Eid Al Adha Holidays-Mystical Kazakhstan June 15th 4N/5D trip. Arrangements till take-off was perfect. But the local tour operator hired by TravTips was mediocre. 1. Airport pickup came 2 hrs late and the tour guide was unaware of the status. calls to their office did not help. The whole group of 30 pax were stranded outside the airport on the roadside without any update. 2. Tour guide was a novice and was unable to explain anything about the country, major landmarks, its history..etc. we were just dropped at each spot without any explanation or overview. 3. The planning was so bad that on Day2 the Indian dinner provided to us was so early at 5:30PM! and Day 3 hotel arranged for dinner was just average. 4. Time allocated at some of the spots were too less to even have a walk around. Overall the experience was bad to say the least.

Travtips we took package for Europe. 12 days with travel, hotel and meal. I traveled with two kids. I would highly don't recommend this group with kids as bus tour is very tiresome and no much time for sight seeing. Breakfast time always overcrowded and food gets finished and dinner tables are not booked and food gets finished. Bus is very dirt and dusty. 12 days we spend more time in bus but it's not cleaned once neither vaccumed. All the time in tour running and rushing no peace of mind. Worst of all is tour manager niyoma she from first day shouted and yelling at people as she was boss and we were slaves. She came late many times and bus driver and she eat at bus but no kids and no allowed to eat. Daily for front rows people fight and for food queue people fight but manager never come to protect ladies as specially men get angry on ladies. Totally not safe for women. If passengers fight manager get bias and treat good to people who she reserve gifts. Manager never take action against men who shout at women or push people in queue. Hygiene bus zero Manager zero for rude and unprofessional behavior Food zero as only few times we get food Itinerary good but no time to see properly Dubai we get very good service from all travels and tours but worst experience with this. Please read my review before you plan with kids and be prepared for fights, shoutand running for everything. Manager insults even if you are late 5minutes but she comes late sometimes 30 minutes. Totally unprofessional and unpleasant traveling. Europe is beautiful but better go with famous travels to be safe then to be sorry with family. I won't give even one star for bad tour manager niyoma.

it is an excellent experience to deal with TrvTips, Dubai. Very polite, smiling and courteous staff. Listen carefully and guide properly to my satisfaction. A very detailed tour plan established i.e Highlights of Europe. All the best and continue to work more for such a tour plan.

Our Europamundo - Eastern Europe trip is in July 2020. Sofar Trav Tips given 100% professional service. Their staffs are highly knowledgeable. I hope they will satisfy our upcoming tour.

Malaysia and Singapore ; Asian delight TCADE 1712 Tour advisory and service was very good 4*, well explained. But Real time tour still need to organize well, didn't felt that we were on leisure trip. Its some short of Marathon, win win situation against the time. Tour guide Mis Manika was helpful, we had argument with her on above to give sufficient time and then she realized, but still not up to the mark. Moreover, how you expect that a person can eat same food throughout the trip lunch/dinner. In same costing you can have some short of different verities from Indian delight. Overall rating for Real time trip 2.7*

Here is an update Following on from my review I was contacted by staff from Rent4sure. They were genuinely keen to understand the issue and promised to put it right ASAP, this they did within 2 days. They kept me informed as to what was wrong and how they proposed to fix this issue. This issue should not have occurred and the original staff were unmoving and unwilling to help but I believe the measure of a good company is how they react and resolve issues and for this I cannot fault their customer services. For these reasons I have changed my 1 star review to a 4 star review. Absolutely useless. I was asked to act as guarantor for someone recently. This company refuses to accept email references and insists on employers using the link they provide. This is stupid but especially for the following reasons 1. In a modern world where cyber security is paramount, most company policies prohibit HRs from clicking links. 2. Most large companies indemnify themselves against lawsuits by providing references in a standard factual format. I have always been employed by such companies and this joke of a company will not accept the reference provided as my employer will not click on the link. Note: I work in defence – no company I have ever worked for would click your bloody stupid link

My husband and I make about £70,000 a year together. We were trying to rent an £800 house. Easy peasy. Not only they kept harassing my husband for endless information, payslips over payslips (we are basically on the same salary, and they let me be), proof over more proof, like bank statements with employer's company name wasn't enough, payslips with employers name wasnt enough, they needed further official letters from employer signed and dated as well as further telephone reference??? Who does this? And then we got a fail over a POSITIVE landlord reference. They lied to our estate agents and dropped us immediately. I would rather live in a hotel than use any agent that deals with these scammers.

