Print” bedre på opgaver af normal størrelse, og printene er et klart bedre. Sammenlignet med køb af egen A3+ printer (med 7farver+) skal man regne med 150 til 200 A3 print før det kan betale sig. Og “Jensen print” tilbyder print helt op til B0. Så “Jensen Print” er et godt alternativ til at bruge tid, penge og plads på sin egen printer (>A4). Vil klart bruge dem igen.

Exceptionel god service. Vi har bestilt 3 store billeder til print, der skal indrammes og gives i julegave. Efter kyndig vejledning i telefonen fik vi bestilt billederne i et mål som ikke var nævnt på hjemmesiden. Dagen efter får vi en mail fra Lars om at det første billede er printet, men ser mørkt og kedeligt ud i farverne - hvis vi kan få fat i originalen fra fotografen kan vi nå at få printet dette i stedet. Nu har vi modtaget vores billeder og de ser så fine ud. Vi er glade for at vi gik med et firma hvor nogen forholder sig til om det nu ser OK ud. Det er virkelig kundeservice på et niveau som vi blev ganske overraskede over! Pris og leveringstid var også helt iorden så Jensen Print har mine varmeste anbefalinger.

Jeg havde booket og fået bekræftet udskift af mit speciale til afhentning efterfølgende dag kl. 11. Og alt var fint, men kl. 10.40 dagen efter bliver jeg så ringet op og for af vide at de har klipset siderne forkert sammen og at jeg ikke kan hente mit speciale alligevel. Eftersom det haster ret meget at få specialet spørger jeg om ikke de kan nå at lave det senere på dagen hvor jeg for af vide at de først mandag (5 dage senere) kan have det klart. Det var en virkelig ærgerlig oplevelse, som gjorde afleverings processen meget stresset og besværlig da jeg skulle til at finde en anden med så kort varsel.

This is a retrospective review from my purchase back in Jan 2020 and only because I’ve come across these reviews by chance because I’m searching for the company to make a second purchase for use very far into the future should I ever need it because the product I bought back in Jan 2020 has performed so extremely well and isn’t going to fail on me anytime soon and my experience of their service at the time was exemplary. For the record I bought a timeless classic Donkey jacket for use as my round the house, whilst doing diy, working on the car, in the garden pop on, my pop to the shop jacket, basically my default pop on jacket which means......I am pretty much wearing it every day throughout the winter months and will use the slightest chill of a summer evening as an excuse to put it on. Just sayin!

CAUTION: I am certain this company is OUT OF BUSINESS. Nothing I tried to order today ever went through nor did my email communications. It's too bad because I was really looking forward to some cool new gear. That being said, I ordered a field jacket in 2019 & the only complaint is that it took longer for me because I'm in the U.S. but that's understandable. The quality of the jacket is really good and I liked that a removable jacket liner was included for extremely cold weather.

Order never received. Emails not replied to, phone is never answered. I now understand they have ceased trading, and no refund has been given. Disgraceful behaviour scraping last few orders before shutting up shop and leaving customers out of pocket. Should be ashamed of themselves.

It says I ordered an extra small, neither my son or I are in that category, both wearing large to XL, 40-42 or 42-44. I have written multiple times, no reply. I just want my money back now. Superb design, excellent and efficient workmanship. The reconstruction of our front porch and door, and the windows of the adjoining room, was carried out to perfection. The result looks superb!! The workman were polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. This was a great experience for us and we are really pleased and really grateful.

Wie das bei der Anzahl der gesendeten Bilder möglich ist, bleibt mir ein Rätsel. Auch die Qualität ist Welten entfernt vom aufgerufenen Preis. Mir ist es unangenehm und ich werde es nicht der Person zeigen geschweige denn schenken, für die es gedacht war.

