Help4addiction are an incredible organisation. We turned to them for help with a close relative who had serious addiction problems with benzos and alcohol. Charlene Grant in particular was calm, kind, reassuring, understanding and non-judgmental, helping us to work out the best way forward and how to address the subject with our relative. 12 months on, thanks to her and Help4addiction, we have this lovely person back in our lives and living a fulfilling and happy life. They even call us from time to time to check we're all ok. I cannot express how grateful we are to Charlene and to Help4addiction. Remember - help is out there, and these people are angels when you most need them.

I contacted them for support with my brother who (like myself) was addicted to alcohol. I am still abstinent but he just couldn't make that commitment and died of heart failure last Nov, The company reassured me, stayed in contact and followed up with me until I was able to tell them he had passed away. They did not charge me for this, Addiction is a serious condition and it costs the NHS billions. Detox and support is not free & costs a lot of money (and this is a private company). You have to have a very strong reason to stop drinking even if it is killing you. A strong direction is essential. health family and money isn't enough. Being able to complete a marathon, cycle 100 km, swim and w(in a race), learn to dive well, scuba dive and go somewhere to do it. A clear vision that involves training, discipline and self motivation are skills that help you to stay in recovery even when life gets hard. I miss my brother, always will.

After many months knowing that I was drinking out of control and needing help, I looked online for a company that could support me to get clean while still carrying on with my normal, busy life. I chose Help4Addiction as they offered Home Detox and Online Therapy and, most importantly, "Personalised Support For Your Recovery". This sounded perfect. I plucked up the courage, rang the support line and was greeted by a very understanding 'salesperson' who confirmed they certainly could help me. They had me signed up within minutes. Home Detox was £1800 and Online Therapy £2495. This appeared to be a set price. My cards couldn't accept this large amount so they asked for different cards / payment methods until the full amount was paid. I was also told I couldn't just do the Home Detox and need to sign up for both that and the therapy. I agreed, it was expensive, but I was desperate and feeling very vulnerable. All started well, I had my phone call with a doctor to discuss treatment plan, drugs were posted out a few days later with clear instructions on how and when to take. Next, I had my video 'therapy assessment' which was a list of pretty textbook questions - did you have a happy childhood? Did you enjoy school? when did you start drinking? etc At the end of this call the counsellor said sessions would start daily from day 3 or 4 of home detox. I asked for times etc so I could plan into my diary. At this point ONLY was I told there was only 1 group session per day at a set time each day (with members suffering from all types of addictions, just not alcohol). I was very upset as the set time every day was just not feasible for my life/work but I was still keen to get this help. The counsellor was also shocked none of this had be explained to me before signing up! I called the helpline and spoke to a 'manager' to ask where was the personalisation that was offered? is there any other options? why was I not told this? She spent some time telling me/ trying to convince me I just had to make it work in a rather strong, cold tone (I was in tears at this stage!) or I could simply just miss some of the sessions?!! She eventually offered me some 1 to 1 sessions on the days I couldn't make the group sessions after I pushed back for some personal approach to my care and complained about feeling conned into signing up!! So, another phone call with the counsellor to arrange this - she told me I couldn't dip into the group sessions, it was pretty much all or nothing, she was saying 2-3 1:1 sessions/ week would be the max and she didn't really advise it as it would be too intense. She also told me on the days I wasn't having these sessions, I should attend local AA meetings!!!???!! Alarm bells were now certainly ringing!! I sent an email of complaint to the support line and demanded a refund. An advisor called asking me to talk her through the complaint. She said it would be passed onto her manager who would be in touch. 2-3 days passed, nothing. I called again and had to ask an advisor what was happening as I had no communication from the company? He told me the system said a refund was being processed for the therapy sessions. Great. I then asked about the Home Detox? I didn't start the drugs as wasn't sure I was allowed too. They passed me onto the manager. She was abrupt.....we are giving you a refund for the therapy, not the detox as there was no issues with that part. I was confused - I was told you had to do both parts, detox and therapy?! She said no, asked do you have the drugs? do you have the instructions? I replied yes and she told me to get started!!! Call if I have any other questions!! Wow!!! Despite this shocking experience, everything so far re the Home Detox was OK so I started the following day. No support phone call to check in. The next day, nothing. Day 3, a missed call and voicemail saying call if you have any questions. No attempt to call again or call my named carer (which they insist you most have !) I was in full blown withdrawal symptoms and feeling terrible. I called back the following day asking for some advice / support. They told me I should email the doctor who sent the drugs!!! I emailed the doctor who thankfully called me back and gave me my first and only piece of advice and proper support from this company. He was also appalled to learn that I wasn't having any support and asked me if I was happy for him to complain on my behalf. Of course I was! The doctor is the reason this review has 1 star! Surprisingly, the company called the next day to ask how I was feeling and to say my feedback was taken on board. And that was the end of anything I've had from this company. Still no follow up from the end of the Home Detox. They showed no duty of care, no personalisation, no 24hr support. Please, please if you need help, don't put yourself through the stress and upset this company has caused me. They are a rip off.

