I bought an expensive Segway from Scooter hut, only to be told when a fault showed up within 3 weeks, that they don’t service Segway faults. After Segway technicians fixed it, the scooter immediately when I got home faulted again, so they didn’t fix it. I went back to Scooter Hut and was told, You are not going to like what I’m about to say. Well they were right. Don’t buy from scooter hut buy amazon of temu at least you know your getting junk and poor service. And I left a scathing review on Scooter Huts website but cant seem to find it.

Patronising, arrogant and never again
I'd give zero stars if I possibly could. I bought my S1 in to the Fairfield store regarding some battery performance concerns. The first few staff I spoke to were really helpful and booked it in for a service. They advised that it would be at best an all-day thing, perhaps overnight. Not ideal but ok. I turned up this morning as per the appointment and Massimo (the manager, I believe) could not have been less helpful. I'll overlook his astonishingly patronising attitude and focus more on the fact that he then told me that the inspection was going to take place over a few weeks! I made it clear that his colleagues told me it was a day or overnight at worst and he basically told me I "must have misunderstood". I suggested that maybe his staff had misinformed me and he told me that was all but impossible. It went downhill from there. The best bit was when he told me that battery performance dropping off as the battery drains "just makes logistical sense". I think you might mean "electrical" Massimo. I will not be going back there under any circumstances.

The worst company ever
I’d purchased a couple of Segway ninebots from JB and they had different issues, so eventually I decided to spend over 2000 on a “good” scooter and got the Apollo city. 4 months in it completely died on me on a hill, wouldn’t turn on wouldn’t charge, so I took it back to Scooterhut Fairfield. They had my scooter for 10 weeks and when I called I was told different things from different people, then finally I went in and visited the store and miraculously two days later my scooter was fixed. At this point I have completely lost faith in scooter hut as a trustworthy company, I feel like they have lied to me and done the bare minimum, they wouldn’t give me any extra guarantees or come to any sort of agreement, Massimo was really rude and unhelpful and stubborn, just dig deeper in reviews for this company before using, they totally make fake reviews on google and really do not care about the customer, just the money they take off you for a terrible product at high end rates.

Worst experience ever - avoid at all costs!
I bought a Kaabo Wolf Warrior X + in September 2024 from Scooter Hut in Balcatta. In December, the front wheel motor stopped working and I booked the scooter in for a warranty repair - pretty straight forward. While I waited over Christmas to drop it in, I checked the scooter out and realised that a cable was getting pinched between the board and the forks of the scooter and that the cable was damaged from rubbing on the metal on both sides. The damage had caused the front motor to stop working. I dropped the scooter into the Balcatta store and the day after received a text message from Scooter Hut saying there was a quote waiting for approval. I opened the quote which was itemised and contained a new front motor and cables. It also, however, contained two line items relating to warranty and said that warranty had been declined. I rang the store and spoke to Maurizio or something like that, who I later found out is the area manager who is based in Victoria but was in Perth for a visit. I was told that it was this person who instructed the store to refuse the warranty. This person told me it was my fault, because I “must have been turning too much” when going around corners. Either that or the cable had been damaged when the scooter folded up. I said that it was the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard in my life - how can anyone claim that you can turn too much? What am I supposed to do; go straight and carry the scooter around the corner? The cable is not even near where the scooter folds so it’s not that either. So here I have a $3000 scooter that is dangerous to use and that is just sitting in my garage. I have complained to the Department of Consumer Protection in WA, and also the ACCC who are interested because it’s a safety hazard. I also commented on the Scooter Hut facebook page and got the usual response to contact them via email and stop complaining in public. This chain has no integrity and are scammers and rip off merchants. I know they’ll respond and say that they’re so sorry that I’ve had a bad experience and that they’ll look into it if I just emails them. I’m done with that. I don’t expect Consumer Protection to do anything, so have already prepared the paperwork to make the claim in the Magistrates Court for a complete refund as the scooter has a major fault under Australian Consumer Law. Look at all the other reviews here and avoid these people at all costs. Hopefully they’ll go out of business and be replaced by honest traders.

