I bought a dozen scapular medals and they were fine. The color of the images on the medals are not as bright as shown online, but I know from my own experience how challenging it can be to capture color correctly in a photo.

I have contacted the seller from the website (His name is Eric). The purchased projector for 2.5K and it was faulty and not working. He didn't even to bother to respond after taking the mony. Highly avoid buying from this site (Nothingbutlabel.com) and he is also selling in ebay, amazon etc,.

I ordered an Uppababy ganoosh and was concerned about the delivery time as my experience with online baby stores has been consistently poor, but the delivery was quick and the product was exactly as described.

Had great experiences with this company and can’t rate them highly enough! I bought my icandy travel system from another retailer who shortly after, went out of business. I was having trouble with my icandy which needed a handlebar replacement. Jean from Tony Kealy’s was such a great help and did this for us free of charge! She was also so helpful in sourcing a footmuff for the pram which the original retailer left us short of. I can’t thank them or recommend them enough and will be buying anything baby related from them in future!

We ordered a pram on Saturday, website claimed "1-3 days delivery", and that they'd email upon dispatch. By Wednesday morning, technically the third business day, I had heard nothing. I emailed the company explaining the above, and got no response, however I have now received a dispatched email. The customer service is non-existent. An acknowledgement and explanation on the last expected day of delivery would have gone a long way.

PLEASE PLEASE READ! Wanted to purchase the iCandy pram and accessories in coco along with the CloudT car seat and base in Cozy Beige. Was told all would be in store in 3-4 weeks, we then called to check if it was in after 4 weeks and told no it would be another 3-4 weeks as there was a delay on icandy’s end. We said okay and waited. We then checked in again and were told it would be past the date expected (basically they weren’t sure when it would be in). I am due in 3 weeks so we went to Mamas & Papas (after being told “well if you can get it somewhere else go for it”) to see if we could get it quicker, they informed us that the car seat in that colour is pre-order only and wouldn’t be in till mid-July (so lied to by Tony Kealys!!). Ended up buying from Mamas and Papas everything came within days, was cheaper and got a £150 gift card to spend in store. Cancelled with Tony Kealys and asked for refund. Would absolutely avoid this company, no communication whatsoever we had to chase them and were completely lied to continuously for over 2 months about what was available and timeframes. I never write reviews but as a first time mum this really stressed me out and I wouldn’t want it happening to anyone else.

Was a little sceptical ordering our Trip Trapp high chair from Ireland with free delivery to England but it was the best price I could find online so gave it a go. I needn't have worried, it arrived in a matter of days after ordering. Well packaged, everything as it should be, I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience.

Bought Stokke high chair Tripp Trapp last week. Fast and intime delivery, no scratches, no missing equipments, not used product. Was worried but now I’m lucky.

I would advise against purchasing any products from them. It's better to buy directly from the product manufacturer or use platforms like Amazon. I had a really bad experience when I ordered an expensive Elvie Breast Pump. The product was faulty, and when I requested a replacement, they advised me to deal directly with Elvie. They mentioned that they would process my refund only if I received confirmation from Elvie. Despite emailing Elvie daily, I haven't received a proper reply. Tony's customer support only checks for updates every 4 or 5 days, and my concern is that when we buy a product from Tony, we shouldn't have to deal directly with the product vendor – that should be their responsibility. I don't recommend their products.

So credit where credit is due, I originally gave this company a poor review due to my items not being received but after a few backwards and forwards emails, the company sent my items by recorded delivery and I have to say I am pleased with my items and the outcome. I really enjoy the product. 2 things for improvement on the standard size tent, make it open further so you can enjoy more of the tent. Also, do not put the ladder and mounting hardware inside the tent during shipping. That spawned a helpdesk ticket that never got answered. If you see it, please ignore haha Rockin' product. Could use more room. but if it opened another inch further, it would be perfect. Super comfortable and keeps the elements off of you. I am happy.

Overall, it was a good experience. I love my Carbonlite RTT and Carbon Fiber Crossbars. I appreciated the option of picking up my purchases at one of several warehouses located across the country to avoid shipping cost. On the negative side, I received two of the same item. I picked up one at City of Industry, CA while the same item was shipped to me. Not a big deal. When I informed the company of the mistake, they sent me a prepaid shipping label to return one of the items.

I purchased the standard XL tent a few years ago. Didn’t get to use it until recently and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality given a nearly $1500 price. The main zipper on the cover gave me issues almost immediately when using it. The tent opened up properly but took a couple hours to get closed since the zipper would get stuck and skip teeth. Now the zipper can’t be closed at all because both pieces used to zip it have broken completely off the track. I’m now stuck with a tent I can’t use and the dissatisfaction that I spent so much on a product that doesn’t seem to have good longevity of use.

