Eaze, das Coaching und meine Psychologin haben mir sehr dabei geholfen meine Schlafprobleme zu lindern und das ganze Thema „schlaf“ zu entzerren und aus einer anderen Perspektive zu sehen. Die Übungen und Techniken sind super umzusetzen und auf die jeweilige Problematik angepasst. Ich habe mich wirklich gut aufgehoben und verstanden gefühlt, ich konnte meine Psychologin jederzeit anschreiben und sie hat immer geantwortet, und mich in besonders herausfordernden Situationen/Phasen motiviert und aufgemuntert, ohne Druck aufzubauen. Wichtig ist, dass man sich öffnet und auch in den regelmäßigen, ja täglichen Austausch geht. Dies fällt allerdings nicht sonderlich schwer, da die Psychologen wirklich sehr kompetent, nett und verständnisvoll sind.

Eaze, und meine Schlafpsychologin haben mich sehr geholfen bei einem sehr wichtigen Problem, was nicht sehr viel Aufmerksamkeit bekommt. Die App hat mir einige sehr hilfreiche Entspannugssübungen gegeben, welche davon ich täglich mache. Was mir am meisten geholfen hat, waren die Übungen die eher auf eine Kognitiven Verhaltenstherapuetische Grundlage basiert sind. Ich konnte Mithilfe dieser Übungen, meine Beziehung mit dem Schlaf auf eine positive Weise ändern. Die Unterstützung von einem Experten, vor allem in Zeiten wann ich Hilfe gebraucht habe, hat mich immer sehr beruhigt. Ich emphele diese App zu allen, die Probleme mit Schlafstörungen bzw Schlafangst haben.

Ich bin super zufrieden mit eaze! Ich habe echt lange unter starken Schlafproblemen gelitten und innerhalb von ein paar Wochen passende Techniken mit meiner Psychologin gefunden. Ich habe die kognitive Verhaltenstherapie gemacht, und es hieß, dass ich am Ende ein Zertifikat bekommen würde, damit ich von der Krankenkasse 100 € erstattet bekomme. Mittlerweile ist bereits ein Monat vergangen, seitdem ich die Therapie beendet habe. Ich habe immer wieder nach diesem Zertifikat gefragt, wurde aber nur vertröstet. Mittlerweile fühle ich mich wirklich total hinters Licht geführt.

If I could zero stars I would. I went in for an annual cleaning and check up. I was told I needed 4 roots canals and all my old fillings replaced. I refused the root canals and they went ahead and got pre approval for them anyway. I replaced a few old fillings and was unhappy with the result. I went to 2 other dentists for a second opinion and they both confirmed that no root canals need to be done. All of my teeth are healthy.

Always wanted to get dental implants but was never comfortable with the dentists I visited. When my friend told me about Orion I started to research and was contacted by Julia. From the very first interaction Julia made me feel comfortable and her honesty was a major reason why we decided to travel to Turkey. From the second Julia was told about our arrival date she constantly stayed in touch. From the beginning of the journey here to the second she picked us up. Orion also provided transportation to and from the airport and all appointments. The vehicle is clean and the driver although quiet is very friendly. Incredible servicing of my Vortex Binoculars by Eddie and the team. The team went above and beyond to fix and repair my binoculars, which were in a bad state. Eddie was very quick at responding to my emails and my binoculars were serviced within a few days of arriving. My binos now feel like new as they have been repaired, cleaned and a number of other parts have been replaced. Honestly, the best service I have experienced in a very long time! Unbelievable First Class Service from Country Sports Wholesale CSW. I have a very old pair of Vortex Spitfire 10x32 binoculars, and over the years I have used them daily while walking the dog. The binoculars ended up in a terrible state due to my neglect, one eye cup was missing and the mechanism was extremely gritty due to the fact I kept the binoculars in the same pocket as the very sandy dogs ball. I contacted CSW Service Manager Mr Eddie Price and the service I received was first class, extremely fast and efficient. I contacted Country Sports about my Vortex rangefinder that was not working properly. As the official supplier, they assumed me they will be ale to help me with my issue. Within a short period of time, I received an e-mail with instructions on how to return my item. It was easy and less than a week after sending the item, I had feedback from them. My item was received and they will be in touch. They contacted me again to inform me that the rangefinder will be replaced at no cost to me and it was an upgrade. The whole process was easy, friendly and helpful. It is hard to a service these days in our technological age. We saw Sally a few days after our daughter was born in September. Having received very little help with breastfeeding post birth at the hospital, Sally was such a fantastic support and really helped me establishing a good latch and supporting me in those critical first few days post birth. However I think where Sally really goes above and beyond is in her WhatsApp support after her home visit. In the first week after her visit she would regularly check in to see how things were going which was invaluable in building confidence in those early weeks. I have also had questions months later about storage of pumped milk, blocked ducts etc and Sally is incredibly responsive and only too happy to help. I have recommended Sally to several friends and would highly recommend anyone thinking of using a lactation consultant to contact Sally.

