I've been to The Clinic Holland Park, a couple of times for various treatments and I cannot sing their praises highly enough! This week I had a manual lymphatic massage with Macla and it was incredible!! She was knowledgeable and highly professional, the massage was outstanding and I couldn't have been happier. The clinic itself has stunning decor, it's warm and relaxing and all the team are welcoming, professional and helpful. You won't be disappointed!

I went for a facial ultrasound to see where my fillers are because I thought they'd migrated. Most places either don't have this equipment or they say you have to have other expensive treatment at the same time. Dr Jenny Doyle was great. I saw where the filler was, got pictures and she advised me very honestly about the options - suggesting I go away and think about it and perhaps not do anything further at all. Really trust and recommend them. Also, it was good value for money and I don't know of anywhere else that offers this as a standalone treatment

I cannot praise Dr Richard Scawn or his PA Anna highly enough. From the moment I first made contact by email the service was exemplary. My tricky procedure was carried out efficiently with no discomfort and I am very grateful to be free of my unsightly cysts!

Wir sind schon seit einiger Zeit bei Fabienne und hatten im September unser erstes dreiwöchiges DMI-Intensivtraining. Unsere Kleine wollte immer alleine aufsitzen, doch es fehlte ihr an Technik und Kraft. Als Mutter dachte ich, es würde Monate dauern, bis sie es schafft. Doch plötzlich, nach nur zwei Wochen Intensiv, ist unsere kleine Heldin ganz alleine aufgesessen – ein großer Traum ging in Erfüllung! Auch in den Armen hat sie enorm an Kraft gewonnen; sie kann jetzt in den Handstütz, was vorher unmöglich schien. Fabienne hat es sogar geschafft, dass sie etwas an den Händen versucht zu gehen. Die Therapien sind wirklich hart und anstrengend. Fabienne ist sehr strikt und zieht das Training konsequent durch, aber das muss sein, denn von nichts kommt bekanntlich nichts. Fabienne und Remco sind ein super Team. Die Buchung war sehr leicht und die Wartefrist sehr kurz. Die Beratung erfolgte über Videocall und war sehr ausschlussreich und sympatisch. Noch in der selben Woche konnten wir den Ersttermin wahrnehmen. Noch in der ersten Sitzung konnte unsere Tochter mit nur wenig hilfe selbst aufstehen und konnte den 4 Füssler länger den je halten. Am nächsten Tag zeigte sie schon Vortschritte beim selbstständigen aufsetzen. Equipment für Zuhause war auf Lager und konnte gleich ohne Wochenlange Wartefrist mitgenommen werden. Das ist für uns sehr Wertvoll. Auch im nachhinein ist der Kontakt super schnell und einfach, wir haben wirklich das Gefühl endlich jemanden zu haben, der uns etwas an die Hand nimmt und uns Hilft, unsere Ziele für die Entwicklung unserer Tochter zu erreichen. I have arthritis in my hip which was causing me a great day of pain and I started doing physio with Apexqla to improve my hip condition and put off having surgery. I was considering having my hip replaced per doctor recommendations , but instead decided to wait and see if physio and fitness training could help improve my condition. I enrolled in the Kinekt fitness program and Fabienne helped me to build strength and reduce the amount of pain I was experiencing. Through the Kinekt program I learned a great deal about how to workout and Fabienne created a bespoke fitness and lifestyle plan for me to use moving forward. I highly recommend the doing physical therapy and the Kinekt fitness program with Fabienne. Both programs helped immensely in improving my physical well being. My hip pain has reduced a great deal and is almost non existent. I have put off having joint replacement surgery because of the fitness program and learning how to better manage my hip condition.

Received phisiotherapy treatment after shoulder surgery. The treatment was performed with excellence, in a progressive way and with a detailed explanation of the purpose and relevance of each step. This helps the patient understand, do the exercises with focus and do the homework to maximize the results of the therapy. Periodic tracking of progess and adapting the treatment for the individual development.

