TD Frosty was probably THE WORST ive ever had.. First of all he was missing in jungle for like 10 mins while the whole team was asking from him to join in fights because we werent able to defend without him (he got all the early kills) he never joined after all 2nd i texted to him in game and in eloboost chat also 2 times and he never replied to me with an excuse "i dont have 2 monitors to answer" or " i dont answer when im fighting" (meanwhile he wasnt in fight for 10 mins like i said) 3d i tried to ask him after the game why he acted like that in game and he told me like "i had 12 kills" like a bronze player (not to mention that top and mid dealed more dmg than him even if he got the most of the kills) and i was like why u were missed all the fights last 10 mins? and he told me that i had to focus in game and not to chat with our mid.. like it was my fault we were playing 4vs5 waiting for him to join. and last but not least in the end of the game while they had baron and invade in our base he was doing red :) like a real troll! i mean for real not suprised that he has 4,5 in 6 reviews btw im paying for the matches not to climb but for the experience also to warch a "high elo player" playing and communicate with him and asking for tips.. i cant even believe that hes high elo player with that attitude and that play and i have to say THAT THE TEAM WAS FINE all of them we havent any troll or really bad player to be honest

Bonjour Une honte car j’ai acheté une trottinette Etwow booster que j’ai payé 1200€ pour 45 km d’autonomie et 45km . La trottinette était défectueuse il m’ont pris la trottinette en garantie pour changer le contrôleur . Il m’ont renvoyé la trottinette et la surprise elle était limité à 25 km ‼️‼️ Ils m’ont dit que c’était la loi et que les trottinettes était limité à 25 km /heures, mais j’ai payé le prix fort pour avoir un trottinette qui était vendu pour 45 km /heure. J’utilise cette trottinette sur voie privé alors pourquoi m’avez vous modifier mon modèle Je recommande vraiment pas la société E-twow Je devais racheter le nouveau modèle, et je ne le ferai pas Un conseil passez votre chemin ‼️‼️

Entreprise fermée qui était en liquidation judiciaire il y a qqs mois. Il n'y a plus rien à attendre coté SAV pour ces trott achetées par loin de 1000€. J'avais ma batterie qui commence à montrer des signes de fatigue c'est foutu pour me la faire changer alors que achetée y a un an... Attention aussi y a des soucis avec la roue avant qui se bloque chez plusieurs utilisateurs qui peut etre tres dangereux.

Bonjour je suis tombée en panne le 28 juillet avec une trottinette acheter un an auparavant déjà en panne une première fois au bout de 2 mois le sav a fait la réparation sans problème et la je suis de nouveau en panne depuis le 28 juillet personne ne répond au email , ni au téléphone c'est honteux franchement j'en suis a la deuxième trot que j'achète chez vous pourtant c'est pas sérieux !!

Achat d'une Etwow GT en 2022 (couleur orange). Après 2300 kilomètres le contrôleur est grillé d'après le magasin qui me l'a vendu (wattmob à Lyon). Cette panne est assez dangereuse car la roue s'est bloquée. Retour au magasin car sous garantie et ... stupeur ! Elle n'est plus réparable car Etwow France est tout simplement en liquidation judiciaire (société Ecologic de son vrai nom).

Malheureusement E TWOW est en liquidation judiciaire depuis le 1er Janvier 2023, c’est à dire que cette entreprise n’existe plus. Ils avaient tenté un redressement en Juillet qui n’a pas abouti. Pour moi c’est une énorme déception et je me demande comment je vais faire pour l’achat de ma prochaine trottinette. J’ai une trottinette E Twow depuis 2020 et environ 2500 km au compteur. Elle marche tjs, n’a jamais crevé, les freins sont impeccables mais … elle s’use. L’écran ne s’allume presque plus et elle a pris quelques petits chocs par ci par là. Je pensais racheter une E twow mais visiblement cela ne sera pas possible. C’était une superbe marque française ! Avec des trottinettes de qualité ! Ce qui m’avait convaincue c’était le faible poids combiné aux performances ! Et oui je suis une femme de 45 kilos et il me parait essentiel de pouvoir porter ma trottinette sans difficulté ! Ce qui est le cas avec E Twow… comment je vais faire maintenant…

