I heard about Techcenter from a friend and i'm glad i used their services. My laptop's speaker had a major problem and they connected me with a technician who helped me fix it right from my home office. He patiently worked me through the entire process. Although, i might still need to use them again since my laptop is currently lagging.

Long story, here’s the end, I am extremely grateful to the technician, Garrick at The Tech Center in Danvers! Yesterday, I broke the charger off in my laptop, Sunday afternoon! I called the Tech Center and spoke with Garrick. He said I could bring the laptop in and he’d see if he could get the broken piece out of the port, he also explained that the port could be unusable afterwards, and he gave me a quote for possible charges. When I got there Garrick had two projects on his docket which had to be completed first, completely understandable, and said to leave the laptop and come back in an hour. When I got back, the laptop was fixed and charging, Garrick went above and beyond on a busy day when he was the only tech on duty, and I’m grateful that he did.

Vi bestilte varer for ca 10 dage siden. Vi var noget skeptiske efter alle de dårlige anmeldelser, men vi tog chancen. Da jeg ikke havde hørt noget i nogen dage, kontaktede jeg kundeservice. Jeg talte med Stina, en utrolig sød og hjælpsom kvinde. Hun kunne fortælle mig at alle vores varer desværre ikke var på lager, men at de forventet de kom et par dage efter. De tilbød at sende det der var på lager, og lave en kredit notar på resten. Vi ventede dog de dage, og Idag kom vores levering. Det hele gik super fint, både med bestilling og fragt. Vi havde valgt bring. Det blev sendt fra G pris fredag, og jeg har hentet det til formiddag. Så ingen kritik herfra. Det er ikke sidste gang vi bestiller fra G Pris.

Min ordre kom på 12 dage, på 5. dagen ringede jeg til kundeservice, grundet jeg havde læst de dårlige anmeldelser, og nogen har ventet flere måneder. De fortalte min ordre var ved at blive pakket, og ja efter 12 dage var den der, ganske fin pakket ind, men mine vare kom da.

Jeg vil give folk ret i lang ventetid på orden. Men jeg synes ikke det er en stor problem når jeg ringe til gpris er de virkelig venlig og høflig god til forklarer hvordan det går men ens orden. De er godt selv klar over der har været nogle problemer som de er ved at få løst. Mit råd til folk er prøve at ringe til dem og snakke pænt. Folk i dag har ikke meget tålmodighed

Ordren lød på 350 kr inkl moms gebyr og diverse fup. Men de trak 390 kr på kortet. Lusket biks, bliv væk fra dem.

Uforskammet lang leveringstid fra Gpris., varene kom ganske vidst men man hørte først fra Gpris efter knapt 1 md !! som beklagede.. total efter ca 55 dage dukkede pakke op, så skal i bruge Gpris så forbered jer på ekstrem lang tid og ingen kommunikation.. Jeg kan anbefale Netpris.dk de har meget bedre og hurtigere service ca 14 fra bestilling til levering.

Habe ein Badmöbel bestellt. Auf der Homepage wurde die Lieferzeit mit 7-12 Tagen angegeben. Nach dem die 12 Tage vorbei waren und nichts geliefert wurde, habe ich nachgefragt. Da hieß es dann plötzlich 6-7 Wochen!!! Weder eine Entschuldigung, noch ein Entgegenkommen, um den Kunden zu besänftigen. Einfach unverschämt!! Und Stornierung ist auch nicht möglich, weil die 14 Tage schon um sind und bei einer auftragsbezogenen Lieferung diese wohl verfällt. Also liebe Käufer, Finger weg von diesem Händler, schaut euch lieber einmal mehr um und fragt nach den genauen Lieferzeiten.

Leider werden die vier Möbel seit bald drei Wochen hin und her geschickt, aber nicht zu uns! Soviel Inkompetenz habe ich noch nicht erlebt!

Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und die Ware war sehr gut verpackt. Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer war auch sehr gut.

die Lieferung der Waren erfolgte in sehr kurzem Zeitraum und zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit. Einen Teil der Ware musste ich zurück geben, da er meinen Vorstellungen nicht entsprach. Auch dieser Service wurde erstaunlich kurzfristig abgewickelt und der Gutschriftsbetrag sehr schnell erstattet. Den Service stufe ich als sehr gut ein.