Made to feel like a child and the rules were applied inconsistently about ‘transgressions’ and bans from meetings Was told my behaviour was not ‘normal’ and apart from one therapist (Mike) the sessions were awkward and clunky. Often just reading from PowerPoint presentations. Was also accused of having an eating disorder A great money making scheme but I gained zero benefit The whole experience is something I want to forget. For those considering it. Try the book and podcasts about the Freedom model. That’s transformative and cost me £20

I was in the same group as someone else who left a review and I agree with her completely. I was lucky I could borrow the £2495 from my mother but the reason that I chose this ks because I was in a brain injury rehabilitation for three months and it really helped me get back on my feet after a traumatic brain injury. The picture I had painted in my mind of this therapy was completely different and I was desperate at the time for help. The greatest thing I learned from this therapy was that this was a waste of money and there is nothing that anyone can do for you. It is only you who can help yourself and there is no one who can wave a magic wand or be qualified enough to help you. I could have got much better value for money if I paid for one to one counselling for the price of £2495. The therapists are a joke because they cannot give you any advice on how to get stronger, they also ignore you and tell you things like, "addicts just want it now." My one to one therapist was a woman called Charlotte and she would ignore my emails even when I was doing my therapy and this is what I was paying for to be ignored when really what I needed was real mental health professionals giving me real advice. If you are thinking of doing this therapy don't waste your money there is nothing high end about this service but the price. They do not care or value their customers and it is disgusting because this service did not help at all and any correspondence I have sent recorded delivery they ignored. I hope this helps someone because you can do a lot better than pay for this crap service.

After having a particularly bad hangover and realising I couldn't carry on drinking like this, I contacted Help4addiction online and spoke to someone on the chat service. They instantly recommended me to get in touch with The Farm DayHab. Whilst in the middle of panic attacks, shakes, sickness and feeling very vulnerable and needing help, a lady told me about the Dayhab service and promised me it would be beneficial. She was very calm and listened and I felt like this would be the answer. She told me her story about addiction to drink and how the service had helped her. I believed it all as I was desperate for help. She informed me of the price which I couldn't afford and advised me I could put it on a credit card or get a loan! In my panic I said I would see if I could get one. The lady then called me 3 times during the day to try to sign me up (talk about hard-sale tactics) I said it was a lot of money and my parents couldn't lend me the amount. She then told me to hang on a few minutes and she could get me funding from a charity so it wouldn't cost me as much! She then advised me to get a loan for the lower amount £1800 instead of the £2499, as if she already knew she could offer me this. Looking at this in hindsight I feel I was coerced into making a quick decision whilst I was at one of my lowest points. So after a quick check on my online banking I got a loan. Again the lady wanted a quick transfer of the funds on the promise I could attend a session the very next day and speak to a counsellor. A man then called me on the night when my funds had cleared to take my money. For the next 28 days I attended sessions that took up my evening, listening to other addicts' stories. I completely understand why this could help some people and it is relatable but there is an issue here with people having different kinds of addictions. I was in a group with cocaine addicts, a sex addict, a gambling addict and a few other drinkers. Some things I could understand but others were a waste of my time. In truth hearing about gambling addiction actually triggered my old habit and I ended up gambling and losing money that I could ill afford to lose (something I hadn't done for over 3 years) After completing the course I felt robbed. The 4 sessions I had with a counsellor were not helpful and all one-sided. Basically me talking about past issues and feelings and them just listening. No tips, materials or ways of quitting. I was already aware of how things in my past had been issues and I had already undertaken CBT and Counselling, so there was nothing new being brought up that was beneficial to me. The counsellor even told me I knew myself very well and could express my feelings. I should have gone to AA for free, followed the 12 steps and spoke to like-minded people there. Also there is a ton of good books out there that actually make you see that alcohol is poison and scientifically tells you what it does to you and why you get cravings. None of this was explained in the rehab sessions. I have not attended any of the aftercare sessions and I have not been contacted to encourage me to attend. All you get is a link on a Sunday on the Pronto App. If you don't have this app there is no way of getting the link. No email is sent from them and considering it is part of the overall package, they are very poor on the aftercare service. It's like they have your money and the rest is left to you. Also the lack of reviews on their site, FB and on here indicate to me that they don't have many happy customers or why aren't there more reviews? Considering the company has been established for 2 years. There is also no number to call or governing body to check their credibility which did raise my suspicions to start with, and my parents, so I actually rang Help4addiction to confirm they are a genuine company. My advice.......Go to AA instead!

