I placed an order via Bramwell's website for some Meindl footwear care products. The site was promoting a 10% discount code for first time customers (which I was). I input the discount code with my online order but I was charged the full amount with no discount applied. When I called to query this I spoke with Thomas Stephens, who indicated that he would get the discount refunded to my credit card. This did not happen. A subsequent email further requesting this refund also proved unsuccessful. It wasn't a large amount, but regardless of that it is still effectively false advertising and/or misrepresentation to offer a discount to draw in business, then not to honour the discount.

Fantastic customer service. I found the people at Bramwell International to be really very helpful indeed, in fact far more helpful than they needed to be. When a pair of Meindl boots of mine developed a problem inside the warranty period they agreed to return them to the manufacturer for me, despite me having bought them online from a different supplier who had become unresponsive. I wish I bought the boots through them now. I'd rather give people who care my money than fly by night retailers who sell the goods and then leave you in the lurch.

I have been contacting customer support but there is no specialist available all the time. I can’t even upload my meter reading photo/file as the upload function does not work. I was told few weeks ago that this has been sorted, but it has not been. And they will charge you double if you don’t upload your meter reading. It has been very stressful dealing with this company. I might as well pay my bills myself, less hassle and stress. But if you do cancel your membership, you will be charged a cancellation fee of £15/month. I regret signing up with Homebox. I can’t wait to finish my contract with them, and be stress free again.

This is a huge redflag for any new customer who would date to get onboard with Homebox, please think about this TWICE or more than twice... DO NOT SIGN UP for this scam of company. I signed up thinking as "What a wonderful idea to have someone to consolidate my bills and I don't have to worry about it". Well turns out that now I have a mark on my credit score because they never told me that they open an account with British Gas, never pay them, always said to me that my utilities were with Rebel Energy and 6 month later, I have to pay a final bill that supposes to be paid by them. Try to speak to them via chat service is nightmare. Never answer the phone. It's never their fault. And if you wish to cancel your service, have to pay an early exit fee that was never mentioned as I never paid anything to sign to this company as it was part of a "perk" of the letting agency. Easy way in life is to keep your utility bills yourself and don't let anyone to take control of them.

I visited the Ilfracombe shop with the intention of just having a mooch around because my eye was caught by the unique styling and colours of the window display. I ended up buying two beautiful large soft woollen scarves/throws, brown cord dungarees and a navy blue shift dress. The lady assistant was marvellous - offering helpful suggestions and feedback on harmonising the colours and styles. I think I spent just over £100, when originally I wasn't even looking to buy. I'm really happy with my purchases. I live in the soft brown dungarees at home, but when I go out I can sweep one of larges scarves around me. I've had compliments from neighbours and even the doctor's receptionist on the lovely scarves. So glad I found them - on a chance visit.

I found the customer service in Boros Whitgift frankly appalling. The male member of staff with glasses who I presume was the manager was surly and unhelpful. I asked about an item in the window and he just jerked his head to where they were and when there weren't any he could not have been less interested. Even though the item in the window said more designs, they had nothing. No wonder people shop on line with this unapproachable and unhelpful attitude.

Have searched for ages for a cotton slip lead in this length to replace my last old one. I’ve had at least three pet shops scouring the web, to no avail. Literally no one else sells anything close to this! Most slip leads now are nylon or thin, or shorter. I was so pleased to find this longer cotton one, which is more comfortable for her to wear. With this longer length I am able to attach a clip on the end and clip it on to my bag so our dog can lay down comfortably by our table at the garden centre when we have lunch! Thank you!

I ordered these for my daughter who is a regular size 6, but despite buying a shoe horn, she found it impossible to get the boots on. The heel prevented slipping the foot into place, it seems a design fault, not a sizing issue. One boot was fine, the other was not.

I sent 3 pairs of worn once, "as new" condition Replay jeans (RRP £87.50 new) in September 2023.My return on these is precisely £7.46 for all 3 pairs as of 20th January this year.So they have taken 5 months to sell these items.I have yet to receive my £7.46. My advice to any potential customers is don't use this company.Sell your items yourself or donate them to the excellent charity "Give Your Best"!

