Nearly impossible to get in contact with anyone. Even my doctor's office can't reach anyone on their team for support after repeated attempts. It's been like this for almost a year and I'm just fed up with the lack of support from them to get replacement mouthpieces and a new device to replace my broken one.

Won't honor money-back guarantee. I received my eXciteOSA device in early June and commenced my therapy as directed. The device came with a money-back guarantee if the therapy did not improve my OSA. My follow-up sleep study showed no improvement, thus I reached out to Signifier in Sept to return my device and receive refund. Signifier never answers their phone nor returns any voicemail. Weeks to get any email response. Signifier finally provided me with a mailing label to return in Dec and I received the package back "rejected, return to sender." As far as I'm concerned, at this point, Signifier is running a scam.

Technically flawed. the device does not give any significant improvement. worse still the performance is erratic. the device shuts down unexpectedly in the middle of a session and cannot restart from where it left off. It fails to record so the treatment is not recorded properly. I have brought it to the attention of the company but have received no action. I have done everything they asked me to to do. All they do is send a canned reply that it has been escalated to a team. Stay away.

It worked for me, but the device quit working before the warranty was up and they never sent me a new one. They don't honor their warranty.

Three key problems: 1) the device didn’t have any affect on my snoring. Others may have a different experience. 2) the device requires a new mouthpiece at regular intervals. Despite paying a monthly direct debit, this never appeared, leaving me £200 down (plus the device itself), with a device that was basically useless. 3) trying to cancel the direct debit seems next to impossible. Six months after I cancelled the payment, the company have taken a further payment from my account, despite no DD being in place, suggesting they aren’t controlling access to my payment details correctly. Unless you’re desperate, I would avoid.

This company have taken over a hundred pounds over the last 6 months, under a subscription I set up with them to supply mouthpieces for their product. However they have not been able to supply what should now have been two mouthpieces. I've had no contact whatsoever to explain why. I contacted their support to ask them to refund me seen as they're unable to supply the goods, only to be told to cancel my subscription (which I'd already done) and that my query had been passed to their finance team. I'm not quite sure what it is that I'm querying by reasonably expecting a refund. An apology would have been appropriate for them effectively stealing my money. Seems likely that I will have to raise a dispute via my bank to get my money back. All in all, a rather shockingly bad experience.

It seemed like it was reducing my snoring a little bit, but the mouthpiece automatically deactivates after 90 days. After spending about $1000 for the device it’s annoying that you have to buy a new $150 mouthpiece every three months. If you can get one. I ordered mine a month ago, haven’t received it, and can’t even get a reply to questions about it.

I ordered a replacement mouthpiece 5/3/2024. Today is August 28th & I have yet to receive the mouthpiece. For months I've been told they expect to receive stock in 2-3 weeks. I kept my order in place when advised they would "extend" my mouthpiece. Fine, this worked a few times but now it won't connect at all. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because I believe the device works. Unfortunately without a functioning mouthpiece it's useless. I'm wondering if Signifier is being transparent about the reason for the backorder. I read that last June they received their largest commercial order ever, 10,000 units from a company called Spectrum Sleep Solutions. So current users are put on the backburner??? A little suspicious...

I was happy with this product until I ordered the replacement mouthpiece. After four months of waiting I contacted the company for a reimbursement, which I did receive. It’s very disappointing that I had this product for less than a year and now can’t get the mouthpiece replaced that they said I needed to replace. This was a very expensive item that I was hoping to use for the rest of my life. After reading some other reviews, I realized that I wasn’t alone in my frustrations with this company. Don’t spend your money here. This company is not reliable or honest!

According to my partner my snoring is less and softer. My sleep score on my Fitbit hasn't changed much as my snoring didn't really affect me much. I'll continue using it. What really bugs me is the control the company has over the mouthpiece. I often use it just before a midnight bedtime, so my session runs past midnight. This stops me from using it that evening. Also, if I clean the mouthpiece properly and gently there isn't any need to replace it after 90 days. It's a money spinner for the company. They are switching them off at 90 days to force sales, rather than based on actual need. I know this because I was unable to use my device for 6 weeks out of the initial 3 months and it indicated that it was about to be switched off. The company did extend it, but I think that this level of control discredits the company.

