Shopped around for an engagement ring for a while, but Nova Diamonds couldn't be beaten for me. Competitive prices, and option to customise rings to meet your specific style. Finished product was excellent, and still looking great >1 year later - clearly designed to last! Have since bought a wedding band and sent friends and my brother to Nova, all of whom made purchases and thanked me afterwards for recommending them! I recently purchased an engagement ring from Nova diamonds and the service was excellent from start to finish. As someone with very little experience with diamonds or jewellery, I had no idea where to start as the different gradings can be difficult to navigate. The team at nova were very professional and helped me pick the perfect ring and gave expert advice. Very impressed and will be using them again soon for wedding bands.

My engagement ring is everything! When my fiancée proposed, and I said yes, I was over the moon at our upcoming nuptials. While I loved the center diamond of my ring, the setting was not really my style. My now fiancé ordered my engagement ring from LovBe and it’s absolutely stunning. I constantly get compliments on how pretty and sparkly it is. It was a little too big, but they resized it for free and we didn’t even have to pay for shipping. Now it fits perfect. I can’t stop staring at it.

Customer Service is subpar
While the rings I ordered from this company were beautiful, the customer service was not. I purchased two rings (an engagement ring and a wedding band) in two separate transactions (one through Rare Carat, and one on my own, directly with LovBe). I received them in one shipment, and after a few days, decided to return the wedding band. Originally, Alyce offered to create something custom, and after the projected timeline for designs came and went, I was told they were busy and it would be longer. I ended up finding something locally, so I just returned the band for a refund. Eventually, I decided that I wanted to return the engagement ring as well. I was still within 60 days of delivery, and after my first two requests were ignored, my third request was answered telling me that each customer can only “return one sku,” so I was not eligible to return my ring. Their website does explain their return policy, which does state that each US customer is permitted “up to one exchange.” I was not asking to exchange, and had I known that this was the case, I never would have ordered both rings from them in the first place. The peace of mind that comes with a 60 day return policy was what convinced me to purchase my ring online in the first place. This is a pretty awful way to do business, and the curt tone of the email did not help the situation at all. Definitely do not recommend.

I made a custom order with Lovbe and couldn't be more happy with my experience. I requested to have the loose stone sent to me so that I can take a look at it before mounting it on. They didn't hesitate and took care of the shipping charges. The staff was accommodating and made sure my ring was made exactly the way I wanted. The diamond is absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely recommend them!

Shopping with Unwritten Designs was super easy. The size guide is accurate and their gym tights are out of this world. They are buttery soft, yet you don’t slip and slide on gym equipment with them. my bikini came so quickly, nice packaging, good fit and good quality material. next time i will get a size smaller though. I shared this website with many people and they all commented the same thing that the website images aren't great for an online shopping experience, you cannot see the products so well, so maybe add some more photos where you can see the front and back of the pieces properly. also have measurements that small is to fit hip x-y , this would make it way easier to know which size to go for. otherwise superb brand, happy to have their bikini. I love it and would recommend them to everyone !

As a designer myself, I have very high expectation of my wedding gown. I have tried on numerous dresses in the rental market, but since I have a petit figure and no wedding gown in the market would fit me well. With the advice I got from Sheryl, I have decided that she would be the one to design and tailor my wedding gown. I trust Sheryl wholeheartedly with the whole wedding gown design as she has understood me fully for all the requirements I want. I feel extra secured when Sheryl kept me on board throughout every stage of the design process. I am very grateful for that as there was no unnecessary surprise to me especially during my stressful period before the wedding. I couldn’t be happier of the outcome. The dress was extraordinary and professionally made. The tight cutting brought out the best of my figure and I feel comfortable wearing it during Church ceremony. I have got so many compliments from guests during and after the wedding. I feel privilege to have Sheryl as my wedding gown designer, and more importantly as my best friend who gave me mental support whenever I have a nervous breakdown under all the stressful moments I had before the wedding. The best lockets
I have used The Locket Sisters multiple times for gifts. They do incredible work, are super easy to work with and the lockets are finished quicky. In my opinion, these are the best lockets I have seen. The pictures are crystal clear and well protected. The finished product is very high quality and the recipients have loved them every time. I would highly recommend The Locket Sisters

A thoughtful, intentional piece
Excellent process from start to finish. Very quick shipping for something that is custom ordered. Great quality photos as well as the locket itself. Was a fantastic experience and now I will be ordering one to keep a photo of my late mother with me in addition to my 4 blessings (children)!

I thought the postal charge was excessive tbh , l worked and managed in the postal service in the private sector and the Royal Mail for 25yrs , so l struggle to understand how you charged £30 for my item to be delivered to me , l will think twice about using your company again

Order still not arrived
I placed an order on Thomas gun on 23/11. Standard delivery is supposed to be 3-5 working day. It is now the 3rd December and I have still not received a despatch notification. I have tried contacted via telephone which keeps going to voicemail and I have tried via email and still no response. Poor customer service.

Very Impressed

An excellent range of brands to choose from and an incredibly easy shopping experience.
