Fik leveret tapas til 20 personer, fantastisk, alle var begejstret for maden og præsentationen. Ikke sidste gang vi bestiller hos Tapas Amor. Kan varmt anbefale dem, en dejlig oplevelse.

Jeg var gæst ved et selskab hvor jeres Tapas menu blev serveret. En yderst flot oplevelse, både visuelt og smag. Nemt at tilberede. Og rigeligt til alle. Kan absolut anbefales.

Vi bestilte mad til 100 personer til en reception. Alle var meget imponeret over maden, den blev rost i høje toner og flere ville spurgte om hvor den dejlige tapas var fra. Der var rigeligt mad til alle, der var især stor rift om Amors speciale kødfyldte Bulgurcroquetas og mini fiskedeller. Leveringen kom i god tid indenfor den aftalte tidsramme. Maden var pakket fint og forsvarligt og chaufføren var meget venlig og serviceminded. Vi vil anbefale Tapas Amor til alle og bestiller gerne igen, da det hele var lækkert og levede op til vores alle vores forventninger.

Ideen er god og maden er fantastisk! Tapasamor bygger bro mellem tapas og meze. Den blander også lidt dansk. Det er varieret og velsmagende retter og man bliver godt mæt. Kan varmt anbefales.

Havde igår fornøjelsen af at byde mine veninder på fødselsdag og lækkerier fra Tapas Amor. Det var SUPER!!! Perfekt anrettet, super nemt lige at varme de få ting der skulle det og så var det bare at sætte sig til bords. Jeg kom desværre til at oplyse forkert dato for afhentning og skrev hurtigt til jer og fik uden problemer ændret til den korrekte dato. Tak 🙏 Det var let at afhente maden og kunne holde lige udenfor jeres bagdør. Maden kom i kasser og var fint pyntet. Der var en nem vejledning med til det mad der lige skulle varmes. The sizes are tiny so disappointed and had to return. They said they they receive feedback about this all the time and ate trying to address it. Great products but sadly unusable as if a size 16 you need a 20 and most stop at 18. Good customer service when complained but sadly this left me without an outfit for a party.

My partner ordered a JellyCat through this store. The quality of this was disgraceful, and I am not entirely sure it’s genuine. We sent it back to be called liars and accused of washing the product. I had it for 24 hours, why would I wash it! I have other jelly cats which have been washed and their quality is still better than a brand new jelly cat from this website. Spoke to a manager who said the products is ‘damp and smells of washing detergent’ which is impossible because it hasn’t been washed. This company are happy to send out and charge people for faulty/ fake products but are unhappy to refund them. Don’t buy from this website unless you want poor customer service and terrible products. I have had to contact jelly cat and trading standards to try resolve this issue because management can’t!

Ordered a JellyCat through this store for my girlfriend for our 1 year anniversary as a present, upon arriving the quality wasn't the best but at the time I was none the wiser as I've never owned one, I wrapped it and gave it to my girlfriend on the date of our anniversary and she told me it wasn't right all the threads were sticking out and the quality was no way near right, we then elected to send it back to check as something didn't seem right with it, after sending it back we have been accused it has 'Obviously been washed' by Sharon Norman when it's been inside gift wrap and my partner had had it for 24 HOURS and we have done absolutely nothing to it, apparently the product was still damp it's genuinely ridiculous to be called a liar and accused of dishonesty when we have done absolutely nothing we were not happy with the quality and have been made out to be liars, worst customer experience if you have the option between the product you want from here or going without, save yourself the time and go without.

Was looking everywhere for a couple of hard to find Jellycats. A search popped up with this company. After reading reviews, I took the plunge and ordered. I have to say this first time customer will be returning. Items were despatched quickly with traceable postage and both Jellycat came as described. Bought a Jellycat toy for a Christmas present. Arrived quickly, but slightly damaged, so returned. Return process was straightforward and refund received promptly, so no complaints.

This is a terrible company. As a first time customer, I am simply unaware of limit per person for some popular items. And the only reason why I exceed is just because I want to get a free shipping. AND then a stuff cancelled my order and just accused me of ‘clearly found a workaround on our site which bypasses this rule’. As a first time customer, how would I know these hacks. And how terrible is it for the head of technical to just accuse customer like this. It’s clearly a terrible accusation that would make everyone very unhappy amid of this festive season. So just don’t buy from this store if you want to enjoy life. A waste of time in communication with such rude people.

