La giacca era priva di qualsiasi imballaggio ed è arrivata sporca! Aperto reclamo su paypal mi rispondono che il giorno dopo mi avrebbero contattato per stabilire se fare un nuovo invio o rimborso. Decidono da soli di fare nuovo invio (opzione che non avrei scelto in quanto la giacca è un regalo che avrei dovuto consegnare pochi giorni dopo) e mi chiedono immediatamente di ritirare il reclamo su paypal. Morale: non ho il regalo che avrei voluto fare, avrò una giacca in più oltre quella sporca (forse, se arriverà e quando arriverà).

Gentilissimi nella presa in carico della richiesta, avendo peraltro tempi molto stretti. La maglietta è bellissima come qualità del materiale e come qualità della stampa. Unica cosa da migliorare l'uniformità del colore in tutti i pezzi richiesti, ma comunque mi ritenmgo molto soddisfatta. Ancora complimenti al personale (Maria) gentilissima e molto competente. La merce è arrivata addirittura in anticipo.

Oltretutto una misura S uomo che ha la differenza di un solo cm da una L uomo (praticamente sembrano quasi uguali) Fate attenzione anche al costo del logo, in quanto primo ordine ti viene detto che lo paghi la prima volta, poi al secondo preventivo me lo avevano rimesso in conto dicendomi che non possono tenere tutti i loghi in memoria e si era rovinato...rifiuto l ordine lo richiedo dopo qualche mese e il logo c'era magicamente di nuovo gratuitamente! Zero professionalità! Non è da me scrivere recensioni negative ma questa volta mi sento presa in giro! Valutate molto bene prima di acquistare

Aquisto di una maglia running effettuato circa venti giorni dopo l'alluvione che si è abbattuta sulla provincia di Valencia. Circa un mese dopo il venditore mi ha contattato per scusarsi del mancato invio dell'ordine dovuto a motivi logistici nei depositi merce coinvolti dal disastro, prontamente mi proponeva un cambio prodotto o un rimborso. Ho preferito aspettare che il prodotto aquistato tornasse nella disponibilità e così è stato; ho ricevuto l'ordine meno di un mese dopo rimanendo soddisfatto del prodotto. Dare fiducia ad un venditore che affronta delle difficoltà dovute ad eventi esterni, come un evento calamitoso, mi è sembrato il minimo da fare. Per la cortesia e disponibilità mostrata attribuisco cinque stelle.

Avevo acquistato due maglie, di colore diverso, dopo il disastro di Valencia. Mi avevano cominciato che ci voleva un po di tempo, di tre magazzini due distrutti un bel danno, il mio ordine mi anno comunicato che le maglie che avevo scelto non c'erano di cambiare colore così ho fatto mi sono arrivate prima di Natale vanno benissimo ottimo lavoro grazie.

Alle Teile meiner mehrteiligen Bestellung wurden innerhalb nur einer Woche in die Schweiz geliefert. Tablare sind nicht vorgebohrt, was Spielraum in der Gestaltung lässt. Das Montieren des Walk-ins mit Tablaren war relativ aufwändig, ansonsten lässt sich aber alles einfach (und mit der nötigen Kraft) zusammensetzen. Gute Qualität, auch der Schubladenkorpus mit Selbsteinzug überzeugt.

Ich habe eine Garderobenstange mit Deckenbefestigung bestellt. Wollte dann aber eine andere Länge und Höhe und konnte unproblematisch und schnell eine Teilrücksendung beantragen und eine erneute Teillieferung bestellen. Ging super schnell mit persönlichem Ansprechpartner Martin. Toller Kundenservice!!

Ich habe vor Kurzem die freistehende Garderobe "RackBuddy Capone" bestellt. Die Lieferung in die Schweiz war erstaunlich schnell. Das Aufbauen funktionierte problemlos - man muss aber sagen, dass es schon etwas Kraft braucht, die Rohre passend ineinander zu schrauben. Am besten macht man das zu zweit. Die weissen Handschuhe, die im Anleitungsvideo zu sehen sind, wurden leider nicht mitgeliefert. Es empfiehlt sich welche zu tragen, die Rohrgewinde sind scharfkantig. Alles in allem ein Top-Produkt. Je mehr Jacken, desto stabiler steht die Garderobe. An die untere Stange kann man Mützen, Halstücher oder auch Pflanzen hängen. Sieht super aus!