Awful awful they seem professional but very deceiving and a very bad selling experience with them Firstly, they rejected a couple of items and never sent them back Secondly, got few pieces all got dirty and stained as I can tell from the listing pictures when they were brand new. Avoid like the plague. I sent a number of high value items to Stuff U Sell, which over a month later are 'with another department so may take longer to list.' They are unlisted on the website, so they have stolen items worth over £1,000. On a number of occasions, they have broken their own terms & conditions - as such broken their own contract, so I have requested the immediate return of all of my items. The customer service is non-existent and incredibly rude.

This company is also on EBAY, they go by the same name. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS the items don't arrive, they blame EBAY couriers and don't take responsibility or issue a refund., they have 80 negative reviews on EBAY within 6 months. Sent a batch of items to them last year than got a message company went bust, no further information. Had loads of items with them which have been sold massively under value and items where I added minimum value I am happy to sell was totally ignored. The fees were always high but this time huge- I have to assume to pay off their dept!!!! Think twice before selling through them!! They totally scammed me! They couldn’t sell over 99% of my nice quality clothes and ended up taking them without alerting me or giving me any proceeds for them. They totally lied about selling my clothes so that they falsely get credit on Trustpilot and just took the clothing for themselves to sell after they removed me from any transaction to not pay my commission. These are definitely some of the highest quality shirts I have ever received with a very reasonable price. I have had a wonderful experience with them. I appreciate how you can move the print to wherever you'd like, choose the type of shirt you want and each purchase is optionally hand-previewed to iron out any design defects before printing. I have brought 2 shirts for my partner from Digitees, i was impressed with the quality, sturdiness and boldness of colors. They made delightful gifts, unlike other POD shirts which would be embarrassing to gift. There is also no sign of these prints fading despite frequent washes. I highly recommend Digitees if your looking for quality and fast shipping.

I left a five-star review in June. This is my second order. Five stars again. I ordered two adult T-shirts this time. I was more careful to look at weight of cotton (GSM) this time, because the last adult shirt I got was lighter weight than shirts I usually wear. I choose 220 GSM this time and I am very happy. Ordered two adult shirts (DTG) on Sunday and they arrived Friday morning in Dunedin. They look great! Good quality printing and good quality shirts. One shirt had image + writing on front, other had image on front and writing on back (which costs a little more). Cost was $88 including courier, which seems reasonable for the quality and speed. I will be back for more soon.

Very pleasantly surprised. I designed two DTG T-shirts. Adult and child (total about $63 including postage). I thought that was a reasonable cost, given that a T-shirt costs $20-$30 in the regular stores to start with. They shipped three days after I submitted the order. They arrived four days later (covid-related delay; not Digitee's fault). So, total time = 1 week (domestic NZ order). They look great and I will be making more. I was worried that the adult T-shirt might be too short for a tall person, but it was longer than some Tall-sized ones I already have.

The most INCREDIBLE result and service ever. Ordered a tee quite late for a hens party on the Monday night and asked in the comments if they could let me know if they didn’t think it’d arrive in time. They emailed me back the next morning saying they’d process it urgently. I received it that Thursday morning and they’d kindly overnight couriered it! The clothes are not cheap but I do not mind paying for such high quality. As advertised, the clothes fit well during pregnancy and for nursing afterwards. Sizing can vary (although generally accurate) but as it's straightforward to exchange an item, this is not a problem.

Beautiful, high quality dresses and simple returns. I ordered two dress options for my wedding at 7 months pregnant and was very happy with the quality. The sizing was exactly as expected per the website measurements and the fabric was better than expected. Overall, I felt like I got great value for my money. I also REALLY appreciated their return process for the dress I didn’t wear. Not only did they provide a pre-paid return, the label was already printed and in the box. All I had to do was stick it on the box the dresses came in and ship. Compared to some other recent experiences I’ve had with companies making returns difficult, this was incredible customer service.

I got my Tiffany Rose wedding dress and it was the best dress being 32 weeks pregnant when I got married in August. It was delivered in 2 days and I got it at 28 weeks and still fit ok a month later. I love the quality of this dress. I was told it looked angelic and soft and that’s exactly how it felt.

