WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - STEER CLEAR

I started with Ring Central in the spring of 2020. While initially impressed with their features, it has been a negative experience since this time. This post serves as a warning to future customers. My biggest gripe is that I signed up for a 2 year contract. When that contract expired, they renewed the contract for the ENTIRE TERM. In other words, I am locked in for another full TWO YEARS. This is frankly bad business practice. If you do sign up with Ring Central, make sure you do not agree to this auto-renewal. They do not contact you at the time of renewal. You are simply locked in. To cancel future long-term contracts, they will not discuss with you. Their service is terrible. You'll receive the standard call centre experience. You'll call and speak to a FOREIGN rep, who you explain your issue to, only for them to not have heard a word you uttered. Very frustrating. The Ring Central interface, while feature rich, is absolutely terrible. There are no local reps that you can discuss with (I live in Canada), and you simply have to figure things out, in spite of the onboarding experience you do, which is far from comprehensive. If you like headaches, proceed with Ring Central.

B-Stock or New?

I recently bought a Denon CD player from Hyperfi which arrived in used condition. When I complained, I was told that the item was actually "B-Stock". I didn't remember any notification letting me know I was not buying new during purchase. I later discovered a very brief mention which requires scrolling down to the bottom of the following page, way past the player's description and way past the "add to cart" button which were on the main page. I think the words "B-Stock" should be on the 1st page or main page, certainly before the "add to cart" not after. I ended up having to pay postage and return postage.

I am a huge fan of iced coffee in cans, having tried numerous different brands! I can say, quite honestly, that Jimmy's Extra Shot Strong Espresso is the worst one that I have tried (even worse than Costa!) I only tried Jimmy's because they were on offer at Amazon! Bad move! This is NOT in the least bit a strong coffee - it is watery with an indeterminate taste (definitely not coffee!) I'm sorry I bought twelve of these cans as they are most unpleasant to drink!

Simply Stunning.

As a Lego collector, my sets require dusting and can be very time consuming. The display cases supplied remove the need for this. Mailing failure--refuse to admit their mistake

I have had great results with BestPrintBuy in the past and they are my go-to for easy business mailings. This time I elected to have them send out my mailing. 1) The envelope proof was blank, when it was mailed it had an awkwardly stamped return address that I did not approve. They said they have to include a return address per USPS guidelines which is fair, but I should have been given a proof before the mailing because I would have mailed them myself. 2) I chose the option to pick a center point and a radius of .4 miles within a particular neighborhood. Only 163 of 750 were mailed within the radius (2 of which were mailed to me!) and one was mailed to a city on the other side of Boston. Things happen so I reached out and they refuse to admit their mistake and provide with with a partial credit to re-send with my own mailing list. They said the radius cannot be always followed and they could be mailed anywhere on the carrier's route. That would be fine because all my addresses were in the carrier's route, but they were not. They were mailed miles and miles away and are not relevant to those households. I requested a call back from management which they promised a week ago and I have not heard from anyone yet. Buyer beware. Don't trust the options they offer you for mailing, mail them yourself or better yet choose a different company who stands behind their product for a repeat customer. Update: They must have read my review because while I still haven't received the call back from the manager they promised, they replied referring to statements in this review, but now they state I am wrong because I selected a radius of .4mi, not .25mi. This is correct, I did select .4mi but it does not change anything. If everything was mailed within .4mi, I wouldn't be complaining. They claimed I chose a parameter of households of $250K+ which is not true as evidenced by the list of the households it was mailed to that they sent to me. And finally, are citing part of their disclaimer incorrectly. They said the disclaimer states "will include delivery outside of the selected area along the postal routes.", but the disclaimer actually states "Use of this particular "Radius Around an Address" tool will include delivery outside of the selected area to addresses along any postal carrier routes that pass through this selected area." I read and understood this disclaimer before accepting it because only one postal route passes through the selected area (.4mi radius around the center address) which ensures my mailing would be sent within the designated area. My mailing was mailed to households miles away from the radius along other postal routes including one to a city ten miles away. I would be very happy to delete all of this and change my review to 5 stars if they would be fair and credit me with 78% of the $699.26 I paid following their rules. I generally do not take to internet reviews. I always try to resolve problems directly with a company, but when they refuse to remedy a situation that cost me $500+, I had no other recourse and wanted to caution others. As stated, I have been very happy with this company in the past and would like to continue using their service, but I cannot if they are not going to be fair. If they would fairly refund the incorrect portion of the mailing so I could send out a new one, I would continue to use their service and encourage everyone to do so (with the caveat that you should not choose a radius mailing because it doesn't work).