Before getting to the clinic, Doctor Nikolai Yagoudaev spent almost 2 hours talking to me on the phone about what I needed and how to do it better, answered all my questions and dispelled all my doubts. I found the clinic in June 2024 and already in September I started prosthetics. On reflection, I was addicted to cocaine for many years, but since the first Covid lockdown, my usage had gone through the roof, using on average of 6g per day. Over all these years and right up to around 6 months before I got help from John and Shyra, I had hidden my addiction very well from everyone. However, in these 6 months leading up to getting help, the drug was really beginning to affect many parts of my life - my wife had become suspicious, I had become almost a social recluse and lost interest in people, friends and family. My performance at work had really dropped and my overall ability to do my job was questionable. Finally, the habit was really starting to impact my financial stability. For at least 6 years I had tried to stop using - each time I would go on holiday, I would consciously stop using and planned to use the holiday as my time to quit, but as soon as I returned home I would fall back into the habit within days or even hours. I knew I needed help, but I really didn’t want to go into an inpatient rehab environment for a number of reasons. Finding and starting to work with John was the perfect solution for me and would become life changing on so many levels. John was very empathetic and reassuring. He really helped me understand how the mind works in relation to addiction and started to build me a set of tools and a level of awareness to help me manage my addiction. John then introduced me to the concept of RTT, and initially I was very sceptical about it but after doing some research I was up for looking into it more. I met Shyra who talked me through the details of RTT and really put me at ease and I agreed to give it a go. This process was fascinating and added another significant layer to the rebuilding of my thinking and another tool to help me quit my addiction. In addition, Shyra talked to me about creating some specific good daily habits - all of these I still follow everyday and love them! Within 3 months of starting the programme, I was free from cocaine. While it was not easy, straightforward and had its fair share of lumps and bumps, I now feel strong and well enough equipped to be able say that I am confident that I will never ever go there again. I was fortunate enough to have had a very supportive wife, friends and family who helped me through this journey, while John and Shyra provided me with tools to move into a place where I could finally stop using cocaine for good. Even since stopping, I have continued to check in with John just to discuss how I am doing and ask him questions on any thoughts/situations that may have arisen, and this has been really useful. I would strongly recommend the program to anyone needing help with any addiction. I feel like a completely new person now that I am free from my addiction and am loving life again! It is more than chiropractic care. Dr. Susan Knight-Nanni really listens to my issues and focuses on correcting it. She has done wonders for not only me, but my son. She spends time discussing at home stretching and exercises to help with chiropractic care. Her practice doesn't make you sign an absurd contract for her to care for you. She genuinely loves what she does and makes sure when she is caring for you, you are her focus.

I had a bad experience at Paydens today when firstly I was ignored for way too long before then being told that there was a national shortage of my HRT drug! The staff member was very blunt and offered up little help as to what I should do other than “phone round all the pharmacies to see if any of them had it in stock. As anyone who knows when you rely on a medication to help you deal with certain situations to be told you can’t have it can be distressing. I decided to go to Kamsons on the off chance they had it. The lovely staff in there are so polite and helpful and although they too didn’t have my medication they offered up an alternative straight away. They too are aware of the national shortage but had something in place to help women and were surprised to hear that Paydens had not offered a substitute. I have since changed my nominated pharmacy to Kamsons and really would recommend them.

Took my daughter for a suspected ear infection and every single member of staff was helpful and courteous. The pharmacist was extremely thorough in her explanation of the treatment options before we decided on antibiotics - which were dispensed within 10 minutes of the assessment. I was sent away from two other pharmacies before we managed to get the help we needed. The entire experience here was extremely impressive, from the clipboard I had to complete to the demeanour of every individual. Will absolutely recommend and only use this pharmacy from now on.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience cat Kamsons East Preston today! The chemist did not have a queue and I entered and waited whilst the serious unfriendly member of staff finished her paperwork.I asked if she was all sorted when she finally looked up and silently just looked at me! No smile or greeting! I was shocked as I've been before and had not met this woman. I said good morning but she did not reply or say anything to me such as hello! I needed advice on an eye infection and wanted to speak to a pharmacist. The woman asked if my eye was sticky which I confirmed and she then asked if I had any discharge which I said yes as I had said that it was sticky. The pharmacist then intervened behind her to check and this woman said that she was already asking all the questions! I felt so angry as she wasn't a pharmacist and also was not kind and courteous! The pharmacist then came out to speak to me and he was helpful and definitely courteous. Unfortunately I would avoid the place if I saw that this woman was serving in Kamsons. Such a shame as it costs nothing to be friendly to a customer.

Goodlife completed about 60 questions on my behalf to apply for Attendance Allowance. They had only one telephone session with me to compose their answers, and I needed just a few amendments made to the final presentation. Despite some doubt on my part as to the outcome, it was successful. I doubt I would have achieved this on my own.

My experience with good life sorted was ok until I wanted to leave. Then it's a different story. Not pleasant at all ( meaning the company) though the helper was nice and also helpful. All they want is to sign you for direct debit asap, whether you want to or not and do not make things clear in taking card details, as they then automatically take it from your card, which they do not explain as I was told it was just to make things easier when I phoned in to pay by card each week.

I can’t thank our Good Life Helper, Julie, enough. From day 1 she was attentive friendly and knowledgeable. Our situation is a little tricky but Julie has taken it in her stride. If you need any aspect of care or support, contact this company.