À fuir ! Ma trotinette est de mauvaise qualité, plusieurs problèmes depuis le début de l'utilisation et aujourd'hui, moins d'un an après l'achat, une énième panne immobilise la trotinette depuis plusieurs semaines... Aucune réponse à mes mails, site internet qui bug Ce n'est pas le service auquel on s'attend lorsqu'on achète un produit plus de 500€

Problèmes de qualité et SAV absent
Bonsoir, J’ai acheté une trottinette E-TWOW GTS Premium en octobre 2022. Depuis je n’ai que des problèmes : un freinage kers qui ne fonctionne pas, une autonomie de 10-15km au lieu des 35km. Le pourcentage de la batterie passe subitement de 80% à 50%. Enfin, depuis quelques jours l’afficheur s’éteint subitement. SAV absent. Pas de réponse par e-mail ni par téléphone, et ce depuis des mois. C’est un scandale pour un produit à plus de 1000€. Plus jamais je ne recommanderai une trottinette de cette marque (alors même qu’elle avait historiquement une bonne réputation sur la qualité).

It got lost in the shuffle and when we found it we were delighted to be able to order for this year's holiday celebration. We're so glad we did! We ordered two Tomahawk Steaks. Faucet Stop is a scam
We ordered two different orders over a week ago. I received email confirmations for both orders. Because the items hadn’t arrived and I hadn’t received tracking numbers, I tried to call customer service to check on the status. The customer service voicemail says they’ll re-open on Monday (it is now Wednesday), and does not allow a message to be left. So I contacted their customer service via e-mail. I received an email back saying both orders had been cancelled. I tried to call and email customer service to find out what was going on; voice calls still go to the “we are closed until Monday” message, and no response to emails. This company is a scam. Don’t order from them. I’m now concerned that they have my credit card information. My next call is going to be to my bank to have my credit card cancelled. What a hassle. Next time I’ll pay the extra and order from Ferguson.

I gave one star only because there is no "0". I ordered a faucet on Thursday, Sept. 21. Where I ordered it said the faucet was in inventory. Didn't hear anything from them so on Saturday I sent an email inquiry and got the following email response: Note the dates. "Thank you for your email. In observance of Passover we will be closed from 4:00pm EDT on Monday, April 10th, 2017 and we will return Thursday April 13th, 2017 at 9:00AM EDT." I sent another email on Monday, Sept. 25 and got the same response. I then called them and spoke to a lady who said they had been closed Thursday and Friday for a Jewish holiday and had just returned to work. She said she would check on my order and call me back in the afternoon. Never did call. Monday evening, Sept. 24, I received the following email from them time stamped at 5:17 PM: Order Reference Number: #FS47149 Dear Orrin, We are confirming that your order with Faucet Stop was cancelled. It was a pleasure to serve you. If you have any questions or if you would like to proceed with your order, please call us toll-free at 1-877-628-3025 ext (). Thank You. Faucet Stop Customer Care I received the exact same email from them two more times that were time stamped at 5:28 and 5:33 PM. I called their number again this morning and got a recording saying they were closed and to check their web site for hours of operation. Why wouldn't the recording just state what their hours are instead of forcing their customers to log on to their computer and go to their web site to check the hours? Really, really stupid. To net it out, I have done business with many online businesses and Faucet Stop is by far the most messed up business I have ever delt with.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Ordered a toilet part with premium three day shipping. Two weeks later it hasn't arrived. I've called 6 times and sent two emails and all I ever get is a runaround and a promise to call me back asap with information, but the call never arrives. Do not do business with this company.

By far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I ordered some toilet seat caps back on February 6 and have yet to receive them. It's been almost 6 months. Every time I call I get the run around. I have been extremely patient and have not seen my products or the refund I requested a week ago. I filed a dispute on PayPal and called my bank to file a claim. These people are crooks. Do not shop here!!!

Questionable Business Practices
I ordered an item and was told originally that the lead time was 4 to 6 weeks. When I responded with a cancellation request their narrative changed: one item was found and ready to ship immediately. I discovered a hairline crack in the basin of the purchase but since I failed to notify of them of the damage within 72 hours I was refused a refund. The customer service team basically stuck to their caveat emptor line: You should have read the policy prior to purchasing. I strongly suspect they knowingly sent me a damaged product.