Mir gefällt, daß alle Größen einen Preis hat. Was mir weniger gefällt ist die lange Suche nach 100% Baumwollqualität und, obwohl es schon des öfteren versprochen wurde, Verpackung und portofei dennoch verrechnet wurde. Ein genaues Datum habe ich nicht wirklich, da es seit meiner Ersten Bestellung vor Jahren so ist. Ich schreibe somit irgendein Datum

Hej, fortfarande inte fått någon information och bekräftelse än. Ni sa att ni skickade till mitt mejl men ingenting har kommit. Kanske glömde köpa frimärken till eposten eller? Numret till försändelsen som ni gav i svaret stämmer inte heller.

Köpte en Key Smart som man ska kunna synka med en app och ska även finnas en lampa som man ska kunna tända. Förutom lång leveranstid så när jag fick den laddar den inte så inget fungerar. Återkoppla till plånboksbutiken enligt deras returpolicy men inget svar, nu efter fyra gånger jag har försökt kontakta dom har jag fortfarande inte fått svar. Har fått bara för en defekt vara som inte fungerar och inte ett ljud eller något ansvarstagande från plånboksbutiken. Känns mer som buffel och båg detta företag, hade dom varit seriösa hade dom svarat och brytt sig om sina kunder och sitt rykte. Kommer aldrig att handla där ugen och kan inte rekommendera dom alls.

Väldigt lång leveranstid och vid retur ska varan/varorna postas till Luxemburg. All fraktkostnad står givetvis du som kund för. Väldigt lång tid innan svar om att retur har mottagits. I mitt fall tog det över en månad med svar till Klarna om att retur inte har mottagits. Jag fick kontakta Klarna med postförsändelse-ID. En till månad senare godkändes returen. Nej, vill ni slippa oroa er i 1-3 månader ifall er beställning kommer eller ifall er retur har levererats utan problem, beställ inte ifrån denna butik.

Produktmässigt finns inget att anmärka på. Köpte en Greenburry plånbok. Kom i en snygg ask med asken förpackad i plastpåse. Verkar vara väldigt hög kvalitet. Härligt skinn, snygga sömmar och kortfacken har bra passform. Priset tycker jag är helt ok. Det som drar ned betyget är brister i kundkommunikation, samt lång leveranstid. I dagsläget när vi nätkunder är bortskämda med onlinebutiker som kan leverera en order på 2-3 dagar, med full spårbarhet och utan pristillägg för expressfrakt finns det utrymme för förbättringar....

Giusto ieri 29/3/25 ho usato per la prima volta il gazebo 3x4,5 expo, c'era vento e il gazebo non si è spostato nemmeno di 1 cm, mentre altri tipi di gazebo o ombrelloni attorno a me dovevano essere tenuti pur non essendoci un vento troppo forte. Aspetto condizioni climatiche peggiori per giudicare meglio, ma al momento sono molto soddisfatta

I ordered 4 sunspel tops. Only 2 turned up. Delivery note had 2 crossed off with no explanation or refund. Tried emailing but no response. There seems to be no way to con tact them. Retur opplevdes vanskelig. Det står man skal ta kontakt pr Mail hvis man ønsker retur. Når man gjør det så får man beskjed om å gjøre det som står på nett, som igjen er å ta kontakt på Mail. Det skal være en link til returskjema som er vanskelig å finne. Kundeservice bruker flere dager på å svare mellom hver Mail.

Previously gave excellent review for a swimsuit quality can’t say the same regarding the returns process for a kaftan. I returned a kaftan the day after it was delivered to me . Two weeks later I am still waiting a refund and I am still not at all confident I am ever going to receive a refund. Shocking! Not happy at all.

