Bei zahlreichen Recherchen im Internet bin ich dann auf geniesserdepot.de gestoßen. Der Shop bietet so einiges was Genießerherzen höher schlagen lässt. Von leckeren Antipasti-Varianten über Kaviar oder guten Kaffee und Tee findet man hier wirklich ein reichhaltiges Angebot. Vor allem begeistert war ich von dem Trüffelhonig den ich mir im Sommer für ein Dessert einer Grillparty bestellt hatte. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war hier mehr als überzeugend und der Honig daher leider schneller leer als mir lieb war. Einziges Manko am Honig war leider die deutliche Verspätung in der Lieferzeit. Da ich rechtzeitig bestellt hatte, war das letzten Endes kein Problem, da alle Zutaten rechtzeitig zur Party bei mir in der Küche landeten. Aber wer es etwas eiliger hat, der wird hier möglicherweise weniger zufrieden sein. Deutlicher Pluspunkt also generell der Preis im Verhältnis zur Qualität der Ware – benötigt man jedoch ein Produkt relativ zeitnah, könnte es problematisch werden. Bezahlen kann man sicher per PayPal und auch auf Rechnung einkaufen ist möglich. Bei einem Bestellwert über 50 Euro entfällt die Versandgebühr. Außer bei Tiefkühlware – hier ist eine besondere Versandgebühr fällig. Alles in allem bis auf das kleine Zeitmanko ein durchaus empfehlenswerter Shop für Genießer und Hobbyköche.

2 months ago we bought about 6 kg chocolate and some balsamic vinegar. The prices are great, especially considered the prices for valhrona chokolate here in Denmark. Delivery was free, when you bought for a ceertain amount of money. They have a great variety of products, some are hard to find here in Denmark especially for reasonable prices. Delivery when quick and easy. We will shop here again, when we are about to run out of chocolate :)

It's been weeks since they *supposedly* sent me the rebates to my checking account but neither the money arrived nor the customer service is responding to my emails and the numerous tickets I opened. Non existing support team, bad business practices. At this point I started to wonder, have I been scammed??? Will I ever get the rebates they promised???

Customer services is very slow to respond, and in most case, they never respond. It takes more than two weeks to get the funds delivered to you account. i requested pay out on 1-11-35. As of 1-31-25, I have not received it yet.

Had $247 to withdrawal. I set up the direct deposit which was supposed to take seven days, It ended up taking 20. Once I finally got the direct deposit, it was only $121 But my balance shows that I don’t have anything else to withdraw. I reached out to rebate multiple times and the auto response email said that they would get back to me within five days. It has been two weeks and still no response. Their website does not allow you to track every rebate you’ve ever done and does not let you track your account balance history and withdrawals. They have taken away any way for me to prove that they wrong to me. Awful company don’t want to use them again.

I have written 2 help desk tickets in the past couple weeks, with no response as of yet. I redeemed approximately $100 in rebates I earned through shopping for and purchasing items through links from the Rebaid site, as directed. A check was sent to my home for the full amount, which I then mobile deposited in my bank account. Several days later, I received a letter from my bank explaining that this check had been returned unpaid. I have no idea why Rebaid has not honored the rebates included in the check, but I'm afraid after this experience and no offered help to correct the issue I can no longer recommend using Rebaid. Customer Service is absent, no one responds, and the promised rebates have not been honored. Customer beware, if you have such an issue, Rebaid will not repay your money or respond to your help requests.

Quick response and very helpful

I have not received over $370.14 in direct deposits that show as paid in my online account. I am also missing 10 checks that shows as being sent, as long ago as Jan 6th. I submitted multiple support tickets, no response for months until last week. The response was the direct deposits were returned, but the attachment could not be opened. The bank information is correct because I did receive one pay on November 8, 2024. I have yet to receive a reply from my request to please send another attachment.