Do NOT recommend using Faucet Stop!
I have had nothing but issue after issue trying to receive the faucet I ordered. I paid for 3 day shipping. A week later I still had not received it. I called Faucet Stop and they told me it would be overnighted. Two days later and I still had not received it. I DO NOT recommend ordering anything from this company unless you want to deal with problem after problem. It is not a trustworthy and reliable company.

Faucet Stop: Where customer service went to die
It's been almost a month since I ordered a part from Faucet Stop, with that great "three day" delivery. I ask Faucet Stop where my part is, and they tell me they will email me a tracking number. Not only do I not have the part, I also haven't received the tracking number in over a week of being told I would. Then I'm told since Monday is a holiday, so they will get back to me on Wednesday. Rosh Hashanah is now a two-day holiday? Maybe it's like their shipping promise: three days really means three months, so a holiday is really multiple holidays. Or maybe Faucet Stop doesn't understand the concept of time, or customer service, or the power of social media to shed light on one of the worst online firms I've come across in 20 years. Do yourself a favor, shop for your plumbing repair needs anywhere else.

Horrible return experience
Ordering online was easy enough, though it took a month to get to my house after I first ordered the product. Once I discovered how long it would take to get to my house, I called to return the order *before it shipped*. It ended up shipping anyway. I've called 3 times now to figure out how to return it, and 2 months later, I finally got an email with instructions on how to return it. Now, I have to pay the shipping fee to ship it back, PLUS a restocking fee. I wish I NEVER purchased anything from them.

I needed to replace a kitchen faucet that had been discontinued!
I called FaucetStop to see if they could locate a specific faucet! Within about 6 minutes they located the exact faucet in Canada! I ok'd the purchase of the faucet! The faucet arrived exactly within their predicted time frame! I was totally satisfied with the delivered product! I was totally satisfied with the sales department & customer service department! I would definitely recommend FaucetStop in the future!

Useless, Rude & Clueless
Shocking customer service. Sent out the wrong part and refused to do anything about it, then wanted us to pay for the postage to send it back to correct their error. The part they sent looked nothing like the image, and they tried to fob it off that it was due to the supplier. Phone lines never work, people who run the customer service emails are beyond rude and unhelpful. Paid for next day delivery and they shipped it on the day it was meant to arrive. Would avoid at all cost and spend your money elsewhere.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, I paid extra for next day delivery on, however it arrived late. Not only this, the item they sent was completely wrong and not what I ordered. When emailing the customer service I was utterly disappointing as they couldn't care less nor offered any support. The team tried to convince me the items I ordered were correct however the photo on the website and what was delivered are completely different. I also forwarded information over to an electrician and plumber who were doing the maintenance for me and the comments they have 'scammed you'.

Extremely Poor communication
Ordered a part on July 7th, was notified on the day that was not held in stock and it would be made to order as a 'special order' (not a problem, understand not all parts are held in stock). Over 2 months later, only 2 e-mails: 1 which was the original receipt that I had made a purchase and money had been taken from me, and the 2nd was to state that they would advise us of tracking when the warehouse had received the part (so no clarification on a timeline or whether anything had actually happened, at which point just over 1 month had passed). No confirmation of the part being sent to us (if it ever was made), no confirmation or details provided that the part had actually been ordered by BoilerParts to be made, no response to 3 other e-mails, 1 made at this time and 1 which ignored a request for a refund if the order could not be fulfilled last week - I appreciate that things can fall through the cracks, however the lack of urgency to communicate, the little (and very unhelpful) communication and the choice to ignore complaints and requests for over 2 months has lead to an extremely poor experience.

Shameful! AVOID
After looking on trust pilot for a trusted and reliable boiler parts supplier and seeing the reviews I was confident in ordering from these guys however, I ordered parts from them which all got delivered fine. One of the parts however came broken, so I contacted them via email and they responded and asked me to send them a picture so they can send it to the warehouse and arrange a replacement. After sending the photo and then asking for an update, it's now been 2 working days and they have not got back to me at all! No update on the part of they sent a replacement, they didn't even offer me a refund, literally heard absolutely nothing back despite sending more than one email. I have been left without heating and hot water for several days now and despite informing them of this they didn't even bother to reply!! I would avoid ordering from this company at all costs especially if you want prompt support and service. You will not get it with boiler parts! AVOID
