We had a perfect experience with Red 1 staff and especially with James. From our first communication, James gave us (20 persons) comfort that we our in the best hands possible. ALL his promises were kept by him and we appreciated his coming to our hotel in the middle of the night to test us all, upon landing. We received the (negative) results a few hours later. Voor 21.00 uur besteld dan andere dag in huis. Dus niet! Na 4 dagen gebeld. Er werd verteld dat het vreemd was aangezien het product wel op voorraad was. Zou het gaan regelen. Er werd niet teruggebeld of gemaild. Na 3 dagen wederom gebeld. Probleem met nieuw computerprogramma werd gezegd. Ze zouden het weer regelen en verzenden. Na 5 dagen nog niets. Wederom gebeld en werd weer verteld dat er systeemproblemen waren en ook ziektegevallen. Zouden het uitzoeken. Zonder uitleg kreeg ik dezelfde dag een mail waarin stond dat mijn geld was teruggestort. Ga hier niets meer bestellen. Eerdere bestellingen waren wel goed gegaan.

Bestelling niet binnen gekomen heb denk ik 10x met ze aan de telefoon gezeten tot op heden nog steeds me geld niet terug.

Op 9 december voor € 61.15 aan artikelen bestel. Tot op heden geen artiekelen. Een paar keer gemail, geen reactie. Daar tussen door nog gebeld, kreeg het antwoord we gaan het uit zoeken. De laarste keer dat ik belde was het paketje bij postnl zoek geraakt en wachten ze op de verzekering dat ze gingen uit betalen. Ik wil gewoon mijn geld terug. En zo snel mogelijk. Zijn er nog meer gedupeerden?

Aanvulling op mijn eerste review, mijn geld terug op de bank. Na diverse mails en telefoontjes.

Na 2 weken de bestelling nog steeds niet ontvangen. Terwijl er op de site staat de volgende dag in huis. Inmiddels heb ik contact met jullie gezocht en geven jullie aan dat er een technische storing in het systeem is. Dit kan natuurlijk, maar het zou fijn zijn als dit dan ook op jullie site vermeld staat. Je bestelt juist ook om de snelle service. De slippers die ik heb bestelt hoeven dit jaar niet meer aan. Ik hoop dat ik de bestelling binnenkort in ontvangst mag nemen.

Anderhalf jaar geleden één keer iets besteld op drogisterij.net. Dat ging op zich goed, maar daarna krijg je ongevraagd hun nieuwsbrieven toegestuurd en het is onmogelijk om daar vanaf te komen. Talloze keren de optie Afmelden onderaan de nieuwsbrief gebruikt, dat lijkt dan in orde, maar de nieuwsbrieven blijven toegestuurd worden. Twee keer gemaild met de klantenservice, dan krijg je vriendelijk een reactie dat ze je hebben afgemeld voor de nieuwsbrief, maar anderhalve week later krijg je de nieuwsbrief doodleuk gewoon weer. Ik ben het echt zat, nooit zal ik meer iets bij ze bestellen. Zouden ze überhaupt ooit van de AVG gehoord hebben?

I ordered some pull up underwear and booster samples, I am glad I didn't commit to a high dollar order. These products are not designed for overnight use. I am a side sleeper and the urine just ran down my leg onto the mattress. The booster and underwear may have caught 10% of my bladder contents.

Hi I’m in the uk and wanted to try out the northshore supreme plastic backed diapers/nappies and having to pay more for the privilege. Upon trying one on the plastic backing feels nice and comfortable so no complaints there the thickness is also fine.but the leg elastics seem to be none existent no stretch to them they don’t grip around the legs they are not up to what I was expecting at all. I really wish northshore would look at fixing this problem as they would have a great diaper/nappy if this was looked at and fixed. I understand this is not as straightforward to do and will be very surprised if me saying this will change anything?. I ordered off the website diaper minister