So far has been a great experience on Mounjaro. The company have wonderful staff who care about your health, your progress and making sure you get your order in time. Would definitely recommend them

Update: I have kindly been refunded the full amount. Thank you for sorting this out quickly. Was actioned on the same day. I have reviewed my one star review based on the customer service following this incident. Ordered an item and they sent me wrong product. Have emailed them and will review my score based on how it is handled, as it could have been an honest mistake. I ordered disinfectant spray and they have sent me hand sanitiser which I could of got from any general store for £1-£2. I paid almost £12 including delivery for the spray I actually wanted from them. I can't see the product they sent me on their website so I think it may be a case of them false advertising and sending people an alternative product which is unlawful and I will escalate as necessary. Let's see what they come back with.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I placed an order, was told my order was accepted. They took my Money, then 2 days later they contact me and tell me my order has been cancelled. They don't think the product is safe for me. I have been taking if for some time. And for the record I'm 57 years old.

Får en ny tid kommer igen og skal have den tand trukket ud som ikke gik særligt professionelt, først bliver jeg ikke bedøvet ordentligt og for det andet, har tandlægen ikke fjernet mine rødder tror ikke at han magtede opgaven, så der bliver boret lidt til og hullet bliver syet sammen. Ugen efter skal stingene fjernes og tandlægen siger det ser jo fint ud. Jeg får tid hos en anden tandlæge som siger de rødder SKAL ud ellers kan du få rodbetændelse. Jeg ANBEFALER IKKE DEN KLINIK. Og slet ikke tandlæge Tim Sikke dog et underligt svar og få. Det er bare ikke okay at man går tidligere fra arbejde for at komme ind til jer og for at vide at man ikke har tid den er aflyst 😡 Og for det andet så kunne tandlægen bare give en ordentlig bedøvelse som virker i stedet for at være pisse sur og stresset, sådan skal en tandlæge sgu ikke være. Shipping was way faster than we anticipated. Packaging was superb. The device (Widex TV Play) was straight forward and easy to set up. My wife is absolutely thrilled that she can hear the tv and the voices clearly. I can have the tv muted or turn up the volume without it affecting her. The only issue we have run into is the cats soon found the wiring and I had to tape them to the back of the tv (the wires not the cats).

Immediate feedback from you when I emailed the failure of my hearing aids charger. Suspecting the issue was with the cord, not the charger, you immediately sent me a link to order the cord with the specific size I would need for my charger -- much less expensive than a new charger if that is not needed. I had started looking at Amazon with no reference there to Widex and trying to sell me other products

Customer service was great. My question was answered before the possible response time indicated on question dialog. Main irritant: I thought shipping costs were extreme based on actual package, even considering postal zones. Order/shipping sheet listed this package as 10 ounces and I started to take to PO just to confirm it probably weighed 1.5 ounce.

Purchased 3 glasses, measured my pupil incorrectly so had to get re-measured and glasses re-done. Asked for one set of glasses for computer use, but only good for close up reading. Highly recommended the frames, would purchase again. For eye health I still go to my eyecare optometrist as they have all the diagnostic equipment. I will get them to make lenses for my Dresden frames.

I bought my frames from Dresden, very happy with the service. As a Tasmanian customer it is too difficult to get my lens from Dresden as there is no shop front here to measure lens correctly.

Our last few visits haven’t been the best, the appointments have taken way too long for simple checkups. I often wonder what they’re doing that takes so long, I know this is a complaint on most doctors’ offices. But, my last appointment with the Pediatric doctor was originally scheduled for morning but they called me and asked to reschedule for 1:15 in the afternoon instead... So I adjusted my schedule. Then when I received the appointment reminder call, they said it was 1:30, okay, only 15 minutes later, that should be fine. My little one and I get there at 1:20, and we don’t get out of there until 3pm! The office wasn’t even busy when we arrived, so I’m just perplexed. I stepped out several times from the examining room to see what everyone is doing, and there’s a lot of chatting and visiting... I’m sure it’s just a perception but I still think they could move with more urgency and respect appointment times or else why make appointment times?

