I submitted a request for a quote via their website, created a username and everything as required. Never heard an update or follow up. A week later I called the office to inquire over the phone, the attendant said she would look into it and call me back. She never did. I'm trying to spend thousands of dollars here and they just don't seem to want money.

It took a little while to get the contract right, which made me nervous about whether or not everything would go as planned. But our service was great. Drivers were friendly. And the buses were nice looking and very clean.

Have not had any communication except for PromptCharters asking me to rate them. Basically inviting a negative review since they can't follow up on my actual inquiry.

I have yet to hear back about the quote that I asked for. It has been 5 days. I even called back and asked for follow up and was told that I would get an email right way and still received nothing.

I tried booking by calling, they told me to send an email in because it’s quicker. I sent 3 emails before calling back and then telling me the same thing. I then tell them I’ve sent many emails already with no reply. They find my name finally and give me a quote for 1600$. I tell them I’d like to move forward. The bill they send me says almost 2600$! Even though it’s about 1000$ more expensive than told, I bite the bullet anyways and send my payment info to them. This was 5-6 days ago mins you. I emailed them about 5 times since looking for some kind of confirmation or receipt to no reply once again. These are the laziest, least helpful people and I would highly recommend going somewhere else for your transportation needs. These people clearly can’t handle what little customer service is expected.

They have high quality low priced great cabinets, both for kitchens and bathrooms. I've installed both types of their cabinets. I send most of my customers to choose these cabinets for their own homes. They offer custom countertops, add a nice granite or quarts countertop to complete the cabinet. The best part is they offer professional design services. You can only imagine how beautiful these cabinet look when installed. PS. For bathroom renovations, their vanities and tiles are really really hard to beat in quality and price. They also have a nice selection of toilets, faucets and other accessories. I was searching for a vanity with a quartz top which I had trouble finding until I found home design in Secaucus. They offered custom fabrication for all of their bathroom vanities. They had the top fabricated and delivered my order free of charge within a week!!! I was surprised when I got a call to state my order was ready. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I recommend this place to everyone!

Vanity is nice but showed up damaged (bottom right corner) and driver refused to take it back. Caulk job on vanity sinks was not up to par, gaps and holes everywhere. Not what I expected from the product or delivery service. I will not buy through home design outlet center again.

We have purchased two vanities,counters and wall storage from the Miami store and have been very happy. Along with the products and in-store service, the delivery men, Thomas ad Humberto are top notch. Thomas has delivered items to our home twice and both times, he has gone above and beyond with his thoroughness and helpfulness. When I mentioned that I wish the wall cabinet I bought still came in gray (the website showed the gray version was discontinued), he told me that there was an extra one that just came in since a customer had purchased two but only decided to take one. He put me on the phone with the office and I was able to purchase it over the phone! He is someone who takes pride in his job and cares that the customer is happy! I'll be a customer again due to service like that!

I had been searching for a while, for the right vanity. When I found one on Home Design, it looked like what I wanted. The potential deal breaker was the fact that the vendor was not offering the brushed nickle finish, as I wanted, only chrome. Sean realized this could be a deal breaker, so he told me that he would see to it that I received the finish of my choice. It worked out perfectly, and I am very pleased with Sean's ability "step outside the box", and perform excellent customer service. He is to be commended!

I haven't received the vanity yet so I am not sure what the condition will be when it arrives however my service experience has been FAR from satisfying. I found the site online looking for in stock vanities as I was under a time crunch to get one. They have a distribution/showroom facility right across the state from me so I was sure I could order one and have it in a timely manner. I hit the chat button and verified that if I ordered I could have the vanity no later than the following week and was ASSURED that would happen. I ordered and even put in comments that I had to have the vanity in a week. When I didn't receive a ship notice within 3-4 days I called only to find out the vanity was being shipped from across the country. Not AT ALL what I was told. At that point I am stuck because if I cancel and order somewhere else I would wait even longer. I feel I was totally duped into ordering with this company when they KNEW I would not get the vanity in the time-frame I needed it. When I called and told them what happened they said I could either keep the order or cancel it but never ever did they offer any discount, compensation of any kind, or even an apology. This is one of three bathrooms I am remodeling and I would have liked to give them future business but after this, I wouldn't order from them again, nor would I refer them. I am SUPER disappointed in their customer service and in their willingness to make it right or make amends. Worst part? I have a completely finished bathroom right now without a vanity and a house full of company coming. Not awesome. At all.

Decormat.co.uk has a uk registered website and email address but is based in Poland. They do not include postage in refunds, so a parcel back to Poland from the UK will cost approximately £10. The "chair mat" that I received was not fit for purpose. It is made of extremely thin vinyl and smells very strongly of chemicals. As it cannot be returned, it is only fit for the bin.

