Great product, better service!

The product is actually really good quality, the pannels are heavy and sturdy so I am super confident about the longevity. Installation was not too difficult, be prepared to scribe, which can be pretty tricky but we actually had a thick enough scribe pannel to have two attempts. We had an issue with one of our doors not being predrilled, and it was replaced instantly. They also were proactive in securing a pre-Christmas delivery date for us, which we didn't ask for but was really helpful. I will use them for my third and final room.

Very happy with the quality of the product. The only reason we’ve given four stars instead of five, is because one of the units included bookshelves and when delivered and unpacked, was not exactly what we wanted. We’d employed a joiner to fit the units, and as we didn’t want to hold up his work, we asked him to adapt the unit we received which he did expertly. The finished furniture suits our spare bedroom/office perfectly.

Instruction book backed up by the videos were more than enough to achieve a great looking and straightforward installation. The hanging rails weren't delivered in the main order for some reason but the office quickly got these ordered and were delivered within a few days.

The wardrobe is beautiful and the pieces look quite good quality. However, the price tag was quite high considering the less positive points: - Difficult assembly (not at all ikea-like as we were told) - No assembly available in London - Basic delivery (the driver only took things our of the van and we have to do everything else, VERY heavy pieces, but we were informed of this beforehand) - Lack of flexibility in customisation (design phase) and we didn't ask for a complicated design, and wended up having to drill our own holes in half of it because we wanted one different measure than the standard (which defeats the customisation concept)

Really disappointing as I have bought items from them before, although, have to be said never have had to return an item before. Bought a jacket, too small, have requested for a refund, but as I have said, no one has replied with my request. I have therefore sent the item back special delivery /tracked and signed for, so I am hoping for a result soon. Shop has been opened as checked their website, yet still no one answered. A predatory fraud that preys on the loneliness of honest people. The data in the profiles is false. There is no possibility to talk outside the website. Bombardment with emotional letters, pushiness, insults, rudeness, manipulations are the order of the day, forcing people to send expensive gifts and read paid letters. Paid chat... for a lot of money... Only evasive answers to questions about personal life, residence, children, work. The correspondence showed that these were people living in happy relationships. Oddly enough, several different profiles send almost identical-sounding letters. Stranger profiles who know the details of my conversations with only one user. I personally discovered fake profiles. No reaction from the platform administration. Support does not react at all to false data in profiles. The administration does not react to information about the use of AI, GPT chat by profile users, explaining it by the users' shyness. I had the impression that there were at least several different people behind one profile (different styles of correspondence, behavior, moods). I wouldn't be surprised if these were administration employees. An application for millionaires focused on ruthless exploitation. The administration's Dating.com funny and infantile explanations here, referring to support , which ignores, distorts or manipulates the facts and evidence, only proves that we are dealing with something completely frivolous, aimed only at exploitation. The scam of the century. Someone should take an interest in this fraud and be held accountable. I hope that the prosecutor's office and law enforcement authorities will finally take an interest in this scam.

This pig butchering racket totally rocks

Well I saw an ad for dating.com sandwiched in a news article I was reading. The ad featured a photo of a breathtakingly beautiful mature woman and I was hooked. About 5 days and $500 USD later I realized that I had tripped over the most brilliant "pig butchering" racket I've ever seen. Within 5 minutes of completing my profile I was bombarded with messages from my target demographic( females aged 50 to 60) that looked like college cheer leaders..... first red flag. These "female members " (if they were even female) were actually 1-900 agents (40+ to remember those old days) whose job it is to keep you chatting to the tune of $300 USD an hour using their credit system. This system is augmented by an "upsell" that totally blows most other pig butchering rackets out of the water.The "members" contact you with flattering messages that stroke your ego within 5 minutes of completing your profile. This is then followed by chat that reels you into the big sell which are the little fake emojis that indicate your interest level in the fake "member" costing you anywhere from several hundred USD to several thousand USD each. Sorry fellas Marina, Jessica and whoever else you're talking to have no interest or intention of actually connecting with you on any realistic level no matter what you suggest. Mad respect to the people who came up with this diabolicly creative pig butchering racket.(Why the heck didn't I think of that?)is my first thought. My second thought is my disappointment at not being able to connect with at least one of the real females who have complained about the site. I'm actually really looking for a serious thing here. My third thought is 1 dude operating 3 or 4 lines of chat x10 in (insert name of hellhole here) = $$$$$$$$. Gotta give credit where credit is due. I'd give 10 stars for its diabolical creativity and absolutely zero for any real results, ethics etc.