I cant recommend Oakleaf highly enough, I had an original insurance claim with my rental accommodation lasting 2 years but with a different company and then a new issue / claim using Oakleafe. I wish I had used them from the start as the process was quick, efficient and easy. The communication and explanation was excellent, I didn’t need to chase them and the manner of understanding regarding such a difficult time was not something I experienced with the first company.

Professional, yet something lacking

Great start to our loss assessment claim, fast responses and a dedicated/appointed claim handler who took a lot of the work out the process. Helped immensely against our insurers who wanted to pay out bare minimum for damages. We opted to go through Oakleafe's trusted contractors, who were however downright sloppy (Slayco). Lost house keys, leaving front door wide open for hours unattended. We were unfortunate to have our house flood twice in 6 months while repairs took place, beyond this point Oakleafes interest was in obtaining another insurance claim for what I assumed would be more commission for the claim handler. When I did not raise another claim, interest in the existing claim dissipated drastically, and it became a drag to communicate and get the initial claim resolved. Strong start, but a slow finish.

We recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a house fire. Oakleafe (and Abbas Khan) made the claims process much smoother than we anticipated. He dealt with the difficult insurance company and underwriters. We did not have the time and stamina to deal with someone that is working against you. I must admit a couple of months ago I was going to write a different review as the person dealing with my claim was the worst ever, but then I was given a fantastic man called Robert Hickson, within weeks he had sorted everything out that had been left by his predisesor and more. Robert has been the most attentive and kindest man, he even drove from Taunton to Rotherham to come and meet myself and my husband. Very good! A member of staff down and still managed to turn my repair around in good time! Have moved to the midlands from the south coast and no longer have access to my ‘usual’ computer guy so am very happy to have used them and will continue to do so from now on. Nobody recommended DCSL to me but I recommend to you should you need a recommendation. Only suggestion I would make to DCSL is try to keep a few more bits in stock rather than relying on your 24h supplier, only so that someone can pop in, buy the bit they need and carry on with their day, as opposed to a full diagnostic service followed by a recommendation (which matched my original diagnosis). The upside of all this was at least you were able to tell me my PC was in good health and I got the upgrade I so badly needed!! :-) Great service and see you very soon for my next ‘project’.

First time and last time I use this company.

I placed an order on the 13th of November. It still hasn't been dispatched. No updates, no communication. They don't answer emails. I've now opened a case with PayPal to get a refund. I've had to use a different company to receive some waterless shampoo, which have dispatched the same day as purchased. This will be the first & last time of using this company. The waterless shampoo is excellent. Whilst my 8 year old with ASD was playing, I was able to wash his hair, towel it and comb with absolutely zero fuss! He went out looking smarter than he has in months! He doesn't usually mind a bath after some persuasion but hates getting his hair wet. The water spray bottle for a little daily tidy up is also impossible now, but this gentle foam will be a total game changer. As someone who sometimes runs long distance races, I'm going to treat myself to the waterless bodywash so I can be clean and fresh for my journey home. Great product.

Vi fik en rigtig god snak om vores behov og fik arrangeret en prøve tur i en Ford Kuga plugin hybrid fra 2024. Selv om vi havde mange spørgsmål under hele forløbet tog sælger sig god tid til at besvare dem. Tiden var kommet til hvores Kia Sportage hybrid plugind stod til udskiftning til en ren el bil vi startede med en snak med Peter Søndergaard om hvilket størrelse bil vi tænkte m.m Prøvede en Volvo ved Peter Søndergaard og fik en pris på hvad den gamle bil kun koste. Der efter valgte vi at gå en smut på den anden side og kigge på en Ford Capri. Der mødte vi Nikolaj Sylvest. Som sendte os ud at prøve køre en Capri. Det hele er er så endt i en handle og bilen er leveret i dag. Til Nikolaj Sylvest skal der lyde en stor tak på du brugte nogle timer på din fridag på at udlevere bilen og gemmen gå den. Kan klart anbefale en handlen med Nikolaj Sylvest alt har været til Som det skulle være. Samtidig skal der os lyde en stor tak til Peter Søndergaard for hans kompetencer og vejledning til et nyt bil køb ved pedersen og nielsen i Risskov