Uh oh. Wished I'd checked Trustpilot first. My floor mat - a large one, costing a not cheap £135 plus delivery - recently started cracking and is now unusable. I only bought it a few months ago. I've emailed asked for a replacement but on the basis of the comments below it looks like I'm wasting my time. I'll give them a couple of days and then try a credit card chargeback. I echo all of the poor reviews below. This company is one of the worst I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have had the exact same experience - the wrong product, packed appallingly and arrived badly damaged. I had the same issue of them asking me to pay to send the thing back to Germany at my cost! (Despite me sending photos clearly showing the damage) They block you from the site, they sometimes even block your email. I was eventually offered a refund, but surprise surprise they never even paid it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE.

I bought one of their supposedly heavy duty mats, and like others I thought I was buying from a UK seller. And like others, this supposedly high strength mat cracked very soon after I started using it. Once these things crack they just keep going. I tried emailing several times, never got an answer. So I'm buying from a different seller - though I note that their web site has gone so at least others can't fall for the same sales pitch and lack of support.

Utstyret måtte bæres til og fra treningsfeltet som var 10-15 minutters gåavstand. Treningskamp klaffet veldig bra på nivå ift motstander, men fikk kun 10 min oppvarming på ledig bane før kampstart veldig sent på kvelden med litt dårlig belysning. Dette trekker litt ned. The overall structure of the training course was really good. The course goes into so much depth and gets you ready for the final exam. It can be intense but being able to do it from home at your own pace helps a lot. Also making you get 80% pass mark before you can apply for the formal exam is a masterstroke.

Extremely poor service. My company paid for electrical safety training and a test. They did not book the test, apparently they needed more information from me, and did not tell us. So after doing the training I could not take the test. As I said, extremely poor training company.

It's Support to the candidate to pass the exam was really appreciable. They provide essential guide to me and I passed the exam with 84% in my first attempt.

The course content was very good with practice questions after each section. This is a great way of learning a subject over a period of time. I purchased a course from them to pass the CSCS CARD - Health & Safety in a Construction Environment test. They encountered all types of "technical issues" while managing my booking for the test. They booked the test 5 days after the payment date (they had "technical issues" with the system). Later, I did not receive the email with all the information regarding the links and log-in details for the test. They said it was another technical issue. I had to rebook the test, which is another 7 days in advance. I wasted 20 days simply purchasing their services. Firstly, they tried to apologise and calm me down, saying it was not just me encountering such " technical issues." Then, after I got annoyed that they knew they had issues, that many people were encountering them, and that they did nothing to solve them, they switched the narrative, saying that it was actually their first time hearing such problems. Simply liars. I wasted time and money, booked a holiday to be free on the test dates, and they "have technical issues" one after another. Total lack of competence.

I'm still under the spell. The hotels, especially the boutique hotels, are comfortable and have many attractions. This encounter with the history of Iran moved me. €588 down the drain. I booked rooms at the Espinas Palace in Tehran, apparently on non-refundable rate, but still at European prices. In fairness to Apochi they changed the dates of the reservation twice due to extenuating circumstances on my end, but when my visa to Iran was finally refused they would neither change the date nor give me a refund. This won’t stop me from going to Iran but I will just pay at the hotel in person instead of booking through them.

We had a wonderful trip to Iran in August 2022. I went to Iran from Japan with my 13-year-old son. At Isfahan, I enjoyed the beauty of Iran and the deliciousness of Iranian cuisine. You can say "Hello" when you walk down the street. The kindness of the Iranian people was special. Actually, I was planning to stay in Iran for 6 days. However, my son had a fever and we had to go to Dubai in a hurry. There was perfect support of APOCHI at that time as well. In addition to arranging the hotel, they also arranged the 800km transfer from Kerman to Shiraz. That was a really big help. I definitely recommend APOCHI if you go to Iran. Absolutely no mistake. APOCHI offers a wonderful trip to Iran.

I was on a Best Of Iran Tour in April organized by Apochi and can only recommend them. Oveyss cared about all issues from visa application via suggestions for the tour to the excellent guide, Mehran. A really enjoyable tour in Tehran and Kashan. The guide knew his stuff and made the tour both interesting and exciting for us (4). He wore his Hufflepuff hat with pride I would recommend Tehran and Kashan tour to anyone and would certainly like to do it again next time if I have time to visit this amazing country named IRAN. Jeg har købt en Bernina L450 overlocker, hos Symaskinetorvet og de holder hvad de lover. Derudover har fragten været hurtig og upåklagelig. Jeg spurgte ind til prismatch og om de samme ting fulgte med. Ingen problemer, de matchede prisen og gav yderligere 5% rabat. I spoke to a mortgage adviser in the Bishops Waltham Hants branch and sent all my documentation as he requested. I was puzzled that I never heard from him again, not even to acknowledge receipt of my documents. Despite me subsequently chasing him 3 times for a response, he completely ignored my messages and he did not even have the courtesy to apologise or explain his lack of contact. After weeks of waiting for contact from him and hearing nothing, I gave up and I asked him to delete all my documents. He finally replied - no apology or explanation given, just an off-hand comment agreeing to delete the documents, so he had clearly received them. Very rude and very unprofessional. If this is indicative of the standard of customer service they provide, then I will definitely not be recommending Moneysprite to anyone. Extremely unimpressed.