I bought at Apollo Air. It malfunctioned three times within a year. The next service booking is always a one month wait just to get it looked at. So, without it for 4 months out of 12. Very frustrating will never buy another scooter from Scooter Hut. Their after sales service is a joke. They think it is fine to have you without a scooter for a month after booking it in for a service under the warranty.

Ordered an electric scooter worth 3k from Scooter Hut online then waited 3 days for my shipping information to be emailed, I never got my shipping information, I called customer service and was told the scooter was still at the warehouse and should be picked up by the company delivering it that afternoon or the next day, I waited 2 days without any update and called them again this time customer service said they will call the warehouse and get back to me, The next day at around 3pm I received an email saying a refund had been processed because they didn't have stock of that scooter so now I'm waiting up to 7 business days for the refund to clear, What a waste of time....I will be taking my money elsewhere. 0/5 stars

Not deserving of a 1* rating at this point. Purchased a kids electric scooter for Christmas. Charged it and the following day it has already broken down!! Took it to Fairfield and the "Retail Store Manager" denied anything was wrong with it. He stood on it, drove it around the store and I'm pretty certain he weighs more than 60kg! He told me it could hold 90kg and I had to correct him because that was a lie! Sent me home with my scooter and told me I could call customer service if anything was wrong with it. Got home, and the motor did not work!!! 2 hours driving time wasted. I don't want their generic "we will look into it" response. I want my money back. A child should not have to wait for days on end for their brand new scooter to be repaired. Obviously these products are poor quality if they break down that quickly. Not helpful, and certainly not upholding their 90 day returns policy and breaching advertising standards?! After going on their chat service and getting 2 or 3 different chat bots responding they just told me to go back to the store! But the store Manager told me to go online. This place is nothing but a scam business and needs to be reported.

Conference baggers had the cheapest quote we could find, the quality of the bag was good and the print was okay, there was a couple that had been printed upside down but other than they were great. The order came to us in good time so overall was a brilliant service and we will definitely be using them again.

Great company, excellent bags - with one little reservation
We were completely satisfied with our interactions with this company, and delighted with the design and appearance of our bags: they suited our purposes perfectly. The company were happy to emend design details and the print colour before our order was confirmed in order that the design and colour were exactly as we wanted. Delivery was timely, as promised. Excellent five-star service. Our single criticism, resulting in the four-star review, is that not all of the bags turned out to be colourfast: even without the bags getting wet, the printing smudged on some - which we hadn't expected. We may have just been unlucky: it wasn't something that had occurred to us to check either before buying the product or before distributing the bags to delegates, so it was too late to do anything this time around. But we would certainly take steps to do in future.

Good services, we had to exchange couple of emails as the visual were not giving the results we wanted but we reached the wanted result at the end. I wish they told us the printing on the notepad would look as if it is going to fade though (due to the colours/the size??). The pen and the bag are great, the printing on the notepad seems a bit small.

Vi har været rigtig glad for vores da
Vi har været rigtig glad for vores da, vi har to børn vi kører til og fra børnehaven og hobbyer, der har ikke været noget med cyklen på noget tidspunkt. Desværre gik batteriet til og kan kun lades halvt op og derved ikke række til at kører nogen steder og selvfølgelig lige efter garanti udløb 😮💨 Så nu har cyklen hold stille siden men de første to år blev den brugt mange gange om dagen og vores børn elskede at komme på tur, og spørger stadig men den er for hård uden el Desværre.