Dr. Bright and Dr. James are the best doctors I have been to and taken my children too EVER!!! They dont treat you like a regular patient. Dr Bright requested her assistant to schedule follow up just to see how I was doing with my medicine and both doctors are all about solutions. My daughter was sad one day and Dr James scheduled an appointment so she can talk to the counselor on staff. I lost my faith in doctors but Dr Bright restored that faith. Thank you bayless for bringing adult care on with the best doctor. Also, the rest of the staff is so welcoming and warm.

Very fast! Sent a sample by Royal Mail exactly 24 hrs ago and just now got the result for my PCR test! I'm impressed with the speed!

Steve was very helpful and promptly answered our queries. Our tests arrived on time and were easy to use. Our only slight issue was that we only ever got one result certificate despite two tests (for different people) being completed. That said if the need arose we would definitely use Tests4You again.

I have had a fantastic experience coming to BFC for my IVF treatment! I traveled to Barbados for treatment from the US and found it to be an incredible journey. All of the staff were caring, knowledgable and supportive beyond anything I've experienced at any kind of clinic or hospital in the United States. From our inquiry to the birth of our beautiful daughter, the staff has been very responsive and kind to deal with. We had bad results at another fertility clinic in Canada and were absolutely desperate to have a proper analysis of our situation. Dr. Skinner was absolutely amazing. She reviewed our file and could provide an accurate diagnosis that helped us improve our chances. As a result, we were successful with a first round of IVF at BFC. We couldn't be happier. Also, this place is much more affordable than any other IVF places in Canada or US.

Since our initial query in June 2022 the team at Barbados Fertility have been fantastic. They answered our query quickly and it felt so right to pursue the next step of our fertility journey with BFC. From the outset our fertility coordinator, Dionne has been approachable, prompt and clear in her responses and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and it was lovely to meet her in person during a trip from the UK in September prior to our treatment the following March. It just confirmed that we had made the right decision. Everyone we came across each step of the way was friendly and welcoming. From the staff in the clinic, consultation with Dr Skinner and the Counselling session with Dr Herbert was really beneficial, we took away lots of tips & suggestions. On transfer day the staff at the Wellness centre and my acupuncture session was amazing. The Dr, nurses and technicians explained everything really well, were supportive and had a real positive energy. It genuinely felt like everyone was rooting for us! 9 months later back in snowy England our beautiful baby boy was born. We are so happy and grateful to everyone at Barbados Fertility Clinic for helping us make our dream become our reality!

Very Bad! I am so disgusted at how this clinic treated my friend, we have had to go to a solicitors and to 3 dental consultations to get reports to prove what they did to her. We have asked for there management contact several times to make a formal complaint they refuse to give it, instead we were shown a badge which displays the name of there 'Sales and Matketing Manager' with a womans hand holding it but on the website its a man, very Shady Antics! My friend has to get all the crowns removed as they are so badly done and the clinic is refusing to refund. Absolutely dispicable.!!!!

Terribly Traumatic Experience! I had an extremely stressful time at this clinic from arrival to departure. Once I signed forms and paid I was subjected to lie after lie, regarding so many aspects of treatment I paid for Zirconia crowns was given 2 unit bridges with Large gaps and incorrectly placed also Bite deficit, additionally they forced me into accepting a permanent bridge over a 6 day old extraction site. They refused to acknowlege there misdemeanours with my explanations and pictures leaving me no choice but to pay For An IntraOral scan with the dental surgeon clearly pointing them out. They finally acknowledged and offered to do remedial work but refused to forward a breakdown of this, as I have no trust in what they say due to the extent I was lied to while there I will not put my self in such a risky situation with them twice over. I made a very bad choice giving my hard earned money to this clinic!.