Todas te juran amor pero cuando las dejas tu contacto personal se hace la desentendidas y no te escriben. Algunas han sido tan canallas que me han dejado esperando en el aeropuerto con un ramo de flores. Historias muy similares en diferentes perfiles de mujeres. Viudas, con hombres que las engañaron, etc.etc. Sólo mentiras. amaldate, amolatina, dating, hotti, zendate. TODAS una farsa. Una amiga se creó un perfil falso y le ofrecieron muchas cosas para que esté conectada 24 horas y capte clientes. Por último una mujer me dejó su correo que era un estafadora, con el cuento del tío que le dieras tu número de cuenta corriente para depositarte una herencia. Ninguna de estas páginas se hace responsable y no hacen nada para evitarlo. Para qué hablar de los bots que responden a preguntas que uno no les ha hecho, o te responden tres o cuatro veces seguidas a una misma pregunta. Por favor no se tomen la molestia en dame explicaciones porque no les creeré.

My Audi A3 had a leak in the radiator causing the coolant reservoir to empty and the car to overheat. I took my vehicle to Mark and Ash at AutoDeutsche, they were fantastic, very helpful and gave me information on what needed to be done and when to expect the work to be completed. I dropped the car on a Friday and picked it up the following day. Considering how busy they seemed to be, I was very happy for the swift work carried out on my car. I am very disappointed with this cs he did not teach me how to cancel the rdp service, I have already asked to cancel the renewal but the answer is very bad, and now I have to auto-renew even though I don't want to!!, this stupid evos base, I don't hesitate to give 1 star on trustpilot, I was disadvantaged 3 rdp auto-renewal, my money was all gone!!! I have requested a ticket not to renew it again before everything is extended, my money is all gone !!!!!

Most of the switches/sockets in my house (and previous flat) come from TLC, I've used them for more than a decade. I've always found the range great, and where required they've been able to make bespoke configurations. What prompted me to finally write a review after all this time was my recent returns experience. I had a handful of faulty USB sockets - out of about 100. The speed at which they arranged a hassle free replacement was really impressive I've always been distrustful of long warranties - however I was really pleased to see the warranty upheld around 8 years after the date of purchase.

Are the legit?

They sent me the wrong item with about a 1500 price differential. I sent their garbage back immediately. They refused to send me the correct item and refused to send me my money back. Then threatened me and acted like I made a mistake.THEY sent me something I did not order and wasn’t worth anything. THEY sent ME something I DID NOT ORDER. Called it an “honest mistake”. Funny how many “honest mistakes” they have posted over the web. The mistake I made was trying to save a couple dollars and help a little known American company out. The mistake I made was dealing with low level scammers who thought I was an easy swindle. You might have swindled me but it’s not going to be easy because I’m going to inform everyone I can and contact every resource at my disposal for compensation. Amazon lost my package once and they sent me a new Walkman no questions asked. It’s sad when the evil corporation has more moral character than you do.

First of all, you're in CO - one of the most scenic states in the country! I'd also like to mention your web info. Your equipment / device descriptions and specs are very good and reflect the item being purchased. I called to get some clarification on a few things and no long wait, the gentleman (super nice guy) was helpful, great comm skills (had no problems understanding him) and it was nice that he was able to answer my questions accurately without the typical 'sales rant' that so many companies are moving to these days. I received the equipment (packed well and in perfect operating condition) a few days outside of what was initially promised but I was sent multiple updates. All-in-all, one of the best online sales experiences I've had. I will definitely recommend you to family, co-workers and friends!

Google Nest Learning thermostat

The item ordered , a nest thermostat arrived perfectly wrapped and the box inside is in perfect condition . Unfortunately I am a retired surgeon volunteering in two hospitals 160 miles from where the item is now located and destined to be installed . I am sure everything in the factory box is also in perfect condition but I did not have time to open it . The installation is scheduled for mid-January and I want the electronics service person to open the box .