Michael helped me get my son into rehab which was the best (and only) thing that could have happened to him. He was in for 28 days and has been drug-free for 105 days. I pray that this will last and am proud he's doing so well. I couldn't have done this without Michael and Help4Addictions help. They were so supportive through a dreadful period of our lives. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I had multiple issues with my order. They did not go through production as the timeline stated. They were only completed AFTER I had reached out inquiring about my order. Once shipped there was an issue with the documentation they provided to FedEx so I had to follow up with Mouqy AND FedEx myself. The package was ultimately not received and I have been back and forth with them for almost a month now. They will do nothing to assist me in resolving this. They tell me the same thing over and over. They have taken no responsibility for their issues as the merchant. I do not recommend them AT ALL. EDIT: To tell me my review is unfair when this is my experience is TERRIBLE. These are the facts. They only did their best AFTER I continuously followed up almost always requiring a follow up prior to a response. Although there is not timeline that the company has given me, the departments have a timeline in which these types of things can be filed. Mouqy was not willing to work with me because I would not have been allowed to file a police report due to the timing. Their lack of understanding is ridiculous.

Desværre fik jeg det meget værre i ryggen i løbet af aftenen efter jeg kom hjem fra massagen. Det var alt alt for hårdt med massagepistolen på min ryg. Har flere diskusprolapser og slidgigt samt nervesmerter i ryggen. Jeg fik mere og mere ondt i ryggen efterfølgende. Går normalt ved ostepat/fys og hun sagde det var alt for hårdt for min ryg med de problematikker jeg har og bruge massagepistol. Man skal være mere forsigtig med en ryg som min. Ja anbefalede dig til og begynde med, men da jeg efterfølgende fik det værre og værre i ryggen, anbefalede jeg ikke min kusine det. Hun havde en god oplevelse. Men man skal tilpasse det efter rygdiagnoser og ikke bruge så hård en metode til en ryg med de gener jeg har. Har talt med flere fagpersoner og de ville aldrig bruge en massagepistol på de områder i ryggen. Det er alt alt for hårdt for sådan en ryg. Følger dig jo heller ikke på Instagram efter behandlingen. Tjek selv. Er ked af det endte sådan. Men fremover vil jeg bruge en som jeg er sikker på har en lang uddannelse indenfor området.

En fremragende oplevelse hvor der var god service. Både i forhold til selve massagen, men også et meget behageligt menneske, hvor man følte sig tryg. Prøvede en meget behagelig og ny teknik fra Marina,som jeg var meget begejstret for. Det omhandlede magnetisme, og havde en virkelig god effekt! There are people who are not doctors and they treat people. And the owner of this place is Syrian. Can you believe it? You will come from Europe and your health will be in the hands of people who cannot do their job properly. Run away and get away as soon as possible. You will not be able to find this clinic in its place after a year if you get treated.