Initially after reading the bad reviews my partner and myself were really worried but everything went smoothly for us they didn't ask us for anything out of the ordinary we gave them everything they needed to run their checks and we passed the application in less than a week so we are very happy.

I was initially worried with our application as I had seen self employed / business owners struggling to get passed through referencing. I my self have owned my own business for 3 years now, and as always my accounts don't truly reflect my actual earnings ( whilst all legal and above board ) due to dividends etc, rent4sure clearly looked into this well and I had no issues passing referencing and affordability checks, my advice would be, give these guys what they ask for, but also give them your draft accounts / submitted end of financial reports from your accountant etc, it makes their life easier if you give the evidence needed. I am currently dealing with this company and its shocking... the first initial email we got our names were spelt wrong. We did all our applications the day they sent us the emails. Our jobs filled in the paperwork etc and both got messages on our portals to say everything was submitted. 3 days later my other half got a phone call from our landlord saying they didn't receive anything from his work as the email was wrong! It clearly wasn't wrong as we had proof and his manager had received the email. They then requested that my other half needed to send bank statements and payslips which we did.. today we get another call from our landlord to say we have failed the checks due to the fact the name on his bank statements isn't his correct name- when it is! I have the proof. Avoid using this company at all costs!

I starten af August skulle jeg have min tatoo lavet men de havde booket den forkerte dato end hvad der var aftalt. Så får jeg 2 x sygemeldinger og så giver jeg dem datoer på hvornår jeg ellers kan men de svare ikke tilbage. Jeg har betalt 1000 kr i dep. Og dem kræver jeg så tilbage da min tålmodighed er sluppet op. Jeg får lovning på mine penge når medarbejderne har fået deres løn. The positives: 1) They have online support if you forget which button you need to click 2) Probably ok for front line managers arranging shifts The rest: The back end reporting suite feels like it has been designed by a mid-level GCSE student for their coursework. They would have passed, but they have no business passing this off as an actual working product for the workplace. Nothing matches up and they are very sketchy about showing you your own data so you have to run their "data" through your own spreadsheets and then check it against another part of their website to verify and sanitise the data. The programmers can get exactly what I need but they are super guarded about giving you your own data, instead doing their own dataviews which were clearly not designed by anyone doing reporting and analysis but by the aforementioned GCSE student. They do however make random changes that completely screw up the work instructions you've had to put together to cover for their poor system. They then patronise you when you point out their errors until they realise you are correct. If you actually want to analyse your data, especially payroll, before you actually pay out then this is not the system for you. If you care about how accurate your data is, I'd look elsewhere. And don't get me started on their reporting data for non-payroll queries. It's not user friendly or intuitive. Truly awful. But I do hope the student passed their GCSE with this school level model. PS; it makes you put in a date but I have been just about coping with this terrible system for several years now.

Very pleased to be able to write a review recognising excellent customer service, top quality coats, speedy delivery and good prices. I’ve seen other reviews on here and shared none of others’ troubles. I was nervous about trusting a website that looked like someone else’s but with the prices all cut by 50%. I was spooked when the Pay Pal link took me to Shop Pay instead and after initially cancelling my order I returned. In the meantime I did as they suggest and measured a coat of mine which I like the fit of: great idea. Having searched around for reviews, I thought it worth trying again and am delighted to say it all worked out. I’ve been done over in the past and am wary of ‘if it looks too good to be true’ offers. But Duffle Coats UK came up trumps and I now have a great looking duffle and a great looking Pea Coat. My tip would be to measure a coat that you like wearing and go from there. A happy customer 👍👍

It has been 16 days since they signed for receiving the coats back and I am yet to receive a refund. They even wrote me an email saying the coats have been received back but I have not received a refund. Do not buy, who knows what is happening there. Would £198 really break their bank?