Min vurdering af Cargokids frontloader får to stjerner. Pris og kvalitet hænger ikke sammen. Tilkøbte en lås som hurtigt gik i stykker. (Under et år) Lygterne var noget bras, blev også udskiftet Styrbånd er ødelagt. Sliddel ja, men har ejet mange cykler gennem tiden og har da aldrig slidt styrbåndet op. Skærmene larmer pga vibrationerne fra motoren og er for små, vandet står op om ørene på en. Batteriet døde efter kun 4 års tjeneste. Forventede lidt længere levetid. Markisen har vi skiftet og vinden har blæst hul på nr.2. Har en del egern i hjulet som er gået i stykker. Lågen i kassen kan ikke åbnes da fugt har udvidet træet. Motoren virker fint. Det er sgu også det eneste positive at sige om den cykel. Jeg vil ikke anbefale et køb af en Cargokid cykel. Vh Dannie Pedersen

Allerede fra første dag blev man taget godt imod, som gjorde at man var helt tryg, og følte sig velkommen. Hele forløbet igennem var Mia og Danny gode til at informere, og holde os opdateret på evt. nye tiltag. Min søn kommer fra en køreskole fra Ringsted. Her havde han havde svært ved at bestå sine køreprøver pga orienteringsfejl. Vi valgte at skifte til Mies køreskole som kører i Slagelse by. Efter 3 x køretimer fik Mie lært sønnen at orientere sig og han fik sin kørekort.

Jeg vil klart anbefale at tage kører kort hos mia. Mia er rigtig god til at tage hånd om hvert enkelt elev og har virkelig styr på hendes arbejde. Da jeg skulle til min kusines bryllup, var jeg på udkig efter en flot kjole. Connie fra bridefashion var utrolig god til at hjælpe og se hvad der passede. Den kjole jeg gerne ville have, fik hun haste hjemsendt fra England, så jeg kunne få den i min størrelse. Da der så opstod noget misforståelse omkring prisen hos den skrædder de anbefalede, var Connie også meget hjælpsom og sammen fandt vi en meget fin løsning. Jeg var meget taknemlig og er nu klar til bryllupsfest.

Kan varmt anbefales
Mine veninder og jeg var i en hel del brudebutikker for at finde en brudekjole til mig - desværre ikke de flotteste kjoler, priser eller service. Men hos Bride Fashion er det en anden historie. Så snart man træder ind mærker man en hjertelighed, der er svær at finde andre steder. Connie er god til at vejlede og hjælpe med ikke bare brudekjolen men også alt hver der hører med sig. Kyndig og profesionel vejledning. Det har været en fornøjelse at handle hos hende og jeg kommer bestemt igen fordi udover de flotte brudekjoler kan man også købe en masse flotte fest kjoler og til hverdag også. Sæt vejen forbi hende i Virum og start der med at finde din brudekjole/ kjole. I øvrigt skal man ikke betale for at få en tid til at prøve brudekjolen. Det skal man de fleste andre steder. Hun bød også på et glas champagne / kaffe og overholdte alle aftaler. Det kunne ikke have været en bedre oplevelse. Tak til hende for at gøre det hele til en god oplevelse.

Jeg fik en utrolig god oplevelse med at finde brudekjole hos Bridefashion. Det dygtige personale sørgede for kyndig vejledning og god stemning. Selv efter at kjolen var købt, var der fantastisk kundeservice. Jeg fik f.eks. brug for at arrangere en ekstra prøvning i foråret, og her gik Connie virkelig den ekstra mil for at få det hele til at lykkes på trods af det travle program. Jeg blev mødt af en hjertelig og meget professionel Connie, som gav en fantastisk og kompetent service. Jeg var fra starten ret sikker på, hvilken stil jeg ønskede for min kjole. Connie var rigtig god til at forstå mine ønsker og lade mig prøve en masse kjoler, således, at jeg var helt sikker på mit valg, da jeg prøvede drømmekjolen. Få dage efter min bestilling af kjole ringede Connie til mig for at tjekke op og informere om de sidste detaljer. Et råd til butikken
Et råd til butikken: For det første blev mail til butikken aldrig besvaret. Dette alene er utilfredsstillende, I bør svare på mails. Og når man påpeger, at man er interesseret i en bestemt model, og denne ikke længere er mulig at få, da den er udgået af produktion, bør man informere kunden om dette, straks kunden bestiller tid til prøvning og ikke vente til man ankommer på dagen. Det er trods alt en flok veninder og familie, der har taget fri fra job for at komme med og når så kjolen ikke findes, føler man sig lidt snydt. I var flinke til at komme med andre modeller, men vi føler stadig, at I har været uærlige og bare gerne ville sælge en kjole, uanset hvad. Vi kan desværre ikke give jer mange stjerner for DEN oplevelse.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
The folks at this company were professional from the word go. The staff helped me troubleshoot and ultimately determine if I needed a whole new press or get mine repaired. To boot, they informed me that my press had a lifetime warranty on the faulty part. I sent it back to them and within 2 weeks (only because the overnight price, I probably could have bought a new one...haha) I had it back and reassembled in less than 30 minutes. Works perfectly. Thanks so much to your team! This is what customer service is about!