Sally was so helpful. We saw her in the first week of our baby’s life and it was the most helpful interaction we had with a professional in those early days. She was reassuring, listened to what we needed and tailored her advice to us. She was also happy to answer our follow up questions and her support meant we quickly established a combi-feeding regime that worked for us and for our baby.

Sally’s support has been amazing during the first 6 weeks post p. I highly recommend having an early consultation with her, it really helped us establish breastfeeding and understand what our baby needed. I have attended her breastfeeding cafe and her return to work workshop which are also great spaces to get support, advice and meet other breastfeeding parents. I can’t recommend her enough!!

Sally was an absolute life safer. I booked a home visit at a point where I was very close to wanting to give up early on and her support and guidance pulled me through. Aside from helping me with latch, feeding positions and tips to get through mastitis, the support she offered on WhatsApp really helped me navigate these early weeks with a newborn and an abundance of doubt.

After 10 days in hospital, I arrived home with a number of breastfeeding related problems and concerns (reliance on nipple shields, low milk supply, low confidence in my latch technique). Sally came over with only a day’s notice and provided me with so much advice, reassurance and support - including showing me how to use a breast pump properly. Her support on WhatsApp afterwards was so useful, as it allowed me to ask questions having tried out some of her suggestions. I would definitely recommend Sally to anyone I wanting support from a lactation consultant.

I reached out to Sally when my 2 month old baby started crying each time she was brought to feed (at the breast). The support that Sally gave, through the initial consultation and ongoing WhatsApp support was invaluable- she was non judgemental, patient and willing to explore various solutions with me and hold my hand along the way. She also directed me to the support of other health professionals for issues such as reflux. I would highly recommend her expertise.

My daughter stopped latching at 3 days old and Sally was able to schedule a home visit appointment within a couple of days. She was easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. The latching issue was resolved within that session and I was so relieved. Sally respected my preferences of wanting to combi feed and helped establish a plan to support this. She also gave me some excellent advice around maintaining supply, sterilising and what to do if I’d like to have a glass of wine here and there. Sally’s ongoing communication via text messages and email has been great and it really helps to know I can get support from Sally whenever I need.

I have booked Sally’s breastfeeding support for the day after I came back from the Hospital with my little one. From the first second onwards Sally helped me on all levels with breastfeeding. She showed me different options for a good latch, talked me through some very valuable informations and reaffirmed me, that I was doing a good job. She showed me how to use a breast pump and set everything up for me which was amazing being sleep deprived and barely able to function. Due to health problems with my little one we were readmitted to the hospital. Sally was so caring and wonderful and kept checking in with me, giving me advice over WhatsApp on how to handle this new situation and breastfeeding. It was godsend having her respond to my million of questions, giving me answers tailored to my child! I would highly recommend using any of Sally’s services, she was going above and beyond for us and I deeply appreciate that. Thank you for everything Sally!

I had some challenging weeks with the baby being fussy at the breast and green nappies. Sally gave me the confidence to continue with my breastfeeding journey and lots of information and techniques that helped get through such tricky time!