I much prefer giving praise to a company. After paying for an order through Amazon pay, I received a mail saying it was declined. I reordered the next day on their site. I ended up being charged for both. It cost me two lots of postage to return one of the parcels £7.90. I tried to explain to customer services but they wouldn't accept there had been a glitch causing both orders to go through. Not happy. A costly experience.

Big shoutout to this fab company! I’ve had so many delays and problems with parcels missing etc this Christmas (from other companies) so thought it would be nice to highlight a fabulous transaction! Placed an online order (for items that were out of stock at 2 other stores but found them here) paid for order and everything was packaged carefully and delivered very next day. Brilliant service!!! I keep forgetting to shop with them (probably because they don’t spam my emails like bigger store do) but every time I do, it’s just an utter joy! Thank you so much:)

I am posting here because my review is not appearing on Gifttree’s website. I am very disappointed with a recent purchase of the Good as Gold Gift Basket. It was a sympathy gift and I had the opportunity to actually see at the memorial service. It did not resemble what was pictured in the least. The basket was a different color and it was pretty small. I have ordered from this company in the past and it was always a good experience. I am very upset because I feel that I was completely ripped off for what I paid. I will NEVER do business with this company again!!!

I order 3 Gift Tree gift baskets (the GOLDEN GOURMET CLASSIC GIFT BASKETS for $159.47 each) for my eight grandchildren, ages 30 to age 12. They all love candy, especially chocolate so I thought it was a great choice for them. My grandchildren live in 3 different cities. Two gifts from Gift Tree were acceptable to them. The third gift had MORE THAN an abundant supply of DARK CHOCOLATE. My three grandchildren who received this “Gift” were disappointed. When I discussed this with Gift Tree, they essentially said “Too bad”! It was the “chance” I took when I bought their basket that they would send what they had available in the baskets! They offered my grandkids NO substitute for all of the DARK CHOCOLATE candy they hate. Their Mother offered to send all of the Gift Tree back. Gift Tree also did not even offer a replacement for all of that DARK CHOCOLATE. Needless to say, I will never use Gift Tree for gifts again and I will make sure that everyone I know will be familiar with my negative experiences with them and use someone other than them for their services. I truly wish I had read the reviews of this 40 million-dollar company before I trusted it to make my grandchildren happy this past Christmas (2024)!

I ordered a Culiau Customiser Engraving Pen from GiftTree three months ago. I was sent a different product which would have cost far less. The product they sent is not suitable for purpose as it is far less powerful and will not perform the tasks I ordered the Culiau for. I have contacted gifttree.com repeatedly and did not receive any replies. They have also failed to return my phone calls. They are still advertising Culiau Customiser Engraving Pen on their website. Avoid this company.

I called with anticipation and talked to a representative to make some orders. First they changed some because they were sold out. After I choose some others they had issues with the order so they reached back the next day. Then, 2 days after someone reached out saying that the information was incomplete, which I provided to the sales rep. Then after one day I received 2 separate messages saying that unfortunately they wouldn't be able to place 2 orders due to state regulations... The sales rep just acted as it was normal and I had to choose a replacement.

Do NOT trust this company! I bought a basket for over $100 five days prior to the requested delivery date. They did not request Fedex for 5 days though they had a created label. As a result, the basket was not due for delivery until 2 days AFTER the requested date. I used their chat to request updates as NOBODY answered their help phone line during business hours. They continued to confirm an on-time delivery even though the basket had not been picked up.

This company is a scam do not use them. They stole 700 dollars from me.

Received a catalog in the mail and called the same day to order a basket for Christmas. The price was $25 more than printed in the catalog. They said they had a price increase, not a good way to do business.

