I’m really impressed with Slycker. I order the Original Polo Navy/Cream on the Sunday & emailed them on Monday, asking could they upgrade the delivery too next day, because I was going on holiday on the Wednesday. They email straight back, with tracking information & I received the shirt the next day. The Polo fitted perfectly, cool design & detailing A really nice shirt ! Definitely one off many Shirts from Slycker I'll be purchasing.

Fin 2023, j’achète un sac à dos Premiata pour plusieurs centaines d’euros via le site Miinto. Après quelques mois d’usage professionnel (ordinateur), avril, une première couture de poche lache. J’en informe Miinto, j’ai un remboursement de 20€. Ok. Très vite, toutes les autres poches lâchent (dès mai/juin) Ainsi que la poignet! J’en informe Miinto, plusieurs mois à me plaindre sans avoir de réponse de leur part. On m’explique finalement que ma réclamation est rejetée car ce serait de l’usure! Après quelques mois! Si tel était le cas, bravo la qualité! Je vais chez plusieurs couturiers: constat unanime, problème de confection évidente. Je me replains à Miinto, comme à Premiata (qui me demande plusieurs fois des mails&photos, ce que je fais, ss jamais avoir eu de retour. Autant vous dire que Premiata ne verra plus un € de ma poche). Semaines après semaines, j’insiste et me rapproche du Centre europeen du consommateur et dépose une plainte. D’ailleurs je demande une facture que Miinto ne sait pas me fournir. Il la demande au magasin final (dont j’ignore le nom jusque là), qui ne l’envoie pas (j’attends toujours après + de 4mois). Cette info comme quoi j’ai déposé un plainte fait enfin bouger Miinto qui se rapproche du magasin final. On me propose ENFIN de renvoyer le sac au magasin (c’est la que j’apprends qu’il s’agit du magasin Singolare). Après 2 semaines je relance Miinto qui m’apprend que Singolare aurait refusé mon retour DHL du sac à dos en question! Miinto doit me tenir informé de la suite. En résumé: qualité du produit vendu par Singolare déplorable! Refus d’envoyer la facture de la commande, d’après Miinto. Update suite à la réponse: je vois que vous ne savez pas lire et en suis navré. Je ne vis pas sur une autre planète et ai posé réclamation auprès de Miinto dès avril 2024. Mails & photos à l’appui! Et en effet, malheureusement, c’est seulement en 2025 que j’ai des réponses de Miinto et qu’on m’indique que je peux renvoyer le colis! Débrouillez vous avez eux! Mes dernières infos prises dans leur mail du jour est que vous auriez refusé le sac. J’exige être remboursé pour ce sac dont je conteste la qualité depuis plus de 10mois; tout simplement. Un sac ne doit pas lâcher de toute part 5 à 6 mois après son achat!!! Les photos prouvent des mal-façons et non de l’usure! Donc non, je ne débarque pas comme une fleur 12 mois après l’achat! *** Suite à votre précision dans votre réponse reformulée: j’ai TOUS les mails de Miinto datant tout au monde de 2024 et particulièrement de fin 2024 comme quoi vous ne leur avez pas envoyé la facture!!! C’est Miinto qui m’a envoyé le bon de retour DHL! Je ne savais même pas qui était le magasin initial! C’est sur le bon DHL que j’ai eu l’info! Ne parlez donc pas de prétexte! Si j’avais eu votre nom avant, croyez bien que vous auriez eu des messages et que je vous aurez renvoyé le sac bien avant bon sang! J’ai tous les mails de Miinto. Si vous n’êtes pas d’accord avec les éléments que j’évoque sur la base de preuves irréfutables (des dizaines de mails avec Miinto), j’en suis navré, surtout si vs n’y pouvez rien, mais je ne peux que vous encourager à vous débrouiller avec Miinto qui semble donc mentir quand je vous lis! Je peux vous envoyer mes échanges avec eux!

I placed an order on Thomas gun on 23/11. Standard delivery is supposed to be 3-5 working day. It is now the 3rd December and I have still not received a despatch notification. I have tried contacted via telephone which keeps going to voicemail and I have tried via email and still no response. Poor customer service.