I had a very negative experience with Dr. Esranur Çelik. Her approach as a dentist is extremely brutal, and it feels like she has no concern whatsoever for the well-being of her patients. Her careless finishing and lack of precision turned my treatment into a complete nightmare. Moreover, lies are told about what is possible and what to expect. I was well-prepared and knew exactly what I wanted—and, more importantly, what I did not want. Yet, I was misled and given false information. She is simply not competent in her profession and does not seem properly trained to work with advanced equipment. To make matters worse, she is completely unreachable when problems arise, causing even more stress and uncertainty. She can speak very well and gives the impression that all your wishes will be fulfilled, but once the process begins, it becomes painfully clear that this was completely false. The reality is the complete opposite. During the procedure, she works extremely fast, rough, and harshly, without any concern for comfort or precision. Moreover, it is shocking that she swears while working, making it a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. Additionally, the work environment is chaotic and completely unprofessional. People who have nothing to do with the procedure walk in and out of the treatment room, eat while the procedure is ongoing, and even look into your mouth during the treatment. As if that wasn’t bad enough, a phone is placed against the doctor, and she FaceTimes someone during the procedure—someone who has absolutely nothing to do with me or my treatment. This was an extremely shocking and inappropriate experience. Furthermore, all zirconium-related treatments are entirely taken out of the patient’s hands, meaning the patient has no influence whatsoever over the process. The result? They do whatever suits them best, without considering the patient’s wishes or expectations. My goal was to replace all my teeth with crowns, with the explicit request for a natural-looking appearance. I specifically did not want unnaturally white, fake-looking teeth. Unfortunately, this was completely ignored. If you don’t care about quality, then this might be the right place for you. But be warned: The bite is completely off The molars were ground down during the placement because they didn’t fit, making it impossible for me to chew Five crowns were placed above the gum line, so you can see and feel the bleeding gum All molars, both upper and lower, have been completely flattened The lower front teeth were placed crookedly, which is visible to the naked eye The two upper front teeth do not touch the gum—I can literally blow air through the gap But the worst part: the plaque that was clearly visible on the X-ray was NOT cleaned. I only discovered this in my home country after I developed severe infections in my back molars. This is truly scandalous, as plaque forms the foundation of healthy teeth, and this was my number one concern from the beginning. If you care about quality and aftercare: RUN AWAY! If you're interested in photo evidence or additional information, I am willing to share it privately if you are considering undergoing a similar treatment. I strongly advise everyone against getting treated by her. Please find a professional who is actually skilled and provides the necessary care and precision!

My experience with mono clinic was really good from Bürśa my travel coordinator she was amazing I was excited to come because of her she helped me with any question I had before and made me feel comfortable about travelling. Cengiz my personal coordinator was lovely helped me while I was going through with my surgery. The aftercare nurse was amazing she really helped me understand how to make sure I dress my wounds. All was well at first, I had my surgery done in 2021. I had a tummy tuck, 360 lipo and breast uplift with implants. I had an infection in my right boob which wasn’t right when they saw it but said I was fine to fly, my scars on boobs and tummy are horrible- tummy has a big V in the middle. I have contact them so many times and sent photos. My boobs are the worst, one is rock solid and very high- it hurts! The other is fine but very low, saggy low. I really don’t like what they done. At first they told me to keep massaging the boob and then just completely stopped replying. I have reached out on many occasions and am now looking for another clinic to put right what they messed up. Also- the hotel was nothing like they said, me and my friend begged to be moved. We needed to pay extra for another hotel in the end. I really wouldn’t recommend these guys at all. They read my messages and ignore. My lipo seemed ok- which is why I am giving 2 stars and not 1. I’d also like to add I was now shown different implants etc, I saw they had options on the desk when I went in for a check up which puzzled me as I wasn’t given an option. They take cash at the hospital bed which feels so awkward! The hospital itself staff had laughed at me when I had awoken in pain- mono said they would put a complaint to them. The hospital was very run down- the clinic was glamorous which I think is how they real you in- hospital reminded me of something from the waking dead or something. Attempted contact again with them today- my messages were “seen” and I was ignored.

CLINIC IS IGNORING ME AND NOT ANSWERING MY INSTAGRAM MESSAGES!!!!!!! I had a breast revision with mono I put my trust in one of their drs to rectify my breast and this was not what they did, the dr said to me that my right implant was in the wrong position and he would move this for me during the revision….THIS HE DID NOT DO THEY LIED TO MY FACE…when I came home I had to go the NHS for a scan and they confirmed it was sitting to high and the dr had definitely not moved it!!! They are ignoring my instagram messages and e**** who works for mono as aftercare service provider is denying everything and telling me I need to pay for the implant to be moved but I have already paid £3300!! All they want is your money and then to ignore you afterwards this is their drs fault for not doing what he said and they have told me they will not put the matter right, why should I pay again when I have already paid!!! I have a very busy aesthetic business and I have girls constantly asking me where to go for surgery it’s such a shame they won’t put their wrongs right because they are loosing out on a lot of business from me!