Het betaalde artikel kon niet direct afgestuurd worden, zou pas een week later verstuurd kunnen worden. Derhalve artikel geannuleerd. Dan krijg je te horen dat het betaalde bedrag niet direct terug te storten is en dat dit een aantal dagen duren. Het bedrag is nog steeds niet teruggestort. De verkoper geeft aan dat dit door een webshop moet gebeuren. Allemaal vaag en zeer vervelend. Je moet er dus weer tijd en aandacht aan besteden. Je moet elders het betreffende artikel bestellen en dus betalen. Dus geef je weer dubbel uit omdat je het artikel wel nodig hebt en moet je maar weer zien hoe je je geld terug krijgt. Ik had beter het artikel nieuw bij een gerenommeerd watersport bedrijf moeten kopen. De verkoper geeft aan dat zijn webshop waar ik geen binding mee heb het geld terug gaat storten. Ik (particulier) heb het artikel gekocht van een verkopende partij op Marktplaats met een webshop, en wordt geconfronteerd met een derde partij die mij ooit gaat terugbetalen, alleen weet ik niet van wie, en wanneer. Allemaal heel vaag. Ik heb voor 66,- euro weer leergeld betaald, “goedkoop is duurkoop” en niet meer iets 2de hands bestellen via een webshop die ook op Marktplaats adverteert.

Their self test kits are terrible. If you have calloused fingers it's practically impossible to use, and you apparently need about 20x more blood than they claim you need.

No matter what I do, I can't get enough blood for a sample. The first kit I bought was in April and I used all three lances to puncture three different fingers and put roughly 8 drops of blood on the sample collector but it wasn't enough. When i called the company because my results were inconclusive, they made it sound like it was my fault for how i completed the test. I literally did everything according to the instructions. The sample collector comes with a spot where you drop your blood on and then it's supposed to be absorbed and spread to another section of the collector. I had a small pool of blood at the collection spot (8 drops of blood while the instructions said i only needed 4 drops) and nothing was being absorbed or spread to where it needed to be. There was literally a dome of blood at the collection site but it wasn't being absorbed by the strip. They sent me another kit and I lanced three fingers again and still not enough blood to fill the sample collector. It was the same story as my first experiences. The instructions ask for 4 drops of blood at each collection spot and suggest that lances 2 and 3 are backup lances. My 8 drops of blood couldn't even fill one of the collections strips. I literally would need to slice open my hand in order to get enough blood for this collector. I give up...I'm just going to go to the doctor so that they can draw blood instead of me walked around with punctured fingers like a Shmuck.

I ordered a celiac screening test for my daughter. We received the test, followed instructions to register kit, took blood sample, and took it straight to the UPS store on 9/2/22 to ship. I got confirmation through UPS, however nothing from the company. So, a couple of days later, I send an email, asking if they show my kit was registered/received. They had no record of me. They said (via email, because you can NEVER talk to a live person) they were having tech issues with their site the night I registered, and they could send me a new kit. So a week later, I’m going through the same process. Register kit, get blood sample, then run to UPS on 8/9/22 to ship it. I emailed them right away, due to the first experience. They received it at their lab on 9/12/22, I’m registered and would have my results no later than end of day 9/23/22. I still don’t have my results, and now I’m not even getting replies to my emails. I’ve went through Let’s Get Checked, and the experience was night and day. Not only that, they’ve changed the date the lab received my sample from 9/12/22 to 9/22/22 on my patient portal. I would never use I Am Aware again. How are my results going to even be accurate after 2 1/2 weeks? I don’t have much confidence with them. There should also be a customer service number, live chat…something! All they have is email. Not adequate to me, when they’re dealing with medical tests/information.

Very frustrating. Sent 1st sample in and got no results for 2 weeks, so I contacted them. They said not enough blood was present, and sent me a 2nd test kit. They should have reached out to me 1st, but they did readily shipped 2nd kit. Tried 2nd test kit and followed all their tips - hot water, lancet location, etc. Very little blood came out, so I used the 2nd lancet with same result - the lancets are weak and don't produce enough blood. I ended up getting a sewing needle to stab into my finger to get enough blood and its still probably not enough. Previously, I completed another company's test kit for Omega-3 with a better lancet and an overabundance of blood droplets were produced where I was dripping blood all over the table, so its not me. Try upgrading your cheap lancets - if they don't produce blood, your test is useless.