Die Verpackung dürfte bei dem Preis etwas „edler“ sein, aber alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Sehr enttäuschender Service! Ich werde dieses Unternehmen niemals wieder mit der Herstellung einer Puppe beauftragen. Ich habe immer noch kein Geld zurückerhalten für das unzufriedenstellende Produkt, das mit großer Verzögerung kam. Die hergestellte Puppe hat trotz mehrerer Fotos keine Ähnlichkeit zu meiner Freundin, der ich zum Geburtstag eine Freude machen wollte. Ich bin seit einigen Wochen im Emailaustausch, dass ich mein Geld zurückhaben möchte-leider bisher ohne Erfolg. 30% wurden mir angeboten, was ich für den Nerven-und Zeitaufwand seit Mitte August 2023 eine absolute Frechheit finde. Ich vermute, dass irgendwelche KIs meine Mails beantworten, da sie meist sehr seltsam auf meine Emails antworten und oft die Texte nicht richtig passen.

Kamen zu spät ohne vorherige Terminabsprache und nahmen trotz telefonischer Aufforderung nicht die Hozpaletten mit und Kleinmüll welcher beim beladen aus den Kartons viel wurde einfach liegen gelassen.

J'ai trouvé mon coup de coeur dans cette boutique. Des ensembles de leggings et brassière trop canon, avec un large choix de motifs. Des maillots de bain qui s'adaptent à notre morphologie avec les maillots à taille unique. Et surtout des produits écoresponsables !! Une nouvelle marque ou acheter des tenues de sport et des maillots pour l'été !!

Marque hors de prix, mal taillée et qualite moins bonne que Kiabi. Heureusement qu ils ont qq ambassadrices et que marketing +++ car sinon je ne sais pas comment ils vendraient. Bref grosse déception. Je ne parle pas de leur service client et des expéditions catastrophiques. On vous répond «  c est la stagiaire qui s est trompé… » Passez votre chemin et foncez chez d autres marque comme YUJ tellement mieux.

Bonjour, Commande passée le 10 août, Mon compte est bien débité de la jolie somme de 270€, Depuis ma commande est en "attente de capture" Impossible de les joindre par mail -> adresse inexistante Par WhatsApp -> numéro n'existe pas, Numéro de téléphone de la boutique à Paris -> pas de réponse ( 10 tentatives au moins) Bref une arnaque? Je commence a avoir de gros doutes Mise à jour: j'ai été contacté par le service client qui s'est montré rassurant et m'a proposé un code promo pour une prochaine commande en compensation du retard.

C’est de la grosse daube ! J’ai commandé mon maillot de bain que je viens de recevoir, il s’avère que le haut est transparent… j’ai donc écris au service client en expliquant mon mécontentement j’ai eu le droit à la réponses suivantes : « si le maillot de bain est à la bonne taille il n’est pas transparent » Je mets du 36 j’ai pris la taille en fonction de leur tableau des tailles et bon si on voit mes seins c’est que je ne sais pas lire Article fabriqué en Chine Bref de la grosse mer** Je ne peux pas le retourné car j’ai enlevé les étiquettes sans les lires bref 60 euros foutu à la poubelle C’est une vrai arnaque ne vous faite pas avoir !!

J’ai renvoyé un article qui ne me convenait pas et SURPRISE, remboursement impossible. Donc je me retrouve avec un bon d’achat alors que de nombreux articles sont épuisés et peu de choses qui me plaisent… je ne recommanderai plus.

I made a purchase and after sending it to the wrong country and continent (how stupid is that!) they finally shipped the 2 bathing suits I ordered. They arrived 5 weeks after I made the order, and they were not even what I ordered, but they shipped something else with a note explaining "they didn't have the color I ordered". Regarding the quality of the bathing suits I was disappointed, ---don´t let yourself be fooled by organic cotton swimsuits, its nothing but a t-shirt cut like a bathing suit with no hold or anything- so I decided to return them . I returned them more than a month ago, and they didn't refund my money. Basically stole my money. I wrote to them 3 times that they should return my money since I returned the merchandise. Only one answer saying the refund "should have been made" . I wrote back "no, it wasn't refunded" No answer. Consider that they are only available through email and not by phone. So not responding to an email is far easier. Its the last time I will be purchasing from shady shops in the internet, that have no real client support like a hotline. They will probably not even answer to this review, may this be your confirmation not to buy from them. You definitely don't want your money stolen. Anyways they will hear from me again through my lawyers because I hate being treated like that in 2023 in Europe e-commerce... This is the moment where I am glad to have connections in France