My experience at Mono clinic with my mum was 10 out of 10, from the moment we have arrived till the very last day. I'm sorry for not remembering everyone's name but I would like to start by appreciating the driver's patience because couldn't speak the local language and we ended up in the wrong exit gate, but the driver was patient enough to make sure he would find us and takes us to the hotel and for being polite and friendly throughout the journey. I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone at the clinic for making this experience so joyful and much easier than I expected it. During my operation, the doctor and the nurse were really kind and communicative and that made the experience much easier, considering that I get nervous around nidles. ☺️ I would also like to say a massive thank you to Duru, Melike and Busra for supporting us from the very begging till the very last. Dealing with the paperwork, flights and everything else we need help with. If it wasn't for you guys I'm not sure we could have done it ourselves. This clinic cares only about taking your $$$... hear me out! Hi all, my experience with Mono clinic wasn't good at all, you send the info about what you like to be done through the nurse, then they confirm the price for procedures, you say ok but I would still feel more comfortable to see what the doctor's recommendations are and make changes accordingly. The nurse said "YES SURE", as long as you sign the digital form and proceed to payments immediately (RED FLAG 🚩). You arrive in Izmir and then you go straight to the clinic NOT for consultation but rather to fill out and sign more than 50 papers back and front, top and bottom, I however DIDN'T sign those papers because I didn't feel at ease. My consultation day came and then I asked the Dr. I only wanted small amount of work done nothing major and definitely nothing big, the Dr was UPSELLING! He suggested cat eyes, double chin (my face is skinny mind you) mid face lift or full face lift 🤯, he blew my mind and I said NO I'm fine thank you, I will NO longer do anything, thank you for your time. I then asked for refund, I understood that some of my refund will be gone, but to keep my full $600US deposit (burglars). They kept saying, we will look into it , but no one got back to me , the MONEY is GONE. And I'm glad for NOT using their services to conduct minor work on my face. Do Not Trust a clinic with non stop rotation of surgeons ....SCARY!!! Do not fall for what they say to you... STAY AWAY!!!🚫

Kayleigh was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and sympathetic and encouraged me to lift, drive and sit in three models to compare and contrast. They were all great but so glad to have been able to test them and take my time to think through the various options. Very helpful and friendly shop who do not pressure you in any way but make a genuine and informed effort to help you decide what is actually best for your individual needs. From my initial message to being dropped back at the airport I cannot fault them. Erkmen is such a lovely man helping with anything. I cane for surgery and asked about possible lens replacement at a later date. He arranged full eye test next day at no cost and wasn’t pushy at all. I had surgery by Dr Görkem Çalışkan on 22.11.2014. I stayed in this hospital for 1 night. The nurses, secretaries, cleaning staff, all the employees were very attentive and friendly.

Great attention. They do not speak English but they have traslators which can help you during all process, from 8 am to 5:30 pm. nurses and doctors are nice and they treated us really well. We had some urgent topic which were solved in few minutes. Pay attention on insurance before entering.

My experience with Frames Direct was great. I ordered eyeglasses that was a fair price, it was discounted. Navigating through the system was easy. I wanted my glasses with prescription, but I didn't have my prescription with me. So, I reached out to Dianna and she was able to refund the difference. She was friendly and quick with responding.

I found the shades that I wanted at a great price. They were quick and accurate.

In this era , they take almost 2 weeks to get your glasses delivered. Very slow process and you hardly receive any communication during the process. Also I was made the purchase transaction at 5:30 pm the day before and the transaction got posted with next days date (2/1/25) , due to which the credit card company wouldn't honor their credit card offer

Great customer service. Customer service contacted me with questions about the prescription I entered incorrectly. I was able to communicate conveniently via email and clarify what I wanted. The glasses are perfect and came within a couple of weeks.

I ordered a pair of progressive lenses. Total $465 which is not cheap but the lenses were! They said it was a premium brand from Essilor but if I change my gaze just one degree from straight to right or left I see nothing. Very poor quality and performance of the lenses. Very bad, very disappointed.

I finally found the frames no one else was carrying! I couldn’t be happier!

- The company claimed to me directly that they would start selling individual toothbrush heads within 3 months. - They later decided against this so our only option is a ~£16 per 3 months subscription pack of floss, toothpaste plus an individual toothbrush head. - It is possible to cancel subscriptions online however the company ignores requests to cancel subscriptions by email. In my opinion this is dishonest behaviour.