A new fan of TFL

This was my first experience with techforless and I must say, I am a fan! I ordered my husbands Christmas gift for a lower cost, and received fast, free shipping, while being able to make monthly payment installations. After browsing the site a bit more it appears that they offer a lot of tech parts and accessories - all delivered in inconspicuous packaging! They also required a signature for delivery of the package, which fedex forged, but is an appreciated touch for the more expensive or hard to come by tech.

Kom med mine egne balloner ( til mig eget bryllup) som de gerne ville puste helium i. Jeg fik klar besked om at de sagtens kunne holde til dagen efter (eftermiddag ) det kunne de ikke, de var skrumpet ind til det halve, og hende udendørs dekorationen var ødelagt, da ballonerne havde det vigtige udtryk . Jeg ringer og skriver med butikken, de er fuldstændig kolde og ingen imødekommenhed. Super dårlig service!!!!

1) Hurtig levering, blev ringet op da en af mine vare ikke var der i farven alligevel (fod til ballon) og vi besluttede jeg fik en anden farve, da jeg modtog varen var det alligevel i den bestilte farve - sammen med en personlig besked at der var dukket en op, super go service. 2) Modtog pakken, havde bestilt en dug og nogle ting til fest. Diverse ting var pakket i en pakke og kassen var gået i stykker, tingene indeni var dig intakt. Papir dugen jeg havde bestilt var dog blevet ret bukket og fået nogle hak. Skrev til dem, og de responderede hurtigt med svar pr. mail, de var meget samarbejdsvillinge og kunne gode se den havde været en ordenlig tur igennem. Endte med selv at kunne vælge om jeg ville modtage en anden vare/ny dug eller pengene tilbage - super service.

Rigtig skuffet faktisk. Jeg har bestilt en masse balloner og en ballon bue, i min ballon bue manglede der ballontape, det man sætter ballonerne i. Jeg havde heldigvis selv noget liggende fra min sidste fest. Jeg bestiller også balloner, og i den ene pakke er der huller i… Heldigt jeg havde købt en masse pynt til festen, så det ikke havde den store betydning. Til gengæld var de gode til at pakke dugene ind, så de ikke var bøjede eller andet ved ankomst.

Jeg bestiller i april måned servietter i mint grøn til min datters konfirmation i maj. Pga corona bliver den aflyst 2 gange. Da jeg så her i september skal lave servietter så er de hvide indeni. Jeg var frustreret og skrev derfor til dem og der gik 12 dage før de svarede, det er hvad det er. Men jeg klager over at de er hvide indeni og jeg jo ikke kan nå at købe nye servietter nu. I mailen fra dem skriver de så at de ikke kan teste alle deres produkter, for de har for mange og jeg tænker fair nok. Men herefter bliver jeg sku lidt sur for de skriver størstedelen af servietterne er ikke indfarvet(vil sige en samme farve i midten) Så de ved jo godt den muligvis ikke er mint indeni men det står ingen steder eller vises på billedet. Så skriver de at jeg kan sende servietterne tilbage men jeg har jo ikke andre så var tvunget til at bruge dem. Handler ikke med dem mere

Djurs Sommerland er en fantastisk dag for familier med mange sjove forlystelser og lækre pizzaer. Dog er det værd at bemærke, at køerne til rutsjebanerne kan være ret lange, og det kunne være rart med ekstra faciliteter som mobile toiletter. Maden er god, men forberedelsen kan tage lidt tid, så vær tålmodig. Personalet kan være mere opmærksomme på service og kundehåndtering. Alt i alt et sjovt sted, men med plads til forbedring.