I haven't even put it on the vehicle yet, so I can't speak to it's durability and functionality, but it certainly looks sharp and the materials seem durable and of high quality. Ordering via the website was a breeze after downing a Modelo for liquid courage to place an expensive online order. I received an email from the shipping company saying they would follow up with me with a shipping number for the order, but they never did so. I was about to reach out to them about it the day the tent arrived though, so it was a pretty quick turnaround time that left me impressed for such a large item. (Ordered on 1/3 and received on 1/22). The lack of promised communication is about the only reason for 4 stars vs 5 at this point, but I definitely get that IO can only control so many aspects on that front. The box that the tent came in is some thick, double walled cardboard, so even though there was a good tear in the outer shell of the cardboard, when I opened everything up it was all in perfect condition. The last thing I will say having not used the tent yet, is that the folks at IO seem like they care about customer service quite a bit. My fun money funds aren't unlimited, so I had a lot of questions before ordering, and spent some time trading emails and making phone calls, and they were always extremely helpful and friendly in correspondance. I am now part of a Facebook group of IO tent owners and interested parties, and the company is very helpful and communicative on that platform as well. It gives me comfort to know that I can always reach out for help or questions when I think about a larger investment like this. I've got a goal of 20+ nights in this tent for 2025 and hope to give an updated review in a year's time, but for now I am one happy and excited customer!

So far it's a great product. It does everything they claim and it's a fair price for what you receive. It's a small company and it has great customer service. I'll be buying again

Very disappointed with Jilla Active customer service. They only refunded me half of what I paid and kept all the products. I tried numerous times to contact them but they ignored my emails. The products are excellent quality. The fabric, the fit and the styling. My wardrobe is gradually collecting more and more items each week. I mainly wear for yoga and Pilates and the styling is great for sport casual also, which is great for my work when giving talks and presentations rather than just teaching practices. The products have become my brand favourite and my go to after the quality of a popular British brand have started to deteriorate recently. The returns process can be a little slow however, which does let the products down a little. But this would not stop me buying as the quality makes up for it. I General I have and will continue to recommend the products to friends and clients.

Not sure what going on but the "founder" Mofei hacked my Linkedin account and changed everything to her personal details and removed all traces of my career achievements over the course of 12 years. Linkedin is FREE you don't need to hack someones account and delete all their career and business information just to insert your own. Realice un pedido el #4346 el 24/12 el cual el estado del mismo lleva igual desde el 28/12 que es en camino, desde la página de UPS supuestamente ponía que me lo entregaban el día 02/01 estamos a día 09/01 y el paquete sigue en el mismo estado que hace 11 días… llevo 1 semana intentando contactar con atención al cliente y no tengo noticia alguna.

Fatal.He comprado en vuestra página porque pone entrega 48 horas. Hice el pedido el día 27 a las 12 de la mañana , es hoy día 3 y Ups que es la mensajería que habéis usado desde el 31 le está me diciendo que me hace la entrega y me miente, veo mi número de pedido y nada. Si el pedido no me llega para el domingo podéis cancelarlo porque no lo quiero.

Vores oplevelse har desværre været meget skuffende. Efter kort tids brug opdagede vi en defekt i låsen på armbåndet, som har resulteret i, at armbåndet er blevet skadet. Vi kontaktede Houmann for at reklamere over fejlen, da vi mente, at dette burde være dækket af reklamationsretten. Desværre har butikken nægtet at tage ansvar og har i stedet tilbudt os at betale 925 kr. for reparationen eller sælge armbåndet som gammelt guld, hvilket vi ser som deres forsøg på at komme udenom vores reklamationsret. Houmanns argument er, at de blot sælger armbåndet, og at deres leverandør har ansvaret. Leverandøren har angiveligt vurderet skaden og konkluderet, at det er vores fejl (selvfølgelig gør de det). Vi står derfor i en gråzone, hvor Houmann peger på leverandøren og samtidig på os som kunde – og vi har ingen mulighed for at gøre noget. Vi har gentagne gange forsøgt at forklare, at skaden skyldes en defekt lås og ikke forkert brug fra vores side, men vores oplevelse er, at Houmann hverken ønsker at tage sagen seriøst eller imødekomme os som kunder da de bare peger mod leverandøren, og os uden at tage ansvar. Denne håndtering er langt fra det serviceniveau, man forventer fra en butik, der reklamerer med “kvalitet og luksus”. Det er frustrerende at stå med et armbånd, der er blevet behandlet korrekt, men som hurtigt gik i stykker grundet en defekt – og at butikken blot skyder ansvaret fra sig. Vi havde forventet en langt højere grad af service og kundepleje. Vores oplevelse med Houmann Luxury ApS efterlader desværre et meget dårligt indtryk, og vi kan ikke anbefale andre at handle hos dem.