Mijn ervaring met Fixeren is uiterst teleurstellend en moet dringend onder de aandacht gebracht worden. Onlangs bracht ik mijn PlayStation naar Fixeren voor een reparatie van een loszittende HDMI-aansluiting. Na de reparatie merkte ik al snel dat de HDMI-poort nog steeds niet goed werkte, hoewel het beeld tijdelijk wel functioneerde. Bij het afhalen van mijn PlayStation voelde ik dat er niets aan de HDMI-poort was gedaan. Enkele weken later ging het apparaat opnieuw stuk, waarop ik contact opnam met de filiaal. Hierin kreeg ik te horen dat de schade niet onder garantie viel en kreeg ik verwijten hoe ik het apparaat weer stuk had kunnen maken. en waarom ik niet nog eerder contact heb genomen. Na een heftige discussie met de manager van het filiaal in Amstelveen, waarbij ik duidelijk in mijn recht stond, werd uiteindelijk besloten de reparatie kosteloos opnieuw uit te voeren. Echter, toen ik mijn PlayStation terugkreeg, merkte ik al snel dat er rode stippen in het beeld verschenen, en dat het beeld weg viel voor een paar seconden wat eerder niet het geval was. Binnen een dag had ik weer zwart beeld en dit keer was het hele moederbord beschadigd volgens personeel. Helaas ontvang ik nu opnieuw de beschuldiging dat ik verantwoordelijk ben voor deze schade, terwijl ik erop vertrouw dat het apparaat veilig te gebruiken is zonder extra handelingen die schade zouden kunnen veroorzaken. Het is absurd dat ik nu weer geconfronteerd word met kosten voor iets dat duidelijk het gevolg is van eerdere, onvolledige reparaties.

Wat een slecht bedrijf

Wat een slecht bedrijf! Ik heb twee weken gewacht op de reparatie van mijn laptop. Telkens als ik belde wat deze nog niet klaar, totdat ik door bleef vragen wanneer mijn laptop klaar was. Ik had deze namelijk hard nodig voor school. Toen lieten zij weten dat mijn laptop eigenlijk niet te repareren was, dus ze hadden er al die tijd niks mee gedaan. Jammer dat ze van tevoren andere informatie hadden gegeven en ook jammer dat ze het niet communiceren met de klant. Na deze ervaring nog doorgestuurd naar een andere locatie van Fixers. Ook hier mooiere praatjes dan de uitvoering. Ook hier heeft het lang geduurd. Ik ben blij dat ik mijn laptop nu weer thuis heb na drie weken, maar het resultaat is echt slecht. Ik heb nog steeds waterschade, terwijl ik wel de het volledige bedrag heb betaald voor de reparatie.... Ik zal het afraden!

Ik had mijn HP EliteBook 840 G8 gebracht voor een simpele interne displaykabelreparatie, maar ik had nooit gedacht dat het 3 maanden zou duren voordat ik de laptop terugkreeg. Toen ik hem eindelijk terugkreeg, waren er zoveel schroeven kwijt, en mijn onderplaat was helemaal gebogen. Dit is echt niet de winkel waar je je elektronica moet laten repareren. 0/5, blijf weg van deze winkel.

alles ... niet te bereiken, heb 90,- voor lidmaatschap betaald eind dec. 2023, de 1e afspraak op 5 maart 2024 gemaakt, zou gebeld worden voor hulp op afstand, uur zitten wachten maar niet gebeld, vervolgens naar Nieuw-Vennep waar ik uitermaten slecht ben geholpen, geen professionele mensen, wisten niets, 19 juni 2024 wel gebeld na afspraak maar deze man wist weinig van iMac en het probleem is niet opgelost, en nu kijk ik op mijn bankgegevens en zie ik ineens dat fixers een incasso heeft ingesteld van 15,- per maand en de 1e betaling al afgeschreven is vandaag. Ben heel boos ... waar is die 90,- goed voor geweest, het was een jaarabonnement! veel geld voor geen hulp.

I normally do not write negative reviews, but the customer service in this web-shop has been non-existing. They do not answer emails or take the telephone. The link to the contact-email do not work. Emails are rejected. I did not receive an order confirmation. And I did not receive the parcel, though they immediately withdraw money from my account. I informed them many time - also within their 7-days-cancel-policy, that I would like to make changes or cancel the order, but I heard nothing from them. Two weeks later I received the parcel. They do not help with any return shipment. I can not recommend to buy from this web-shop.