En lørdag i kø

Har været til “magisk” halloween i Djurs sommerland i dag. Der var så crazy mange mennesker!!! Vi nåede at besøge deres haunted house “græskarfabrikken” og prøve 2 forlystelser. Stod i kø i over en time til græskarfabrikken og 56 minutter til dragekongen. Kort før vores tur i dragekongen, bliver vi overhalet indenom af et hold der har betalt ekstra for at slippe uden om køen. Det er simpelthen så forkasteligt at man kan det! Er ked af at min søn på 8, som venter tålmodigt, skal opleve at man bare kan betale sig til privilegier - det burde slet ikke være en mulighed sådan et sted. Køen var anslået til 35 minutter men vi stod der altså næsten en time. Det lugter af pengemaskine, at Djurs sommerland godt ved, at køen er lang og træls - og så kan de malke folk for ekstra penge, ved at lave dette usolidariske “fast-track-system”. Der var lang ventetid til alt - svært at komme til nogen steder for mennesker og jøsses et sindssygt trafikkaos der opstod efter fyrværkeri-showet. Vi stod ude i ankomstarealet og så det - dvs. at vi nok var blandt de første 10% af gæsterne som var i vores bil. Det tog næsten 40 minutter at komme ud på hovedvejen. Vores venner som vi fulgtes med derude, var en time om at komme væk fra parkeringspladsen, fordi de holdt et par rækker længere tilbage. Det er anden gang denne sæson at alt bryder sammen, når alle skal hjem 🤯. Jeg kan konstatere at årskortet er steget i pris - og af den grund kommer vi ikke til at købe årskort til næste sæson. For mange dårlige erfaringer med lange køer til mad og forlystelser og ingen udsigt til at dette bliver ændret til næste sæson, gør at jeg er ude!!! Der bliver lukket ALT for mange mennesker ind, i forhold til stedets kapacitet.

Alt for få ladestationer til elbiler …

Havde en dejlig tur med 2 store drenge som virkelig hyggede sig. Eneste minus og som jeg virkelig synes er et kæmpe minus, er at parken råder over alt for få ladestandere til os med elbiler. Tænker der er god grobund for at etablerer mange flere ladestandere og at der skal være mere opsyn på parkeringspladsen for elbiler, da der holdte mange biler som optog en ladeplads!

"Beklager … ingen Vis Hensyn kort" til kørestolsbruger

Jeg har altid købt sæson kort til mine børn og jeg, hver sommer. Vi har altid elsket at komme, men i dag, blev det en helt anden oplevelse. Da jeg sidder i kørestol, og derfor ikke kan komme rundt i kø-systemerne som alle andre, pga. trapper og andre forhindringer, plejer jeg, at benytte det der kaldes "Vis Hensyn kort". Men de har åbenbart en bestemt ramme på, hvor mange de giver ud i løbet af en dag, så jeg blev mødt af et "beklager - det er først til mølle." Der står intet oplyst, på hjemmesiden om, at det er et "først til mølle" princip. Så jeg står med to skuffede børn, der bare gerne vil have deres mor med op i en forlystelse, men det kan de ikke få. Jeg begriber ikke, at man ikke sørger for, at der enten er nok, eller at det er delt op, så man som kørestolsbruger ikke bliver mødt med et "beklager -du kan ikke komme op i en forlystelse med dine børn i dag".

For det første, betalte vi 350 pr snude, hvilket i sig selv er meget pr Pers. Og til de penge, skulle man da hvertfald mene, at tingene virkede. Dette var desværre ikke tilfældet. Allerede første forlystelse vi stod i kø til, var der teknisk fejl, men det stoppede så ikke der. Alle "større" forlystelser havde nedbrud i løbet af dagen, hvilket der blev brugt en masse unødig tid på, frem og tilbage, hvor tiden i forvejen var presset, da de ikke havde åben særlig længe. Spurgte deres information, om ikke man kunne få noget kompensation pga alle de nedbrud, men der var ingen hjælp at hente. Det er hvertfald sidste gang jeg sætter mine ben i djurs sommerland.

Competitively priced and good quality. Very pleased with the quality of the scrub and the embroidered Logo. With many companies, good customer service and communication strategy seems to be an alien concept. With Harvey's I had an excellent customer service, efficient communication and updates of my order. There was an issue with the colour availability of the chosen scrub but Harvey's was straight on it and let me know. I was able to opt for a different colour and received the product within 5 days, in time for my event. I have tried a few companies before but Harvey's is now my future supplier for my workwear and I can only recommend them.

Strange, unsolicited mails from a company called "investegate"appeared in my inbox claiming that I had subscribed ... Ive never heard of them. Finding contact details was a challenge, when finally got to the contact us page, the mail bounced back repdeatedly but mysteriously I received a reply to my request about how they got my details which simply didnt answer the question ... deliberate?? Who knows. I did a bit more rooting around and found the company they re changing to or from called "stockmendation" and found a tel number which I rang. A guy called Josh Blackwell answered and couldnt explain much about it however promised to look into it! I expect to hear from him tomorrow morn. We shall see eh? Not as good start - but they may redeem themselves??? Stand by..