I ordered several swimsuits in the sale. A couple of weeks later part of my order was cancelled. Then after another week the remainder of my order was cancelled ! I was told the items were out of stock but some of them are currently showing as available on the website. Three weeks of my time was wasted leaving it now too late to obtain a swimsuit for my holiday. Customer service was shocking and very unhelpful. If I could leave a zero rating I would.

The quality of actual laundry service is good, but the effectiveness of HappyNest communications is off. I spoke to customer service agents literally 5 times regarding this last job, and while they apologized profusely, they were unable to provide a reliable channel of messaging regarding the status of my service. I live in a condo complex and need to know delivery status, which they did not provide. I'll think twice before I use this service again...

Absolutely AWESOME!! I've been using Happy Nest for quite awhile at my old address and now at my new one! Lately I haven't been able to make it to the Laundromat, so using Happy Nest is the same as if you were doing your own laundry without all the hassle! They do it EXACTLY as you tell them to and have never lost even a sock or pair of boxers. I'm very picky with my laundry and how it gets done and they check all the boxes. The delivery service is A1!! You can track them on their way to pick up your laundry and you can track the truck on the way to drop it off to you so there's no error in getting your laundry to you. I highly recommend them. Everyone I've met and/or dealt with in the company have been very nice and courteous to deal with!

drop off kept getting delayed... it ended up taking them 6 days to get me my laundry back. that said, the cleaning and folding was great.

Great communication with pick up and drop off. Clothes were folded neat and tidy. Slipped them right from the bag into my dresser. Quick and easy with great service.

Everything was great from the pickup to the washing and folding of the clothes and even the drop off. The only thing was I was missing an item.

Likes: Easy to sign up. On time Dislikes: Bag is too small. All my white s came back either gray, bluish and pink. Looks like they were washed with colors. Had to throw some stuff away. Overall, paying by bag would be great if the bags held more. I'm going back to my former service. I get more for my money and have never had an issue with my whites. Thank you

These are the best shoes brand you could get for your money. I tried many shoe brands but i didn’t get what I wanted… I spent lots of money buying many expensive shoes and ending up not wearing them… the reason is that I was looking for specific qualities in “THE” shoe. I’m a little bit overweight, I have flat feet sweaty feet, and I need a shoe I could wear for 9 hours straight without hating it. Obviously, if you need a shoe to satisfy all these conditions, you would think of a running shoe, but that wasn’t an option for me. I needed a formal classy shoe that should be distinctive but without being flashy. You could say, I was looking for a shoe that was made especially for me. About 5 years ago, I saw these in a local store and liked the classic design, comfort and the flexible light bedding. I wore it to work all day long and liked the way it kept my feet comfy and sweat-free. I continued buying those shoes even when their price raised by around 25% because they were “IT”. Around a year ago, the local store I used to buy them from stopped selling them and I continued looking around and buying other shoes I didn’t like. Until recently I decided to buy them online. It was a difficult decision to make since I live in Saudi Arabia and the shipping cost is so high. I’m glad I did… I got the package but the pair I ordered turned to be bigger than I expected. I contacted the customer service email and they were so courteous, considerate and so generous to agree to accept replacing it with another one even after realizing that the 30-day comfort guarantee return policy does not apply to my case and even if that meant that would mean that they would have to pay the extra shipping costs. Getting to know the great customer support team and seeing how wouldn’t hesitate to go out of their way and pend their own rules just to stay on the customer side, made me realize that my investment in buying those shoes all that years was justified… those shoes are high quality products are a testament of the quality of the company own policies and relations with customers. They are here to serve life-long customers.

J'ai mis mon skeed lors d'un roulage de trois jours sur le circuit de misano . le température était chaude mais je n'ai pas eu chaud lors des roulages avec le skeed . malheureusement je suis tombée et je pense que grâce au skeed je n'ai pas eu de brûlure,un bleu suffira.. et le skeed ne s'est pas déchiré . merci la combinaison skeed.