Han siger det samme til mig, nu kunne hun jo selv have lavet de knuder der, vi har ikke sendt det sådan afsted. Igen bliver der svaret nej, det er modtaget sådan her. Han vælger så endnu engang at råbe af mig denne gang. Sige at jeg skulle bare vide hvor meget de får sendt retur der ikke er deres skyld. Jeg beder ham om at stoppe med at råbe af mig, virkelig ubehageligt. Han ender med at sige det er løst sender et nyt afsted også bliver der lagt på. Vil bare lige advare jer andre derude. I got my jacket in the sale, at a great price. It's great quality and good sizing. (With other places, I have had to exchange for different size as it didn't fit). It looks fab, and I have had compliments on it. I absolutely love it sooo much. Great communication and tracking. Highly recommended. ☆☆☆☆☆

I ordered four jackets before I found the one that fitted (the women's blazer). All the jackets were of very good quality - lovely soft leather and excellent stitching. I haven't worn my jacket yet (still wearing my winter wool coat) so cannot comment on it specifically. The service was excellent. All the orders arrived quickly and it was very easy to return the three that didn't fit (all had sleeves that were too long for me).

I recently purchased a pair of leather driving gloves for my Grandson for Christmas. However, after being reliably informed that he would not use them I returned them for a refund. The gloves were made of nice soft, quality leather which made wearing them comfortable. They were well made and a good price at £25. Delivery was quick and as soon as the gloves were received back at Barneys I received a E-mail telling me that my refund would be with me asap. I received a second E-mail to say that a refund had been made (minus the return postage). However, there was a glitch and I did not receive the refund within the 5 working days as expected. I sent an E-mail to Barneys, followed up by a phone call a couple of days later. The lady on the phone was very helpful and investigated the problem. I hadn't checked my E-mails that morning, but there was an apologetic reply telling me that the refund had been processed again. I received the refund that day. Barneys customer service was excellent. I can't fault the gloves, the delivery, or the speed at which the refund problem was sorted. I would consider ordering from them again.

This review is based on the jacket and not the company itself. I had my eye on the Men’s Leather Racer Jacket with Quilted Shoulders for a while but it went out of stock. A few months of it being out of stock I noticed it had gone up for sale on TKMaxx and because of the great reviews of Barneys and the claim of high quality, I bought it. When I got it, it wasn't as high quality as I expected (mostly the loose lining and sharp zips) but I thought for the price, that's expected. After no more than 10 times wearing the jacket (nothing that would cause hard wear) I noticed one of the seams under the arm had fully ripped open. I investigated the jacket further and noticed the leather looked heavily worn in common touch points which absolutely isn't expected out of around 10 wears. I took the jacket to a professional to be repaired however they didn't do anything with the jacket advising it would be worth just getting a new one. They showed me more chips and rips and how all the seams were close to tearing. They advised me that they were unsure if it was real leather due to the way it was damaged and that the 'leather' was so thin and poor quality. I appreciate that you pay for what you get, but I truly look after my clothes and I'd expect at least a couple years out of a 'real leather' jacket as leather jackets with proper care can last a lifetime. I'd advise to bite the bullet and invest in a more expensive brand if you want a jacket that lasts the time leather should.

The delivery time was excellent. I can’t recommend Barneys highly enough! The leather jacket is superb, excellent quality and so soft. I’ve recommended them to all my work colleagues. I would definitely purchase from them again.

My review is purely based on their sizing. I generally take a size 16 but wanted oversized so purchased a 18 from Vinted. The jacket was tiny and more suited to a size 10/12. I then went by the measurements on the website and it said I was a size 22! I reluctantly ordered a size 22 as the jacket was beautiful and so soft. The arms fitted fine but the middle was ginormous. I gave up in the end with my search. This is based on the Victoria

No issue with the delivery. The jacket i ordered a few months ago looked good and fitted. I put it away to wear later this year and took it out recently and noticed two small holes on the front. I looked over the jacket again and the leather does seem very, very thin, so I'm not rating the quality. I'm not going to throw money getting it repaired, particularly as it appears to be a low grade leather, I'd be better off buying a quality leather jacket elsewhere.

I like Barney's designs and when their sale started I got this nice suede jacket which I'm quite happy with by all means.

I love my jacket! The customer service was amazing, there was a fault with my original order where the zipper was a bit broken and customer service sent me a new one immediately and gave me a free return label. They always responded and were very kind and polite, truely the best customer service I’ve ever received. Not to mention the jacket is stunning and I love it so much.