Reliable and 5 star customer service
I own a small Ecommerce site needing to heat press my brand labels onto my custom produced clothing. I purchased a JP12 clam shell swing unit long ago, over 10 years. This unit has worked consistently and without fail every single day. It has only needed a replacement switch or small electrical part from time to time. Geo Knight not only carries all these inexpensive replacement parts but their customer service every time I’ve reached out has been quick and personal, assuring me that their equipment will continue to do its job with the needed part. It’s a rarity these days to have a company to continue to support their product AFTER the initial sale of the equipment, saving a small business like mine from needlessly spending $$$$ replacing equipment.

I have 2 GeoKnight and 1 Hotronix heat…
I have 2 GeoKnight and 1 Hotronix heat presses in my shop that get used daily to print 100's of shirts a day. My Hotronix seems to be down more than it isn't and i am constantly working on it. When i do reach out to them for tech support i rarely get the help i need. My 2 GeoKnights on the other hand run flawlessly. In fact the oldest one, @10 years old, i've never had an issue with. Y’all. Geo Knight is THE only heat press company you need to consider. More specifically, the customer service I received from Suzi was off the charts. We have been stationed in Japan for 17 years. Finding a company willing to ship merchandise here for us is getting harder and harder. Not only did they sell to me… they arranged shipping, took care of ALL customs paperwork, and had it delivered straight to me —not to a port for pickup. And I had my press in less than a week!!! To say I’m happy with their service is a huge understatement.

Amazing Customer Service and Robust Heat Press
I talked to Suzi about the part that I needed and she was able to get the part out the door same-day, with next-day delivery. She was extremely professional and sympathetic to our situation as it was the Thursday, before Labor Day weekend. Unfortunately, UPS dropped the ball and failed to deliver the part. As soon as I let Geo Knight know about the situation, they sent a replacement part out the same day. I can't say enough about the amazing customer service, reliability, and quality of the Geo Knight press and the service that supports it. I would highly recommend this press to others in the market, and will certainly buy another one if this one ever wears out.

Sie entspricht in Form und Größe nicht der Beschreibung.

Complex Case
Ed Barnes at Positive Lending was brilliant from start to finish in terms of sourcing a very complicated case for one of my clients, after an initial knockback from a lender beyond our control, I thought I would have to inform my client that their debt consolidation was not possible. However, Ed did not give up and found a lender that would consider my client's circumstances. Just over 3 weeks after applying to them we had a mortgage offer and this completed yesterday. I would not trust these people with your money. They started drafting money out of our account and we noticed differences in amounts that should be billed so we questioned it and couldn't get any straight awnsers so we told them to cancel their services we would not be using them any longer. For 4 months they kept taking money form our account and we ended up having to try to go to our bank to get it to stop even though we sent them a cancellation notice. Come to find out they went bankrupt and if I want to get my money refunded to me I have to get in line and try to get my money back from he Bankruptcy group. These guys have gone out and created a new business for Bench but I would not trust them as they stole over $2800 from a small business and all they did was kick the can down the road until they had to file the bankruptcy and their employees are fully complicit in this scam and fraud.