Stay well away from this company if you don't want to ruin your professional reputation, lose your clients and waste a huge amount of time and energy chasing orders all the time. So many orders are not produced at all and a month after the order has been placed nobody knows what is going on.. A nightmare service with a buggy website and non-functioning system. Refunding orders doesn't help so if you need a reliable printing partner, run! I would be better off printing in China..

I have been using Printi formally Pixartprinting"italy" for years now. Pixart which has outstanding quality control has what seems given the company over to people that can careless about quality in the USA. I have had countless issues with orders and every-time they say sorry and fix it. Why not just have quality control form the start? Why are YELLOW splats on all your booklets, why are all the spines always broken? I would use this printer if you plan on giving your clients trash.. If you seek quality go somewhere else.

Folds and wrinkles in cardstock

Ordered an 11x14 glicee print of a digital art file. While image quality was acceptable, the card stock was rolled into a tube in shipping, creating folds throughout the image, making it unusable. It looks like someone rolled it up and sat on it. This could have been avoided by flat packing the print and shipping it in an envelope. Very disappointing result for a $20 print. Will not be using Printi again. I don’t have time to risk a reprint before Christmas.

I had trouble getting my document to meet printing standards (all my fault). The customer service associates were so nice and helpful while I tried to work through the issues on my end. They offered to help in multiple ways (without charging me for it). Once I finally got it right, my brochures were printed and shipped quickly. Prices were better with Printi than with other companies, including local companies. I received my order within the promised timeframe and it was exactly as I expected. I will definitely reorder from Printi in the future. They met or exceeded all expectations.

I finally got my order into the cart. The site defaulted to the wrong set up, I wanted a trifold brochure and it went into a half fold, therefore when I finally was able to upload the file, I received an email that it was wrong. Finally, thru 2 hours on Support Chat, this was discovered, I was offered a voucher, cancelled the order and had to reorder the brochure. After many attempts, I was not able to do so. I then went back to Support Chat, since there is no other means of communication with this company, Printi. And then after an hour or more, 'Nathalie' gave up. I still have paid for a brochure I cannot upload, cannot speak with anyone, and have to order this item elsewhere! ANGRY! Would rather call it a NO STAR RATING!

One suggestion would be to include the fabric weight on the site. All Printi competitors include that spec on their site and it is helpful information to know how heavy or lightweight the material is. Actually, it was a pleasant surprise to find out that Printi's fabric is one of the heaviest on the market.

Earned my Bachelor Degree

I love this place deeply because it offers great courses taught by the late Dr. Masters and in the courses your understanding of religion/spirituality and others will trandscend and transform you in all aspects. I am an example of this because I surpassed a life of homelessness, 40 years addiction, 8 prison trips, failed relationships etc. The lessons I learned AND the love from the staff has contributed to the person I am today which is now completing a Phd, authored 5 books, developed new curriculum for substance treatment, mental health and recidivism, initiated homeless practices on skid row and more to come. I stand in great Gratitude to this school.

DO NOT BUY - does not last compared to other brands

DO NOT BUY - KNOWN ISSUE - will work great for a few months or even a few years per the feedback on the internet. At least that is what happened to mine or maybe I'm just the lucky one... Purchased a Zowie gaming monitor back in Oct 2019. Great for gaming high refresh rate. Scroll forward 4 years and monitor is bad. (Horizontal lines run through it). Hopped on web and found that I am not only one with this issue - many more complaining on net as well... I have an ASUS, Acer, Dell and three other monitors and even ancient monochrome and they all still work fine. I use the ASUS and Acer for my actual work (spreadsheets and such, not gaming). The newest monitor, ASUS is over a decade old. For the price I paid for the Zowie, I expected more reliability, especially since the issue appears to be affecting a good percentage of your monitors (Google net for "Benq monitor lines". And "NO" not a "Driver" issue as you and your Techs like to toss out there. (and "NO", turning it off then back on does not work either.) Your techs ruled out driver issues after awhile of trouble shooting as well.