I didn't receive a delivery and had to chase it up. However, this was instantly remedied by the customer success team and I also received a personal email from one of the Founders, which was a very unexpected and a super nice touch. The missed delivery was due to a system mess up and they apologised sincerely. Floe's products are awesome and I can't recommend them highly enough. I notice a difference in my overall oral hygiene when using them compared to regular off the shelf toothpaste and toothbrushes. The sustainable angle is a big factor for me too, so this is another tick in the box. Keep up the great work, Floe!

Kæmpe anbefaling til dr. Hao. Dr. Hao er en meget dygtig akupunktør. Hun er enormt professionel og enormt venlig og rar. Ifb. med en hjernerystelse havde jeg konstant hovedpine, (og flere gange om ugen slem hovedpine), samt jeg oplevede også en del svimmelhed. Allerede efter de første behandlinger hos Dr. Hao kunne jeg mærke en markant forbedring. Intensiteten af min hovedpine var meget mindre, og jeg oplevede en del mindre svimmelhed. Jeg havde prøvet alle mulige behandlinger før, som ikke havde hjulpet. Nu har jeg ikke længere konstant hovedpine, og når jeg har hovedpine, så er det en meget svag hovedpine. Jeg kan ikke takke Dr. Hao nok - hun har hjulpet mig til at få mit funktionsniveau tilbage til, hvad det var inden hjernerystelsen. Kæmpe anbefaling herfra! 10/10.

Dr. Hao er en dygtig akupunktør, som jeg søgte hjælp hos for angst og søvnløshed. Jeg startede med 10 behandlinger og oplevede allerede fra første gang en markant forbedring i min generelle tilstand – jeg føler mig nu langt mere rolig og afslappet. Tidligere havde jeg svært ved at falde i søvn, men nu falder jeg hurtigt og let i søvn. Jeg føler mig også mere til stede i nuet og oplever en større indre ro. Dette er en kæmpe lettelse efter mange år med søvnløshed. Jeg planlægger at fortsætte med akupunkturbehandlingerne for at opbygge en stærk balance mellem krop og sind. I know Dr. Hao since 2020, I was having issues to get naturaly pregnant and my sister in law recomended her. I went and had her powerful therapy and I got pregnant the same cicle with my first son. In 2022 I revisted her as I want to get pregnat with my second childe and again I got pregnat in the same month. Now I just restarted the theraphy and I am sure I will get pregnat very soon. She has an amazing holistic approach, were she balances your hormons so you body is more receptive and ready to do its natural job. I have fels so much better with only a few sessions. Beside her expertice she is so kind and warm practicionar that really cares about her patience wellbeing. She has so many appointmenst with all type of people ages and challneges. If you need to start a heathly life this is definetely where you should start! Thank you Doc for all you have done fro me and my family!

Jeg kom til Dr. Hao, fordi jeg gennem flere år har bøvlet med stress og sygdom, og jeg var derfor interesseret i, om hun kunne hjælpe mig. Det kunne hun i den grad! Allerede efter én behandling kunne jeg trække vejret helt ned i maven, dybt og ubesværet – noget, jeg har haft svært ved meget længe. Min stress er kun blevet bedre med de efterfølgende behandlinger. Dr. Hao har givet mig overskuddet i hverdagen tilbage, gjort mig fri for alle mine spændinger og genskabt en balance i min krop, som jeg for længst havde glemt, hvordan føltes. Jeg er evigt taknemmelig og kan kun give hende min største anbefaling. Længe har jeg været generet af ledsmerter - sandsynligvis relateret til overgangsalderen - og gav det derfor et skud hos Dr. Hao. Bedste investering jeg har gjort mig. Dr. Hao er yderst kompetent og empatisk, og siden dag et fik jeg en fornemmelse af at være i gode hænder. Ledsmerterne er gradvist aftaget med behandlingerne, som i øvrigt var afslappende. Min livskvalitet er betydeligt forøget, hvilket jeg er yderst taknemmelig for. Klinikken er også nydelig og ren, og placeringen god.

Jeg kan ikke få anbefalet Dr. Hao nok! Jeg oplever nu langt færre symptomer fra min astma, og det har forbedret min livskvalitet markant. Fra mit første besøg har jeg følt mig tryg og i gode hænder. Derudover er klinikken altid professionel, og man føler sig set og forstået som patient. Stor tak for din fantastiske hjælp!