I paid for all of 2024, but they won't finish my books for 2024 unless I pay them an incremental $1200 one-time fee or pay ~3K for another year of their service. Not right. Employer.com extorting Bench.co clients
Employer.com has recently acquired Bench.co, and is reforming the company - however intentionally extorting Bench customers in the process to try and recover revenue from the now defunct and bankrupt operation. I have been a Bench customer for 6+ years, and have paid a minimum of $14,328.00 to Bench, likely a lot more - and I have already paid for the entire year of bookkeeping for 2024. However, my books for 2024 are nowhere to be found and were never even completed to begin with, and we are now in February of 2025. So not only have I not received what I *already* paid for - but they are now trying to hold my books hostage to try and get me onto a new subscription with Employer.com. Not only unethical, but feels like a full-blown scam to me. To make matters worse - I have even been a Brand Partner for them. Meaning over the years, they have had me create video content for them, which has associated my brand and my name with Bench. I have shared Bench and their services with my audience of over 250,000 people, my newsletter of 17,000 as well as close personal friends and colleagues.

They are so predatory with their cancelation process READ THE FINE PRINT. They talk you into signing for the year as it's cheaper but if you want to cancel you owe them the full amount for the entire year. They will fight you constantly to cancel services and they use 3rd party for payments who also use a 3rd party so good luck trying to get reimbursement if you don't like their services.

Duped and misled.
I signed up for historical bookkeeping and ongoing monthly bookkeeping in October 2024. I was scheduled to pay for it over the course of a year in installments. In December, they filed for bankruptcy. They were acquired by employer.com but I opted out of their service because their bookkeeping is absolute trash (I confirmed this in multiple calls with accountants who agree with me). The service I received was subpar, shoddy at best. AND even though I'm no longer receiving service, I have to pay these montly installments on an ongoing basis. This is borderline a scam, and this misleading advertising and sales tactic was manipulative and gross. I hate playing the victim, but this is a really awful way to treat customers.

Decline In Service Quality After Company Acquisition - My Experience
I need to share my recent experience with this company. I've been with them since before the ownership change, and things have gone downhill. First, the original business suddenly shut down without telling anyone, leaving our books unfinished. Then the new owners took over and asked us to pay extra for bookkeeping work we'd already paid for in 2024. When I tried to cancel before my next payment was due, they charged me anyway. Plus, I've noticed our numbers are rarely current - which is pretty frustrating when you're trying to run a business. I actually used to really like their service, but I've since found several AI bookkeeping tools that do a better job, work faster, and have fewer mistakes. And they cost about a third of what I was paying here. Save yourself the frustration - there are definitely better options out there these days. The customer service headaches and billing issues just aren't worth it.

Bench does one thing well
Bench does one thing well - bait and switch. We signed up for one year with a “Specialized team”. The first team lead quit within 3 months. The second team lead was ok but then totally stopped communicating after 3 months. After that responses came from 7 random people (all not team leads). Messages are rarely well read and an overwhelming amount of communications are to ask me for details previously provided over and over again, such as statements for accounts someone else confirmed were closed, statements already uploaded, access to external accounts that constantly had to be re-administered, and more. Somehow every few months "the team" lost most of what had been setup many times before. The time it took to constantly re-update made the entire service nearly as time consuming and definitely more frustrating than doing books myself. It's obvious Bench is trying to automate more and doing a horrible job at it. The AI feature they pushed mid 2024 made tasks take 3 times as long for the client. I'm sure the deplorable communication had something to do with this as well. I would have no faith in them harnessing new technology in a way that benefits their customers. Looking back, I wouldn't doubt if they had determined my account couldn't be automated as much as they wanted and decided to gently push me out with terrible service. In the end, only 4 of the 12 months of books I paid for got close to finished and I have a cleanup bill from my accountant.

Worst bookkeeping, even worse service
Even before their shutdown, and 3 days later, their acquisition, this service was terrible. Your "dedicated" account manager changed every few months. I stopped last year after they failed to complete my books before taxes were due in April. I kept getting reassurances it would be completed. They have the nerve to keep raising their prices despite their services and website getting worse. This year, I rejoined in Sept, and they literally did nothing for my two businesses. Kept saying they were working on my books and they were complete up to June (well that's when my last subscription ended). So email after email they said they were working on it, then they shut down, and 3 days later are back in business? They aren't even offering refunds for literally doing zero. The worst business in America. Avoid like the plague. I hope they fail again.