Ich bin enttäuscht, ich 2 Artikel bestellt, da ich aber im Vorfeld wusste das ich nicht zuhause bin, habe ich bei DPD eine Lieferanweisung hinterlegt die Lieferung hinter das Haus zu bringen. Da leider bei uns viel wegkommt habe ich mittlerweile eine Kamera, da ersichtlich ist das es einfach wieder vor die Tür abgestellt wurde, das kann Man sehen. Jedoch lässt sich der Blickwinkel nicht verstellen aus der Ferne, wenn man nicht zuhause ist, so das es nicht sichtbar ist wer es sich genommen hat. DPD hat auch noch eine Email gesendet mit dem Hinweis, Das Paket liegt am gewählten Ablageort, eine Lüge. Ich habe als Nachweis alles an Jalousiescout gesendet, mit Video, mit DPD Benachrichtigung, jedoch zieht man sich hier aus der Affäre und möchte mir nicht zur Seite stehen, denn mit Wahl eines Ablageort wären Sie aus der Sache raus. Da sollte ich Verständnis zeigen, nein habe ich aber nicht, Sie wählen als Versender ihren Transportdienstleister aus und wenn das schief läuft soll ich selbst Schuld sein? Sehr schlechter Service, ich hatte erst mal 2 Jalousien bestellt um zu testen unser Haus besitzt viele Fenster, hätte gerne nachgekauft, nun halt nicht ! Traurig wie man da als Kunde wahrgenommen wird anstatt zu helfen.

Wir waren echt zufrieden, Anleitung und Montage waren echt einfach und sauber erklärt. Das einzige was uns „gestört“ hat, waren die Maßangaben, wir wussten nicht das die angegeben Maße nicht der abgedeckten Fläche entspricht, also schmaler!

I ordered a pair of boots, Larizia shipped it next day via DHL. It only took 3 days from UK to Australia. The boots are beautiful with careful parking, but unfortunately it run big, I had to return it. We hebben bij Buro Scanbrit een mooie rondreis door Ierland gepland, samen met de reisadviseurs hebben we deze reis mooi kunnen aanpassen. We zijn prima en klantvriendelijk geholpen. Gaan straks in juni van deze reis genieten.

Een super reis met leuke activiteiten, goed georganiseerd. Enige minpuntje: ik had geen contact gegevens van gids ter plekke en daardoor wist ik niet hoe ik extra activiteiten kon bijboeken. Maar verder zeer positief.

Alles was heel goed verzorgd en geregeld in Fins Lapland. Bij aankomst tranfer en informatiepakket wat heel fijn was. Bij het boeken duidelijke communicatie wat wel en niet kon. Hele fijne reis gehad.

Een hele fijne en mooie vakantie gehad in Tromso Noorwegen 🇳🇴 mooie excursies gehad en zelfs het Noorderlicht kunnen zien. Alleen de ruimte op de stoel in het Transavia vliegtuig was verschrikkelijk mijn vrouw en ik gewoon beide 185 cm lang zaten compleet klem. Dus dat wordt de volgende keer een andere maatschappij, voor de rest top vakantie

Item ordering and delivery very easy. However the item I had previously ordered seems to be unavailable and had been for at least a year. The item I had to order was less effective as it was from the leaf and not the fruit of the plant. Not sure why this company keep telling me they are awaiting further supplies when they have not received the original item I ordered for more than a year. This means that they can't get the item, so please say this.

The Rio Rosa Mosqueta cream is the best I have ever used. It makes the skin soft and supple without a hint of greasiness. This time I tried also the Hydra Age - Eye Gel. I was looking for a long time for something light and suitable for the sensitive skin around the eyes. This gel is really good. Highly recommend.

The product has a use by date of March 2025 Despite me emailing them pictures of the two tubs of product was completely unsatisfied by company's response.and selling products with a very short use by date on them I realise the product is probably safe to continue use but there response was not good

DO NOT USE!!! Quoted one price of £500 I said I would leave it. Made it perfectly clear I was unhappy with the price quoted and would not proceed with the treatment as I was unable to afford it. Mr Aslam asked what my budget was & I said I hadn't thought about it. We then discussed further I said if he would do a buy on get one free for the filler I would proceed. He agreed. The price was given after the treatment was administered. I did not agree to that price!!!! When I queried the price I was told no agreement had been made for the treatment. If no agreement was made. Why would I proceed!!!! Must admit I'm very disappointed. Having agreed a price with Mr Aslam & then being ignored is not great business practice along with being unfair to your clients.

