2e jubileumreis met bedrijf
Na onze zeer geslaagde personeelsreis naar Malaga in 2019 vanwege ons 25 jarig jubileum, kozen we nu weer voor Pelikaan om een weekeind met de trein naar Berlijn te organiseren vanwege ons 30 jarig jubileum. Deze keer verliep de hele planning wat stroever, aantal keer gewisseld van contactpersoon en heb voor de zaterdagavond uiteindelijk zelf een restaurant geboekt omdat men totaal andere opties aandroeg dan werd gevraagd. c.a. 50 mensen is lastiger te plaatsen maar toch had ik er meer van verwacht. Vlak voor we vertrokken bleken er werkzaamheden op ons traject te zijn, daar hebben ze met man en macht aan gewerkt om trein en bus om te boeken zodat we niet extra hoefden over te stappen. Heel fijn! De reisleiding was heel aardig, gezellig en dienstbaar, verzond duidelijke info in de groepsapp maar gaf niet het gevoel dat we blindelings konden volgen. Had geen ervaring met Berlijn en moest zelf ter plaatse ook de route nog uitzoeken. Met 50 pers. erbij die allemaal een telefoon bij zich hebben, geen toegevoegde waarde. Een volgende keer zal daar waarschijnlijk op bespaard worden. Al met al zijn we blij met de geboden service en hebben we een mooi weekeind gehad! We fantaseren al over de volgende jubileumreis.

Met 450 collega's op reis
Hele fijne samenwerking gehad met Pelikaan Groepsreizen (Ilja en Twiggy) voor het organiseren van onze jubileumreisjes naar Parijs en Barcelona. Het was onvergetelijk! Met 450 collega's op reis, dat vergt een behoorlijke organisatie. Mede dankzij de flexibiliteit van Pelikaan konden zelfs de nieuwste collega's nog met de reisjes mee. Top gedaan!

Onvergetelijk weekend
Onze jubileumreis naar Sevilla met personeel en partners klopte van het begin tot het einde. Van de ontvangst in de aankomsthal tot het afzetten bij het vliegveld enkele dagen later is er geen enkel ongemakkelijk moment geweest. Fijne kundige gids, goed hotel,leuke excursies en lekkere eetervaringen in een prachtige stad.

ijsland trip als personeelsuitje
Wij hebben een ijsland trip geboekt voor 3 dagen met het voltallige personeel. Het was fantastisch, de logistieke planning was perfect, de geboekte lunches en diner's, de hartelijke begeleiding van onze plaatselijk reisleider en zijn behagelijke bus. Iedereen heeft het naar zijn zin gehad en hun bucketlist lijstje kunnen bijwerken. Het is een blijvende herinnering

Weekendje Rotterdam
Alweer voor de vierde maal lieten wij, als muziekvereniging, een weekendtrip verzorgen door Pelikaan. Kozen we er eerder voor om tijdens de reis ook 1 a 2 optredens te verzorgen, deze keer bleven de instrumenten thuis en bezochten we o.a. de Nationale Taptoe in Ahoy. De eerdere jaren zorgde Pelikaan ook voor de concertlocaties, inclusief vergunningen faciliteiten. Pelikaan verzorgde reis ook deze keer perfect, van een comfortabele bus met behulpzame, vriendelijke chauffeur. Een goed hotel, met nette kamers en een goed ontbijt. Verder worden ook alle andere wensen goed ingevuld : overleg over activiteiten, locaties voor diner, toegangsbewijzen e.d., het wordt allemaal prima verzorgd. Wat ons betreft: tot volgend jaar !

Very good!
Voor ons bedrijfsjubileum zijn wij met 100+ gasten een weekend in Gent geweest. De communicatie met mijn contactpersonen van Pelikaan was snel en duidelijk, de organisatie verliep soepel. Tijdens het weekend zelf zijn er twee reisbegeleiders mee geweest, die mij en de groep volledig ontzorgd hebben. Het was een fantastisch weekend, dankjewel!