I really despise these kind of companies. Website set up to look like they are sold from the UK. Place an order and then find buried in the website they are from Holland and a German company. Due to brexit i prefer UK firms and would not have ordered without this misleading information. Turned up late due to shipping delays (suprise, suprise) Ordered a GS50 at a cost of £699. Product couldnt play a consistent picture, buffered, stuttered and stalled every 30 seconds. Now going through a painful return process where Benq dont trust you and want videos showing the issue. Really dont like this kind of behaviour or morals and wont use again

I got the worse experience. I sent a projector for repair and it took them 40 days to send it back, in fact they sent me a survey asking me how they are doing before they fix my projector. When I asked to escalate the issue, the person I talked to resisted giving me any contact person and at the end he told me his supervisor will call me, and I knew from the tone of his voice that no one is going to call; that is exactly what happened. I won't recommend it to anyone and I will make sure that our colleges's managers know about that.

Failure after 2 days

Speakers stopped working after 2 days. The support form of the Benq website in the country I bought it in doesn't work. I was forced to use the support form of Benq in two other continents. Still waiting - no progress. Appalling standards for a global company. Update - waited about 6 weeks for repair. Received it an hour before I left. Didn't even get time to test it. Good news. I've used it for the last 2 months and it's worked. Bad news - the sound has stopped working again. Exactly the same problem. 1 star for this company is too generous.

Useless benQ warranty services

Bought a gvv2480 and it stopped working in 4 months time. Wasted a lot of time trying to reset the driver but ended up being the monitor problem. Sent to warranty center for 2 times but the problem hasn't been solved. Warranty service didn't even contact me or wrote anything. I told the warranty service about every single detail for the problem. If anyone sees this review, pls do not buy their monitor, their warranty services are incredibly useless and bad.

Have a SW240 Palette Master not working and support lille use

Have a SW240, it’s the second one. Both work well and the original one is a few years old now. BUT had I problems with Palette Master with the new one. Support was some help but it still didn’t work and was causing a lot of problems to do what they wanted. Told them I was giving up and going to use another calibration, SpyderXPro. Amazingly they came back and said they were pleased Palette Master was now working and never replied when I pointed out no it wasn’t. Then I found there were a lot of customers who had failed to get the program to work. Pity as on the original monitor/PC no problem but clearly lots of problems with it and support trying to deny that.

Drømmerejse til Hawaii med Nicksamerika

Vi er netop kommet hjem fra vores 2. tur til Hawaii og begge gange blev turen arrangeret af Nicolai fra Nicksamerika. Vi kan kun anbefale at bruge Nicksamerika, da begge vores ture har været helt fantastiske og særligt på den seneste rejse har Nicolai virkelig hjulpet os til at få en enestående oplevelse, som vi ikke havde fået ved at rejse helt på egen hånd. Jeg rejser selv en del, både privat og forretningsmæssigt, så egentlig burde jeg nok kunne arrangere en rejse til Hawaii uden at bruge et selskab som hjælp. Pointen er bare, at Nicolai kender Hawaii helt anderledes, end jeg nogensinde kommer til, så hvis man gerne vil have det meste ud af turen om på den anden side af jordkloden, så er det en rigtig god ide at bruge Nicksamerika. Vi boede på skønne steder på både Big Island og Maui i denne omgang og vi fik masser af tips til, hvad vi kunne foretage os som ville passe til netop vores ønsker. Vi har naturligvis også gjort brug af diverse FB sider, guide bøger og lokale tips og tricks, men selve planlægningen af rejsen og valget af både fly og overnatningssteder skete i tæt samarbejde med Nicolai. Vi oplevede også lidt bøvl med nogle flyafgange og her fik vi lynhurtig hjælp fra Nicolai. Den løsning han fandt til os kunne vi ikke have klaret på egen hånd. De overnatningssteder vi valgte i denne omgang var alle super fine uden at være 5 stjernede hoteller. Vi havde blandt andet et stort ønske om at bruge tid på vulkanen Kilauea, samt at se lidt andre steder på Big Islnad i forhold til vores første rejse derned. Nicolai anbefalede et hotel med udsigt til krateret på vulkanen og et hotel tæt på Hilo, med udsigt til det smukkeste vandfald. Under både planlægning af rejsen, under selve rejsen og sågar efter hjemkomst fra Hawaii, har Nicolai været urtolig lydhør og hjælpsom og jeg tvviler på, at man kan få samme personlige service med det engagement, som Nicolai har vist. Jeg kan som sagt kun anbefale Nicksamerika på det varmeste, særligt hvis turen går til Hawaii.