I had a breast lift and augmentation in April and I am so happy with the results. Every one was excellent from pre op care to after care. Jayne was available for me to get in touch with at all times with any questions and also rang to check I was okay the day before and the day after the operation. Dr irshad explained everything in detail and went through the whole procedure with me. All of the staff at Harley street were amazing and made me feel so comfortable and looked after especially the anaesthetist and the recovery nurse. Right from my first consultation to my surgery day my experience with Linia was brilliant. Jayne was fantastic always there for me no matter what time or day of the week it was. From start to finish, my experience has been 5 star. After being let down by my local private hospital a couple of times, I made enquiries with Linia and was seen and had my surgery within 3 weeks. I had a mummy makeover after losing 4 1/2 stone and everything went smoothly, my surgeons were very thorough and my before and after care has been brilliant. I have been contacted regularly by my patient co-ordinator Jane and surgeon Dr Aslam and whenever I have contacted him, he has got back to me quickly. At 9 weeks post op I’m really pleased with my results and can’t thank them enough for the transformation.

It's been approximately 18 months since my last surgery. I had to have revision surgery - the surgeon disagreed with my initial theory - that's OK, that wasn't the main issue. The main issue is... I over paid by £200. The advisor at the Global Clinic in Norwich assued me that the reimbursement would be delt with immediately. After a dozen messages and a dozen phone calls and emails, I haven't had anybody return my request. Complete avoidance. I have gone through my bank to request the reimbursement - no response. Citizens Advice Bureau have advised that I can take it to court but that would cost me more in the short term. It's been a horrid, devaluing 18 months. I would not recommend this company at all. Its been a long list of hurdles. Essentially THEFT.

I had my Breast lift and implants fitted yesterday at Linias Clinic in Harley Street. Every member of staff which contributed towards my Surgery were so kind, caring and helpful and I felt at complete ease. I had the procedure under Local anaesthetic and I did not feel a thing and was out after what felt like no time at all! Dr Aslam the Surgeon was fantastic and I could not fault him. Also a massive thanks to Jayne who guided me through the process from having my Consultation to Operation day. She was always available to talk to her if I had a query. Thank you so much to Linia I’m over the moon!

Daar werd in de groep over geklaagd Dit vonden ze slecht geregeld gezien de leeftijd en zwaarte. Het feit dat er dan ook nog werd gezegd: jij gele (omdat zij een gele jas aanhad) was not done! Dit is hoe zij het beleefd hebben.

Met piloot Marije een mooie ballonvaart gemaakt. Bij opstijgen en landen ook leuk om te helpen met de ballon/mand (de-) monteren. Bijzonder mooie ervaring. Vanaf boven zie je pas hoe gestructureerd Nederland in lijnen en vakken is verdeeld.

Ze waren netjes op tijd geven goede en makkelijke instructies waar te verzamelen, vragen of je eigen vervoer terug hebt en bieden een leuk presentje als je dit hebt.

Prima begeleiding voor zowel de volgauto als de passagiers. Piloot was vriendelijk en wist veel te vertellen.

Geweldig, wat een ervaring 😍🤩 Tot op het laatst spannend of het door zou gaan vanwege het weer. Het bedrijf hield ons goed op de hoogte en informeerde ons duidelijk over de eventuele bezwaren. De nauwkeurigheid tav het wel/niet varen, het gezamenlijk voorbereiden en ook daarna weer afronden gebeurde onder duidelijke instructies en was een ontzettend leuke ervaring. Zou zo nog een keer gaan

We hebben een prachtige vaart gemaakt. Heel bijzonder om over je eigen huis en het bedrijf waar ik werk te varen. Reeuwijkse plassen zijn prachtig en zeker mooi vanuit de ballon. Het groene hart is toch prachtig! Met dank aan onze piloot Harry. Zou het zo bij andere aanbevelen.

The owner is helping alot with whatsapp to solve my small problems since I have never worked on this time of equipment but with handbook and His help I managed to do all the features that we need. The gardens were very pretty and the chapel was clean and tidy. We also had the option of using a video link which worked really well for family watching from abroad

In my moment of deepest sadness, the staff were extremely sensitive and courteous. Were very helpful in the arrangements and options available during the service, and were very sympathetic and informative when being shown the alternatives possible within the Garden of Remembrance.