I went to dr. Hao as I was experiencing a lot of neck pain that was spreading and caused headaches that made it difficult to function normally. I got these symptoms after having heavy flu over winter and stress that came with it. After few sessions with dr. Hao headaches were completely gone and tension in my neck and upper back muscles became much smaller. I enjoyed every visit, dr. Hao is listening very carefully to what the issue is and it seems like she knows right away what treatment will help best. At the same time, she is such a nice person with lovely energy. Thank you one more time, dr. Hao!

Jeg kom til dr. Hao efter en stress sygemelding med både angst og depression til følge. Havde enormt meget indre uro, sitren i kroppen, anspændthed og søvnløshed både i form af at have meget svært ved at falde i søvn, men også at vågne om natten og vågne meget tidligt, jeg var ked af det, håbløs, intet humør m.m. Og græd bare generelt hele tiden. Havde det så dårligt og dr. Hao var lidt min sidste udvej, da jeg både havde gået til psykolog, prøvet almindelig akupunktur, kst, healing m.m. Allerede efter 2 gange kunne jeg mærke forskel på mit humør - følte mig gladere og mere rolig, og efter 6 behandlinger føler jeg mig næsten som mig selv igen. Mit glade humør er tilbage, ingen angst, og meget bedre søvn. Jeg har fået 2 behandlinger om ugen og mangler stadig er par behandlinger, som jeg ser frem til. Jeg er meget taknemmelig for dr. hao’s hjælp, og hun er så sød, varm og hjælpsom. En sand fornøjelse. Tak!!

Jeg er fuldt ud tilfreds med min øjenoperation. Kommer gerne igen hvis tiden kommer. Og har anbefale det til familie og venner. 5 stjerner her fra og hvis jeg kunne så gerne 10 stjerner for rigtig god service og rådgivning, en rigtig behagelig oplevelse.

Godt personale, man følte sig i gode hænder. Og selve operationen var en kæmpe succes, ingen linser eller briller, en kæmpe lettelse i dagligdagen. Kan varmt anbefale dem.

Fin oplevelse med Klinik, er helt fri for briller. Eneste grund til der ikke er 5 stjerner er fordi mit nattesyn er blevet voldsomt påvirket, har brug for meget lys for at kunne se. Det samme hvis jeg sidder og kigger på tvet og jeg er træt, så smøre det hele sig lidt ud og de hvide elementer "bloomer". Skal også have alt lyset slukket i hele rummet hvis jeg sidder på pc eller ser tv, da det ellers generer ind fra siden af og blænder. Det er dog ikke noget som klinikken eller Memira har del i, sådan er FS lasik bare. Jeg var selvfølgelig advaret inden, men jeg føler bare mit syn i hverdagen, når der er solskin er mere værd end om natten eller når jeg hænger foran fjernsynet :) Edit: Og svar til Memira: Det er et helt år siden operationen. Så det bliver næppe anderledes.

Professionelt og serviceminded

Det er nu præcist et år siden jeg fik en linse udskiftning hoe Memira. Det har været en ubetinget succes. I dag tænker jeg aldrig over operationen, og har nærmest glemt min tid med briller og tiltagende alders syn. Det tog lidt tid for mig, at vende mig til de to linse læseafstande, henholdsvis ca. 20 cm og 50 cm. Man skal lige vende sig til at justere afstanden, til det man gerne vil læse, specielt når man kommer fra nærsynethed på minus 1,5, hvor jeg altid kunne læse alt tæt på. Men her et år efter er det blevet en vane, og mine skærme på arbejdet er justeret til den præcise afstand, hvor alt står skarpt. Den store gevinst er når afstandene er mere end en meter. Alt står knivskarpt og det er skønt at kunne undvære briller, der duggede i regnvejr eller sad løst på næsen, eller blev glemt på skrivebordet. Med hensyn til natsyn, så tog det lidt tid at vende mig til “ringe” omkring lyskilder, og efterhånden er de da også nærmest forsvundet igen, hjernen er en forunderlig opfindelse, og den justerer ubevist for disse genskær, så jeg nu har det samme, om ikke bedre natsyn end før. Som fodbolddommer er det fantastisk at undvære briller, og jeg ser de enkelte situationer betydeligt bedre end før. Hvilket giver en del mindre brok fra spillerne i kampene. 😃 Min bror fik en lignende operation to måneder før mig, og er lige så tilfreds i dag, som jeg er.