Ich habe zweimal bereits bei Designbad24 bestellt. Was ich richtig klasse fand, dass man die Ware auch ueber einen Amazonkonto beszahlen kann, sofern man natuerlich ueber ein solches Konto verfuegt. Die Lieferung erfolgt schnell und unkompliziert. Das einzige, was ich nicht so gut fand, war, dass die Ware, naemlich das Badewannenthermostat in einem Karton fuer ein Duschthermostat war und ich somit davon ausgegangen bin, dass falsche bestellt zu haben und erneut eine Bestellung ausgeloest habe.

Ware wurde pünktlich und entsprechend Beschreibung geliefert. Klasse! Immer wieder gerne!

Im Verhältnis zu Mitbewerbern war die Lieferung viel günstiger und wurde Bruchfrei geliefert.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, in der Vergangenheit hat Intosol schon mehrfach unseren Urlaub geplant. Wir sind immer sehr zufrieden gewesen. Bei unserer letzten Buchung nach Botzwarna 2023 waren wir mit dem Beratungsverlauf nicht glücklich. Wir waren anderes gewohnt. In diesem Jahr habe ich wieder bei Herrn Rabe ein Reise angefragt. Herr Rabe wollte sich nach ein paar Tagen mit einem Angebot melden. Dies ist bis heute nicht ( 1,0 Monate später ) geschehen. Ich habe das Gefühl unser Budget ist Herrn Rabe zu klein. Sollte dies so sein, ist es doch kein Problem dem Kunden dies mitzuteilen. Nach den vielen schönen geplanten Urlaube durch Intosol finde ich diese Entwicklung schade. Ich wünsche Intosol für die Zukunft alles Gute. Eg gibt auch noch andere gute Anbieter. Freundliche Grüße Franz Josef Nagelschmitz

Vorsicht...Intosol scheint insolvent zu sein...unsere Reise, die am 14.04.2024 beginnen sollte und von uns mit einem sehr hohen 5-stelligen Betrag bezahlt wurde, findet nicht statt, die Reiseziele in Botswana sind teilweise gebucht und nicht vor Ort bezahlt worden, wir stehen nicht auf der Passagierliste der geplanten Flüge, im Reisebüro ist niemand seit mehreren Tagen erreichbar, auf die sonstigen Versuche der Kontaktaufnahme reagiert niemand...neben dem finanziellen Disaster kommt noch die riesige Enttäuschung dazu. Unsere Reise wurde bereits im ersten Quartal 2023 von uns gebucht mit einer entsprechenden Anzahlung. Die letzte Zahlung erfolgte vor ca. 8 Wochen. Die Flüge wurden von uns über das Reisebüro ca. 6 Monaten gebucht. Auf der Passagierliste findet man uns aber nicht. Wir haben den Vorgang an einen Anwalt übergeben, der bereits aktiv geworden ist.

Absoluter Betrug, Finger weg, die Leute lassen einen ins offene Messer laufen. Wir sind seit dem 31.03.2024 unterwegs, erst Singapure dann Malediven. Sollte der schönste Urlaub und wahrscheinlich die letzte Fernreise zum 40. Hochzeitstag werden. Er wird auf alle Fälle unvergesslich werden. In der Nacht , nach 17 Stunden Flug, in einer riesigen unbekannten Stadt wurde uns dann mitgeteilt daß das Zimmer bereits 3 Tage zuvor gecancelt wurde, da INTOSOL nicht bezahlt hat. Wir haben also erst mal gleich ein paar Tausend Euro nochmals bezahlt. Man hätte uns ja zumindest vor der Reise informieren können. Wir haben keine Rückrufe erhalten, keinen Mitarbeiter erreichen können, unsere Vermittlerin ist wohl krank( wäre ich auch) keine mail wurde beantwortet und wir tausende Kilometer von Deutschland weg und in einer Altersgruppe von mitte 60, auch nicht der Sprache mächtig. Was tun? Wir haben dann auf den Malediven angerufen und uns erkundigt ob unser Bungalow reserviert ist und er wurde bestätigt. Nun sind wir seit gestern hier, nach 2 Stunden wurde ich in die Rezeption gerufen und habe erfahren daß ich bitte meine Kreditkarte noch hinterlegen müsste da der Bungalow ja noch nicht bezahlt ist. Ich habe geweint… Letztendlich versuche ich das jetzt noch irgendwie hinzubekommen mit dem Geld, ich habe Zeit bekommen bis zum 10.April. Jeder kennt das mit dem Limit, unseres war bereits in Singapure erschöpft und jeder kann sich vorstellen daß wir auch hier wieder von mehreren tausend Euro reden. Hart erspartes Geld, wir sind keine reichen Leute. Gestern kam dann eine mail von der Geschäftsleitung INTOSOL, auf Tränendrüsen gedrückt wie schwer sie es hatten und alles so schlimm durch Corona geworden ist. Ich hätte schreien können… man hätte uns doch wenigstens von der Reise abhalten können, aber mitten in der Reise so eine Info zu bekommen, das ist Betrug, arglistige Täuschung… ein absolutes Verbrechen!!!