Only rated as 4due to being told the link people used to watch funeral you can only see the vicar not people who attended ,apart from that the lay out was nice due to covid19 restrictions was obeyed all rules was listened staff was really nice,funeral directors we used was really caring,the vicar was amazing x

The Crematorium is in a beautiful and peaceful setting and easy to get to from the A55 Expressway. I was very pleased that the staff were able to provide all of my chosen pieces of music, even to the extent of finding the exact versions of my requested music.

Our funeral directors were fabulous. The crematoria was so beautiful and well equipped. I couldn't have asked for a better send off for my Dad. He would have been so proud to have left in such a beautiful place where we could hold such a beautiful service

We experienced a nice and simple service, as planned. All our wishes of how the service went from start to finish was done so wonderfully well by all staff members. Crematorium was a lovely clean and peaceful environment. The sound system for the selected music was excellent also.

I purchased a RV refrigerator from Dyers RV Parts/Accessories as they had the best price available. I arranged for a mobile RV service to install the refrigerator in my RV. The mobile RV technician said could not finish the install as a "wiring harness" was missing. I called RV refrigerator company myself and talked to 4 different people who could not give me an answer. So frustrating! And I was getting no where! I called Dyers RV to see if they could help and I spoke with Kristi. She understood my frustration and offered to call the RV refrigerator company herself as she had a contact there. The next day I had the answer in an email that Kristi forwarded from the RV company tech: a "wiring harness" was not needed and it was to be "hardwired in". The email was complete with a detailed diagram and instructions. Kristi even followed up with a phone call to make sure I had receive the email/information and whether she could help with anything else. Such great customer service by Kristi at Dyers RV where she went beyond to help me in a difficult and frustrating situation. I will be a customer for life with Dyers RV because of Kristi and dedication to her job. BIG THANK YOU, KRISTI !!!

We had been looking for this part (or as it turns out combination of parts) for our Domectic 2454 refrigerator for a few months, even on Ebay! No one could get it until MAYBE March 2023 if then. I was reading on the Casita forum and someone mentioned getting a part for their fridge at dyersonline.com so I went to their website and found a kit that might work. I contacted the support team by email and was told part I needed was discontinued but they would forward our info to Dometic to see if that kit would fit our fridge and was told YES it would !! We placed an order that day and received it a few days later. It took three weeks for us to find time to install it. Easy peezy!! Really 4.5 stars. I ordered a Yamaha ef2000isv2 generator. They sent me a used one with missing parts. I complained; they paid to ship it back from my home (UPS pickup) and sent a new one. The generator does not come with oil, I asked for a quart of oil, and they said they would send 2 quarts of oil. They sent 12 quarts of yamalube oil (a whole case). I asked them again for an Merchandise Return Authorization, and they paid to have 10 quarts of oil shipped back to them. The support person, Rachael was great. The Covid 19 thing must have the shipping department in disarray. In the end, I wasn't in a hurry, got a great price, and 2 quarts of yamalube oil.

Ordered a Kar Kaddy SS460 and accessories. Product shipped and was received in a couple of days.

I wanted cut-pile carpet tiles for my home and found DCTUK online. Their "Nouveau Home Comforts" looked ideal and the price was good. Ordered on a Friday afternoon and DPD delivered them the next morning - I really wasn't expecting that fast a delivery. The tiles themselves are terrific - perfectly cut with no ragged or unsquare edges and they look great - almost unrecognisable as tiles rather than roll. They're very nice to walk on - nothing like the "office" type of carpet tiles. I previously had cheap but functional carpet tiles down and these are a huge upgrade on those. They're not "cheap as chips" but they are good value and I couldn't find this quality for less anywhere. I've had no issues with "spam". They've sent a a few promo emails but it works out about one every three days, in the run up to Black Friday when every retailer is chasing sales so that's hardly excessive. (There's an "unsubscribe" link on their emails if needed). My needs for flooring are very limited but I would certainly look to use them again if the need arises.