The quality of the garments of stunning! The Sienna dress is gorgeous and elegant and both that and the Verity coat can be worn after pregnancy too if I wanted. really made what can feel like a stressful process so easy considering I was looking for a maternity wedding dress online! I did have to exchange the dress, but their customer service was so great and friendly (particular shout out to Michelle), delivery and collection is so quick so there is no need to worry if you do need to make a change. Would recommend highly, love love love :) I would also advice go with their sizing advice of pre-pregnancy sizing, I really couldnt make up my mind, but they are tailored for pregnancy bodies :)

I originally purchased this dress form Nordstrom here in the states and it was sold out, I ordered a larger size directly from Tiffany Rose and they were kind enough to match the price that Nordstrom was selling it at which saved me about $80. This dress is absolutely beautiful. I bought it in a larger size than I take simply because it was the only size left in stock, so it's quite loose, but I don't care, that was my choice and I absolutely love it. The design, material and sewing are total perfection and, in all honesty, it is, by far, the most beautiful dress I have ever bought. It's the only clothes shop I'll ever buy from again.

Tartle what a useless site instead of them to create a working payment method they are using only PayPal knowing fully well that some countries don't accept PayPal.for 2 years now my money is been stalk in the tartle wallet. I have contacted them several times they are giving me foolish excuses meanwhile they are so many payment method that can accommodate so many countries so why did they involve Nigerians if they cannot provide payment method they can use to withdraw. Don't waste your time with this Tartle they are using it for their own benefits not for the people.

I have been using tartle for a while now and so far I have not had any complains, but recently I reached the required threshold for withdrawing and I'm unable to do so. I tried reaching out to customer support and the reply I get is that they're working on it. How long should one wait inorder for them to receive help from support?

This platform is great for earning but unfortunately only PayPal method is available please add more methods because not all countries can receive payment from PayPal.

I have been using tartle now for a couple months, it took me forever to earn enough to be able to cash out, i cashed out 08/23/2024, they said ebay would hold my money and clear it in 5 days, its been 5 days, i called ebay customer service and they said there is no transaction pending or on hold from tartle or anyone from the 23rd to date, i got suspicious because tartle told me the day before that they could see the transaction and its listed as pending by ebay,, im gonna start reporting this to every possible entity that i can as often as i can until they get shut down, they get paid a whole lot more for those packets, the buyer makes a bid for a certain amount to tartle and tartle sends you the bid in that companies name but the bid is alot less because they take their cut off the top first. The company may pay 20 dollars for a data packet, and tartle actually gives u a 50 cent bid for the same packet keeps 19.50 and gives you . 50 of it, the company actually thinks you got the whole 20.00, thats why they show the dollar amount like they do, 0,000 because if its 0,0750,most people will read that wrong and think its 7.50 in reality its 75 cents that ur being offered for 25 minutes of doing a survey,

Ce que je sollicite à cette bénie plateforme c'est d'ajouter une autre banque à PayPal car PayPal n'opère pas dans certains pays. C'est mon cas , j'ai des gains dans mon portefeuille tartle mais je n'ai pas pu les retirer car PayPal n'est disponible dans pays pour le moment. Ce que j'aimerais savoir c'est si un autre moyen de retirer ses gains par exemple en envoyant son numéro de compte bancaire à tarte s'il est possible que les gains soient transférés par virement bancaire dans ce numéro. I don't think tartle is worth being relied upon to be a source of income, and if you do, you will freeze as a result of lack of earning. I have made this statement because am a living witness. For the two years I registered with tartle I was only earned a little below $4. I have decided to write this stinker to alert the owners of tartle to know that they are the only beneficiaries of tartle not their customers subscribers. I have provided enormous amount of data worth thousands of usd by filling the different data packets . For 2 ₩weeks I dedicated time provided a lot of information but I did not earn a dime or cent. On the otherhand tartle have been receiving a lot of information, while we the data provided have not received a cent especially my self. Then how do you expect me refer a friend or a family member to tartle? Pls revise the payment of your data providers so that we can smile.

Muy mala experiencia. Pido un anillo talla 14 y me mandan una 11. Por encima les escribo 2 mails estoy dentro del horario y no contesta nadie. Llamo al 910757329, me tienen en espera 2 min y me sale una grabación diciendo que no hay nadie. La llamada es a las 4 y su horario termina a las 5. Una vergüenza, una estafa. No volveré a comprar.