The jacket arrived and was good quality it just didn’t fit. I paid £11 to return the jacket. I’ve still not had a refund. I’ve contacted them twice by email and been ignored. This is a review that will be updated IF the issue can be solved. Firstly, I hate leaving negative reviews but this is justified at this point. Bought London Duffle for husband in Sept. and from Montgomery because it's the original duffle company and the one he has always wanted. A classic company which has/had a great reputation to live up to. The only issue is the hood is massive -and I mean massive. To a point where it looks ridiculous up - not his or my opinion BTW but that of people we have shown it to whom have actually laughed when it was put up! Contacted customer service and all we wanted is for a new hood that was suitable to be sent out. They admitted in their response that they have issues with the hood sizing......so why are they still selling them until the problem is solved? Asked for advice on what to do next to get the hood replaced or just to get the issues sorted ass wanted to keep the coat. The response was terrible. Can't change hood (even though it's removable???) Need to send back but would not tell me what the next option would be apart from exchange. Exchange to what???? No help whatsoever. Seriously - it was like hitting my head against a brick wall trying to get any help or advice.........what are you doing!!! So my husband wants to keep the coat and just needs a proper hood to be sent out, instead they want it sent back and to give the money back which I have no doubt could take ages and then he would have no duffle coat at all. I have also noticed you can't contact the manager as they don't tell you who that is. Also that they have another website setup selling the exact same thing but as the original montgomery site - same company, address and everything. So I will leave this review there too as it is the same company and I expect a response asap to get this resolved.

I had seen Sandwich jeans locally but the size 12 was too big. Having hunted on the internet I found similar style at Logan’s. Instead of being sized 10, 12 , 14 the international sizes were 36,38,40. I telephoned the store and the Sandwich sales lady assured me size 36 would be fine. I’m not a great online shopper and was quite dubious but she was quite right. The jeans arrived 8 days after placing the order and are perfect! Very delighted customer.

Heel handig je kan gratis 5 stalen van te voren bestellen. Ja kan daarmee heel goed je keuze maken. Omdat het mooie grote stalen zijn. Vervolgens was de bestelling zo geplaatst en heel snel geleverd. Heel fijn!

Ik begrijp de vele negatieve reviews niet. Ik heb alleen maar zeer positieve ervaringen. Onlangs kerstdecoratie besteld, welke behoorlijk duur was. Eerst had ik twee items besteld, maar had gemaild met de vraag of het kon veranderd worden naar één van de twee. Ik kreeg heel snel een zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en beleefd antwoord terug en het was geen probleem. Het bedrag van het andere item stond binnen 3 dagen netjes terug op mijn rekening. Het ontvangen item heb ik goed verpakt ontvangen, één klein dingetje was los maar dit was niet de fout van hen denk ik maar eerder van de vaak roekeloze koeriersdienst. Ik heb dit gewoon zelf terug vastgezet. Verder ben ik enorm tevreden met de kerstdecoratie (sneeuwman familie verlichting voor buiten). Het werkt na een week nog steeds, de lichtjes schijnen mooi warm wit, ook overdag is het een genot om te bekijken, heb reeds veel complimentjes mogen ontvangen. En het was verder heel gemakkelijk om in elkaar te zetten, inclusief duidelijke instructies en tip/advies. Nee, ik ben een heel tevreden klant en zal zeker opnieuw bestellen bij deze website. Bij de levering van de afvalbak voor in het keukenkastje zat geen montagehandleiding. Na hierover gemaild te hebben, werd ik verwezen naar de qr-code op de zijkant van de doos. Daar staan 2 qr-codes op, maar er is geen handleiding te vinden. Kortom, slechte service.

Fantastische ervaring. Nancy Homestore heeft sinds een tijdje een andere eigenaar begreep ik en deze mensen begrijpen wat belangrijk is. Klantvriendelijkheid, een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding en doen wat je beloofd. Een dikke 10 van mij, ik ben enorm blij met mijn nieuwe wandkast.

Eind 2023 is de webshop overgegaan naar een nieuwe eigenaar. Hij heeft daarmee een compleet nieuw assortiment toegevoegd en de processen en beleid volledig geoptimaliseerd. Enkel de naam is hetzelfde gebleven. Reviews van < 2023 zijn daarom niet representatief voor de huidige webshop en service.