Don’t use this company it’s a scam the photos they show you are influencers wearing items that they then copy and the copies are poor quality. First order never arrived after weeks of chasing they sent the items again. The quality was so poor (no items have any labels which is illegal in the U.K.) I asked to send them back, they didn’t want to do this but eventually gave in. It’s been further weeks and I’ve had no refund and no one will answer my emails. First order was placed end of March and it’s now 1st July and nothing to show for it but being quite heavily out of pocket.

Placed an order with this company on the 1st May, I understand we have had 2 Bank Holidays but it is now the 10th May and still haven’t received the item. Have contacted company on several occasions and only one email stating that it has been despatched that was the 4thMay still waiting!!! Can’t comment on the purchase as yet. I do not understand the negative reviews because the shop always keep you updated with tracking information on your order and respond to emails promptly. Their customer service and communication is excellent. I purchased a coat from them in the recent offer, I ordered it on a Thursday and it arrived first thing Monday morning. The coat is a beautiful quality and I am delighted with it. I love this store because their clothes are different and special but at reasonable prices. I haven't shopped at havetolove since before lockdown (just out of habit) until this week when I bought a white lace dress which fits like a dream! I forgot how gorgeous all of Their clothes are and they fit like a dream! I've put on a bit of weight since lock and was struggling to find something to wear for an event and I explained that to Kate via Instagram message and she was brilliant. I explained exactly what type of dress style I was after and she sent through photos of dresses they had in stock matching my requests and she suggested I try this specific one- it was absolutely perfect and fits so well! Their customer service is exceptional and they really go above and beyond! I am currently embarking on a 6 week boot camp in preparation of the GNR, I cannot wait to order a load of things in I have my eye on when i am Finished my fitness challenge. Desværre har jeg haft en meget, meget dårlig oplevelse med Oceanstore. Jeg købte for snart 2 uger siden nogle varer på deres hjemmeside, da de kørte 20% på samtlige varer. Da jeg valgte at ville afhente varerne i butikken, fik jeg en meddelelse om, at mine varer kunne afhentes i butikken inden for 24 timer. Jeg så efterfølgende på deres sociale medier, at de havde lukket på grund af intern sygdom - fair nok. Jeg valgte derefter at kontakte dem for at høre, om det stadig var aktuelt, at jeg kunne hente mine varer den følgende dag - jeg fik aldrig nogen respons. Jeg har efterfølgende forsøgt at komme i kontakt med dem via telefon, mail og sociale medier, men jeg får ingen respons. Jeg har sågar forsøgt at kontakte ejeren via telefon, men ej heller her har jeg fået nogen respons. Deres telefon går direkte på svareren, og på sociale medier læser de ikke en gang mine beskeder. De har dog haft tid til at reklamere med deres udsalg på sociale medier, så de burde også have set mine beskeder. Jeg har én gang modtaget respons på mine mange meddelelser, hvor de tilbød mig et par sokker, hvis jeg kunne vente “lidt endnu”. Pengene trak de fra min konto med det samme, og jeg har nu flere gange også forsøgt at få mine penge tilbage - dette har de ej heller responderet på. I dag modtog jeg så en mail fra dem med et ønske om en bedømmelse på Trustpilot, så det får de her. Jeg synes, det har været en forfærdelig og ekstremt dårlig oplevelse at handle hos dem. Jeg har fuld forståelse for, at man kan blive ramt af sygdom, men dette burde bestemt være udmeldt på hjemmesiden inden køb! Desuden virker det i mit hoved, og ej at forklejne den udmeldte sygdom, mærkværdigt, at man, efter udmeldingen om sygdom, lægger 20% udsalg på samtlige varer, trækker penge med det samme og så derefter på ingen måde er til at komme i kontakt med. Det er små 2 uger siden, og jeg står nu uden hverken mine varer eller mine penge. Det er simpelthen for dårligt! Så kære Oceanstore Kontakt mig gerne hurtigst muligt med en løsning! Jeg gider ikke vente mere. Jeg kan desværre på ingen måde anbefale andre at handle ved Oceanstore.