Distressed Customer.. I am not sure if this company picks who to treat well and who not to, as they seem to have good reviews but I personally had the worst experience! If I write everything here you would be reading for hrs. They do not seem to have a complaints procedure in place (ironically Complaints go to 'Sales & Marketing Manager') that should tell anyone with any intelligence what they are about. I Paid over £3000 for Zirconia crowns (not what I got) instead... intense pain, worry, stress and now have to find somewhere else to do all the corrective work and pay over again! I have since returning had 2 consultations with UK dentists and 2 in person with Turkish dentists all of which informed me my crowns are so bad they cannot say any thing good about them, all 22 need to be removed and re-done from scratch! Oh and the blatant lies from arrival to departure were on level 9.9 out of 10! So the response to this review will of course be in accordance with their practices (lie your way out of everything)!!! They are now threatening Me with legal action for leaving them a negative review The unfairness of this whole scenario is unbelievable! All i wanted was a nice healthy smile.!!!

From my very first visit, I felt completely cared for. I was originally a patient at another clinic, but here I finally received the proper advice and my issue was resolved professionally and effectively. The dentists take their time, explain everything in detail, and find the best solution tailored to individual needs. My recent pedicure session—booked by my husband—was an outright disaster. The so-called “professional” they sent to my home clearly had no understanding of what a pedicure even entails. None of the services outlined in their description were carried out unless I explicitly demanded them: - No nail filing - No cuticle care - No exfoliation - No massage All I received was an hour of soaking my feet and a sloppy nail polish job that left polish all over my skin. I am pregnant, and to avoid unnecessary stress, I kept quiet and let the session end. But I was left absolutely livid afterward. This isn’t the first time Wecasa failed us. My husband previously booked a pregnancy massage for me as a Valentine’s Day gift, and what I received was an absolute joke: - The “professional” arrived without massage oil—a basic requirement for the service. I had to provide it myself, which is beyond unacceptable. - Halfway through the session, she casually revealed she’d been in an accident and was medically unfit to work in the UK. How is Wecasa allowing someone in that condition to perform physical treatments, especially on pregnant women? - The 90-minute massage ended after 60 minutes, with the excuse, “I forgot, sorry, I had an accident and forget everything lately.” Seriously? This is who they consider fit to represent their company? Who is responsible for screening these people? Who is being held accountable when their so-called professionals jeopardize customer health and safety? Or is Wecasa’s business model simply to take money while cutting corners on the most basic vetting procedures? As if these disasters weren’t enough, I was then confronted with sheer disrespect from one of their employees. Instead of addressing my complaint with the seriousness it deserved, she had the audacity to tell me, “I do not think this is the proper place” to raise my concerns which was a direct message on LinkedIn. I am shocked that their employees believe it’s their place to tell a paying customer where they should or shouldn’t raise complaints—especially after every formal channel had already failed me. When a company ignores customers at every turn, every channel becomes the right place to raise a complaint. Her dismissive, condescending attitude only proves how little Wecasa values its customers. ALL IN ALL, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WECASA TO ANYONE.

I had an awful experience with Wecasa, and I strongly advise against using their services. My cleaning session was booked days in advance, yet just one hour before the agreed time, the cleaner canceled because my home was “too far” from their previous job. This is a clear sign of terrible scheduling and complete mismanagement by Wecasa. I had planned my day around this appointment, only to be left scrambling at the last minute. If you need a reliable cleaning service, look elsewhere—Wecasa cannot be trusted to honor their commitments.

Ich habe die Produkte zurückgeschickt, die Rücksendekosten werden nicht übernommen (nicht toll, aber ok). Daraufhin habe ich eine Email über die Rückerstattung bekommen, in der alle Produkte einzeln mit "zurückerstattet" gekennzeichnet waren. Dennoch wurde mir nicht der volle Betrag erstattet, einen erklärenden Kommentar habe ich vergebens gesucht und daher nachgefragt. Als Antwort gab es einen Standardsatz, dass die Elektroden geöffnet waren und damit das Widerrufsrecht erlischt ist. Warum wird dann der Artikel als erstattet gekennzeichnet, wenn dem nicht so ist? Leider war bei den Elektroden von aussen nicht erkennbar, um welche es sich handelt, ohne die Verpackung zu öffnen. Dies habe ich auch dem Kundenservice geschrieben mit der Anmerkung, dass zudem ein deutlicher Hinweis im Paket, dass Hygieneartikel nach Anbruch vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen sind, sehr hilfreich und kundenfreundlich gewesen wäre. Ein Verweis auf die AGBs mag rechtlich in Ordnung sein, mit gutem Kundenservice hat das in meinen Augen aber nichts zu tun. Auf meine Email habe ich dann auch gar keine Antwort mehr bekommen. Weiterempfehlen kann ich axion leider nicht.