J'ai effectué une commande sur le site WEB de LUZ COLLECTIONS le 18 decembre. Le lendemain de la réception des articles commandés, ceux-ci ne me convenant pas, j'ai téléphoné au service clients afin de les informer de mon souhait de retourner les articles dans le cadre du droit légal de rétractation. J'ai effectué ce retour le 23 décembre réceptionné par LUTZ le 24. Contre toute attente et se référant à une clause de leurs CGV, la société à refusé de me rembourser au motif que le prix de vente était "soldé" et que dans ce cas, seuls un échange ou un avoir étaient proposés en cas de retour. Malgré un courrier de ma part et 2 échanges de mails (leur expliquant qu'ils étaient dans l'illégalité la plus complète) et une conversation téléphonique avec la "responsable" de cette société (personne dont je tais volontairement le nom, désagréable, tenant des propos désobligeants et dogmatiques), celle-ci a maintenu son refus d'un remboursement. Sur les conseils de la DGCCRF, qui m'a confirmé que ma demande de remboursement était de droit, j'ai effectué le 2 janvier un signalement de cette société sur le site gouvernemental signal-conso, en produisant à l'appui les échanges écrits avec la société. Et la société à effectué le remboursement le 3 janvier. Incompétence ou malhonnêteté de la "responsable de la société" ? Bien entendu, aucun mot d'excuse de sa part. Mon témoignage a pour seul but d'éviter à d'autres clientes d'être victimes de propos trompeurs ou application de clauses illicites en exerçant leur droit de rétractation d'achats achetés sur internet auprès de la société LUZ COLLECTION.

I was amazed at how detailed my piece of sand art was. This particular piece was a portrait of my two daughters, so it was especially important. It is truly amazing to watch the artist recreate a picture from the careful and meticulous placement of sand. Not only was it amazing to see it created but now I have a unique portrait of my daughters that I will cherish forever. Thank you Sand and Art!

Jeg bruger rigtig mange perler og andet til smykkefremstilling og handler derfor ret meget ind i forskellige netshops. Derfor kan jeg sige, at jeg aldrig har fået så venlig og god betjening som her. Jeg kunne ønske mig et lidt bredere udbud af smykkematerialer i sterlingsølv og forgyldt sterlingsølv men det jeg ind til nu har købt er i særdeles god kvalitet og priserne er rimelige i forhold til andre udbydere. Desuden er det en stor fordel, at man ikke altid behøver købe en hel streng perler men kan købe 10-20 perler for 20-25 kr. Det giver kreativiteten større mulighed for at prøve nyt og man kan vurdere, hvordan den enkelte perle fungerer i virkeligheden. Billeder giver sjældent det rigtige udtryk. Alt i alt super tilfreds som kunde.

Je recommande les yeux fermés l’entreprise 2twenty qui m’a accompagnée depuis 2017 dans l’achat et l’entretien de mon scooter électrique. Celui-ci m’a donné entièrement satisfaction de même que le service après vente.

Suite à une panne ds le 14e, je les ai contacté et ils ont géré mon dépannage pendant que je travaillais, échanges par mail... Ils ont réparé mon scoot en un clin d'œil 👍 1 jour... Ils ont même fait les ptis réglages. J'ai demandé un devis pour un nouveau scoot... Devis arrivé en-3 jours... Belle proposition, suivi etc impeccable, très arrangeants... Je change de scoot samedi (j'ai acheté un scoot neuf chez eux ils reprennent l'ancien). Comment ne pas vous recommander ???