Grote afrader! Nooit via hen boeken!
Pelikaan Hillegom gingen wij heen om onze huwelijksreis te boeken: de medewerkers hadden op Onze trouwdag naar vluchten gekeken terwijl ik er expliciet had bij gezet dat we die dag niet konden omdat wij trouwde. Niet zo slim; kan gebeuren. De medewerker Sandra vertelde vooral hoe leuk zij dingen vond;wij hebben gezegd dat wij niet van alleen maar in de zon liggen houden maar het land willen zien of leuke dorpjes in de buurt. Maar nee dit was lekker in Egypte; genoeg te doen volgens haar! Not! Mevrouw Sandra zei ook dat we aan 1 koffer genoeg hadden want het was zo warm dat je alleen je bikini nodig had; maar goed dat we niet luisterde want na 18 uur als de zon weg was dan was het 17 graden en had je een vest en spijkerbroek nodig! Anders hadden we het ook nog eens koud! Na een uur moesten wij beslissen of we de vakantie wilde want ja de andere klant stond al te wachten en dit was een vakantie waarvan we nu over moesten beslissen met boeken. Oké ze belde maandag met meer info over de stoelen; wij wilde extra beenruimte want mijn man is 1.85 en met Transavia zit je opgevouwen; met een huwelijksreis wil je toch wat meer luxe. Maar dat kon niet meer en Sandra vertelde waar zij zou gaan zitten in het vliegtuig; alsof zij gaat vliegen. Heb haar toen ook gevraagd of ik zelf mocht nadenken waar we dan wilde zitten. Dan belt ze een week later; ik ben aan het werk en ze begint meteen te ratelen; vraagt niet netjes of het uitkomt. Nee geen fijne ervaring! Je bent een nummer! Zeker niet als je op huwelijksreis gaat, dat ze netjes de tijd voor je nemen. Niet hier boeken want ze vertellen je wat zij leuk vinden en luisteren totaal niet naar jouw wensen! Voortaan zelf boeken; scheelt je weer 40 euro. Hele grote afrader!

Prima reis naar Portugal
Wij hebben een reis geboekt voor 3 weken naar Portugal met Pelikaan, wij zochten door omstandigheden naar gunstige vliegtijden. via de FNV kwamen we bij Pelikaan uit. Deze hebben voor ons een reis geboekt zoals wij het wilden. Er werd snel gereageerd op mail en telefoon iets wat bij andere reisburo.s nog wel eens achter wegen blijft. Wij hadden echt het gevoel hier een klant te zijn en geen nummer. Nogmaals bedankt voor de fijne vakantie en komen graag terug.

A crummy customer experience
Not an easy company to do business with. They don't pack their orders to prevent damage in transit, then hassled us with many password resets before addressing the replacement. I meanwhile decided that their $22 binders were not worth the purchase price--they don't close completely. So I asked to return them in exchange for the $11 model--and they insist on me sending them pictures to demonstrate what I don't like--and what they should already know. Clearly Bindertek thinks that customers have nothing better to do with their time, which is insulting. This purchase has been nothing but a waste of my time.

A bit more expensive than the regular mass market binders but so much better. I have fifteen year old binders from them that still look like new. Any downside? The new generation of binders dont match the old in color or detail. Close, but not quite. Otherwise still very happy

I received my order and two of the …
I received my order and two of the products were damaged/did not work properly. I emailed customer service with a request to hear back and have a question answered before I returned the products. I NEVER received a reply back. I ended up returning the products (well within their return parameters) with a copy of my email to their customer service rep. I'm asking for a refund for both the products and my shipping due to the fact I paid for return shipping. I'm waiting to hear back however I am not overly confident considering the customer service (lack of) I have received thus far. Inadequate experience due to lack of communication on their end!

The books took a long time to get here. It would also be nice if the construction on the hinges were tougher. We were looking for a binder that has the ring connector you have but the rest of the notebook doesn't match the toughness of the rings.

A few issues...
My last order was fine, but the order before this was problematic. Of the 4 binders ordered, 3 were damaged and because of the small number ordered, it was cost-prohibitive to return them. I ended up giving them away. Also, the pocket folders were just loose in the box but fortunately were undamaged; when I order them from other outlets, they are in their own packaging so as not to be damaged. Finally, twice I've had to wipe the sheet protectors because they are dirty with dust, which defeats the purpose of the order.

Your shipping rates are unreasonable and far exceed customary fees by other online vendors. I'm an amazon prime member and, frankly, if they can send me something via UPS for free, why do you charge $35 for an 8 pound box?

The "experience " was fine. It's the product that was disappointing. I ordered the same binder that I have ordered twice before. Obviously, very pleased with earlier orders. However, this recent one was a poorer quality product - more similar to what I might find at Office Depot.