Ich benutze das Gerät schon über ein Jahr und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Nach meiner Bandscheiben und Knie OP war es sehr hilfreich, denn ich konnte total auf Schmerztabletten verzichten. Meine Frau hatte in letzter Zeit Rücken Probleme und da hat es auch geholfen.

Das Tens kam nach telefonischer Bestellung sehr schnell an. Einfach Rezept mit dem Smartphone fotografiert und per Email hinterher gesendet. Abends angewendet ist die Schmerzlinderung am nächsten Morgen da. Ohne Medikamente. Ich versuche lediglich Pausen in die Anwendung einzubauen, da gefühlt die Wirkung bei Daueranwendung nachlässt.

Tried to stick with this brand, but the clunky website and lacklustre customer service made it too frustrating. I found a pair I loved during the home trial, but checkout errors stopped me from buying them - no matter what device, browser, or network I used. After already contacting customer service once to fix an account issue, I seemed to hit a roadblock at every step - what should’ve been a simple purchase turned into a tiresome ordeal. When I reached out again, the response was basically “Other customers have had no issues. Try closing and reopening your browser.” At that point, I’d put in way too much effort for so little help, so I (begrudgingly) took my business elsewhere.

This was a gift for someone so needed to be right. You didn’t let me down !

Glasses need to be more modern and also have more choice. Feel very dated and quite cheap. The styles don’t seem to have been updated for years.

The home trial experience worked well, but their sizes are very small. My head is a little larger than average, but even their "oversized" frames are way too small. The whole experience left me soured on Arlo Wolf and even more self conscious.

Very happy with the service I've received so far. I looked at another similar VNS product but was worried about having to pay so much money up front and not have anyone based in the UK to contact if there were any issues. I found Alpha Stim and was very happy to be able to rent the device first to see if it works for me. After renting it for several months I've decided to purchase it. I went to clinic Evoy for face and neck lift and eye lift. From the minute I arrived I was greeted by Melek at Izmir airport. Picked up in lovely transport. Taken to my hotel. We’re Melek sorted all that for me. The next day I was picked up taken to hospital. Were I was met by dr Hakam and his staff. Every think was explained to me in English. I went for surgery. After coming around. I can say I was looked after , by dr hakam team of nurses. They was very good at there job. Nothing was a problem. Service was 💯. Food was lovely. The next day Melek was there to take me back to hotel. Which was nice. Melek was very good. Even if I sent her a txt. The reply was fast. After my recovery I went back to see dr Hallam to be checked and receive. My fit to fly. I can honestly say I was truly looked after from start to finish. Dr hakam team are fantastic. I’m happy with my face and eye lid surgery and neck.

I had a full face and neck lift at the end of April and couldn’t have asked for a better service from everyone involved. I was booked in a couple of weeks earlier but had a family emergency a few days before the surgery and Sude could not have been more helpful with changing the date. I had a carer called Malek whilst in Turkey who also was fantastic and nothing was too much of a hassle for her. She was available 24 hours a day and was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was great and transfers to all appointments and from the airport were prompt. I am very happy with the results of my surgery and would recommend this clinic and surgeon to anyone considering any surgery.

Both Melek and Sude were professional and caring throughout our experience. They were both available at all times to answer any questions and provide any support we requested, no request was too big or small. I could only recommend them and we are returning later this year for additional procedures.

I made a decision to have cosmetic surgery when I was in a bad place after losing my husband. The clinic weren't very understanding when I changed my mind, and until I got my bank involved, they weren't going to refund my deposit. Just think carefully before making any decisions. The language barrier isn't too bad, because the reps speak English, but it is off putting when there are things which aren't quite understood. I didn't travel in the end, so cannot comment on the standard of treatment.
