My wife needed attended transport to a new nursing home, a journey of about an hour. Michelle was efficient and kind in sorting out the arrangements and the phone-updates were so reassuring as I was not able to be there for the journey. All went well and my wife was happily settled in her new home after a pleasant journey. The crew even managed to find room for her huge wheelchair. Thank you all.

I needed transport to take my Mum and Dad from their home in New Milton to a care home in Dorset. From the lovely friendly ladies I booked this through to the guys that came on the day this was excellent service. Pete and Steve treated my parents as if they were their parents. They understood how concerned I was for my parents to be doing an hours journey. I was emotional but was reassured by both these caring guys. Really easy to set up (thanks Lisa & Michelle) & on the day, Neil and Matt were brilliant. I received a call 15 minutes before they were due to arrive to confirm they were on time; they were reassuring & gentle & made sure I was fully aware of what was involved at every stage of the transfer. EMA were exceptional to deal with from start to finish. The booking process was simple and covered all requirements in advance from our mother’s needs to property access. We were kept informed at all stages and the ambulance crew even contacted us to advise they were running ahead of schedule and could be with us earlier. Our mother was treated with exceptional dignity, care and kindness from the moment the crew arrived and worked seamlessly with healthcare professionals at both ends of the journey. I wish to express my gratitude to the EMA crew of Sam and Julie, who managed a hospital appointment visit for me with such professionalism and competence. This was my first experience of using a private ambulance service and I was unsure how it would all pan out. I need not have worried, the entire experience from booking to execution was first class, and Sam and Julie put me at ease right from the moment they arrived to pick me up and subsequently delivered me back home. The ambulance itself was spotlessly clean and well equipped, it arrived at my property right on time, and the crew operated in such a way as to reassure me I was in good, friendly, capable hands. As someone who has mobility and balance problems, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and the service it provides to anyone who has concerns about the logistical aspects of fulfilling a hospital appointment. Excellent service. Due to the failure of the NHS service I had to make a last minute decision to arrange transport for my disabled wife to her pre-booked dentist appointment. The booking process, including the instant payment method, was painless and a definite time of arrival was given. The ambulance arrived on time with the requested two nurses and my wife was transported to the dentist as planned. The two accompanying nurses, Sophie and Julie, were very professional in every aspect of the process, from the beginning to completion of the transfer. I can certainly recommend this company, especially if you require professional medical transfers urgently. Although the company is based in Dorset, which did increase the costs, it was worth every penny as the whole experience was faultless. Other companies should take note as professional business ethics and positive reviews are the key to success.

EMA have been brilliant for us today, moving my bed-bound and frail father from his house to a nursing home. Steve and Justin turned up in good time, were compassionate and communicative, and did an excellent job of getting him downstairs to the ambulance and then ensuring he was comfortably set-up in the care home.
