Completely Dodge Ordered a heater on express delivery as our boiler packed in. Waited 4 days, then contacted them. Was told it was out for delivery, but no tracking no...I asked them to contact the courier, they said they couldn't, then they said it must be lost and they would send another, then said none in stock. This was all with a 5 min conversation. So still no heat in our home but we have received a refund

De lover guld og grønne skove, og overholder ikke deres tidspunkter. Får langt om længe pengene. De svarer rigtigt dårligt på Instagram, og heller ikke på telefonen. Hej, Mine Nike Dunk Panda, som jeg har haft i et nogle mådner og skoen er virkelige dårlig kvalitet, jeg har ikke brugt dem særlig meget, og har ikke lavet noget vildt i dem, har passet på dem meget. Og omme ved skoen hvor man har sin hæl der er den virkelige dårlig og gør ondt når man går i dem, og læderen ryger af og det Hele er virkeligt dårligt ved den sko jeg har købt ved jer. Men er tilfreds over jeres Levrings tid. Kan ikke anbefales og købe derinden fra hvis det sker for skoen synes jeg. Har dog også en Mistanke om de er Fake!!?

Leveringstiden var meget længere end hvad der stod på hjemmesiden. Track og trace nummeret fik jeg først efter at have sms'er til dem mange gange. Ingen tager telefonen, der svares kun på SMS. En ret dårlig oplevelse. Da varen endelig nåede frem var den helt i orden og som forventet.

Jeg købte for 4-5 måneder siden et par air jordan 1 low "UNC 2021". God service og hurtig levering. Men kvaliteten er ikke i top. Jeg har nu gået med skoene i 4 måneder, kun gået i, ikke løbet eller spillet fodbold eller andre aktiviteter. Sålen er ved at adskille sig fra "toppen" og stoffet ude for enden af skoen er også ved at falde af. Synes at det er træls at man giver næsten 2000 kr for et par sko som ikke holder længere end et par sko til 300 kr. Så kan det godt være at man betaler mere for mærket, men synes stadig at det er for dårligt at man ikke får en sko med god kvalitet. Kan ikke anbefale og bruge så mange penge på et par sko som ikke holder længere end et normalt par!

After several years I had to order new pairs, not because of loose fit, but finally a few symptoms of wear. I canceled 3 separate orders I made from Turkey on 20 and 21 December 2024, 1 day after the order was received. However, My Fox Bag shipped via DHL cargo. The return fee is deducted on a product-by-product basis for each order. They deducted almost as much refund money as a purse money. Even though I returned the products before they were shipped, I want a refund of the money deducted from me and the money I paid for the products I returned.

I can’t really review the product as I didn’t receive it , however I will review how the company dealt with it , I reported to Royal Mail and they said I needed report to seller , I did this and to be fair they did respond immediately but by the time they got round to offering a replacement it was too late for the date I needed the item so they did refund me took around ten days for that to happen but they had to investigate so I think that’s reasonable, so as I can’t score it I will say they responded swiftly and efficiently to my missing item

Was informed rest of order would be sent ASAP - still waiting nearly three weeks later. We may get them in time for the summer. Not good enough for a supposedly professional outfit.

Clubsnoods created a lovely, well made, product in the correct colour and as requested. The only issue we had was that we ordered size ‘large’ but when they came, they were not large & we struggled to get them over some heads.

Two pairs of pantyhose. Arrived quickly, but I tried on 1 pair and they were 2 sizes too small. You can't return anything opened, understandable. After paying return shipping and 10-20% restocking fee It's not worth it to return the pair I didn't open. Regret ordering and wasting $36.45, but it's a mistake I won't make again. Update: I decided to return the unopened pair, I've sent 3 emails so far and they have not given me my return authorization code, they just keep sending me a recap of their policy which I've read before I requested a return authorization. You leave me no choice but to file a chargeback on my credit card if you refuse to send me the code. Is it because of this review? Update: Yes, they received 3 requests because each time they responded they didn't send the authorization code. I have finally received it 3 hours ago. Thank you for your assistance.

I sent two pairs of thigh high stockings back for refund. Stockings were not true to size some of the brands to tight were the elastic part is. One pair of thigh highs I looked inside but never tried on. They did not accept that pair which I closed up nicely and the package was fine. The company kept that pair and that is really fraudulent if you do not give it back. They also lied and said the ankle was stretched out. The other pair that they accepted back then a refund should of gone back to my charge card. The internet Company is a fraud. Hosieree did not credit my account they are lying. And the pair they claim to send back they said its at my expense which is so wrong because know they are playing tricks. They would have to charge me to send those stockings back which they did not.

Service was fast. However, one of the earrings needle was broken. Couldn’t use it for the occasion I got it for. Now I have to go and get this fixed…

I had an excellent experience buying a second hand Celine bag from Loop Generation. I was a bit jaded after having a poor experience trying to buy from a different reseller recently, but my experience with Loop Generation was so seemless, I would definitely shop with them again. The bag is absolutely gorgeous and as described. It was shipped out to me next day, and I recived it within less than 48 hours from my order. It came with a Celine dustbag but not the original one meant for this bag, but I can't complain as they didn't advertise it as having a dustbag included at all. All in all a great experience.

The photos of the jacket are in perfect condition no scratches in the photos. However, the actual jacket I received got a few pretty long scratches in the front of the jacket and on the sleeves. I can upload the photos if requested. In the web site production description, it was stated that Condition description: Good condition (minor signs of wear). This is a fraud. I am totally disappointed with this shopping experience.