First, a big shout out to Claire, who executes her job in a very professional, friendly manner, She deserves commended! As far as Imaware as a company and its product, I am less than impressed. The method of puncturing the skin did not work for me. Even with Claire being kind enough to send extra puncture triggers and two replacement tests, none worked and I had to break a trigger apart with pliers and use the metal point inside to hand-puncture myself. Also, kits that require "fasting" should have a big sticker on the box top, rather than that important requirement be buried in the text about how to do the test. Further, no phone number can be found to contact the company and even emails refer one to the imaware chat on the website for response. There is no way that I could find to actually call from my side and talk with an actual person, Only through chat. Unfortunately, while the imaware at-home blood draw is a good idea, I cannot recommend its use.

Not a great experience with beyond.. lots of problems and never point this out as you’ll see a different side to them.. lost my meds in the post!!! and I’m 4 days without.. the system they use is very outdated and they don’t care that I’m now suffering because of it. Very angry at them..

My adult son has recently been through the ADHD diagnosis process with Beyond and they have been great - responsive, caring and the actual process is super thorough, especially compared with another private psychiatrist we had previously seen. The report is very detailed and told us what type of ADHD he has plus the additional paperwork they provide; letters for employers and the GP are above and Beyond (excuse the pun :) what I would have expected. Given how much we paid previously, it's made me realise how much we didn't get from the other psychiatrist and how much we have received from Beyond. Taking into account the state of the NHS currently and the extreme length of the waiting list for ADHD diagnosis, I highly recommend private care through Beyond - it is well worth the money. Thank you to all the staff that have been involved in my son's care, it's greatly appreciated.

When I first spoke to them I was told all in all would be around a grand, when I decided to try the medication I was told I had to pay for my own ecg which i had to go to a second private clinic SPIRE and they charged me £100 then found out it was another £199.99 a month to be under their care plan then after that I had to pay separate for my medication that in the end ended up being £184.00 a month so in total nearly £400 a month to get the medication the medication has helped me no end with my day to day life and concentration but the amount I've had to pay to get the end results as come in over 3k which is mind blowing be careful as they do not tell you about this until after you have the diagnosis which by then you have no option but to stay with them for the medication as your own Dr won't touch ya... Heather the nurse i dealt with monthly was unbelievable such a good listener I honestly feel she was the only person who took a real interest in my diagnosis. I never got a face to face appointment all on zoom, my consultation with the physiatrist was done by zoom at 8pm at night which I found so in personal and felt like it was just going through the motions. Bottom line YES the medication has helped me tremendously but at a very high cost and 2ith very very little support from the clinic itself the scariest thing was that when I sent my weight/bp in they never confirmed that, I have lost 2st weight in 6 months from the medication it kills your appetite but the fact I never had face to face they just took my word for it so be careful

We came to the clinic in need of some answers with our 10 year old, from start to finish they have been amazing. The consistant contact and information has been fab, the nurses and Doctors are extremely knowledgeable and made ourselves as parents and our 10 year old feel at complete ease. I could not be happier with the care we have received and extremely thankful for the answers we needed. Clinic is also beautiful and very calming.

Lovely staff, prompt service and very helpful from diagnosis to titration and then on to shared care. Dr Torien was so easy to speak to as was my review nurse- heather. The expense of going private has paid for itself in terms of my increased ability to work in the end as a result of the meds I have been given. In the end, what was originally recommended has turned out to be the perfect meds for me and I know feel like I could focus on coaching where as the thought of it would have been too overwhelming at the start.

I honestly can not fault Beyond Clinic. We rang for some advice and spoke to Layla who was absolutely fantastic. I had so many questions regarding my 6 year old daughter and getting her diagnosed. We got her diagnosis of ADHD and ODD and stayed with Beyond clinic to medicate her until the nhs we happy to take over. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Jess was great and listened to all my concerns whilst my daughter was on medication. Thank you so much for the amazing service. It's honestly to best money we have spent and now we can understand our daughters needs and Struggles.