Nice but pricey, and always damaged.
The binders look nice, but price is high - and a high percentage arrive damaged every single time. Customer service has been good- they do replace the damaged binders - but this game is getting old. I don't pay high prices for high end binders for my clients just so that I can spend a lot of time and money every time to return them. I'm definitely looking for better options.

The binder cover won't even close it stays open. The rings aren't very strong they are just like the ones on Wal Mart notebooks. I've had for a month or so and the top ring is starting to stay open a little which snags my sheet protectors.

I had a bad experience at a storage facility down the street from the Reynoldsburg facility. I went in and the manager Abbi was very helpful in helping me get the right size I needed. She also reassured me what happened down the street would not happen at this facility. The unit was cheaper then down the street as well. I would highly recommend this facility and Abbi.

Poorest Customer Service
Yes, I was given the most horrible customer service by your manager at your 6294 E Main St, Columbus, OH 43213 location. It happened last Friday. He lacked customer service. I'm truly surprised he's a manager. Because of him I did not get a storage unit. He was unapologetic an he did not care. He actually told me he did not want me to get one of your storage units. I've told other people about his poor customer service. I wonder how he climbed the corporate ladder. It must be a joke that he's the manager. Ashantia

Serves purpose, but beware of pricing changes
The unit is sufficient to meet the need, but the website doesn't make you aware of the required insurance premium and periodic rate hikes. I pay $10/month for the minimum insurance coverage, and have had a rental rate hike of $10/month within 7 months of obtaining the unit. Be prepared to pay more than advertised.

Hostage Extortion
Planned on a 2 year stay but has lasted double that due to yearly to bi-yearly price increases (WAY above normal inflation) and additions of new sneaky fees. ($10 late fee and $10 overlock fee the same day??? Sounds like a $20 late fee doesn't it) Their staff is driven by upper management (according to them) to harass the hell out of you. Repeatedly sending numerous emails, messages, phone calls, etc. all with the same purpose, annoy the hell out of you till they get your money. As if a new fee EVERY WEEK isn't enough the latest fee came after only SIX fracken days. Was even charged one time for an overlock fee that had already occurred and I had already been charged. Have to double check every bill with this company.. Avoid these people like the plague unless you want your life's belongings held in hostage status until you win the lottery. smh.

Downtown (Gaulbert) Location
I had rented a unit out for band practice purposes, after speaking to a very nice lady on the phone, who suggested the downtown location for us. I walked into the unit and there were no electrical outlets, which sparked confusion. I called back to the front desk and the man on the phone says "We are not set up for band practice. There are outlets in the hallway, but we use those for cutting peoples locks off when they don't pay the rent." This was a different man than the one I rented the unit from. Both of them did say that there was a resident above them, and if the sound is a problem, they would have to kick us out. They said this in a short and kind of rude way (which threw me off, as the manager at the Cane Run location was very nice, and even said "we'd love to have you!" Anyhow, these guys were not very reassuring about anything, and they did not smile once. One of them may have smirked. So I got a refund and have called the nice lady at Cane Run to reserve a unit there. I am sure they will be more pleasant to work with. Units at downtown were clean and secure, but the people left something to be desired, and my rating reflects the last part. Thank you - John Walker

Moving is always stressful but the people at Storall on Snouffer were so helpful, (especially the manager, Donovan), that it helped make the move less tiresome. The free use of the truck was an added bonus. Use them for your next storage experience, you won't regret it.

Extremely Clean
I live close to this storage facility but for some reason on researching storage facilities I never considered this one. One day I stopped and my positive experience started with the young gentlemen at the front desk. Jared was very professional and was able to provide me with all the answers to my questions. I wanted a climate control unit. When Jared took me on a tour of their storage facility, I was amazed at how clean it was. With the climate control you had a garage area with a dock. What a security feature to know you could close a garage door and feel safer. If you go to the Westerville StorAll facility make sure you get waited on by Jared! Thank You Jared for the great service!

I had been slightly dreading this bed purchase recce because these days there's a huge amount of choice people can get lost in, but sales assistant Joe very efficiently and pleasantly took us through the various options in an organised way. After about 45/50 minutes we'd narrowed down the choices to make it easier to come to a final decision. It's also a nice showroom to visit!

I emailed 'the Pipercross shop' who naffed off to say they don't make them they're just a stockist not their problem, well excuse me but if they are a genuine stockist of professional products they should find it their duty to stamp out FAKES. Pipercrossshop are basically a fraud and a fake of what they profess.