BETRUG!! Ich war ein extrem junger Azubi und meine Ahnungslosigkeit wurde vollkommen ausgenutzt. Mir wurde über Monate das Gehirn gewaschen und große Gewinne wurden mir versprochen. Stattdessen verlor ich sehr viel Geld, ich konzentrierte mich nämlich nicht darauf meine Freunde&Familie abzuwerben, sondern auf Trading. Dort hatte aber niemand Interesse für und sie ließen mich ohne Hilfe in den Ruin treiben. Ich zahlte monatlich rund 200 Euro für das Abo und machte große Verluste. Das ging so weit, dass ich kurz davor war auf der Straße zu landen. Meine Zukunft wäre fast komplett verbaut wurde. LASST UNBEDINGT DIE FINGER WEG!!! Es ist BETRUG!!! Die haben in ihrer Pyramide haben nur einen Sinn dir das niedrige Ausbildungsgehalt aus der Tasche zu ziehen. Wie diese Firma noch nicht verboten werden konnte ist mir ein Rätsel! Ich hoffe alle werden irgendwann ihre Strafe bekommen!!!

Retour d'expérience au début sceptique
Bonjour, je m'appelle Nicolas j'ai 19ans. Aujourd'hui je quitte IM, malgré les accompagnements de Ilane, Théodore et Alexis qui sont enrichissants. J'étais sceptique au début mais j'ai rapidement été rassuré suite au différents appels qui ont eu lieu dès le jour de mon inscription. Les différents services proposés sont tous très enrichissants et permettent de vite progresser. J'ai choisi de quitter non suite à un défaut de l'académie mais car j'ai eu suffisamment de ressources mises à ma disposition pour pouvoir voler de mes propres ailes! Déjà deux ans que j’ai rejoins la structure d’éducation financière IM French. Initialement septique, j’ai compris dès les premières semaines que cette structure allait m’apporter bien plus qu’un simplement complément de revenus. Une superbe expérience et aucun regret
Cela fait maintenant 1mois et demie que je suis chez IM et franchement en termes d’expérience je n’ai jamais trouver mieux, au début j’avais pas mal d’apriori par rapport au services proposer et avec le temps j’ai compris la puissance de cette école avec ses 3 business qui y sont proposés. Les lives avec des éducateurs qui sont spécialisés dans leur domaine ou a chaque live tu sens que cette personne t’apprend quelque chose mais aussi par le dévouement des équipes ou il se prennent la tête pour toujours faire mieux qu’avant mettre en place de nouvelles choses. On a aussi les cours enregistrer pour bien apprendre les bases mais surtout le plus important pour moi c’est le suivie, donc aujourd’hui je tient a remercier toutes l’équipes avec les leaders comme Ilan qui est toujours disponibles pour nous ou encore Loïc qui est toujours présents aux évènements et enfin au leaders de mon équipe Cherif et aussi Meryl qui prend toujours le temps de prendre des nouvelles de nos avancés. Un long message remplie d’expérience et de gratitude envers le travail qui est fourni en amont. Faites le bon choix vous ne regretterez pas.

Salut à toi qui lira ce commentaire moi c’est Elisha, et ça ne fait qu’une semaine que je suis chez IM dans la faction redemption dirigée par Ilane. Et pourtant je n’ai pas peur de vous dire que en une semaine j’ai appris plus que ce que je pensais. On a un suivi incroyable des vrais leaders, une vraie formation et des membres incroyables. C’est vrai que le premier abord, ça pourrait paraître douteux, mais une fois intégrer dans la bonne faction, vous verrez que ça en vaut beaucoup plus que le prix initial, et je remercie infiniment Ilane de m’avoir accepté dans sa faction.