Such a fantastic place to guide you or your child through an ADHD diagnosis. It is so important to get this right and I am writing this review so you know that you can be confident with Beyond through every step of the process. Me and my eldest son had already been diagnosed via another company so I was already well acquainted with the process. As my youngest son was only 17 I needed a clinic who could diagnose under 18s. Plus it was important that it could be conducted online. My first call with Layla was a great introduction to the company…she was so patient and answered all my questions with compassion and a genuine need to help and reassure. This really isn’t always the case at this stage with other ADHD clinics. It is quite an involved process with lots of forms and questionnaires but they make sure it is a straightforward. Joseph, the psychiatric nurse, who began the initial testing was very though and patient. Dr Shah, the psychiatrist, who completed the diagnosis with Danny was very professional and so thoughtful and great at listening. The report he produced was extremely thorough and detailed. Again…this isn’t a given with all psychiatrists! The diagnosis was given there and then and the report produced quickly with no need to chase. Further meetings with Sharron re medication and Vicky were informative and compassionate. I like to ask lots of questions and everyone is very happy to take the extra time to make sure you have full understanding. This was certainly my best experience with a clinic through the whole process. I have had many dealing with private clinics due to ADHD but also Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. The reason for such a positive review is that trying to get the right treatment for children is very hard and stressful and expensive for mums. There have been expensive and frustrating mistakes along the way and I just want you to know that this one won’t be. This is a quite a new clinic and hasn’t quite got extensive reviews yet. Be reassured it is a clinic which will put you as the patient first.

I contacted Beyond Clinics a few months ago after my daughter was diagnosed with ADHD. This led me to notice similarities between her symptoms and my own, which I had been unaware of until recently. Initially, I was nervous about committing to the assessment process due to both the cost and the fear that I might not receive a diagnosis, leaving me without answers to why I’ve always felt so different and struggled with tasks that most people find second nature. From my first call with Layla to my regular and final call with Heather, the service has been both quick and thorough. All the staff members I spoke to along the way were incredibly friendly and put me at ease throughout the entire process. Ultimately, I was diagnosed with ADHD, which has provided much-needed clarity. My GP is now taking on the shared care plan, which is a relief. I was accepted as a Tennis Elbow patient and told by the Chiropractor he had plenty of cases. I had six sessions of shockwave when it was clear from the beginning the SW therapy wasn't having any positive effect on my arm. In total I had about 10 sessions of 20 minutes where we would have a little chats as the Chiropractor would be watching the clock followed by a bit of treatment. Never exceeding the 20 minutes. I have the feeling the priority was revenue generated per minute rather than my tennis elbow. In the end, I went away, bought a book about neuroplastic pain and got cured myself. Closing notes - I appreciate revenue generation is important as long as it is done in an ethical way. My elbow wasn't your priority, revenue was.

Highly recommend them, I went to Jaimie and Dani for sciatica pain and they determined the route cause and how they get me to right place while also providing the information (in detail) in how I could maintain and improve my back. The whole team is lovely and friendly and go above and beyond what I expected.

I recently had a course of treatment from Jamie following an overuse sports injury in my knee. I highly appreciated the holistic approach, looking not just at my knee but at other joints which were impacting my knees, overall tension in my body and also at external factors in my life which could have played a part in the injury. I came away with a better understanding of the causes of the injury and exercises to prevent it reoccurring in future. Within the first couple weeks I made a slow return to sport and within a couple months I was able to compete in tournaments with no anxiety about my knee pain flaring up. I would highly recommend Jamie for any similar treatments, he was thorough, understanding and proactive.

Incredible service. Alex has gone out of his way to fix my quadriceps tendinopathy. I had tried everything and despite being from a medical background myself, nothing was working. I will most definitely highly recommend Skelians,because if it wasn't for these guy's there,I wouldn't be walking around pain free,as I am right now,as back last year in October,I couldn't walk properly,and went there to see Dean,who's no longer there,and he said I needed an urgent MRI scan,which I eventually had at Gloucester Hospital,and it turned out I had a disc bulge,bless his heart,Dean got me back on my feet,but then at the end of January this year the excruciating pain came back,and I was now seeing Victoria as my chiropractor,and I can't thank her enough either,because she eventually sent a letter to my GP saying that I urgently need to see a surgeon a.s.a.p,but in the mean time,everytime I went to see her,which was every week,she tried her best to keep me comfortable,and then eventually I heard from Cheltenham General,and was referred to Winfield Hospital for surgery on the 1st July,and now I am going back to work gradually, as I'm in recovery,so the biggest thank you from my heart,to Dean and Victoria,for all of your amazing work,because if it wasn't for you guy's I wouldn't have my life back,like it is right now x ❤