I have been dealing with DCTUK, specifically Lewis, for over a year due to various delays to the project I was sourcing for. I cannot fault the customer service I have received, communication was always quick whenever I had any queries and he proactively checked in with me every couple of weeks for any updates. A big thank you for such a great experience for a complex project - 10/10 would recommend!

Good professional service with products arriving at speed

I placed an order and was immediately bombarded with emails. Constant emails that I NEVER SIGNED UPTO. Unfortunately after ordering and paying I immediately got offered a discount! Constant emails - unacceptable. Unsubscribed. They emailed to ask how they did - well here is your answer…… Stop spamming everyone. Look at your other reviews complaining about email spam. Whatever you do don’t give them your email address.

Terrible experience from start to finish. I would only use this company again if I had no other option to match existing tiles. Initially, the website showed my chosen tiles as in stock, but after speaking with them, I was forced to switch to a cheaper option. The installation was a nightmare. The fitter didn’t consult us about the 90-degree checker pattern, leading us to step in and correct him partway through the first room. The carpet tiles were poorly fitted—too large for the space—leaving me to constantly stamp down the sticking-up edges. Most of the edges were uneven and sloppy, contributing to the overall poor workmanship.To make matters worse, I recently discovered they damaged some of my furniture during the process. The fitter didn'tseem to want to be there. Despite multiple promises, it took ages for them to collect the old tiles for recycling. They also ran out of tiles toward the end of the project but had already disposed of the waste, making it impossible for me to verify what was missing. I ended up being charged for additional tiles, and they left me with excess glue that I shouldn’t have had to buy.In summary, this was a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience.

This was the second time that we ordered carpet tiles from DCTUK. As before we have had excellent service from them. We like that you can order samples to see the exact colours and textures before you buy. Delivery is normally very fast however this time the courier damaged our tiles but this was efficiently sorted out by the team at DCTUK and replacement tiles were dispatched enabling us to complete our floor.

Mega god kundeservice. Vi købte et telt, der gik op i syningen anden gang vi skulle bruge det. Vi fik tilsendt et nyt indenfor få dage. Dette telt havde desværre også en fejl med syningerne, anden gang det blev slået op. Kundeservice er mega hjælpsomme og sender pengene retur.

Håpløst å få kontakt og ordnet opp i problemer

Jeg gik ind og bestilte en vare hvor der skulle være tre i en pakke. Vi valgte at købe to pakker da vi skulle bruge fire stk. da vi fik varen var det to pakker med en i hver pakke. På fakturaen står der i stk i hver pakke. Men på hjemmesider står der tre i hver pakke. Det er ikke ok.

Fantastic service. Repaired and converted a 25 year old camcorder tape. V pleased with results and prompt and professional.

I have recently had an 8mm film, over 50 years old, transferred onto a DVD. I am so pleased with job you have done, far beyond my expectations as the tape was so old, and some of the sound track was damaged! I now have a clear vision and sound of ‘grandad’ for my six grandchildren, that he was sadly, never able to meet. The DVD shows their grandad at 32 taking great delight in his hobby of radio controlled aeroplanes! We are a very happy and grateful family!!

At the beginning of the disc the format is wrong, cutting out some important titling, The whole film has been transferred at the wrong speed, slowing down the pace of the commentary. Part of the reel was not transferred. Altogether, the disc is quite useless.

We had super 8's put on to a DVD and Cine-magic provided a great service. We opted to have the film without music but we're advised by someone at Cine-magic that the film would be better with the music and he was definitely right! We were so impressed with the service that we have dug out nearly 300 slides to turned into digital. Thank you

Such a wonderful result from a pile of mixed up cine films. The friendly staff were helpful and informative at every stage. Their knowledge of this product gave me great confidence in the results; and I wasn't disappointed. The quality of the films are far better than expected, especially as some of the originals were not very good. I was delighted with the quality of the DVDs considering that some of the 16mm family films were more than 60 years old and were getting a bit fragile. The cost was very reasonable and the whole process was handled in an efficient and friendly manner. I asked Colin to re-do the first film I sent as I felt it was running too fast and there was some juddering, He immediately did this and it was fine... so I sent a whole box of films and the conversion is excellent. Family history coming alive in glorious colour!

