Incredible servicing of my Vortex Binoculars by Eddie and the team. The team went above and beyond to fix and repair my binoculars, which were in a bad state. Eddie was very quick at responding to my emails and my binoculars were serviced within a few days of arriving. My binos now feel like new as they have been repaired, cleaned and a number of other parts have been replaced. Honestly, the best service I have experienced in a very long time! Thank you very much Eddie and Team!
Exceptional service - scope repair
Returned my Vortex scope under the warranty after problems with the focus. Posted on Monday, got an email Tuesday pm to say checked over, eyepiece and would arrive back with me the following day. Amazing service by Eddie and team. Highly recommended.
Unbelievable First Class Service from…
Unbelievable First Class Service from Country Sports Wholesale CSW. I have a very old pair of Vortex Spitfire 10x32 binoculars, and over the years I have used them daily while walking the dog. The binoculars ended up in a terrible state due to my neglect, one eye cup was missing and the mechanism was extremely gritty due to the fact I kept the binoculars in the same pocket as the very sandy dogs ball. I contacted CSW Service Manager Mr Eddie Price and the service I received was first class, extremely fast and efficient. I now have a perfect pair of binoculars thanks to all the dedicated hard work carried out be CSW And all of this free of charge under the Vortex Life Time Warranty I would just like to say a huge thank you to Eddie and the CSW team.
Great service of Vortex optics
I have sent a couple of pairs of Vortex Viper binoculars to CSW for repairs under Vortex's unbeatable VIP warranty this year. The service received has been excellent, great communication, quick service with staff going the extra mile to sort out issues and help. I thoroughly recommend CSW and Vortex optics, I wouldn't buy anything else
No response to email/phone
Edit: Subsequent comms have been helpful, issue resolved. Chatted to CSW staff at BirdFair '24. Said they could help me out with a better case for my Vortex bins, which I emailed them about. No response. Phoned direct to chase, but still no response, despite a promise. Don't know if it's just one character in their team, but disappointed. Basically just fobbed off. Very poor.
My binoculars developed a fault
My binoculars developed a fault. CSW immediately reassured me they would fix and service them free of charge. A couple of days later they were back with me fully serviced, fixed and cleaned. There could be no better service than this. Thank you so much, CSW.

Outstanding customer service!
Got in touch with this company as I needed repair for my Vortex binoculars. What an outstanding, fantastic and friendly service and communication! I live in the Netherlands, so communication was by email and I needed to send my binos to the UK. They kept me up to date with every step of the proces and offered great and fast service to have my binoculars not only repaired, but also completely serviced and they even replaced missing lens covers. Wow, I am happy and impressed that this kind of 'old fashioned' customer treatment still exists. Well done Country Sports Wholesale!

I contacted Country Sports about my Vortex rangefinder that was not working properly. As the official supplier, they assumed me they will be ale to help me with my issue. Within a short period of time, I received an e-mail with instructions on how to return my item. It was easy and less than a week after sending the item, I had feedback from them. My item was received and they will be in touch. They contacted me again to inform me that the rangefinder will be replaced at no cost to me and it was an upgrade. The whole process was easy, friendly and helpful. It is hard to a service these days in our technological age. I appreciate the fact that everyone I spoke with was professional, helpful and very friendly. There were no continuous and longwinded e-mails going around. One phone call resolved everything for me. I would highly recommend CSW.