Franchement le service client est déplorable. J’ai commandé un sweat et des mitaines. Je n’ai reçu qu’une boîte AirPods moins cher que les mitaines. La commande du pull a été annulée et remboursée sans explications alors que le pull peut toujours être commandé sur le site à la taille voulue. Pour la réception d’une boîte AirPod a 15€ au lieu de mitaines a 27€, les commandes semblent avoir été inversées et j’essaie de joindre le service client depuis plus d’un mois sans succès. Très mauvaise expérience, site à éviter

Sweetpants, l’art et la manière de prendre le client pour un jambon… au bout de 10 jours après avoir passé commande (n*C25020127641) toujours pas de nouvelles, le colis n est même pas envoyé, la poste attend pour le prendre en charge… et depuis plus rien! Pour le prix des survêtements la prochaine fois j’irai chez Lacoste, au moins eux ont un vrai packaging digne du prix de leur vêtements ( et pas un vieux plastique à moitié déchiré) et surtout je serai certain de recevoir ma commande en temps et en heure. Chez sweetpants, cela fait déjà 3 fois que j ai le même email pré-formaté bien frustrant pour me dire que la commande sera traitée prochainement… bref j attends toujours… je ne manquerai pas de dire tout le bien que je pense de cette marque autour de moi…

Déception concernant la qualité du t-shirt L'AS PRINT TEE CREAM

Après avoir fait deux commandes chez Sweet Pants (une casquette et un sweat) qui m'ont pleinement satisfait, j'ai décidé d'acheter le t-shirt d'une nouvelle collection, le L'AS PRINT TEE CREAM en collaboration avec L'AS du FALLAFEL. Côté design, rien à redire : le t-shirt est très beau, avec de belles illustrations sur le dos et les manches. Je n'ai pas pu résister, même au prix de 75 euros, ce qui n'est pas donné. Cependant, j'ai été surpris dès que j'ai touché le t-shirt. Il était très fin, et la matière semblait étrange, loin de la qualité attendue pour un produit de ce prix. De plus, des fils de couture dépassaient, ce qui donne une impression de finition bâclée. Le plus décevant, c’est que le t-shirt, annoncé comme étant en 100 % coton, est en réalité composé de 50 % coton, 37 % polyester et 13 % viscose. Après avoir contacté le service client, j’ai appris qu’il s’agissait d’une erreur sur le site au niveau des matériaux utilisés. Je trouve cela scandaleux pour un article à ce prix et pour une marque de la réputation de Sweet Pants. En raison de cette mauvaise qualité, je vais retourner l'article, car je refuse de payer ce prix pour une qualité aussi basse. J'espère que vous accepterez cette demande et que cette information sera rapidement corrigée sur votre site afin d'éviter que d’autres clients ne soient déçus.

Service client zéro . Mon fils a acheter une casquette en avril qui se trouve complètement décoloré en juin , après les avoir contacté , envoyé des photos etc , le service client m’indique qu’ils ont recredité la CB qui avait effectuée le paiement , hors j’ai fermé le compte entre temps donc je n’ai pas eu le remboursement. Depuis ils me baladent en me disant que leur banque vérifie etc … et maintenant ils ne répondent même plus aux mails … À 60€ la casquette … vraiment décevant !

Useriøst og uprofessionelt forsikringsselskab. Ved flytning til Gjensidige stilles kunden i en dårligere position. Man bliver lovet at forsikringspræmien vil falde ved årsskiftet. Dog bliver det ikke overholdt og man skal kontakte dem endnu en gang. Jeg modtager derefter en regning på 0 kr vedr. udskiftning af bilrude. Derefter modtager jeg en rykker for selvsamme regning, men nu med fuldtbeløb + rykker. Jeg kontakter deres partner hos Gjensidige, men intet svar. Jeg kontakter derefter Techno, som lover at kigge på sagen og vil blive prioriteret. Jeg er i dialog med Gjensidige og de nævner at Techno har aldrig nogensinde kontaktet dem eller overdraget oplysninger til dem. Derefter lover Techno at de vil kigge på sagen igen og fjerne diverse rykkere. Men igen igen vender Techno ikke tilbage med den lovede tilbagemelding og jeg modtager nu endnu en rykker. Så hvis i vil undgå at blive kastet rundt i et hamsterhjul af brudte aftaler, så hold jer væk fra de her useriøse forsikringsselskaber. EDIT: Jeg har kontaktet Techno Forsikring som modsiger sig selv. De skriver at de vil vende tilbage vedr. Rykkergebyret i tidligere mail. Når jeg kontakter dem, så vil de ikke længere vende tilbage og sender mig igen videre til deres partner, som ikke besvarer deres henvendelser.