Das Engagement der Mitarbeitenden von Masteryachting lässt keine Wünsche offen, hin und wieder stolpert man über "IT-Automatismen/Probleme" bei der Versendung von Nachrichten (statt Buchungsbestätigung gibt es gleich eine freundliche Zahlungserinnerung und wiederholte, automatische Zahlungserinnerungen für die längst überwiesene Abschlusszahlung, oder der Link zur Kreditkartenzahlung funktioniert nicht und gerade läuft der Code zum freischalten dieser Bewertung nicht rein ...). Also IT-Probleme, wer hat das nicht... Hauptärgernis ist, wenn es auch Meckern auf hohem Niveau ist, die Preisentwicklung der Schiffe in Griechenland in den letzten 3 Jahren, wenn sich das dortige Preisniveau an Kroatien weiter annähert, geht es zukünftig auch da nicht mehr hin. Es gibt auch andere schöne Segelreviere. Wäre schön, wenn Masteryachting diese Wertung an Istion und Co. in Griechenland gerne weiterleiten würde. Χαιρετίσματα σε όλους!

Bra sortiment Dyr frakt
Produkten jag köpte var bra, men frakten var dyr och leveranstiden lång. Efter att ha väntat någon vecka kontaktade jag kundtjänst, som svarade snabbt och förklarade att en av varorna inte fanns i lager. När den väl kom in gick leveransen snabbt. Dock är 129 kr i frakt för något som väger 100–200 gram ganska dyrt jämfört med andra butiker. Samtidigt har de ett hyfsat sortiment och vissa saker som jag inte hittat någon annanstans. Fördelar och nackdelar Fördelar: ✔️ Bra produkter ✔️ Snabb och hjälpsam kundtjänst ✔️ Unikt sortiment Nackdelar: ❌ Väldigt dyr frakt ❌ Lång leveranstid (vid lagerbrist)

I placed an order last year
I placed an order last year, realized I made an error, and asked to return... They charged me a 25% "restocking" fee, after they originally charged me some kind of "handling" fee in the first place. There are MANY companies out there where you can purchase bottles. My recommendation is to find another place...

Hiccup, but handled quickly.
There was an initial issue with the order being split between two warehouses and one warehouse not receiving the order information in full, but eBottles owned their error and promised to work on the issue to ensure future orders were handled better. Product is as described and their pricepoint is fairly good.

eBottles.com website falsely advertises on their website
I placed a small order with ebottles.com and it will be the last time that I will ever do business with them. They split my order and shipped it out about a week apart even though the company guarantees same day shipping if you order by 12 pm est. When I called customer service, they verbally apologized and told me that it was harder to put together my smaller order than any normal larger order. I will not ever be ordering from this company again and I will strongly advise anyone and everyone to not even attempt to do business with ebottles.com.

Great products, great service.
I was able to speak with a sales person (on the phone) while looking at their website. That way, I was able to have all my questions answered and look at the suggested products. Couldn't have worked out better.

Do not use this company, terrible
This company cost me money, bottom line. I ordered from them, received the wrong order and half of the glass I received was broken. They reshipped and i received more broken glass. Then droppers I received were defective and after 3 uses would not reseal. They shipped me new ones and they were the wrong size for the bottles. After that they reshipped me new droppers and finally I had my full order 3 months later. I called in and spoke with the owner he was rude and his customer service was terrible, I was upset and he refused to give me a refund after he cost me accounts due to the faulty tops. In the end he hung up on me. WOW I warn you now don't do use this company.

Disappointing
I have had several phone conversations with customer service. I was told the bottles would be available 11-11-14. I have talked with customer service on 11-11-14, 12th and the 13th. All three days I was told the bottles are now in stock. I've asked for tracking info and they could not give it to me. It is now th 16th and no tracking or bottles. Payment has been made and cashed without receipt of bottles and tracking info. No follow through for cust service to shipping.