Sally came over to the house on week two of complete agony breast feeding. By the end of the session she had managed to correctly diagnose my Vasospasm which none of the other nhs nurses had picked up on (although they were extremely kind and well meaning) I went straight to the hospital and they gave me pills and the searing pain eventually went away and I was able to breast feed almost completely without pain. I can’t recommend her enough.

I had a great experience with medias. They were super friendly and helpful, I wasn’t worried at all at the end. In the UK laser eye surgery was like 3 times more expensive, I didn’t have much time to take off from work and thats why didn’t combine it with a holiday but stayed there for 2 evenings and can’t believe how quickly the whole thing was over. Mijn 3e set gehoorapparaten alweer. Nu voor het eerst bij Makker. Ik werd vriendelijk geholpen door Nathalie. Ze maakte een deskundige indruk en was uitermate geduldig..... Ik mocht uitgebreid de door mij gewenste apparaten uitproberen (ruim 6 weken) en voelde mij gedurende het gehele traject niet onder druk gezet. I decided to hire Plan Your Baby to monitoring my pregnancy in the first semester after having suffered a miscarriage last year. I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Sami very quickly, and he immediately guided me on the procedure we should follow. Marija provided all the necessary support to continue the treatment, from scheduling the injections I needed, blood tests, prescriptions, and ensuring fast and responsive service, no matter the time I needed it. Having this kind of support made me feel much confident e during this period of uncertainty and insecurity.

These guys have been amazing. We had some problem when I was about 6 weeks pregnant. I had so many worries and questions as this is our first baby via 2nd IVF cycle. I have been to the NHS hospital few times, I have to say I felt like i meant nothing, my pregnancy meant nothing to them. Because I had my IVF abroad I can't just fly to my clinic, that's when I found out about plan your baby clinic. Dr Sami Almusawa and Marija has been amazing. The Dr, took his time to talk about my process and my concerns, he explained everything to me properly. I used Plan Your Baby for my fifth pregnancy following 2 miscarriages and losing my son at 2 days old after a uterine rupture. The team is AMAZING. I needed support with progesterone levels and had multiple incidents of spotting and bleeding in the first 16 weeks. Marija and the team were so kind and responsive, arranging scans, blood tests and adjusting my prescriptions as needed. They answered all my (many) questions and arranged for me to speak to consultants as needed. I honestly don't know if my baby would be safely here without their support - and the positive impact on my mental health at a very difficult time was immeasurable.

My wife needed attended transport to a new nursing home, a journey of about an hour. Michelle was efficient and kind in sorting out the arrangements and the phone-updates were so reassuring as I was not able to be there for the journey. All went well and my wife was happily settled in her new home after a pleasant journey. The crew even managed to find room for her huge wheelchair. Thank you all.

I needed transport to take my Mum and Dad from their home in New Milton to a care home in Dorset. From the lovely friendly ladies I booked this through to the guys that came on the day this was excellent service. Pete and Steve treated my parents as if they were their parents. Excellent service. Due to the failure of the NHS service I had to make a last minute decision to arrange transport for my disabled wife to her pre-booked dentist appointment. The booking process, including the instant payment method, was painless and a definite time of arrival was given. The ambulance arrived on time with the requested two nurses and my wife was transported to the dentist as planned. The two accompanying nurses, Sophie and Julie, were very professional in every aspect of the process, from the beginning to completion of the transfer. I can certainly recommend this company, especially if you require professional medical transfers urgently. Although the company is based in Dorset, which did increase the costs, it was worth every penny as the whole experience was faultless. Other companies should take note as professional business ethics and positive reviews are the key to success.

EMA have been brilliant for us today, moving my bed-bound and frail father from his house to a nursing home. Katie was brilliant and made the space feel comfortable and welcoming. This was my first time reaching out for physio and I wish I’d done it sooner. I had a short wait of about a month and a half and was able to book session times that worked for me. My shoulder feels so much better and though I initially struggled to get used to the exercises, I see the benefit tenfold! As I said, Katie was fantastic, and I’m very grateful to her, but also a shout out to the admin staff I met as well as they were lovely too!