Achtung Achtung Achtung Die Firma antwortet nicht mehr. Reise nach Namibia gebucht und die lokalen Agents habe sich bei uns gemeldet, dass Intosol sich nicht mehr meldet. Die Büroräume sind geräumt. Lange bekannte Mitarbeiterinnen melden sich nicht mehr. Man muss eine Strafanzeige gegen die Geschäftsführung und Mitarbeitern wegen Betruges und Unterschlagung von Kundengeldern in Erwägung ziehen.

Gefahr im Verzug! Wir haben eine sehr schöne Reise über Intosol nach Namibia/ Botswana geplant. Seit vier Wochen bekommen wir unsere Reiseunterlagen nicht und erreichen bei Intosol niemanden mehr. Da kein Mitarbeiter zu sprechen ist oder sich zurückmeldet rechnen wir mit einer Insolvenz. Ergänzung zu der Antwort von Intosol zu den Erfahrungen von Familie Burgermeister. Als Kunde unterscheiden wir nicht in die guten Mitarbeiter von Intosol und der Geschäftsführung, sondern wir erwarten von Intosol eine Leistung und zahlen dafür. Das ist immer ein Team-Ergebnis. Da alle Mitarbeiter von Intosol genauso wie deren Geschäftsführung abtauchen und nicht Ihrer Pflicht zur Information nachkommen machen sie sich gegebenenfalls mitschuldig an der Unterschlagung von Kundengeldern. Wenn Sie hier als Intosol Mitarbeiter auf Trustpilot anonym antworten können, dann kümmern Sie sich um unseren Urlaub und melden sie sich. Viele Grüße Dirk Müller

Unser Hotel (12 Tage AI, 7700$) war nicht bezahlt, obwohl ich den kompletten Betrag längst an Intosol überwiesen hatte. Wir mussten das Hotel nochmals vor Ort zahlen, weil bei Intosol seit Wochen niemand mehr erreichbar ist. BETRUG!

Leider kann ich nur dringend von Intosol abraten, es handelt sich offenbar um eine Betrugsfirma! Wir sind gestern von den Malediven zurückgekehrt. Bis 3 Tage vor unserer Abreise hatten wir keine Ahnung, dass die Hotelrechnung, die wir bereits im Januar an Intosol überwiesen hatten, nicht beim Hotel beglichen wurde. Das Hotel wandte sich daher an uns, weil sie niemanden von Intosol erreichen konnten. Auch unsere unzähligen Versuche, die Agentur per E-Mail oder telefonisch zu erreichen, führen seitdem ins Leere. Keine Antwort auf E-Mails, auf keiner Telefonnummer nimmt jemand ab. Wir mussten, um das Hotel verlassen zu dürfen, die Hotelrechnung in Höhe von fast 8000$ (nochmals) zahlen. Die Flüge waren gebucht, das Hotel auch, wir erhielten auch Reiseunterlagen. Die Masche des Unternehmens ist es offenbar, den Kunden so lange wie möglich an der Nase herumzuführen.

Großes Lob ist an dieser Stelle angebracht. Frau Veil hat es möglich gemacht innerhalb sehr kurzer Zeit einen unvergesslichen für uns zu planen. Die Unterkünfte haben unsere Erwartung übertroffen, die Ausflüge waren toll und man merkt Frau Veil kannte die Orte und hat uns somit super beraten. Alles war minutiös geplant und es hat funktioniert. Wir freuen uns schon auf unsere nächste Reise mit Intosol.