Terrible customer service. I bought a filter from this company and when it arrived I was very unhappy with some damage it came with and the lack of performance or MPG increase. I asked for a refund very politely multiple times and refused each time. Do not buy from this company and save yourself from losing money!!!!!

THIS IS A SCAM!! This product is very poor quality- had tears in it when it arrived and the performance increase is non-existent. I politely asked for a refund within 48 hours of receiving item and was refused multiple times. I am now left with an unsatisfactory product and a dent in my bank account.

Poor product knowledge and website errors
I decided to buy from the official supplier, but that was a mistake. I entered my exact car details, and was offered just one product. I bought it, and clearly it was the wrong one for my car. A quick search on the appropriate car club forum shows this isn't a new issue. The seller is refusing to pay the return postage, even though their website 'sold' me the wrong item! I ordered the 'right' item, but after taking my money, I was told it was out of stock for two weeks. Still no refund on either item, so now it's a PayPal dispute or a Section 75. If you do want a Pipercross filter, there are plenty of resellers who give better advice and oddly - are a bit cheaper.

Excellent customer support but a few teething problems with my broadband fibre connection initially. Had several instances when I had no fibre connection in the first few weeks which I could not always resolve without WightFibre’s support. Seems to be fine now. Speed is excellent in all rooms and matches the speed promised. Would rate 4.5.

Recommend if living on the Isle of Wight!
Since having Wightfibre broadband installed in November I have had consistently good, fast broadband for everything I need at home. What made them stand out to me though was previously to choosing Wightfibre I had spent 3 months with Vodafone trying to get an OpenReach engineer to come and install broadband and I couldn't even get them to schedule a visit. So having Wightfibre schedule an installation visit straight away over the phone for a matter of weeks was music to my ears!

Men, tilbudsaktiviteten er for nedadgående og mange vine er udsolgte/ikke på lager. Det lugter lidt af en forretning, som kører på pumperne og prøver af mindske arbejdskapitalen i en grad, som nu alvorligt påvirker produktet. Jeg håber, at der kommer styr på det.

Jeg har været kunde fra starten og er enig i, at det er et super godt koncept - og det virkede faktisk; i starten. Fede vine (enkeltflasker) til attraktive priser. Efterhånden er der bare blevet tømt ud af de gode flasker, og der er kun volumenvin tilbage på hylderne - alle deres topvine er udsolgt (stadig vist på siden) men har været udsolgt flere år. Ryd nu op på hjemmesiden og fyld op på hylderne igen - det er begyndt at lige alle andre online butikker.

Har købt vin hos Winefamly gennem en årrække men i stigende grad er der fuldstændig mangel på lagerstyring - alt for ofte er varerne udsolgt uden nogen angivelse af hvornår de forventes på lager igen. Man får en fornemmelse af, at virksomheden er i økonomiske problemer eller forsøger at omkostningsoptimere på en ikke særlig kundevenlig måde

Installation date was CHANGED without notification
The Technician who installed the upgrade was great. very professional and knowledgeable. However, the person who scheduled the appointment put in the WRONG date. I spoke to customer service on 2/13/25, and was given an installation date of 2/20/25. BUT, the Tech. showed up the next day, 2/14/25. We had to give up another appointment, in order to stay home to complete the installation.

Slomins Installed an Alarm system that never worked. Then then wanted to be paid and have me honor their 5 year contract when I never had a functioning alarm system . Only thing the Co cares about is locking you in for 5 years and not performing on their end. They will then try to sue you based on their contract. Please see other reviews on Google or Yelp which they cannot control. Stay away at any cost. Plenty of better companies to do business with.

Terrible. I had a major customer service issue that involved submitting a form. The form would not accept. I tried several times and did some troubleshooting. The page only froze and stated “cannot accept ticket.” My customer service issue with the company that uses them, were completely unreachable and kept sending me to this site…not thrilled.