Ønsker du at stiles dårligt som kunde ?

Hvis man ønsker at stilles dårligt som kunde er techno vejen frem... Efter at Techno forsikring har opsagt deres samarbejde med Synderjyske forsikring og rykket over til et partnerskab med Gjensidige forsikring er man som kunde kun blevet dårligere stillet. Jeg er gået fra ubegrænset km til kun 20.000km om året, som på ingen måder er nok i mit vedkommende. Når man kontakter Techno forsikring og oplyser om problemet, fortæller de blot at min forsikring vil stige i pris årligt, hvis jeg ønsker mere end 20.000 km om året ellers kunne jeg finde et andet forsikrings selvskab da de ikke vil kunne bibeholde min eksisterende løsning hos dem fordi de selv har fundet en ny samarbejdes partner. Men det jo også nemt at kaste problemet over på kunden og efterfølgende sige "Take it or leave it" Alt i alt en yderst uprofessionel måde at håndtere eksisterende kunders henvendelse på.

Som kunde hos Techno Forsikring modtog jeg søndag den 27/11 en e-mail med besked om, at min bilforsikring ville blive opsagt pr. 1/1, hvis jeg ikke accepterede en ny forsikring fra Gjensidige. Den nye forsikring fra Gjensidige er dårligere end den nuværende, da den kun dækker 20.000 km om året. Technoforsikring har det ikke svaret på mails så jeg har kunnet få oplyst, hvad prisen ville være når man kører mere end 20.000 km om året.

Forhastet process - utryghedsskabende

Modtog som alle andre kunder søndag d. 27/11 en mail omkring, at min bilforsikring bliver opsagt ved årsskiftet, såfremt jeg ikke accepterer en ny forsikring fra Gjensidige. Den nye forsikring ved Gjensidige stiller mig umildbart væsentlig dårligere, da man kun er dækket ved et kørselsbehov på 20.000 km om året. Ligeledes koster flere tilvalg, som ved Sønderjysk forsikring er gratis, ekstra penge ved Gjensdige. Efter at have kontaktet både Gjensidige og Technoforsikring, har det ikke været muligt at få afvide, hvad prisen vil blive, i det jeg kører væsentlig flere kilometer om året, end hvad der her dækkes. Da beslutningen skal træffes senest d. 5/12, det vil sige fem hverdage efter den første mail, er det noget nær umuligt at undersøge markedet ordentligt for alternativer. Jeg kontaktede derfor i stedet Sønderjysk forsikring, som er kommet med et yderst attraktivt tilbud, og kan anbefale andre kunder ved Techno Forsikring, at gøre det samme. Jeg stiller mig derfor noget undrendede overfor, hvorfor Techno Forsikring har truffet denne forhastede beslutning. Den er bestemt ikke i kundernes interesse, og bør have foregået i et væsentlig langsommere tempo.

Overflytning fra Technoforsikring - UNDER ALT KRITIK

Technoforsikring har indgået samarbejde med Gjensidige, så ens bilforsikring skal overflyttes til Gjensidige. 1. Ved telefonopkald 28/11 til Gjensidige, så aner supportmedarbejderen intet omkring dette - der var kun lige kommet en kort mail ud omkring dette til medarbejderen, så her var der ingen hjælp at hente. 2. Pr mail 29/11 kan Gjensidige ikke engang fortælle mig hvad prisen på min forsikring bliver, da kilometerforbruget kun er sat til 20.000km - men man bliver på mest flabet vis overspurgt om de ikke lige skal få en overflyttet alligevel. HÅBLØS KUNDESERVICE, HÅBLØS INFO TIL KUNDER - FARVEL OG TAK FOR INGENTING.