I purchased my desktop computer (making me the legal owner and it being private property)from radio rentals after end of lease.Many months went past without issue, until recently.My entire HDD went into a disk sanitation (without warning), deleting years of data and the locked screen pops up. The company has yet to fix the issue.Be warned about rent to buy, they still leave software in your device they can access remotely whenever they want.

Have been a loyal customer of Radio Rentals for nearly 20yrs. In that time, I have never had an issue renting through them until now. Even though my income has increased, I could not be approved for a new phone, being told I don’t have the capacity to pay lol Went straight to another company (DIFRENT) and was approved within 24hrs, no questions asked…Steer clear of Radio Ripoff!!

Can't give less than 1 star. Have dealt with money theft, contract breaches, gaslighting and failed deal honouring. Dispute Resolutions team refuse to give information on who hacked my account and agreed to things I didn't consent to, won't transfer me to anyone high up. Have had the accc deal with them, and they've been sued by Maurice Blackburn lawyers for the same thing multiple times

A $600 dollar washing machine. $12.99 per week over 48 months becomes a $2700 dollar washing machine. You own it now but after 4 years of use and paying $2700 to rent to own would have to be one of the biggest scams going from a company. I'm surprised this company exists. People get zip pay buy it out right and only fee is $6 a month over I year it's only $72 in fees or you can pay $2100 in 4 years in fees with radio rentals.. 30 years in fees from zip it equals

They used to be such a great service but not anymore. Please read your contracts before doing biz with them.

I have been waiting nearly 2 months for a refund. First of all they told me they didn't have a refund form from me so I would have to do a new one. I done a new refund form & backdated it to the original date that was on the first one. Still waiting. Quick enough to take my money but when the shoe is on the other foot it's a different story.

I’ve been a customer since 1989 and have rented many products over the years, never been declined. My account is often a few hundred dollars in credit, my latest refund being in March. I finished paying a product out earlier this year and applied for a new product that was around the same amount. It was declined. Tried to find a reason, several phone calls, complaints form etc, took about a week of promising to have somebody ring me etc until I finally got an answer. Declined due the ‘responsible lending policy’. Seeing I’ve never missed a payment and YOU pay me money back because I’m often in credit, I think the explanation is rubbish- so much for loyalty. I’m off to the bank to withdraw some cash that you don’t seem to want and buy a washing machine. I’ll never deal with RR again once my current contracts end.

I’m still waiting for a the fridge from when I reported it faulty back in September/October 2020 this is so unfair. I don’t have a fridge to keep my food at the healthy temperature required!   I am mother of 5 children, so can you imagine how hard this is? I’m struggle as it is and have had no support what so ever from them. No one has bother to contact me in via email.  This is not right and I feel after 17 years supporting radio rentals, putting so much money in them, over charged on RRP which I understand as I was renting to own and I end up getting treated like this with a faulty product!!  Put yourself in my shoes here ‘Do you think this is fair as a customer’? Disappointing!!!

Reading all these reviews, I have to agree with them all. Not worth any stars at all. They are ignorant thieves. I have purchased, washing machine, computer, tv, suround sound system. No telling when contracts finished, taking credits, always reminding you when 1 day late, even though you are constant in payments.. rude ignorant Indians I can't ever understand. absolute katastrophe ! wir versuchen seit 1.5 Jahren unseren Balkon fertig zu stellen ... ein glasteil des balkon's wurde in der zeichnung entfernt obwohl die angaben korrekt durchgegeben wurden, dies nun zu korrigieren zieht sich seit ewigkeiten. wir haben ein geruest stehen und es geht seit monaten nichts. keiner antwortet auf irgendwelche emails oder anrufe

Unseriöser Online-shop Verkauf trotz Insolvenzverfahren…. Keine Reaktionen mehr von Glasprofi24 auf Aufforderungen bzw Mails. Lediglich unseriöses Angebot "durch überweisung von weiteren 536,00€ wird die Ware geliefert" Anwalt ist eingeschaltet !!! Sch**ß Laden.