I’ve been seeing the lovely Alex for just two and a half weeks with a neck/shoulder pain issue I’ve had for many years. I was previously told by a physio that it was genetics and there were things we could do to mitigate the pain but it would always be there more or less. Since seeing Alex (and Dean once) I not only am virtually pain free but I can visibly see the improvement. I never thought that would be possible and can’t thank him enough. He’s also the first person to explain exactly what the issue was and is going to show me how I can strengthen the right muscles to keep the issue from reoccurring which gives me hope that the future will remain pain free. I also have a labral hip tear that’s been ruling my life for the last 15 months. After telling Alex about it he recommended I see the specialist physio, Jon, at Skelian, who gave me a steroid injection into my hip. Whilst it’s not cured it, the pain is so vastly reduced, it’s such a relief not having that to contend with also and being able to move virtually pain free. I got the appointment within days and it cost a fraction of the price of going to the Nuffield. It’s honestly changed my life coming to Skelian and I wish I’d done it years ago! Can’t recommend these guys enough!

I referred one of my players to Jonathan for a second opinion and a steroid injection of his ankle after 4 months of pain following an injury playing rugby. Jonathan got the player into clinic within 2 days of my request and provided me with a thorough report on his findings. Jonathan injected the ankle which had an immediate effect on the players pain. 3 weeks later after a graded rehab programme the player has returned to semi professional rugby pain free and thrilled with the service he received. At a cost to the player that is significantly cheaper than other options available to him. I would not hesitate to send another player to Jonathan and would emplore other sports medicine professionals to do the same if needed. Thanks Jon

I was a return customer trying to order a new CPAP machine after my doctor had sent over my updated prescription. The sale went through and they charged my card, but the order remained in 'Waiting for prescription' status for more than a week. I tried emailing and calling support, but couldn't get a response. When I finally got through to a human, they said the item had been out of stock for months and they couldn't find my prescription. I asked if they were going to let me know either of those things or return my money at some point, but I was shrugged off. I haven't received my refund yet, but found out I can buy all the same gear for $100 less from ResMed.

Dealing with CPAP Supply has been one of the worst experiences in my 30+ years as a patient and physician. This company is disorganized, unethical, and entirely incapable of identifying and rectifying their errors. I have paid them and zeroed out my account twice, only to receive phone calls and invoices asking for more payments. I have given them confirmation codes which they claim they cannot track down. by all means do your best to stay away from this company - you will lose your shirt with these folks. and for some reason the better business bureau has been unwilling to take action. that's probably due to their well-funded lobbyists, who unfortunately donate to our representatives. This seems to keep them out of trouble. But the Internet is more accurate - do yourself a big favor and find other companies for your health needs.

I purchased a F&P Simplus cushion for $49, it was defective. They sent another one , it was defective. I offered to send it back, they won't take them. I understand why they don't take them back. They tried telling me I order the wrong size, I ordered the same size I've been using for years. I sent a very clear picture of the two they sent me and the one I have and using. I showed them where the defect was in the pictures. They sent me a blurry picture back stating that the spot I was showing them was supposed to be there. My original cushion does not have this chip on it, it makes no noise nor does it leak. They offered me a 30% coupon thinking that would make it right, at the same time they were offering a 30% coupon to everyone. They then stated my frame was worn out, causing the noise and leak. I kept telling them if that was the case my original one would be doing the same thing. They treat the public as we are all stupid and don't know what we are doing. I am very disappointed that a medical supply company would take someone's health in there hands and try to manipulate it to there advantage to keep from making a legitimate defect right. But what do I know? Because I'm part of the stupid public. I highly recommend the rest of the stupid public not to purchase from this site/company. They are smarter than the rest of us

Supplier is a Con Artist. The merchant charged by card for a CPAP machine, and told me it was back-ordered only AFTER I paid. 6 months, still no CPAP machine. Support phone number goes to full voicemail box. No response from multiple attempts to contact. DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