Fantastisk tur

Vi er en familie på 5 voksne som havde valgt Nicksamerika til at arrangere vores tur til Canada. Alt har været helt vidunderligt,masser af forslag til oplevelser undervejs og godt valg af hoteller som ligger helt perfekt,til en fornuftig pris.Gode forslag til alternativ overnatning hvis man havde lyst til at opgradere.Træhytterne i Midlle Beach Lodge var hver en ekstra krone værd,hvis du/i kommer i nærheden af Tofino så overvej at booke disse luksushytter. Da vi kom hjem fra vores tur gjorde biludlejningen et (efter vores mening uberettiget krav) mod os. Den klarede Nick også og sørgede for at vi ikke skulle betale mere. Dejligt med et selskab der også hjælper når de har fået deres penge og man er hjemme igen. TAK Torben

Fantastiske Hawaii

Nick havde arrangeret vores drømmetur til Hawaii (Maui). Vi boede på Resortet Hale Pau Hana i Kihei (sydlige del af Maui). Et fantastisk ferielejligheds-kompleks direkte på stranden med udsigt over havet, hvorfra man kunne se hvalerne boltre sig i havet. Hale Pau Hana var vores udgangspunkt for udforskning af Maui, og havet omkring øen. Et helt fantastisk sted, som kan varmt anbefales. Det samme gælder Nicks anbefalinger og tips til rejsen.

rejse til Hawarii

Vi har været yderst tilfreds med tilrettelæggelsen af rejsen til Hawaii , vi havde et lille men, vi måtte selv betale for bagage på fly til LA og til BIG ISLAND 50 dollars hver sted. Ellers fungerede det hele tilfredsstillende. Dejlig hotel på BIG ISLAND og dejlig lejlighed på MAUI Det kan varmt anbefales. vi har efterfølgende fået vores udlæg til bagage betalt, flot service. Fantastisk tur til MAUI

Vi fik det bedste ud af vores 14 dages ferie til Maui, takket være Nicks America. Vi brugte minimal tid på praktisk planlægning af fly, hotel, billeje osv. Nicks America afkodede hurtigt vores ønsker til hoteller, ture, restauranter mm. Det var rart at bruge ferien på at holde ferie i stedet for at lede efter hotel osv. som vi tidligere har gjort undervejs.

Nick ved hvad han snakker om

Netop hjemvendt fra ferie i Florida, arrangeret af Nick fra Nicks Amerika. Han ved hvad han snakker om og har selv været de steder han anbefaler og arrangerer. Fly fra Billund til Miami, leje af bil, hoteller og cruise og hjem til Danmark igen. Ingen problemer undervejs. Vi fik oplevelser for alle pengene og lader gerne Nick klare det for os en anden gang. Derfor vil vi også klart anbefale Nick til andre, der vil på ferie i USA. I hvert fald til Florida

Nick fangede hurtigt nøjagtigt hvad jeg gerne ville...

Nyligt tilbage fra Hawaii. Super tur hvor alt gik efter planen. Nick havde valgt nøjagtigt det niveau af kvalitet og beliggenhed jeg efterspurgte. Mit råd til andre Hawaii rejsende: Tænk godt over hvad I gerne vil lave på turen inden i beder Nick om råd. Bilferie? Badeferie? Dykkerferie? Golfferie? Alt er muligt, men med begrænset tid må man prioritere både aktiviteteter og øer. God tur!

Super tur til Orlando og Marco Island

Vi har lige været på en fantastisk tur til Orlando og Marco Island med Nicksamerika. Vi boede på Hilton Marco Island som ligger direkte på hvid sandstrand. Super godt familiehotel og vores to børn badede hele tiden! I Orlando var det fuld fart på med Disney og Seaworld. Her havde vi fået anbefalet Fair Field Inn tæt ved Seaworld og Aquatica vandpark. Vi rejser gerne med Nicksamerika igen, alt fungerede helt perfekt!