I went to see Venkat Devaraya for some help with my shoulders. He was very professional in his approach, he listened very carefully to what I said and asked relevant questions to get a full picture of my condition. I had been struggling to perform several yoga postures that I had been practicing for many years due to the ‘injuries’ in my shoulders. He gave me acupuncture and manipulation, followed by some exercises. I put my full trust in what he asked me to do, even despite the pain at the time. Then I followed the Personal exercise program as best I could. He gave me 9 excersises. It was challenging but I really wanted to improve, positive results, improvement in flexibility came after a couple of weeks doing the exercises. After a month I have been able to get back 90% of my flexibility, I will continue doing the program and feel confident that I will make a full recovery. I strongly recommend Venkata to anyone with similar problems.

I have had six 30 minute sessions of physio and acupuncture and this has virtually cured my very painful plantar fasciitis.Venkat Devaraya was kind and his treatment was very effective. I cannot thank him enough, I am so grateful not to be in pain any more.

This is the first time that I have used Des Gosling Motability, but it will not be the last, I cannot recommend them enough! We first came across them at the show in Birmingham in 2023 and were very impressed with the knowledge, friendliness and advice they gave us that we decided to make the two and a half hour car journey (twice, to try then order then to collect) to purchase our new powerchair from them! They made sure that there was absolutely NO problems…A HUGE thank you to everyone involved…we even met the boss!

This is the second under ring I’ve had fitted and I cannot praise all at Des Gosling enough. They are professional and very helpful. On the second occasion they also fitted a scooter hoist. When I first thought about getting hand controls I looked at the videos on their web-site which were extremely informative and as a result I chose Des Gosling to fit same.

I have used Des Gosling on 3 occasions to fit hoists in my cars. Always been perfectly satisfied. I just had a swivel/lift seat fitted for my wife as a passenger. She found the first one a bit uncomfortable. Went back today and they changed it for a different seat that she is now very pleased with. Thank you for your cooperation.

Had an issue with a wheelchair whilst at download. These guys at des gosling really stepped up and went out of their way to help us. Great cup of tea btw. 👍👍

WOW this company certainly go above and beyond. I have been dealing with a lovely lady over the phone named Tina. This lady should be justifiably proud of herself for her kind and friendly telephone manner. She has absolutely pulled out all the stops in helping me with my motability car adaptation needs, and has even sorted out for an engineer to visit my home to sort out the lifting eyes on my mobility scooter. Des Gosling Mobility have got themselves a real gem of an employee there. IMPRESSED

(4/07/23) Insurance requires a W-9 and cpapdirect.com won't provide it, so I can't get reimbursed for my CPAP purchase. EDIT (4/10/23): Turns out this was a misunderstanding between the cpapdirect.com customer service rep. and myself. They've provided a W-9! To add to my initial review about the rest of the experience, my CPAP shipping quickly and the customer service team has been responsive. Thank you, CPAP Direct team!

CPAPdirect was courteous and helpful, particularly during the Philips recall, providing me with a loaner ASV until I was able to purchase one. Greg and his team were committed to my care and satisfaction, and so I encourage everyone to give CPAPdirect a try.

I tried CPAPdirect for the first, time, hoping to have a long-term CPAP supplier. Unfortunately, the face mask I ordered didn't fit, and, unlike MANY other CPAP suppliers, they do not permit any returns of masks. I emailed the sales at email contact and was just sent back to their webpage without any additional information. As those with sleep apnea know, we are good long-term customers, but masks can sometimes take a few tries - and it's an expensive option if there is no return policy. Last time from this customer, for sure.

Bought one Dreamstation, it broke, they sent me two more units to replace it that were also broken. DO not trust your sleep health to these incompetent people. They never told me I was operating the unit wrong. They never offered any info about why the machines are breaking. They never even sent me info about how to return the borken units. These people and this company are either incompetent of understaffed. Either way, do not ever do business with them. After seeing this review, they have now reponded, and blame me for using it wrong? LOL! They never mentioned anything to me about using the units wrong, and they never offered me any help in using the machines. So, even here, they are complete and udder LIARS. Keep up the good lies fellas! Pathetic!