Mais à peine 3 lorsqu'il est tombé en panne, puisque je l'ai acheté neuf chez vous en mars 2021 !! L'écart de kilométrage, je l'ai constaté . Vous parlez de mes demandes irrationnelles ? A savoir récupérer les documents relatifs à cette prise en charge de 4 mois pour réparation, à l'heure actuelle, je n'ai aucun document de votre part ! Enfin, vous me dites que je vous ai "fatigués" ce qui justifie que vous ne répondiez pas à mes demandes ? Et moi alors dans cette histoire ? A devoir vous rappeler systématiquement ! A vous avoir relancés par emails à plusieurs reprise et n'aillant eu qu'un seul retour de votre part Alors oui je suis déçue, car je n'avais jamais rien eu à redire contre vous ...

Je suis profondément exaspérée face aux dysfonctionnements récurrents de mon scooter électrique, malgré deux réparations antérieures et un dépannage récent. Dès la réception de mon scooter neuf, j'ai constaté que toute la carrosserie en dessous était cassée, ce qui était inacceptable. De plus, les disques de freins ont dû être changés à trois reprises en raison d'un bruit strident persistant, alors que le véhicule était neuf. Malgré ces multiples interventions, le bruit persiste encore à ce jour. En outre, au cours du dernier mois seulement, mon scooter a été envoyé deux fois en réparation en raison d'un problème de démarrage. Malgré deux réparations effectuées précédemment et un dépannage récent, mon scooter électrique demeure inopérant pour la troisième fois consécutive! Aujourd’hui, 2 mois plus tard, je n’ai toujours pas de solution!!!

J’ai acheté ce scooter dans l’optique d’en faire une utilisation maison-université. Le véhicule est léger (pratique lorsqu’on est soit même un petit gabarit) et fonctionnel. Les batteries ne pas trop lourdes et chargent vite. La conduite est agréable et facile. Sans parler du style rétro qui fait tout son charme. Seul petit bémol, les amortisseurs ne sont pas fan des dos d’ânes et des pavés parisiens… Parfait pour la ville et les trajets de moyenne durée. Merci 2twenty !

Best customer service EVER! I ordered some wrapping paper, when I got to the middle of the roll I realized the logo was messed up. I commented on the sellers page, not expecting anything to happen since it was 6 months after I ordered. Customer Service reached out to me asking if they can send me a new roll for free. I like the invitations but the print on it is a little small - especially the name of the honoree. It’s very hard to read.

They have inconsistent policies. I ordered a t-shirt that had a Linux Tux logo(while it is trademarked, they allow commercial use without permissions) and they canceled it due to an incorrect trademark violation. I was curious and looked up the same shirt from the same seller and it was still listed. Not only that, but it was also $7 cheaper. So, I tried again, and it went completely through and shipped. It is going to get here three days later than the order confirmation says it will. Never trust a company with inconsistent policies.

No returns guidance, no label, no answer to email message to you, no answer on the "contact us" phone. This was the second timeshare we got ride of through Timeshare Specialist. In both casess they did what they said they would do with the cost agreed on.

After 10 years of timeshare ownership, my wife and I decided it was time to give up the timeshare. There were a variety of reasons to get out, none of which were dissatisfaction with the beautiful resort which was our "homeweek" facility. Our only real issue throughout the 10 years was the constant phone calls trying to talk us into purchasing more "points", especially after telling the salespeople that we were NOT going to buy more! We starting looking into how to get out of our timeshare by talking to the ownership of the timeshare. No dice. They would not even take back our obligation if we gave it to them! So, fast forward to about 8 months ago. My wife showed me a web site that listed possible companies that would help you get out of timeshare obligations. When I contacted the second company I spoke with Mr. Kushman with Timeshare Specialists. He was patient, informative, straight-up, and VERY prompt responding to our questions over the 6 months it took to complete the paperwork. Yes it cost money to get out, but the amount paid will be evened out after three years of paying the timeshare yearly "fees, taxes. etc. to the timeshare if we were still obligated. No, we did not get any of our initial investment in the timeshare, but we knew that two years ago. Timeshare Specialists require NO up front money. Many do, and STAY AWAY FROM ANY THAT DO! It did take about 5 months to get out of our obligation, but looking back it was well worth it. All in all, the team at Timeshare Specialists was great!

This group of people were great. A clear fixed fee approach, that is not payable until after they are successful. No multi-year binding contracts, just upfront professional organization.