Anmeldelse af min LASEK-øjenoperation – en fantastisk oplevelse! Jeg har for nylig fået foretaget en LASEK-øjenoperation, og det har været en fuldstændig livsændrende oplevelse! Jeg led af en meget høj bygningsfejl/brydningsfejl, og tanken om at kunne se klart uden briller eller kontaktlinser virkede næsten uopnåelig for mig efter mange års venten. Fra start til slut var oplevelsen hos memira klinikken fantastisk. Personalet var utroligt søde, professionelle og imødekommende, hvilket gjorde, at jeg følte mig tryg hele vejen igennem. De tog sig tid til at forklare proceduren i detaljer, besvare alle mine spørgsmål og sikre, at jeg havde det godt både før, under og efter operationen. Selve indgrebet var hurtigt overstået, og efter helingsperioden er mit syn nu bedre, end jeg nogensinde havde turdet håbe på. Det er en ubeskrivelig følelse at vågne op og kunne se klart uden hjælpemidler – det har virkelig ændret mit liv! Hvis man overvejer en øjenoperation, kan jeg på det varmeste anbefale dette sted. Det er en beslutning, jeg aldrig vil fortryde!

For lidt over tre måneder siden fik jeg lavet en synskorrigerende operation hos Memira i Kolding, og det har uden tvivl været en af de bedste beslutninger, jeg har taget! Som selvstændig frisør var jeg naturligvis nervøs – mit syn er altafgørende for mit arbejde, hvor hver lille detalje tæller. Samtidig er jeg en passioneret jæger, hvor skarpt syn er en kæmpe fordel, og ikke mindst dyrker jeg OCR-løb, hvor jeg konstant udsætter mig selv for vand, mudder og vilde forhindringer. At være fuldstændig fri for briller i alle mine aktiviteter er en ubeskrivelig fornøjelse! Ingen dug på brilleglassene, ingen briller i panden, ingen irritation – bare fuldt udsyn og frihed. Jeg kan kun give de varmeste anbefalinger til Memira i Kolding!

good products but delivery service is poor and not reliable

I had a problem logging in to my account and contacted the company for help. The operations Manager Steve Walmsley was very prompt in responding and assured me he would help and he did just that. Extremely helpful. I highly recommend this company for its great quality products and excellent customer service.

I bought a heat lamp back in April this year . At the time there were only heat lamps eith a European plug in stock . It was discussed that I could wait 3 months for others to come in stock and then I asked if it was possible to change the plug to a uk plug. I was verbally told that was an option / possibly. So that is what I did purchased the lamp then got an electrician to change the plug . A few weeks ago the element went in the heat lamp way before the stated 500 hours of usage . I rang up and received helpful advice that lamp still under warranty send it back it will be repaired or replaced . I was verbally told to send it back abs that I would be refunded postage . I was sent a link and paid 40 pounds for the return . The heat lamp was repaired and sent back at which point I asked to be refunded for postage. I was told that she had spoken to her manager and that postage isn’t refundable and that actually the warranty is invalidated because the plug has been changed ! So basically they have done me a favour by repairing it . I take issue with someone selling me the lamp knowing full well that I was going to change the plug as discussed on the phone but not mentioning at the time of purchase / discussion that this would invalidate the warranty . I take issue with someone saying postage would be refunded then saying that that is not possible abs that they did not say that . I listened to what I was told and acted accordingly to be told something different later on . Lesson learnt get everything in writing . The heat lamp is disappointing and already the element gone really quickly . I’m now left in the situation that if it breaks again it’s not covered by the warranty . Unimpressed !

We had superb service with Phoenix Medical.

Very disappointed with heat lamp purchase and return experience. I was refunded only a 70 percent on a purchase that didn’t work, with an awkward and bad design, and subsequently injured myself badly while dismantling it after being promised it had been assembled and tested before sending (a prerequisite for my purchase). It wasn’t. And then directed to use considerable force to assemble as it didn’t fit together properly and then told it couldn’t be refunded due to damage inflicted as per your instructions re assembling. Acquired bad hand laceration. The lamp did not work. Two patients confirmed. No responsibility assumed on your part for your part in this debacle. Very disappointed in both the product and the bad customer service. Buyer beware!