I've been on chat for proximately 45 minutes now with this live view they false advertised a membership since it was free I canceled it 5 minutes after I signed up for it cuz it was not what I was looking for and they took $34.90 out of my account I need that money for court this afternoon and they're telling me it's going to take 2 days to get my money back when the account says sign up with your debit card money will not be with drawed from your account I wasn't in the site 5 minutes canceled the account they took $34.90 out of my account so it's false advertisement and their liars cuz now I'm going to have problems with the court system in Illinois because I can't hey my fine with the court because they took money out of my account where I said they wouldn't now I'm going to go to jail because they will not give me my money back not fair at all sincerely John Doyle and there's a guy named mark That's supposed to be helping you figure out what to do I asked him for phone number of this establishment he ignored me I need my money how hard is that to understand

I like it but ........
I find that, as an admin of the Chat experience, I have to buy an extra "seat or license" in order to get in and configure and see reports without kicking the Operator out of his/her session. An extra expense that is hard to justify in a small enterprise. Apart from this, I like everything that I have seen including the now usual emailing of the chat script.

I had to ask a simple question and I used live Chat. Great! In the 6 hours since I've been asked to fill out three surveys regarding my experience. I want my experience to end! Leave me alone! You took a good experience and made it bad! You are like psycho exes who keep asking why I broke up with you and asking the same thing 20 different ways. Stop the madness!

Great tool, but needs a couple more features
We've been using LiveHelpNow for about 3 years for the ticketing process, handling about 15000 tickets annually through the tool. The ease of use and reliability of the platform is admirable--there have only been a small number of downtimes, and in all cases LiveHelpNow was right on top of it. My only reservation is in having only one standard ticket form per account. I've raised this issue a couple times with LiveHelpNow and was always told that "someone would look into it," but there's still only one ticket template in the tool per account. Many businesses require different ticketing options for different types of requests, so it would be nice to have a choice of two or three different ticketing templates that our submitters could use. I know there's email-to-ticket functionality, but that's not as robust as having a ticket form in the tool with all the fields and categories we need.

We've been using LiveHelpNow for years. After much research into products that are flexible, have multiple integration possibilities and can grow with our business, we chose LiveHelpNow. Our customers love the chat feature. Our employees do as well, and the learned how to use it quickly. I also use the analytics frequently and find it to be a very valuable tool.

A rare find in a vendor/company
We were using (Zopim) a competitor of Live HelpNow, and then I was lucky enough to discover LiveHelpNow! Awesome live chat software but what really impressed me is their personalized, friendly customer service. Their phone support is free! They help with whatever questions we have, which saves me time - and time is money. I wouldn't hesitate to say if you're looking for live chat software, this is where to go.

Great service and dependable but mobile app could use improvement
We use LiveHelpNow as part of our support arsenal and it has served us well. It's responsive and allows for multiple avenues of communication, including file transfers (which can be surprisingly useful). There are still a few minor issues with the mobile app which need to be available, like the option to display chat history or the option to start the app at boot-up but, overall, the service is great. I would have given 4.5 stars if that were an option.

CRM systems would be 5* but not for LMS
Live Help Now has a wide variety of useful features for supporting Learning Management Systems and is significantly better than just using email. It is apparent it is designed for sales and so some of the analytics don't make sense for an LMS. It wouldn't take much for this system to be designed to work perfectly with LMSs. if they did this it would be 5*. There is already lots and lots great features, knowing user information before chats, customisable options to suit your brand and lots of technical information, surveys to see how good your Operators are as well.

We are testing out chat software. LiveHelpNow has many more options than Zopim. It is a bit harder/clunkier to learn, but I think overall will be the better solution for us.

J'ai signalé au service client un bug sur l'adresse de livraison qui affichait un code postal erroné qu'il était impossible de modifier lors de la saisie. Le numéro est payant. Plusieurs appels avec toujours la même réponse "on vous rappelle en urgence car le service concerné n'est pas disponible". Je pense même être blacklistée car ils ne répondent plus à mes appels. Plusieurs commandes sans trop de soucis jusqu'a la semaine dernière ou je reçois une cartouche qui fuyait avec l'emballage troué. Quand on appel le SAV on nous promet d'être rappeler dans la journée. 3 appels a 3 jours différents pour avoir la même réponse "on vous rappellera car le service concerné n'est pas joignable" C'est ce qu'on appelle faire tourner le client comme un imbécile! Une honte de dire que le service n'est pas joignable une semaine alors qu'on nous promet d'etre rappelé dans la journée et ce 3 fois!!!

J'ai commandé un Toner générique le 22 octobre 2021 pour une utilisation début décembre. Malheureusement le produit livré, s'est avéré inutilisable. Après plusieurs appels téléphoniques, aucune manifestation du SAV. Par ailleurs le site n'est pas explicite quant au retour des produits. Très déçu alors que j'avais effectué plusieurs commandes jusqu'alors sans problème.