Vorsicht, das Unternehmen befindet sich in einem Insolvenzverfahren in Eigenverantwortung. Getätigte und bezahlte Aufträge befinden sich in der Insolvenzmasse. Zum herausslösen muss man nochmal 50% überweisen um die Bestellung zu erhalten !!

Wir haben ebenfalls unsere Ware im Dezember 2024 komplett im voraus bezahlt. Inzwischen hat Glasprofi24 per eMail über die Eröffnung des Insolvenzverfahrens in Eigenverwaltung unterrichtet. Gleichzeitig wurde in Aussicht gestellt, gegen eine sehr kurzfristige und zusätzliche Zahlung von ca. 50% auf den ursprünglichen Preis die Ware erhalten zu können. Das Verfahren sei mit dem Insolvenzverwalter so abgestimmt. Gleichzeitig läuft die Web-Seite von Glasprofi24 unverändert weiter, inkl. Rabatten etc. Ich bin gespannt, was mein Anwalt dazu sagt.

Achtung, das Unternehmen hat Insolvenz angemeldet. Ich habe mit Vorkasse bestellt und wurde darüber informiert, dass meine Bestellung nicht mehr geliefert wird.

Achtung, keine Vorkasse !!! Ich habe für 16200€ im Dezember Windschutz bestellt und per Vorkasse bezahlt. Ich habe am 09.01 eine Mail bekommen, dass die Ware fertig und in der Verpackung ist. Jetzt am 02.02 habe ich eine Mail bekommen, dass sie leider eigenverantwortlich Insolvent sind und weitere 8000€ für den Auftrag benötigen oder das Geld und die Ware in die Insolvenzmasse geht. Gleichzeitig wird das gleiche Produkt weiterhin auf Ihrer Webseite verkauft - zum gleichen Preis ! Das bedeutet zukünftie Kunden werden entweder in die Irre geführt und werden ihr Produkt nie zu diesem Preis bekommen (oder garnicht bekommen) oder ich muss jetzt mehr bezahlen als wenn ich es heute einfach bestellen würde. So oder so ist dieses Vorgehensweise unseriös, wenn ich aufgrund der Nichtlieferung von Kauf zurücktrete bleibt ihr auf dem Produkt sitzen und die Insolvenz ist ein Schritt näher - nicht wirtschaftlich ! Ich werde als nächstes den Sachverwalter (Anwalt) der die eigenverwaltende Insolvenz (beg)leitet anrufen und anschließend mich mit meiner Rechtsschutz absprechen. Bei Neuigkeiten berichte ich wie es weitergeht

Glasvordach Duravento 5 Sterne für die Mitarbeiter von Glasprofi24. Meine Fragen wurden stets zügig und freundlich per email beantwortet. Auf meine Sonderwünsche wurde auch eingegangen. Die Lieferung per Spedition lief auch ohne jegliche Komplikationen ab. Nun zum Produkt. Das Duravento Glasvordach überzeugt nicht nur durch seine edle Optik, sondern auch durch hervorragende Qualität. Mein von mir ausgewählter Montagepartner war ebenso von der Qualität und Präzision der Teile begeistert.

Katastrophe Erfahrungen mit Glasprofi24! Wir hatten im April eine Duschabtrennung bestellt. Nach 3 Telefonaten mit der Service Hotline und diversen Entschuldigungsemails, wurde die Glasabtrennung dann im Juli erst geliefert. Leider waren dann die Abdeckprofile nicht bei der Lieferung vorhanden. Ich hätte schon stutzig werden sollen, da der Spediteur schon gesagt hat, dass es bei Glasprofi24 zu sehr vielen Beschwerden kommt. Nach Reklamation würden dann Abdeckprofile geliefert, jedoch waren diese nicht vollständig. Weitere Reklamation und es wurden nicht die Abdeckungen geliefert, sondern weitere Klemmprofile und diese auch ohne Abdeckung. Jetzt hab ich jeglichen Service aufgegeben und das Problem Schlussendlich selber gelöst. Bestellung und Zahlung waren bereits im April 2024 erfolgt. Die letzte FALSCHE Sendung erfolgte im August 2024. Ich kann nur jedem von einer Bestellung abraten! Im Nachhinein scheint das auch kein Einzelfall gewesen zu sein.