Blandet følelse

Ketshoppen har altid været vores valg til opstrengning pga. kompetente, smilende medarbejdere og super god service. Men igår, kunne vi se flere dybe ridser på strenge og spekulerede på at, det skete når man trækker strenge frem og tilbage, og om det er en anden medarbejder, der har opstrenget, da det ikke er skete før. På samme dag spillede i ca. 30 min. så sprang strengene. Dog spiller jeg på avanceret niveau og på ca. 14 kg-14,5 kg. Det holder i evigheden. Det er meget sjældent at jeg få en ny opstrengning, medmindre jeg får pre-stretched og jeg gav aldrig butikkens skyld når det sker. Vi skrev mail til butikken ang. reklamation med billeder, og forklarede hvad der skete. Butikschef var ENIG på mailen med at "Det ikke så så godt ud", og vi kunne komme og få opstrengning hurtigt, da vi har en kommende kamp snart. Da vi så var i butikken, der på det tidspunkt var fyldt med kunder, fik vi så at vide og med en helt anden attitude end i mailen med irriteret tone, at strengene vi valgt, ridser mere og vi skulle bare vide at, den sprang pga. for høj hårdhed (13 kg) og slag og derfor normal ikke reklameres. Her var han UENIG men pga. af travlheden har vi valgt ikke at diskutere og forsinke dem endnu mere. Så vi valgte en anden streng til 14 kg. (Ny streng til højere pris, så de yder stadig deres service, derfor stjernerne) En time senere hentede vi ketcheren. Der var ingen kunde i butikken så vi spurgte af nysgerrighed på strengens funktion, samt sagde at vi var ked af at det skete. Den samme medarbejder smilende (som han normal er) sagde at strengen er mere ru og derfor ridser mere under opstrengningen og at det kan ske nogle gange mere eller mindre. Vi var tilfredse med at han var ENIG med vores spekulation og indrømmede at uheldet kunne jo også komme fra butiks side. Men efter vi gik derfra, synes vi at det var en forvirret og blandet oplevelse. Jeg har selv arbejdet i servicebranchen før og synes at det er ok at I gerne vil skåne jeres medarbejderes følelse og ikke tabe ansigt, når der er flere kunder i butikken, og at I har travlt. Alle kan lave fejl, og skal have lov til at lære og øve sig for at yde god service. Men den tone man gav til sin kunde foran alle andre kunder var unødvendigt. Jeg forstår heller ikke helt at man kun var enig når der ikke var nogen omkring. Jeg vil måske foretrække den god forklaring fra starten så vi kunne bare snakke sammen. Selvfølgelig vil vi da gerne høre mere om jeres produkter, hvad I anbefaler, og hvad vi selv opleve med forskellige produkter, vil vi også gerne dele. Vi brænder jo trods alt for samme ting. Men efter denne oplevelse turde vi ikke. Ps. Beklager at være den trælse kunde selv, der typisk ikke giver en god anmeldelse når I gør det godt, men dårlig anmeldelse når I fejler én enkel gang. I gør det godt. Men denne gang var det for mærkeligt. Hilsen Wachara

Helt igennem god biks. Havde et par ting jeg skulle bruge, hvor jeg havde fundet billigere alternativer. Ketshop var gode til at vejlede, hvorfor prisen var anderledes. Jeg fik mine vare hurtigt som aftalt. For et par dage siden gik et af de net jeg havde købt i stykker, og selvom de valgte at sende et nyt samme dag, selvom det som udgangspunkt var et uheld, de ikke kunne gøre så meget ved. Super taknemmelig for deres hjælp

Virkelig god kundeservice

Jeg er meget begejstret for deres produkter. Jeg modtog dog et net forleen, som tydeligvis havde været åbnet og lidt i brug. Da jeg skrev ind til kundeservice fik jeg uden det mindste spektakel tilsendt et nyt net med det samme. Det er altså virkelig god service. Tak for det!

Hvis I vil købe ved dem, så gør det online - service i butik er elendig. Ved køb på nettet havde jeg sparet 10% men i butikken ville de ikke tilbyde 1 krone (jeg fandt desværre først ud af det efter køb). Jeg skulle vente dobbelt så lang tid som online køb fordi "der var mange ordre" men havde jeg bestilt online, var der kun gået et par dage. Jeg skulle vente over 1 uge! Absurd.