PICK ANOTHER SUPPLIER! 1) Sales person incompetant. After a long discussion she directed me to order the wrong mask. 2) Sale person was dishonest. She said I could return the CPAP (not the mask) within 30 days. Turns out you can't. A flat out lie. 3) Shipping dept. is incompetant. They sat on an item for a week without telling me it was out of stock. 4) Web page is terrible - confusing, scattered, hard to navigate. just buy whaterever you can from Amazon - this company is BAD

I've been ordering from CPAP-supplies.com for many years when I needed CPAP supplies, mostly with good results. But . . . this time things didn't go very well. I ordered a couple of masks and some tubing. After about 3 weeks with no action, I called them up and ask about the order and was told that the masks were on back-order. No biggie, so I waited. About 2 weeks later I got an email that my order had been delivered but I hadn't received anything. So I called them up and was told that the order had been delivered by the Post Office on such and such a date. When I indicated that I hadn't received the order, CPAP-supply said I needed to investigate things with the Post Office. This didn't seem right to me since I hadn't chosen or paid for the shipping directly, it seemed to me that this was CPAP-supply's problem. I thought they should have sent me a new order and they should deal with the shipping issues, but the discussion got progressively more heated and eventually CPAP-supply told me it was my problem and hung up on me. So now I'm basically out $124 and so I started down the long road of USPS red tape to try to collect some of my money. The USPS records indicated that the package had been delivered (I knew that, I suspect that they put the key in the wrong mailbox, someone else picked it up and didn't have the decency to bring it to me). At any rate, I found out that the package had $100 of insurance on it. I was told by USPS to put in a claim and they would also investigate the package on their side. They denied my claim (because they said the records said it was delivered, duh!) and I never heard back on the investigation. I have appealed the claim but I don't expect much. I've basically been taken for $124 and neither the USPS or CPAP-supply will do anything to help me (the customer) out. I will never buy anything from CPAP-supply again and I recommend you don't either! I won't even start on the discussion of the mess that is USPS and that our tax dollars pays for! Live and learn!

Received a defective machine. Cannot return or exchange it since I had to open the box to determine that it was defective. Have to pay a diagnostic fee, two way shipping, and whatever the repair costs if I want to use the warranty.

The better business should close this business down! They take $1,289 from my handicap son and never mailed a cpap machine! Fraudulent company!!!

I bought the Resmed 11 cleanable water tub which uses tap rather instead of distilled water. Used it a few times. Each time I woke up with an extremely sore throat. Asked for them to take it back. They said no. I’m now back on my regular distilled water tub with no problems.

When you have a CPAP and pay for two day air the machine should be there in two days. Ordered Tuesday morning and it didn’t show up until the following Monday. Sat around with “label created” for a day. Called in on Friday and “nothing we can do”. There was - send me one overnight and stop the other one. Bad shipping and service.

Mit smil er flot siger mine venner, og jeg er også meget tilfreds for det endelige resultat. Anbefaling: Jeg kan varmt anbefale Trine til alle, hvis I overvejer tandbehandling hos Implantatklinik. Det er tydeligt, at Implantatklinik og Trine går op i deres patienter og leverer service af højeste kvalitet. NB. Et lille udpluk af hvad der gik galt: Havde konsultation til almindelig tandrensning, hvor jeg får at vide, at jeg bl.a. har begyndende huller og muligvis begyndende paradentose (har aldrig haft noget med tænder eller tandkød før). Regningen ender derfor med at være ganske høj (fik intet oplyst under selve konsultationen). Jeg følte mig dårligt behandlet (især fordi jeg blev efterladt alene i rummet med hovedet nedad i stolen på trods af at have gjort opmærksom på 6 mdr. gravid) og skiftede derfor tandlæge. Ny tandlæge konstaterer (5 mdr. efter konsultation hos Implantatklinik), at der intet er galt med hverken tænder eller tandkød, og at der hverken er eller har været begyndende huller eller paradentose. Hun kan til gengæld konstatere, at mine tænder ikke er blevet renset ordentligt for tandsten. Jeg kontakter Implantatklinik for at gøre dem opmærksomme på dette og beder i øvrigt om mine røntgenbilleder, som klinikken ikke har medsendt journalen. Her får jeg en overhaling af kvinden i telefonen og får bl.a. at vide, at de ingen utilfredse kunder har. Havde det været sandt, var jeg fortsat patient hos Implantatklinik :-)