Commande reçue dans un délai raisonnable, mais livraison non conforme à la commande. Le bon de livraison (qui correspond à la mauvaise livraison) est donc non-conforme d'avec la commande. Il y a donc eu manipulation intentionnellement frauduleuse entre l'étape de commande et l'étape du bon de livraison. Mes plusieurs tentatives de contact par e-mail sont sans réponses : un silence total.

Bonjour, j'ai commandé 12 verres a bières sur ce site jusque la pas de problème, mais a la livraison de mon colis surprise 2 verres cassés, les verres sont emballé n'importe comment dans un carton sans mention fragile dessus, et en plus un verre manquant sur ma commande. J'ai donc essayé de les joindre, sans succès il ne réponde pas au téléphone ni au chat et ne rappel pas si on laisse ses coordonnées, bref il ne faut surtout pas commander sur ce site, je déconseille fortement.

Impossible de les contacter par téléphone, ne répondent pas aux mails ni sur facebook , bref ça pue l'escoquerie. Je ne lacherai pas par contre, si pas de livraison je porte plainte et je les déoncent à des associations de consmmateurs. Honte à ces escrocs , surtout ne commandez pas sur ce site !!!!!

Mes retours consignes et mes dernières commandes se sont très bien passés. Les délais sont parfois un peu long, mais pour un commerce géré avec une toute petite équipe, c'est plutôt normal. Soutenons les entreprises à taille humaine !

J'ai décidé de résumer mon expérience avec pompe-a-biere.com dans un ultime avis en ayant pris soin de supprimer les précédents. Car effectivement, j'ai du écrire 3 avis négatifs à la suite sur Trustpilot pour être entendu (et remboursé), un comble. Donc, le gérant de ce site de ventes de bières et d'accessoires ment sur : - Le fait qu'il répond à tous les courriels : faux, (et il le sait très bien) je n'en ai pas reçu un seul sur tous ceux que j'ai envoyé. - Le fait qu'il réponde au téléphone : 10 coups de fils et aucun n'a abouti : sur répondeur perpétuellement aux heures d'ouvertures. Il ne rappelle jamais malgré les messages laissées sur messagerie. - Le fait que leur stock de bières soit volontairement éronné : vous commandez, vous payez par carte bancaire et là, le piège : vous êtes débités immédiatement, sans possibilité d'annuler une fois que vous voyez que rien ne bouge les jours suivants. - 2 semaines pour être remboursé alors que ça aurait pu être fait en quelques heures... j'ai du menacer par huissier pour me faire entendre. Evidemment, pas un message d'excuse, rien, nada, que dalle... Bref, dernière fois que je commanderai ici et je vous invite évidemment à faire pareil, une somme de quasi 200€ était en jeu de mon côté. Commande N°2300109586 (pour éviter que le gérant ne réponde à nouveau à côté de la plaque). Quand on est commerçant en ligne, soit on est honnête avec les clients qui vous font confiance ou alors on change de métier.

Bei Icarus Zürich habe ich einen Wintermantel bestellt. Die Seite schien mir seriös und ich wollte ein Schweizer Online-Handel berücksichtigen. Bestellt habe ich die Jacke am 28.11.2024. Als mitte Dezember der Wintermantel immer noch nicht bei mir eingetroffen war, habe ich eine E-Mail geschrieben, mit der Bitte, meine Bestellung zu stornieren und das Geld zurückzuüberweisen. Brauch den Mantel ja jetzt und nicht erst im Frühling. Der Mantel wurde mir dann am 28. Dezember 2024 zugestellt. Was ich zwischenzeitlich befürchtete, der Mantel wurde mir von temu geliefert und zwar in billigster Art. Plastikschrot ohne jegliche Qualität und Form. Fazit: Icarus Zürich ist ein Gauner, bitte Hände weg !!!

Hoch zufrieden. Der Servierwagen kam sehr schnell, perfekt verpackt und inhaltlich vollkommen korrekt. Das Design wie gewohnt äußerst ansprechend. Der Zusammenbau war unkompliziert.

I tried using their app to check my energy usage but I kept getting logged out. Resetting my password didn't help and customer support couldn't fix it either. If they want people to use their app, they should make sure it actually works.