So I ordered two jumpers and a pair of jeans and yes the jumpers came in good condition but the jeans weren't in the package and I have been messaging the brand giving them my order number etc to show that I wasn't scamming them and I have had no replies which is unacceptable so I would say that they are an un-trusty brand. as well as this someone I know ordered from them 2 weeks ago and the clothes haven't arrived, they also said they had issued a refund AND IT HASN'T BEEN PUT IN MY ACCOUNT - THEY ARE A SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE

Davvero precisi e puntuali nella consegna della workstation, disponibili anche per chiarimenti una volta effettuato l’acquisto.

Veloci, seri e competitivi. E' la seconda workstation che acquisto da loro e sono davvero soddisfatto. La precedente workstation è stata sostituita solo per aver maggiori prestazioni, mai nessun crash, nonostante 5 anni di età non presenta rallentamenti di nessun tipo e questo è davvero un indicatore di qualità.

Come da titolo, l'esperienza è stata piacevole e il team di Workstation si è dimostrato professionale. In particolare, a nostra insaputa avevamo effettuato l'ordine a ridosso del loro periodo di ferie, e ci hanno prontamente contattato per proporci di annullare l'ordine per riavere indietro i soldi o posticipare in accordo con il loro calendario (scelta che abbiamo fatto). Hanno anche aggiunto alcuni bonus nell'ordine per scusarsi del "disagio", e sono rimasti disponibili dopo l'arrivo del computer in caso di necessità tecniche.

Necessitavo di una WS per modellazione 3D, Render e sviluppo disegni CAD come seconda postazione da utilizzare in smart working, ho trovato da Workstationshop prodotto perfetto per rapporto qualità prezzo, ricevuto in tempi rapidi e con prestazioni fin quasi superiori alle aspettative!

Le configurazioni hardware sul sito sono tante e chiare ed è gestibile la scelta della Ram con prezzi in generale, dei componenti e delle installazioni di sistema, convenienti rispetto ad altri e-commerce. Tutto corrisponde all’ordine, l’imballo ben fatto su pallet per evitare danneggiamenti, sorpresa/regalo interno con tastiera e mouse che non avevo ordinato (ringrazio molto per il pensiero davvero apprezzato!). Il pc funziona molto bene e i componenti installati sono tutti super. Dopo l’ordine ho ricevuto mail di conferma nel giro di poco e nei tempi indicati il pc è arrivato. La mia esperienza è stata molto positiva e posso consigliarla vivamente: 5 stelle senza dubbio.

We are renting our property out with Sandra Davidson as managing agent. We asked for a rent review at the end of contract, which was 12 months ago, but are still waiting. We had multiple calls, emails and complaints, and the agency simply ignores all communication, or just says that they will contact us later. Their treatment of our case is disgraceful, we now wonder if they will even vacate the property if asked. If you’re a landlord then definitely avoid and save yourself a headache

Zaid, Riz, we're great at setting up viewings, answering questions and keeping us updated with all the information we asked them. Throughout the whole process they have been honest and helped us. We got emails and text messages for every viewing we had, they carried out multiple showings and showed off our home. Lesley was our point of contact after finding our buyer and again she was brilliant. She was professional, she answered all the questions we had, she kept us up to date with everything and would call us with immediate information sometimes 3 to 4 times a day. I was impressed with Sandra Davidson as a buyer, so 9 years on they were the obvious choice when I went on the market. They quickly arranged dozens of viewing over 3 weekends and I received numerous offers. And when my buyer lost their buyer, Sandra Davidson found me another within 48 hours, which saved me from losing my purchase at the point when I was almost ready to exchange. I was advised I would be contacted before they came which they did. Alex had already got on with clearing the drain by the tube I arrived on site. He was efficient and extremely tidy. Would recommend to anyone.

We were starting some development works at our property when one of the contractors discovered that the sewers were blocked in two different places. Dave from Exjet arrived within two hours of calling them, and inside an hour from that point, he had unblocked all of the pipes. He also identified the cause and was able to explain both the layout of the system around the property and how to avoid future issues. Hugely impressed with the service all round.