Got 3 pair of rx sunglasses within a month was satisfied until about a week after getting one pair I placed on my head to walk into a building and the wind blew them off damaging the lens so it would not snap back in. No replacement available so to me very poor customer service and a flimsy product treat with delicate care even though mine were for athletic wear.

We have purchased 3 pairs of Reks glasses recently. They are one of a very few companies that can produce high quality products at a very reasonable cost. Wrap around sunglasses with polarized, mirrored, progressive lenses are almost impossible to find. Reks not only can do them, but offer several styles. All this along with exceptional customer service.

Had seen some sunglasses recently at my optometrist, loved them, but the price was over $600 with no discount for prescription bifocals, mirrored lens. Went online and found Reks, I was a little unsure as the price was 1/3 of what had been in the store. I just received them today and they are the best!!! Precisely what I wanted, and the quality even better. Thank you!!!!! The prescription was spot on as well with fast shipping. Very pleased.

Have three pair sling blade sling blade xm rap around all different lenses fishing golfing or everyday use no problems nice clear lenses on par with my coat and natives for a lot less 💰.

I’m gona tarnish their name. I just got prescription lenses and they do what they think is best and doesn’t go with what a prescription says and try to do things to your eyes that is not with what you sent. The glasses are okay but these guys suck with prescription and need to leave it to the professionals. I will never order glasses from a small business ever again. Screw that garbage

Be very careful on the Reks website. They say two for $75 and when you click on shop sunglasses what appears is a $75 sunglass but it is not the two for one. Several reviews have mentioned this but the company does not fix the website. To me this is bait and switch. You only get one pair not two.

Cheaply made sunglasses in which my lens got scratched in 3 months use. 2nd pair. They told me not normal use when I am a senior and not that active. Would not recommend this company, shop elsewhere.

Love these sunglasses. Bought the Aviators. Fit great. Polarized lens clarity is phenomenal. I will buy more. No more Ray Ban's for me.

Wir haben 6 verschiedene, individuell bedruckte Shirts bestellt. Die Lieferung kam zügig. Leider wurden bei zwei Shirts die Größen vertauscht. Nach einem angenehmen Telefonat mit dem Service wurden die Shirts neu gefertigt. Auch dieses Mal war der Versand sehr schnell. Vielen Dank und großes Lob!

Zum wiederholten Male hier bestellt und wurde noch nicht einmal enttäuscht. Immer pünktlich oder sogar früher als angesagt. Qualität der angebotenen Kleidung ist auch gut. Die Möglichkeiten selber zu designen sind OK. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass der Druckbereich vorne und hinten etwas größer wäre. Außerdem ist es nicht immer von Vorteil, wenn die Designs beim umherschieben im Druckbereich einrastet. Mit etwas Mühe und Kreativität fällt das aber nicht zu sehr ins Gewicht. Ich werde wahrscheinlich noch lange hier nachbestellen und neu gestalten.

Die Lieferung kam schnell und der Druck auf der Schürze von Schrift und Bild war genauso, wie ich es mir vorgestellt hatte. Das Tolle ist die individuelle Größeneinstellung. Das Nackenband ist über einen Tunnel mit dem Hüftband verbunden und kann so stufenlos eingestellt werden.

Top Service, Preis/ Leistung stimmt auch. Lieferung erfolgt in angemessenem Zeitrahmen. Firmenkleidung wird nur noch hier bestellt.

Es hat wieder alles reibungslos funktioniert. Von dem designen, über die Bestellung bis hin zur Lieferung.

I love the poster, I am still trying to figure out were I am putting it at.

The package was not properly sealed and got wet while being shipped. I had to reorder my gift due to it being ruined in transit.

I thought the poster was going to be like a real glossy poster. It was more like a large photocopy on stiff paper. The contrast and finer detail seemed washed out. To be fair, I havenʻt seen the original poster to compare to. Seemed like a lot of money for a large photocopy but I got it framed, which improved the overall appearance. Hopefully my grandson (6yrs) will like it.

The shirt fit just as advertised. It was good quality. My first time shopping with Citiesbox, and it was a good experience. Actually pleasantly surprised.

Honestly the best company that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Every order I’ve placed has been straightforward and completely hassle free. Jewellery is great quality and shipping is unbelievably quick. Their customer service is great, absolutely nothing to fault!

I ordered something from here but after a few days it hadn’t arrived, I contacted them and they responded promptly requesting I wait the 10 days before they sorted the issue. Although frustrating, I completely understand. After 10 days it hasn’t arrived, so they sent another item which arrived the following day. Upon receiving, I wasn’t happy with the gold colour as it looked very similar to and older zircon gold version which I had ordered a year or so ago. I emailed them again to say it had arrived, but I wasn’t happy along with my reasons. Their resolution went above and beyond my expectations. Excellent customer service, they just wanted to make sure I was happy.

Great! Super fast delivery and the only place i can get black body jewllery were the black doesnt come off! Only downfall I had is the earrings I got feel cheaper than they are. Other than that Im happy with them.

They changed the size of my piercings on my order (presumably because they didn’t have the size I ordered) then when I email they said they didn’t sell piercings in that size for the location I wanted despite the fact there were several available on the website. They come and they’re all in tiny little sealed bags, only two in sterilised ones. So I start putting them in and the closure on ALL of the hoops is misaligned so they were very hard to get in and I spent over an hour (which really irritated my piercings) trying to realign them and close them. A joke. Stay clear!!!