I was pleased with the pre and post order experience. Furthermore the product I ordered did work better than originally expected, as I was assured that it would. Couple of IT gripes: After ordering on-line, I never received any email acknowledgment of the order/reference number as promised at the end. Also when I used the on-line form to make an initial enquiry, I never received a response. Used email to make same query and support was good.

I got a great service from RGB logic. I telephoned them to ask a couple of questions about a product I was thinking of purchasing, and they were very helpful, friendly and clear about the product I was interested in. I bought the product a bit late in the day so I missed that day's pickup for next day delivery, and they even sent me an email to apologise. I got the product the day after. It was still a fast and solid service. All round I'm very happy and I'd definitely buy from them again.

Vreselijk bedrijf. Je betaalt veel te veel en maken ook niet duidelijk genoeg dat het om doorverkochte tickets gaat.

Celine Dion koncert har sendt mine oplysninger og høre intet ... Det er 3200 kr som skal refunderes... Super dårlig stil og det kan ikke passe at man intet høre fra dem... Men skal man købe billetter så er de klar... Skam jer

Vi købte 4 billetter til Nik og Jay i Royal Arena. Koncerten blev rykket 2 gange og til sidst blev den aflyst. Vi kunne ikke få penge tilbage men kun få en voucher. Der har så slet ikke været nogen koncerter i Danmark efterfølgende. Men klassiske koncerter i Europa kunne vi bruge vores voucher på!!! Nu er vores voucher udløbet og vi har mistet alle vores penge. Vi har skrevet og intet svar fået. Total fupfirma!!! Det kan ikke være lovligt!

I 2020 købte jeg billetter til Il Divo i KB hallen, koncerten blev udsat x flere pga corona. Jeg har dog ikke fået penge retur. Har skrevet til onlineticketshop x flere og de har svaret, at koncerten finder sted, men ved ikke hvornår. I lørdags fik jeg en mail, om at jeg skulle være klar og i dag en mail om koncerten var god. Jeg bor og befinder mig i Danmark og Il Divo turnerer p.t. i Sydamerika (vist Mexico). Sådan kan man så fuppe sig til at få penge 1691 kr fra godtroende mennesker, der bare gerne vil til koncert - SKAM JER

I skylder penge.... efter den celine Dion koncert. I har ingen andre koncerter man kan bruge voucher på...og jeg har flere gange sendt mine konto oplysninger for at få refunderet billetterne. Køb aldrig noget herigennem. Det er ikke vores skyld at koncerten blev udsat 3 gange og derefter aflyst.

Virksomheden kan gøre det muligt at indløse en voucher - der er ingen arrangementer at bruge voucheren på. I bør refundere beløbet omgående!. Købte billeterne for over to år siden. Efter adskillige ændringer i datoen på grund af Covid og sygdom blev koncerten til sidst aflyst. Jeg har modtaget en kode på en mail som voucher.Voucheren udløber om 1½ år. Men der er INGEN koncerter overhovedet på hjemmesiden. Så pengene kan være tabt.

Onlineticketshop aflyste den koncert, jeg havde købt billetter til. Jeg kunne ikke få pengene retur, men fik en helt ubrugelig voucher. Lad endelig være med at købe.

Penge ud af vinduet Efter adskillige ændringer i datoen, og til sidst aflysning får man kun mulighed for at modtage en voucher - der har det sidste år ingen koncerter været tilgængelige i Danmark. Så ved ikke hvordan jeg skal få min voucher brugt, ingen mulighed for at få pengene tilbage hverken helt eller delvist. Penge lige ud af vinduet.

Die Tickets werden überteuert verkauft, aber das ist ja noch okay. Man muss ja nicht kaufen. Jedoch wurde das Konzert abgesagt und es gab einen Gutschein, anstatt das Geld retour. Leider findet man keine Veranstaltungen auf der Homepage, wo man die Gutscheine einlösen kann. Ich rechne mal damit, dass die Firma bereits insolvent ist und ich auf diesen Gutscheinen sitzen bleibe.