Very unprofessional, Will be costing my company thousands in charge backs.
Very unprofessional. Do not waste your or your customers time ordering anything from these people. Ordered AMS32181 on 12/10/2024 with a lead time of ten days. After multiple phone calls to them we just received an automatic email saying our money was returned. When contacted again was put off multiple times while trying to talk to a supervisor, only to be told the cost had increased 40 dollars after the first of the year and why our order had been cancelled, when I informed them again my order had been placed before the new year they informed me they do not place supplier order the same day a customer pays them, nor do they place the order that week, or even that month. They offered no resolution or apology at all. Talked to my employees in a very unpolite and very unprofessional manner. Sky geek even had the item still listed at the original price until our complaint. They also have paid to sponsor their own adds on chrome and goggle search so that they will be they only supplier to come up for items they don't produce or keep in stock, knocking out the possibility of finding companies that actually do. It's not even the price increase. It's the fact our customers will now be waiting for DPAS rated parts which anybody in the aerospace industry knows this will result in charge backs from customers and can actually affect our supplier rating which will affect our ISO report and future sales. We are a small company doing our best to always reach our customers' expectations. Like I said not even an apology was offered. We would have paid the price increase if they ever even bothered to offer that. The kicker. They still have NOT returned our money. Our company has since contacted The Office of the Attorney General of New York consumer fraud department and let our customer know that highly recommended them of these events.

We purchased a 2-part epoxy A&B for $1000, when we went to use it a little over 2 months later, the part B was expired. I called them and they were unable to help us. So now, we're late on the job and we're over budget. I'll go somewhere else from now on. Thanks for nothing SkyGeek.

$45 for ONE cam lock, that sells for about $4 each elsewhere. At least they only charge $28 to ship it. It is an inch long and weighs 1 millionth of a pound. PURE THIEVERY !!!!

Cancelled my order for no good reason
We have done business with SKYGEEK for years and never had any problem until now. Nicole decided to cancel my order due to a company name match on CSL. I talked to her and assured her we had no affiliation with any other company that shared our name. We have been in business since 1974 as a FAA certified operator, had secret clearances and good standing with the State of Colorado. I talked to CSL, they suggested she do a proper search and when I mentioned it to her, she did nothing. Obviously, they don't need our business anymore.

Stay Away - nothing in stock!
Placed an order for items listed in stock, a week later no shipment and was told one item is 46 weeks! They don't stock anything, they buy and resell. All in stock data is a lie Customer service is a bunch of illiterate dimwits - they don't know what it means to be honest. I had very bad experience a week years back but was dumb enough to trust them again -- got burnt again!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Slow, slow, slow to ship. No tracking information or notice of shipping provided. No way to contact customer service, email or phone. Do not buy from this company…it will just lead to total frustration. After reading reply from SkyGeek, I must respond. When order was placed the products selected stated in stock, otherwise I would have placed my order with another vendor. As far as contacting their costumer service, there is no such number or email contact listed on the bottom of order as they claim. Again, do not place orders with this company, they are not truthful!!

Slow
I placed an order for a battery November 20th, two and a half days before Thanksgiving. The order showed to be Processing on November 24th so I called but Skygeek apparently took off both Thursday and Friday for a long weekend. My order is still processing. According to the website, Skygeek ships in 3 to 5 business days so it may not ship at all until Wednesday 9 days after it was ordered. Skygeek also says that Fedex takes 4 days to deliver so now we are at 13 days. I paid Skygeek's premium price for this item and am very unhappy that it will take two weeks or longer to arrive. I am certain that this will be my last experience with Skygeek.

DELAY DELAY DELAY! Avoid them!
I have order 3 pcs of B737-800 landing gear lockpin, part number C32026-12. I ordered on 6th April 2023, the information was order takes 34-37 business day to process. Until today, 15 June 2023, they have not sent my order yet. I sent them emails many times asking about my purchase, and i always get the same template answer, and each time they replied my email, the shipping date delay always getting worse. They will not inform you unless you ask. I don't know how long do i have to wait for my lockpin.

I hate leaving a bad review
I hate leaving a bad review, but this company is out of touch with the ordering process. Communication is key when someone is waiting on an aircraft part! This is the second time I have ordered and no communication. Don't waste your time, it might cost you a little more elsewhere but at least you know when you are going to receive it.

Le site est bien conçu, les descriptions sont détaillées, et les photos reflètent fidèlement les produits.