Forsikring opsagt med 1 uges varsel

Søndag aften modtog jeg en "Din bilforsikring er opsagt" mail, hvori der står at jeg flytter som kunde til Gjensidige i stedet for Sønderjysk som vi har i dag. Jeg skal svare "hurtigst muligt" og "senest 5. december" (om en uge), ellers vil jeg blive helt opsagt som kunde. Den nye forsikring stiger med indeksraten på 2.2%, som er helt forventet, men den sætter mig som kunde væsentligt dårligere, da jeg nu maks må køre 20.000 om året i stedet for fri kilometer. Derudover er der heller ikke dækforsikring. Jeg er irriteret over at mailen kommer sidst på måneden med én uges varsel, og at INGEN har styr på de nye betingelser og priser. Selv Gjensidige ved ikke hvad prisen bliver, hvis man kører mere end 20.000 kilometer. Dette stunt er sket alt, alt for forhastet og det går udover os som kunder. Derudover tørrer Techno Forsikring ansvaret af på andre, og siger at det er Sønderjysk der ikke længere vil have dem som kunde, men de vil åbenbart gerne have ASG Care som kunde? Og Sønderjysk medarbejdere ved ikke noget om det? Det lyder meget mystisk. Vi må se hvad fremtiden bringer, så skal jeg nok opdatere dette review. OPDATERET 29. NOVEMBER: Hvis du er eksisterende kunde hos Techno Forsikring i dag, kan du ringe til Sønderjysk og få et tilbud direkte hos Sønderjysk. Tilbuddet er rigtig attraktivt og stiller dig bedre end aftalen hos Gjensidige. Derudover matcher prisen din nye pris hos Gjensidige. Drop Techno Forsikring som mellemmand og gå direkte til Sønderjysk.

Jeg skiftet til Techno Forsikring for lidt over 1 år siden. Og jeg var meget usikker på om jeg skulle skifte til dem. Da jeg kunne se en del dårlig omtale om dem. Men efter jeg havde talt med dem, fik jeg indtryk af at der var styr på det nu. Og jeg har været rigtig glad for min forsikring til en god pris. ( har dog ikke haft brug for den.) Men da den er lavet via sønderjysk forsikring. Tænker jeg at den er helt ok. Men så stopper festen. Her den 27/11 2022 modtager jeg en mail fra techno forsikring. Om at min bil forsikring er opsagt pr 1/1 2023 ( det gælder ALLE og ikke kun mig) Altså om 1 måned står jeg uden forsikring. I mailen står der at jeg skal sige ja til en anden forsikring inden den 5/12 og at prisen kun stiger med 2,2%. Men nej. De kender ikke den nye pris. Og det er en noget dårligere forsikring man bliver tilbudt. f.eks. fri km, nu 20.000km (og de kender ikke prisen på at sætte den op) Sorry men det kan ikke være rigtigt/lovligt at opsige kunder med så kort varsel og så lyve om at den nye forsikring næsten er den samme. Har nu valgt at flytte min forsikring, et helt andet sted hen. Da dette er MEGET useriøst. Så tænk dig lige om en ekstra gang..

Dårlig service

Dårlig service, og meget uprofessionelt. Har valgt månedlig betaling, de bliver så ved med at sende regninger med årlig betaling, så har jeg ringet 4 gange for at få det ændret, de siger det er ændret, men så får jeg godt nok en regning mere med årlig betaling. Nu har de så afmeldt min forsikring fordi de ikke kan finde ud af at sende den rigtige regning. Der er nok en grund til deres forsikring er så billigt, skulle aldrig havde valgt Techno/sønderjysk forsikring og kommer aldrig til at vælge igen, eller anbefale. Hellere give 200-300kr mere i forsikring om måneden til et andet selskab, der har styr på det, end at få så mange telefon samtaler ang samme problem flere gange.

Recently had a disaster with my property.A friend suggested Pureflo. I contacted them and they come out within the hour.A young and helpful man set out to work and I have to say was really helpful in his work as well as reassuring me that the damage wasn't as bad as it seemed. Although it didn't look that way for me. Once completed I was more then happy to pay for the service he provided considering it was cheaper then I had gotten quoted from another company.

Pureflo, the company you took over were 100% better in my opinion, especially with pricing. the bundle I used to buy, a carbon block and a resin refill cost £31, with free postage. I have just paid you £42.67 for the same bundle, an increase of 37.5% which included £3 for postage.