Take your money. Pretend they're going to issue a refund when you cancel your booking and never issue it. I've even seen they claim people never had a booking/contact when they leave negative reviews. Shame I've got an email trail so they can't do it to me. Avoid!!!!

My wife was seriously ill, I was promised the Chair within 3/4 weeks max.(I PAID 6,000 INSTANTLY) The chair was due to arrive 5th Feb at the latest. I called after two weeks to check on progress to be informed that all was ok no problems. I explained that my wife's health had deteriorated and I needed the chair ASAP. I was again assured no problem, I called the Recliner factory on 3rd Feb to find out what delivery time I had on the 5th. I was put through to the transport company who said "how can I deliver a chair I don't have" No call came from the Recliner factory until the 8th Feb, I was asked to be home between 08.00 - 16.00 on the 11th Feb. At 09.00 on the 11th Feb I had a call to say the chair is not coming, I was asked if I could be available next week! I asked what day they said we don't know yet?I still have no chair. my wife passed away without ever seeing her promised chair. Still no apology or explanation from The Recliner factory and still no chair. Awful customer service it's like I don't exist whilst grieving. Of course they have had all my money so they don't care, horrible people kicking someone whilst they are down.

Saw the advert on my phone which showed a 2 seat reclining sofa but after tapping on it found only chairs....did I miss something or was it blatant false advertising ?

Everything was so easy to do from the initial visit to the actual use of the chair with every stage completed as stated in the time frame agreed. There was a wide choice of fabrics and add-on features. Mark was our initial contact and delivery was carried out by Stuart and Martin, three very professional people. They provided us with confidence in the product and the Company. We have recommended all three to our friends.

This is the second recliner that I have had from the reclinerfactory. I have been so pleased with my chair, I decided to buy one for my wife. Once again I'm pleased with her chair, so well made, looks good, and most important is that my wife loves it. Ian & Andy were the installation team, they explained everything in detail to her, also making sure that she was happy and comfortable. All I can say is that we are both really happy to have bought again from the reclinerfactory and will be recommending them.

My experience with Dr Amenien at Angel Smile has been excellent. He has overseen my successful orthodentic realignments and a tooth implant over the last year and a half. He always explains the reasons behind his treatment plans in the most careful, logical way, so that I can understand the process. His implant surgery was impeccable: hospital-standard sterile conditions, using state-of-the-art imaging technology, which meant the surgery tools were built in advance to the specifications of my jaw. I was on pain-killers for half a day, and my recovery was one day. No swelling, no after-pain. Standard recovery can be a week with older technology. Dr Amenien is a perfectionist who only wants to intervene when it is in the best interests of his patients!

Had an accident and my teeth were loose. The little knowledge that I have on these things is that if a tooth moves, it has to be repositioned and immobilized ASAP or you might loose it. After charging me £95, the dentist at this practice told me that they couldn’t do anything about this until my mouth swelling went down and then they would be able to asses (for another £95). Spoke to 5 other dentists abroad, and all agreed that this “diagnosis” is borderline negligible. I ended up booking a flight back home to see a reputable dentist who knows what they’re doing (also agreed with the other 5 diagnosis, and that what I was told here was BS). But hey, I got a free mouthwash out of it.

Amazing dental surgeon I had a terrible Gum infection because of my wisdom tooth! Before tooth extraction Dr Amin took a few x-ray to make sure my jaw's nerves are not going to hurt my nerves and explain patiently all the process of the extraction and caring after that. No feeling pain before and after tooth removal and no need any pain killers. A day later I received a call from Surgery to make sure that I'm feeling well and remind me how to care of my wound. Thank you so mach I'm extremely satisfied with extraction. To be honest this was the best experience after being with six other dentist in my fifty years of age. I strongly recommend to those people who really looking for a caring dental surgeon.

His root canal specialist Dr Denis, recently did three root canals for me, and they were painless and flawless. His team that assist him are wonderful as are the front desk ladies who remind me of my appointments. This place is what you hope all clinics are like. Recently I decided to get a good looking smile, but I wanted it to be very natural and not look like a Hollywood white smile. He took the time and care over months to ensure that my teeth would be aligned with Invisalign, to ensure that I could get the right design. I have done quite few different dental treatments over the past few years with Dr Amin; wisdom teeth removal, check ups, Invisalign - I am not only very happy with the results but I am also very satisfied with my experience of all the treatments. My experience with Dr Amin has been nothing short of phenomenal! My wife used to be afraid of dentists after a painful experience with another dentist in the past. Presently, her wisdom tooth was hurting a lot but she would not go to anyone because of her past experience. Due to the pain, I finally took her to Dr Amin. This happened many years ago and as much as we like to see Dr Amin, we have never needed to go to any dentist. All in all highly recommended and one of the best in the profession!