Outstanding service as ever. Once again I have had to call Exjet to sort out the drains, and once again they have turned up within about an hour and completely sorted it. I have never had a bad experience with this company and they will forever be my goto drain people. Top notch service every single time. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We had a bit of a nightmare situation at Totnes Riverside on the South Devon Railway – human waste bubbling up onto the platform due to a blocked drain. Not exactly what you want to see (or smell) on a pleasant day out! Access was tricky, but Exjet came to the rescue the same day we called. Dave showed up with hand tools and tackled the blockage as best as he could. However, the stubborn drain required more aggressive methods, which meant we needed to get a vehicle into an adjacent landowner's field. As soon as we sorted that out, Exjet was back within hours. Dave and his colleague bravely wrestled with cows (who seemed very interested in the whole operation) and got the job done. The team was professional, and efficient, and didn't leave until everything was flowing smoothly again. Huge thanks to Exjet for their prompt and thorough service! If you're ever in a similar messy situation, these are the folks you want on your side. 🚽🚜🐄

We had sewerage overflowing outside from our manhole and called MetroRod who came out on the Monday morning. Their technician wasn't able to sort the problem so called in a more experienced colleague who diagnosed roots running through the pipes for up to 4m from our trees and recommended evacuation or a root cutter as he couldn't remove the roots. £306 spent and a quote for £1000 for a the root cutter to come out when it was next available. We wanted to get another opinion and called Exjet and spoke to Neil who was really helpful and made us feel a lot more confident about the whole process. He was able to arrange for the work to be done the following day but one of their senior technicians, Clifford, would come out on his way home to get an idea of what needed doing so he could set the team up for the morning. Clifford was obviously extremely experienced and was able to find a hatch in our garden halfway along the pipes which the other company hadn't found and there were no roots to that point which was a relief. Clifford had a hunch he could solve the problem and tried to remove the roots and within 2-3 minutes pulled out a plug of roots about 4-5 foot long that had been growing from roots that must have found their way in to the manhole and grown from there. The root issue wasn't from our established trees and the pipes were clear. Problem solved for £108 and the workers weren't then required to come out the following day. We couldn't recommend Exjet highly enough and in particular Neil and Clifford. They are obviously incredibly experienced and knowledgeable. We will be using Exjet for any issues going forward!!!!!

Kæmpe ros for hurtig forsendelse men mest af alt, for retur af vare i 2 omgange. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die praxisnahen Beispiele und die Möglichkeit, individuelle Fragen zu stellen. Die Referenten verfügen über umfangreiche Erfahrung und vermitteln die komplexen Inhalte strukturiert und verständlich.

Es gab einen informativen Wissensaustausch sowie hilfreiche Unterlagen für die Nachbereitung. Die Dozenten waren interessiert, auf Fragen der Teilnehmenden einzugehen, die meiner Einschätzung nach, aus einem vielen unterschiedlichen Bereichen der Prozesskette teilnahmen. Etwas erschwert wurde der Wissenstransfer, durch eine hohe Zahl von bewussten oder unbewussten Formulierungsbrücken die wohl besser als Kunstpausen der Vortragenden zu verwenden wären.

Great courses and trainers. Presentations are insightful and can be well used as manuals for process workflows.

Schulung: Analytik kompakt für CMC (1,5 Tage) super Schulung im Bereich Analytik. Besonders Tag 2 in den Kleingruppen mit Anwendung-Beispielen war sehr hilfreich. Sehr sehr nette Referenten. Es wäre noch besser gewesen die Stunden auf die 2 tage gleichmäßig aufzuteilen, da Tag 1 sehr kompakt war. Diese Schulung ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Es ist natürlich schwierig allen Beteiligten gerecht zu werden auf Grund der unterschiedlichen Wissensstände. Aus diesem Grund war für mich der Vortrag von Frau Juranek der wertvollste. Die Globale Sicht des Herrn Wienands war ebenfalls interessant und hat gute Einblicke verschafft. Insgesamt hat die Weiterbildung für mich einen guten Einblick in die Thematik geschaffen.

For the past month I have spoken to Caleb (on multiple occasions) and Jamie, their customer service was terrible, horrific, scary and honestly the worst I have ever been treated. Lying to my face, laughing to my face saying ‘whatever’ when I asked to speak to someone else, for them 0 stars and they honestly need to be spoken to. However I spoke to Eden, who was polite and understanding, he took extra time explaining everything and emailing me to help me understand better. Should hire more people like Eden (he deserves 5stars).
